Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed tub. Upon arrival costumer clarified that at one point theyd seen the tub leaning to the back left which indicates a failing suspension rod. I replaced tub and all 4 rods then tested washer with 8 towels. Found washer could fill and Agitate then go into a stable spin cycle without getting off balance. Confirmed high speed spin was stable with customer. Found no leaks during repair and unit working as designed. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint of no ice. Visual inspection of unit shows ice maker is turned off. FC section was set to 5 degrees which can cause issues with ice harvest. Set back to 0 and turned ice maker on. After a few minutes unit then harvested the ice maker. Ran test 97 and confirmed unit filled. Ice maker is operational. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a rattling or vibration noise. The customer played me a video and the noise was refrigerant noise entering the evaporator. I inspected the evaporator and found the sound pad barely hanging on the evaporator and in the wrong location. I installed the pad where the capillary enters the evaporator. I tested the refrigerator and the noise is muffled now. I went over using crushed ice and adjusted the doors for the customer. I explained to the customer that there tile at the rear of the refrigerator was out of level from left to right and they would need to roll the refrigerator up on a shim to get it any closer. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for incomplete combustion. Determined oven burner was not straight and was resulting in complete combustion. Made adjustment to straighten burner. All checks good. In event of repeat failure. Please regulator valve and oven burner.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise they were experiencing and based off the video provided, it appeared that the unit was off balance due to the placement of the clothing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed other than a slight screeching noise I heard when the basket ramped up in speed in the spin cycle of testing. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint, the history of the unit and my findings today. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found debris on the belt and pulley and advised a Bruce of my findings. Bruce recommended replacing the belt and cleaning the pulley and motor pulley and provided SR#7738607434. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with the manufacturer. Arrived on site to inspect unit for being stuck on soak cycle. Upon closer inspection found display not responding properly and based on customers complaint of having to unplug and plug unit back in to having a working unit for one wash cycle. "Arrived on site for temperature issues, upon arrival customer explained about having to adjust temperature by 25 degrees and getting an error code. Majority of issues in when cooking at 500 degrees. Ran diagnostics and get F8-E0 low fan speed. Power cycled unit per specifications and began testing. Monitored temperatures using thermocouple. 1st preheated to 350. Unit preheated then began heat cycles. Got L327, H382, with average 354.5. Then test unit preheating to 500. Unit preheated,then began heat cycles. Got L492, H521, average 506.5. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. I evacuated the system and found a lot of liquid substance evacuating from the drier. Using my Nitrogen, I connected to the drier and removed the access valve from the compressor and blew out the system with the nitrogen. I found very little nitrogen was coming out at the access valve which is telling me there is a restriction in the system. I removed the compressor and drier and installed new and tested the unit by doing a push/pull test and the unit is operating properly. I vacuumed the unit for approximately 1 hour and pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and monitored cooling. The unit is beginning to cool and operating as designed. I advised the maintenance staff to monitor the unit which should cool within approximately 24 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer with the water not draining. The customer stated that all her clothes were wet and sill in water and they removed the clothes and left the home but when they returned the washer had drained. I tested the washer and checked connections finding nothing wrong and the machine working as designed in the service cycle. I went over loading and detergent use with the customer. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a front load washer thats not starting or operating. The customer stated the unit shakes badly and bangs against the wall when using it. I found the shipping bolts still in the unit. I took one pic. I removed the shipping bolts. I found the door locked and the control not responding. I disconnected power and unlocked the door. I powered the unit up and it was trying to drain but not much water was coming out. I found some bra pads had gotten between the basket and tub restricting the drain. I removed the pads, cleared the long drain error, and tested the machine. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection had the unit do a harvest test and the ice was real small. I then did a water call heard the valve energize and no water came out. Ordering a dual valve. Then customer showed me that the middle drawer in the fc had frost in the middle of drawer. On further inspection found the frost buildup on the bottom of the top drawer at the back of drawer. Odering the p trap drain and gasket sealer to return next week. "Arrived onsite for cooktop center burner not working. On inspection found that the flame is only half away around the burner. Took the burner apart and found debris in the gas ports. