"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and manually tested each component. I found all operating as designed except the top blower. While the blower was on, I could hear it making a rattling noise. I got out of diagnostics and once the controls reset, I tested the top and bottom ovens and found both heating properly. The customer advised that the unit stops working intermittently and they cycle power st the breaker and it'll start working again, but then stop and throw the error code. "I arrived on site for a drier that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that before it, they lost power, they noticed that the user interface was getting steam inside of it. I did confirm no power on the unit but found proper voltage and polarity going to the terminal block. I verified proper voltage going to the control and checked voltage going to the user interface. I found proper voltage going to the user interface, but found moisture inside of the user interface assembly, causing the failure. I gained access to the back and found the vent hose clogged with three cups of water. I did advise the customer that it appeared that they had a venting issue. I checked the attic and could not find any abnormality within the attic, but could not see the whole venting system due to the blown insulation. I stepped outside and checked the venting, going through the roof and it appeared that there was a vent screen over the vent cover potentially causing the restriction of airflow. I did advise the customer that they would need to have that checked by their builder.In order for the machine not to continue to have issues. I replaced the control panel and tested the unit. I did find the unit working and operating as designed, but still found an airflow restriction within the wall. The customer contacted the builder and they will be working on the venting issue. WRS315SDHM Arrived on site for a refrigerator making nosies. On arrival I didn't hear a peep coming out of the refrigerator. I checked if water fill line was dripping water and it wasn't also water fill line has already a fill extension and zip tied. I removed evaporator cover no ice buildup at all evaporator working like a champ. Defuser was working as its designed I pulled refrigerator away from the way and removed cover. I inspected the fan and lines that's when I noticed copper line coming from compressor was sitting on another line with any insulation between them . I refined the line and made sure they had insulation between them. No odd sounds every came up . No parts used no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Airshow on site to test unit for not heating properly. Customer stated all cooktop burners and oven would heat then shut off and not turn back on. Inspected harness worth no signs of issues. Arrived onsite for unit overheating. Ran diagnostics and found temp sensor is recording accurately. Unit recognizes unit is over temp but relay is shut. Broil will continue to heat unless turned off manually. Will need control board. Set to return Monday the 5th. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/5 MON !

Arrived on sitw for washer not draining. On arrival i found drain pump p windings completely open directly at the pump again. I also found a small amount of stretching on harness neR pump but no physical breaks. I then replaced pump wq1399437 and harness w11643701 and reported findings to techline Sr#7741462274. Tested unit and found it working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for fridge not dispensing water. On arrival confirmed issue and found valve and filter housing both had failed. Replaced Wpw10159842mvalve, wpw10121140 housing and tested unit. Found no leaks and dispenser working as designed. Call. Complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher starting cycles on it's own. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code F2E1. The control has an internal error. I also observed some erratic behavior from the control as I was attempting to select a cycle. I replaced the control and ran a test. The dishwasher is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed duirng service. W11683480"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not draining properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the washer into diagnositcs and observed no error codes. I ran a test cycle and the cycle ran through all components with no issues. I checked the bearings by checking the tub position and movement, and everything checked good. I verified that the leveling feet were even and secure. I checked the drain hose and verified that is properly installed. There are no definitive reasons why the washer did not drain properly. I checked some of the setting and some of the options were set for no spin. It is possible that the ui was brushed up against and cause the setting to change or to select a no spin option. At this time, there are no mechanical issues found and the washer is operating as designed. No water leaksobserved during service. Maintenance not on site to sign"

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed WL switch, replaced and tested, unit is now running as designed but some hollow noise coming from inside the drum, was not ableto determine what it is , customer will monitor if the noise does not go away then its possible a tub replacementwill be needed, no leaks detected job installed W11316246"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer displaying error code. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the air flow alarm would display during the cycle. I ran an airflow test and the test showed poor airflow. I checked the vent and found it to be smashed and blocking airflow (photo). Without the vent attached, the dryer passed the airflow test. The customer provided a new vent hose, which I installed. The airflow is still not passing but has improved with the new vent hose. I advised the customer that there is not a problem with the dryer itself but the vents will need to be cleaned. No parts installed."

Arrived on site for discoloration at cook top. Complaint both front burners. Took pictures of both burners on ans sent them to SW she confirmed normal color pattern and to move on. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to job completed

Arrived on site for display issues . Found some of the leds in UI control not functioning . Also sometimes customer will have to open and recluse door to get unit to start . Will need UI and micro switchs or interlocks assembly. Unit is non serviceable. No parts are available. Job complete
