Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed no water in the mold and the fill tube was frozen causing the issue. I replaced the fill tube heater. I did find a burned spot in the old heater causing it to be open and not work. I found the icemaker filling properly now. I replaced the FC rails that were preventing the door from closing properly. When the rails were removed the door switch actuator fell off. The switch will need to be replaced. Ordering W11396033 switch. RS for Mon 8/19/2024 per the customers request. INSTALLED W11668671 FZ DOOR BRACKET SET & W11087201 FILL HEATER.; ordrng 1 W11396033 (Switch)

"Arrived onsite for a washer with the basket slipping to possibly replace the hub. I was able to pull the wash plate but the inner shaft from the gear case came out with it. I started disconnecting everything to replace the gear case but I could not get the gear case to separate from the basket. It moved about an 1 1/2 and stopped. The tub, basket, filter, and screw will also have to be ordered and replaced. I left the hub screws and the gearcase screws in a baggie inside the machine along with the old hub and wash plate. Ordering W10752719 basket, W11219115 tub, W11568797 filter, & WP8533928 filter screw. Office to RS. "Arrived on site to diagnose noisy refrigerator. Customer showed me a video of a loud buzzing sound that would go on for a very long time. Checked evap fan and found nothing abnormal with the fan. I heard the noise faintly at first, but traced it to the condenser fan. I adjusted the level of the unit and this stopped the vibration coming from the condenser fan. The noise is the condenser vibrating on the cover underneath when condenser fan is on. After leveling I couldn't get the noise to return, with fan running. Unit now working as designed. No parts used. Repair completed."

No error codes observed and temp sensor is reading correct. I checked the bake and broil elements and both are measuring good. I started a test bake at 350 degrees and used a thermocouple to monitor temperature. At the end of pre bake, I temp was reading 378. Ran three cycles and took the average measuring at 330 degrees. I calibrated the unit by setting the offset by 20 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a thumping sound. Inspected unit and work area. And the customer complained that the unit makes a continual thumping sound throughout the entire cycle. She advised that her old dryer did not used to make these kinds of sounds. I just the unit on a high heat cycle for 20 minutes and found the unit working and operating as designed. the customer stated that the thumping noise that she was hearing during the cycle was what they were talking about. I did advise the customer that what we were hearing was normal for newer dryers. The noise was not loud or abnormal. I did go ahead and call Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Glen SR# 7739679375. He advised that the thumping noise is due to the rollers, hitting the ridge on the fire basket. How is the basket is spinning, and that this is completely normal. Advised to make no repairs at this time and advised jellyfish break. This is normal operation. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Upon further inspection, I found the bin empty and the customer advised that one night they went to bed and the bin was full of ice and the next morning woke up and the bin was empty. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed, but it didnt appear to be a frost pattern on the evaporator. I tested the unit in a normal operation and the unit made a good slab of ice and the unit operated as designed. There is no external drain pump on the unit to cause a power surge to the unit. The customer advised that they dont believe that they have done a cleaning cycle on the unit. I recommended they clean the unit and allow it operate afterwards and monitor it through the weekend and call our office to schedule service if it continues to fail. "WRS331SDHM06 Arrived to inspect circuit breaker tripping. I found after discussion with the tenant that the issue was isolated to a few days, and has since not happened again. I found residual signs of an evaporator freezup that had cleared itself. I suspect the excessive moisture was the cause of the tripping and could not find any other issues with the machine.
