"MVW7230HW1 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that had two separate noises, at two different parts of the cycle. I was able to isolate the first to the tub ring that was not fully seated during manufacturing. I was able to completely correct the tub ring seating and found the upper tapping noise corrected. The second was excessive endplay of the inner shafting, both upper and lower. The lower shaft had horizontal movement and should have had an imperceptible amount. I removed and replaced the gear case, calibrated and tested within multiple modes and the issue was completely corrected. No leaks observed during service."

"WFW5620HW1 Arrived to repair latch. Service test mode had F5E2 and F8E1 stored in memory and I cleared. I found the issue causing the door latch to not operate was the door was sagging far enough to not allow the switch to register its position. I was able to correct the door position via adjustment, which caused the existing latch to operate as designed, without fail through multiple tests. I set the detergent dispense concentration to the 2nd lowest and advised the customer. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel non-responsive. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and found the control panel display missing digits (photo). I found error codes F9E1-no drain, F8E4-float switch open, F8E1-no water/long fill. Cleared the codes and inspected inside the unit and found debris on the element (photo). Continued with testing and water entered the unit, but I could not hear the sump motor come on and did not hear the spray arms in motion. I stopped testing and opened the door to find the tub engulfed in suds (photo). The customer provided the detergent they are using and I found it to be an organic dish soap which is not useable in a dishwasher (photo). I removed the toeplate and found water in the drain pan below (photo) and the float switch saturated with detergent causing it to not function properly. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the sump assembly, upper and lower spray arms, float switch and CNOTE-LSO. Scheduled return service for 08/26/24. Upon return, the control panel, sump assembly, both spray arms and float switch will need to be replace to complete the repair. I recommended the customer clean the unit before we return to repair the unit. No water leaks observed during service. "WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect non-operation and noise. The customer advised they had used the machine and upon unloading, the machine started to make a noise. I found the noise was the drain pump and the machine was stuck in flood mode. I was able to reset and then tested. The water level system operated as designed and pressure testing of the tubing showed no loss. After the reset, the machine appeared to operate within all modes, however, at the final customer mode test, the issue showed back up and the machine ran the drain pump incessantly. I removed and replaced the control, recalibrating and retesting. All functions returned to normal and the issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill (valve). Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the cold water valve is getting energized, but there is no water flow. I allowed testing to complete and other than the cold water issue, the unit is operating as designed. I turned the water sources off and disconnected the inlet hoses and tested the cold water and found there is no water coming from the valve at the wall (photo). I tested the hot water the same way and found there is good water flow from the hot valve at the wall. I re-installed both hoses and checked for leaks and found none. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave making noise when in use. Customer clarified that the unit seems to make a loud noise when starting, which drops after a couple seconds and gets quiet. No functions are impacted and the unit still heats properly. I ran the unit several times and can confirm that the magnetron does start a bit louder, and quiets down. Based on the sounds I heard this is in line with other microwaves of a similar age, and is likely just parts seating in and does not actually indicate a failure. Unit is working as designed, no damage found and unit heats properly. Customer advised to follow up if unit gets louder and stops heating. Call completed, no parts used."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer making high pitched screech when running. Customer showed me video, but I could not find the source of the noise. I disassembled the bottom end and found no damage or signs of noise, other than debris and dust inside the rotor. I cleaned that out and checked the top end. I found the basket is super loose and can be wiggled left and right, like the spanner nut has come loose. I could not get the wash plate removed and will need to break it off. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the compressor will run but the unit does not cool. I did confirm the customers complaints. I found the compressor running but no heat coming from the return line from the condenser, indicating an inefficient compressor or a leak. I replaced the compressor, dryer, and access valve. I charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen and could not detect any leaks present for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit the -31 psi and found pressures. Hold for another 20 minutes. I charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of R134A refrigerant. Afterwards found unit spin had been turned off on multiple wash cycles informed customer buttons are very sensitive and can be pressed when reaching on the shelf for soap. "Arrived on site to test unit for ice clumping in bin. Upon arrival customer presented issue, there is an ice sheet on the bottom of the ice container. Tested unit found ice try filled with too much water creating an ice sheet, when harvesting, that ice sheet did not break and release the cubes, instead it popped the ice try out of the ice motor. Unit think cubes were harvested and filled with water, when filling all the water went into the ice container causing an ice sheet. Will need to order filter assembly and pressure regulator as precautionary. In order to turn the water off, install the pressure regulator and install the filter assembly unit will need to be pulled out of the cavity, two man required. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 08/26.; ordrng 1 W11235091 (Filter assembly) and 1 WP2300868 (Fitting) and 1 W10786952 (Pressure regulator) and 1 8212547RP (Waterline)"

Arrived onsite for a washer giving an F8E1 low flow error to possibly replace a valve. I tested all three valves in manual loads and found all three filling the machine in 37-38 seconds and working as designed. I went over with the tenant the issues they have been having and they stated at times it is not draining. I had found no issues with the drain pump and I went over detergent use and amounts with the tenant. I also went over clean washer instructions with the tenant. At this time the machine is functioning as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they just loaded up groceries inside of the refrigerator but that they have been having ongoing issues with items freezing in the refrigerator section in multiple locations. I did find multiple items pushed against the back wall, and the customer advised that that has not been the case until recently. She stated that when the items for freezing, there wasnt a whole lot in it. I did tell the customer that not having a lot of items in the refrigerator can cause this issue, due to colder than normal temperatures and the ability for the cold air to cool down items within the refrigerator section. I did go ahead and replace the control and the thermistor just to be sure. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10384183 and W11594670."

"Arrived on site to test unit for screeching noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit was screeching during the cycle then one day it started sensing and cycle did not start. Ran diagnostic cycle, heard motor engaging but unit did not agitate or spin. Gained access to the bottom of the unit and found cam has burned through the pulley shield due to basket dropping to the floor. Also found belt has been thrown off causing no agitation and spin. Replaced cam (W10721967), actuator (W10913953), and belt (WPW10006384). Ran diagnostic cycle, during spin unit made a loud whirring sound indicating a failed gearcase. Will need to order a new gearcase and additional parts to ensure completion. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I found the valve getting energized and voltage (121V), but no water entering the unit and the water valve under the sink is turned on. I disconnected the water hose from the dishwasher inlet valve and turned the water on under the sink and no water came out of the hose (photo). I turned the water off and pulled the unit out from the cabinets and found the hose kinked at the cabinet (photo). Adjusted the hose and reattached it to the inlet valve on the dishwasher and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Upon further inspection, found drain standpipe to be way too deep. Adjusted drain pipe to proper length (picture attached) and immediately flowed naturally. Unit prompted to go to rinse and spin naturally. Unit is now functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"
