"I dont say for a refrigerator thats making a vibrating sound intermittently during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and it sounded like it was coming from the evaporator area removed the freezer, evaporator, cover and found the noise not coming from the evaporator motor assembly. Found the noise was being made regardless of whether the evaporator fan was running or not. Pushed on the side of the refrigerator and found the noise stop. Checked all refrigerant lines and found two refrigerant lines touching. I separated the refrigerant lines and tested the unit. Still had slight vibration sounds coming from the unit. Adjusted the feet and found the unit stopping the noise. Did advise the customer on how to adjust his refrigerator in case of unlevel surfaces. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I confirmed the ice door was not closing and sealing correctly. I replaced the ice door and tested it. The door is sealing properly now. I removed all the ice build up from the FC and all the water from inside the RC. I found a large air gap on the left side of the RC door gasket and a air gap at the top right side of the FC. I heated the gaskets and formed them to seal properly. I used sealant and closed a gap at the top and bottom of the center mullion. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for DW ui not working properly. On inspection the tough and normal buttons were not working. I checked the polarity of the unit at the junction box and everything was good. I replaced the control and ui at the same time. The tough and normal button are working now. The issue is that from previous tech have changed the control and the ui to try in fix the issue and the ui last about 2 weeks before the issue comes back. Not sure the other tech switched the control and the ui at the same time. If they did there is a deeper problem. The unit is only a few months old. Called and talked with TJ to see if there was a solution for this issue. He said there are no known issues at this time with parts we were installing. No water leaks detected during service

Arrived onsite for vent hood light not staying on. On inspection the button when pushed did latch on due to the switch being to far back. Gain access to the switch and 1 of the screws were lose allowing the button to move back when push on I tighten the screw and reassembled the unit. It is working as designed now. The lights stay on.

If compressor stays running and unit doesn't cool then customer is advised on needing a Sealed system repair, or possibly a control if unit locks up again. "Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning the clothes out when set to the normal cycle. I found spin turned off in the normal cycle and showed the customer. I explained to the customer that the washer will automatically default to what options were selected and run dining the previous cycle. I checked stored error codes and there was a slow fill, off balance, and suds error code. I went over detergent and loading. The customer stated they had just cleaned the hose screens and when I ran the auto test cycle the machine filled properly and worked as designed.

"Arrived onsite for a dryer not heating. I tested the incoming voltage and had 123VAC L1-G, 12VAC L2-G, & 110VAC L1-L2. I reset the circuit breaker and had 243VAC L1-L2. The breaker didnt lock in strong like it should when resetting it. I ran the dryer and lost L2 and could smell a faint electrical smell coming from the wall receptacle. I disassembled the dryer and inspected the L2 circuit at the control and all the heater components. All tested good and visually looked good. I went over all this with the customer and they are going to pull the receptacle and change it then test the dryer and if needed have the breaker replaced. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for unit making scraping noise. Upon arrival inspected unit. After running unit for a few minutes noise was apparent and increased as unit continued to run. Disassembled and ran test. Found that unit element would not cycle. With element assembly disassembled the scraping noise went away. It seems like the unit is overheating and causing the panel to warp and rub. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. When I arrived I found the customer had emptied out the unit but both compartments were cold and at temp. The customer stated this is whats been happening and sometimes when it stops cooling he can hear the overload tripping on the compressor. I turned the temp down and when the compressor tried to start it stayed at 6.5 amps and tripped the overload. I pierced the drier to remove the refrigerant and had no pressure. I cut the steel line and the capillary tube at the drier and still nothing came out. I cut the high side line at the compressor and nothing came out. I cut the low side line at the compressor and refrigerant and oil would come out and stop. I would hear oil gurgling in the suction line and more would come out. I gained access to the evaporator and it had a full frost pattern and the lines were not kinked. I explained to the customer that the evaporator has to be full of oil for this to be happening and we will need to replace the evaporator also. I will blow thru the yoder loop and condenser with nitrogen when I return but am ordering the condenser just in case it is needed. Ordering W11550396 evaporator and W11644420 condenser. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo that has a failing gasket. Examined unit and found that what looks like rubber or a seal is sticking out of the front panel glass. "Arrived on site for dryer. To heating upon arrival confirmed issue. Found cause of failure was broken terminal block as well as damaged wiring, was able to temporarily redo wiring and found unit heating as designed but found terminal to damaged behind screws to hold wires properly and rescheduled customer for 05/20/23 to complete repairsW11164044 harness/terminal).; ordrng 1 W11164044 (Harness) and 1 Cnote (Harness has all the pieces of terminal needed for repairs.)"

Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found bin empty. Checked equalized pressures and found them at 60 high/low. Ran unit and found psi lvls at 160/-15. Replaced drier and recharged system. Found psi lvls equalized at 60 again then found run time pressures at 125/-5 but evap plate wasnt frosting over. Found no leaks in system and low side pressure would equalize back to 60 psi when powered off within 4 seconds indicating weak compressor windings. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed pump. Unit was installed unconventionally without brackets and could not be safely removed in a timely manner. Advised customer that the unit had been installed without brackets and would need to be made accessible to allow for repair. Customer requested that the sump assembly be left onsite to increase the likelyhood of a sameday repair once the unit is uninstalled. ; ordrng 2 WP8269145 (Mounting bracket)s

"Arrived on site for dryer noisy while running. Found rattling is coming from broken fan blade. Will need a new one, housing, and motor to complete repair it. At this time dryer is still heating properly and found a vent flow to the exterior of the apartment building is showing restricted. "MVW7230HW0 Arrived to inspect shaking. I found the legs were not set correctly and the unit would rock, corner to corner. I corrected the legs and centered the basket within the chassis and re-calibrated. The unit operated in manual and automatic test modes as designed. No leaks observed during service."
