Arrived on site for refrigerator icemaker leaking. On inspection found that when the water is turn on it leakes from the icemaker tray. Gain access to the valve and I removed it. I disconnected the lines to the valve from the icemaker and the water dispenser. I left I put on the valve in put the valve in a bucket I turn the water back on and water came out of the valve immediately. The valve is bad Customer informed me that his wife works at Ferguson plumbing and that she will get the valve.

Check voltage to the unit at the terminal block and found 120 V going from line 1 to neutral but only 30 V going from Line 2 to neutral. When checking Line 1 to Line 2, I only found 90 V indicating an electrical supply issue. I double checked at the plug and found similar voltage. The unit is working as designed and advised the customer to fix their electrical supply issues. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont turn on and is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaked underneath during one of their cycles. I plug the unit in in from the unit sitting in a drain. Canceled out the drain and round the unit through an auto test. Found the unit leaking out of the back where the drain hose has been disconnected. I reconnected the drain hose and re-ran the unit through diagnostics. Found the unit making a screeching sound during the spin but no leaks present. I tested the unit again with the same result. I checked the tub and did not see any visible cracks on the tub or water residue. I did explain that it appeared the leaking issue was with the drain hose being disconnected but did advise they might want to think about replacing their cam due to the cam being worn. Replaced the cam and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived onsite for a leaking DW. Upon inspection I found no leaks at the door gasket, door vent gasket and at the door bottom gasket. Or at the sump&motor. I did however find out the the customer with running the DW pods and dishes that where not soils with food but relatively clean, they where just running them though the DW they just recently moved, and the dishes were packed away. This could be the cause of the issues as soapsuds produced by the pods have nothing to do so. They are settling on top of the water and sleep past the bottom seal and running over the lip of the tub and soaking into the insulation creating a leak That can only be solved by proper detergent use and loading of the dishwasher. Which I went over with the customer."

I tested the outlet and found no power to the outlet. I checked the breaker box and found the breaker to be a GFCI and it was tripped. After several attempts, I was able to get the breaker to hold so I could test the unit. Placed it in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and unit is operating as designed. All components are within amp range. I recommended the customer have the breaker checked/replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not igniting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ovens are fine, but when they lost power recently, they could not use the unit as the cooktop would not ignite even with using a match as there was no gas being distributed. I tested the cooktop burners and found the front left burner would not ignite very well. I found the ignitor had dropped and wasnt making good contact with the cap. I adjusted the ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed. I found on page 6 of the owners manual that states when there is a prolonged power failure, the unit will not operate and the surface burners cannot be lit manually and to not attempt to manually light the burners. I advised the customer of this info. I tested the ovens and they are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer tearing clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a piece of a shirt that had been torn during a wash. I removed the agitator assembly and using my microfiber cloth, I checked for any rough spots on the agitator. I found one spot on the bottom of the washplate and replaced the agitator. I found the customer is washing on the auto sensing and recommended they perform a deep water wash to add more water to each cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and found the unit is making a metal on metal grinding noise. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil in the pulley shield. Removed and replaced the gearcase and cam (from van stock-W10721967) and calibrated the unit. Retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Opened door and shut it and gap cleared. Tried multiple times. If allowed a soft close, the door would gap. When a firm close from the center was applied the door would not gap. Also found small gaps in mullion to liner. Filled liner gaps and instructed customer on proper opening and closing of the door. Open, pulling from center handle and closing firm from center handle. This will eliminate undue stress on either side of the rail system. Unit is functioning properly. Customer will monitor. Job complete"

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that she has had this issue almost since she bought the unit. She sometimes can wash the dishes and have it run through but other times she has issues. Drain the unit and found draining extremely slow. Pulled out the unit and found that the drain hose had been connected on the wrong side of the back left foot. This was causing the drain hose to collapsing on itself and not drain properly. Fixed the positioning of the drain hose and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat and tumble but it is taking them 2 to 3 loads to dry clothes. Tested the unit and did confirm the customer complaint. Did find the unit tumbling and heating as designed. Check behind the unit and found that the vent hose was too long and I had several kinks in the vent hose. Did advise the customer that the most likely issue with her unit is airflow issue stemming from their dryer vent hose. Did advise the customer to get a shorter rigid aluminum vent hose to illuminate the number of turns airflow Hass to make before it gets to the wall. Did find the unit slightly leaning forward as well not allowing close rub up against the moisture sensor. Re-adjusted the feet and tested the unit. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

I tested the machine and found the external drain pump making noise and struggling because the hose at the sink was crimped. I corrected the hose and tested. I showed the customer that the unit is not fitting correctly in the cabinet and the machine should be able to be slid out effortlessly but the unit gets stuck at the bottom and this can cause noise if the chassis is in a bind. Upon further inspection found cause of failure was the slider magnet coming off the slider assembly causing unit not to lock into place and engage agitation or spin accurately which led to the overweight error code. Found temps set/actual at 0/21 fc, 34/48 rc. Found unit had low charge but couldnt pinpoint any leaks with 120psi of nitrogen. Pulled vac and let unit set for 30 minutes and never saw gauges move from -30psi. Recharged system with 56g of refrigerant. Found entire fc evap coil fully ffunctioning oats pver after letting unit run for another 30 minutes. Found temps in fc dropping under 10 and continuing to go lower. Info Ed customer to give u it 24 hrs to stabilize temps and additional 24hrs to fill ice bucket. Call complete"
