"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the water was coming from underneath the unit and the toeplate sound pad was wet. I removed the toeplate and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and monitored the sump/motor assembly from the bottom the unit. I found where the diverter housing had been leaking from the signs of dry water streaks on the floor, water hose and diverter housing. The unit did not leak while testing. I removed the outer door panel and found where the vent assembly is badly leaking water (photo). I found both gaskets on the vent were bad. Only the vent was leaking at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the back bellow clamp had come loose and the bellow had separated from the drum. Also found the fill tube from the dispenser to the bellow was loose again. I re-installed the bellow and clamp and tightened the clamp and pulled on the bellow to make sure it would not come off again. I demonstrated to the customer as well. I removed the fill tube gasket and installed a new gasket and placed a clamp in the tube to secure it to the gasket/dispenser (photo). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Due to the air vent tube at the back right side of the drum possibly leaking, I removed and replaced the tube and found dry water streaks inside the old tube. While the unit was pulled out, I found where the cold water hose had been leaking water (photo). Since the water hoses were removed by the customer to make the unit accessible, I inspected the hoses and found the cold water hose gasket was badly pinched as if it were tightened too much when installed. I replaced the gasket and reattached the hoses and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed and no leaks found during testing. I reassembled the unit and put it back in its place and retested the valves and completed an automatic test and the unit continued to operate as designed with no water leaks. I advised the customer of my findings and provided a photo. Recommended the customer monitor the unit and to call in for service if it continued to leak. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to replace control, filter and lower harness. Found no issues with continuity through harness. Found power filter working as designed. Unit would not spin, lid wouldnt lock, voltage to valves was fluctuating, unit was acting completely erratic. Cycled power to unit and found lid would lock but not unlock. Replaced control, unit working as designed. Advised customers to download Maytag app and connect unit to WiFi for software updates. I believe issue is with software. Arrived on site and found dryer will run but start button has to be held down for 5 to 10 seconds. During this time motor slowly build up speed until it runs. Checked incoming power and found when start button is pressed one leg jumps up to 190 votes from 120 while the other leg drops to 40 V from 120. This is an issue with the incoming power not the dryer. Customer will contact an electrician to correct the issue.

"Arrived to inspect no cool. Upon initial inspection, I found the unit just slightly cooling and keeping both chambers just below room temperature. Further inspection revealed substantial gapping at the lower mullion-to-border area, in excess of .25. Both door gaskets wee unable to conform to the gapping and curvature of the mullion and light could be seen through both as well. Prior to further attempted repair of this unit, the mullion issue had to be addressed and I contacted the MFG tech assist line, tech Adrian. File# 7734871550. I advised the tech of my findings and the unit has been submitted for PEX. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator with a broken door gasket as well as the icemaker not working. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found unit unplugged. Upon further inspection I found cause of the freezer door not shutting correctly had been due to a prior clogged drain line from the freezer evaporator and was able to clear the clog and ensure that the freezer door could open and shut properly. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and the display blank. I test3d the outlet and got 123V. I removed the control panel and found the thermal fuse blown. I tested the 120V & 70V thermostats that sit behind the panel and found the 70V thermostat bad. Using my jumper wire, I bypassed the thermostat connectors and used another jumper to bypass the fuse and plugged the unit in and it came on.I am ordering the thermostats, cutoffs, fuse (2) and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST .
