"Arrived on site to inpsect dryer sometimes not drying clothes, upon further inspection, I ran an airflow test and the unit is getting proper airflow. I then checked the cycling temperatures and the cycling temperature is good and heating like it should. The dryer is operating as designed with no issues found. The customer advised that he had recently got his house pest proofed and at that time they may have cleared or cleaned the vent and as far as he knows the dryer has been working fine since. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking. Upon further inspection I found a trail of water coming from the left side of the fridge. I found that the drip pan was all the was all the way full and spilling onto the floor. I then checked the ice maker fill tube and found that it had been spilling over the tube and into the evaporator drip tray and then down into the condenser drip pan causing it to overflow. I installed the piece of tubing into the ice maker fill chute to ensure that the water will now only channel into the ice tray. I vacuumed the majority of the water from the condenser drip tray so it does not overfill from normal defrost cycles. No water leaks observed at the end of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for continuous fill and drain. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not get passed sensing due to drain pump working while its filling. Tested unit, confirmed that when cycle is started the drain pump immediately engages during a fill. Tried to enter diagnostics but drain pump would not disengage. Inspected harness, found pressure hose was kinked. Used a heat gun to soften the pressure hose and remove the kink. Tested unit, cycle now starts properly. I attempted to unplug the unit several times and gave it several minutes to try to clear out and start a new cycle but it would not. I went ahead and replaced the main control and tested the unit. "Ive done site for a washing machine that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit completely quit in the middle of the cycle and that the lid finally unlocked but that there is still water inside of the washing machine. I did confirm the customers complaint and gained access underneath. I found the issue due to a split wire on the wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and went to test the unit. I found the lights on the touch panel, moving from side to side, indicating that the unit was in some sort of demo mode. I could not find any demo mode within the unit and spoke to PR. Advised he believe the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not starting cycles again. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. I gained access to the interior of the unit and found the thermal fuse open again. I visually inspected the heater, and did not find any sagging on the coils. I checked the heating element, and found continuity between the terminals, but no continuity between any of the terminals and the heater housing. I checked the operating thermostat and found it showing was good. I replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit. I gained access to the back and took the vent hose off and took temperature checks. I found the unit fluctuating between 127?F and 153?F giving an average temperature of 140?F on a high heat cycle. I did advise the customer that there is nothing on the machine said that would be causing this issue, and that if they have another thermal fuse go out, it would most likely indicate an issue with the venting. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of lid broken. Found glass was unglued from lid, I replaced lid, unit tested good."

Arrived on site for washer shaking and making a noise during spin. No error codes stored. Customer has video on unit making knocking noise. Unit passed diagnsotics. Removed top panel. Saw harness and pressure switch out wards causing them to hit the back in certain loads. Properly routed and use zip tie to hood in place. Call complete.per office warranty call.

Found door hinges hitting cabinet not allowing the door to close correctly. Customer will need to get with builder to get thst fix job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for pump issues. Found unit not getting water. Engaged fill valve 4 times and was able to push air out of line. Completed diagnostic cycle with no issues. All components now working as designed. No parts replaced. No leaks detected at this time. Contractor not present for signature. Job complete.

NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for a washer leaking water. On arrival found washer in rent a centers warehouse nowhere near water supply or power connections. Looked underneath washer no signs of water damaged or signs of water the only thing I didn't see was the drain hose was not attached to back of washer. Couldn't test product no parts installed product should work as it's designed. Instructed manger on product.

"Arrived on side to test unit for unit, sparking when not in use. Remove cooktop, cover confront panel to get to valves to run test for any gas leaks and to run tests on igniter harness. Found no gas leaks couldn't replicate.The issue contacted tech support rand tests with tech support could not find any issues at this time. SR#7740566502 called safety to report findings 7740557594"