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that their fruits & vegetables were freezing in the fresh foods section and theyve turned the temp down to the cold setting. I tested temps in the RC section at the top shelf (31 degrees), 2nd shelf (35 degrees) and bottom shelf (35 degrees). I checked the control and found it set at the recommended setting and I found the damper control set to cold for the freezer section which is allowing too much cold air into the RC section which in turn is causing food items to freeze. I explained how the damper control works I and reset the control just passed the recommended setting to allow the RC section to warm up slightly. I tested the temps in the FC=10 degrees and the unit is currently in defrost model I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and once the fresh foods section reached a comfortable temp to place the damper control back to the recommended setting. On arrival verified complaint of F6E8. Called TL to walk through diag. TL notes stated that may be an issue at big fuse on side. Look for arcs. None found and fuse is good. Checked all harness connections at appliance manager and fuse holder. Next checked ceramic fuse and it is good. On visual inspection of harness found tstat in the back of the unit shows damaged spade and tstat. Ordering 1 tstat W11607085; ordrng 1 W11607085 (Tstat)

Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit and container is empty. Supply water is correct. Inspected icemaker and there is ice in mold. Ran harvest test and motor only clicks. "WRF757SDHZ04 Arrived to inspect door closing difficulties and ice issues. I found the leveling legs were never set and after correcting, the door closing issue was resolved, due to correcting the top-forward lean of the chassis. The ice was wet in appearance and had signs of thaw/freeze cycling due to insufficient cooling in the storage bin. The ice maker housing was not installed correctly during manufacturing and after correcting, the sealant the bin assembly operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect RC and FC not cooling properly. Upon closer inspection FC is only at 58 degrees. Found frost on back freezer wall, exposed evaporator. Arrived onsite for a washer that will not start. I went over the two step starting instructions and how long to hold the start button when beginning a cycle. I also showed the customer how to load garments properly to prevent off balanced loads. I leveled the machine. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and found the unit would fill and then do nothing. I tilted the unit back and inspected the harness and didnt find anything visible, but when I lifted on the drain pump harness, the drain pump kicked on and drained the water. I unplugged the unit and gained access to the main control and tested the drain pump harness continuity and found the light blue wire good and the black wire open. I checked under the unit again and found where the harness had broken (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and mended the break for a temporary repair until I could return with the lower harness. Once I mended the harness, I tested the unit and found when the unit goes into a high speed spin, I can hear the the components make a loud screeching noise. I am ordering the lower harness, gearcase, cam and belt and scheduled return service for 03/06/24. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had just bought this machine and it has not worked since the day he bought it. He advised that the unit will tumble, but it is not heat at all. I checked voltage to the terminal block and found proper voltage and polarity. Checked all heating components and found everything showing that they were working as designed. I checked voltage going to the heater and found lying to voltage missing. Checked the motor and found that the connector for the motor had not been fully inserted onto the motor. Fixed the electrical connections and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a range that is not reaching proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will reach preheat temperatures but then will stop heating altogether and will not cycle back on until the customer cancels the cycle and then set a new bike cycle to preheat. I tested both elements and found both elements working. I went ahead and replace the oven thermostat and main control ran the unit up to a 350?F bake cycle. I found the unit cycling between 380?F and 318?F, giving the customer a big average of 349?F. Did advise the customers that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not cooling well in either compartment. I could hear the refrigerant spitting and the flow starting and stopping at the evaporator. I inspected the compressor compartment and found oil at the drier where the aluminum capillary was connected and I suspect a leak there. The compressor was warm. Need to replace the compressor and drier then test the evaporator lokrings for leaks with nitrogen. "Arrived on site to test unit for shaking and squeal. Tested unit found all components engaging, replaced splutch to fix squealing issue. Called techline to document SR#7738572776, per techline put 4 towels at 12 3 6 9 and ran a rinse and drain cycle. Unit was balanced and spun out fully. Advised customer against mixing loads with jeans or towels, also advised to keep load size around 40% of the basket. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

On arrival confirmed complaint of no water. On first check unit is working and dispensing water as well as making ice. Customer did have the unit colderer then factory and I advised it could have frozen the reservoir at the time of failure. Unit is currently working as designed. Job complete. "MHW5630HC3 Arrived to inspect excessive vibration. As expected, I found no error codes and within automatic and manual test 7, the machine spun as designed and there was no signs of excessive chassis movement. High speed imagery revealed the spin basket was significantly out-of-round and had approximately 8 mm of variance.
