Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. "Arrived on site to test unit for F9E1 product not draining error code. Tested unit, drain pump engaged and a very minimal amount of water was draining. Drain pump was working at full power but it seemed like there was some sort of restriction in the drain hose, the drain hose also had an aftermarket hose attached to make it longer. Kept activating the drain pump and squeezing the hose, eventually the restriction came loose and ended up at the end of the drain hose. Removed restriction (see attached image) and tested unit, unit is now draining properly and unit is running as designed. Informed the maintenance supervisor. "Arrived on site for a wash machine that is making a grinding sound. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit and diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I checked underneath the washer and found something has slid underneath the washer, causing the motor to grind on what was underneath the washer. See photos. I advise the customer of the issue and advise the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for an ice machine that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just completely quit working. I found the unit in the middle of a supposed to harvest and found the interior of the ice machine hot. I turned off the ice machine and found a hissing sound coming from the back of the evaporator. I ran the air into diagnostics and found very poor water flow coming from the inlet valve. I removed the filter and found water flow go back to normal indicating a bad filter. I found all other portions of the machine working until it got to the compressor stage. I found a hissing sound coming from the evaporator when it was trying to cool and the evaporator plate would not freeze over. I turned off the machine and continued to hear a hissing sound coming from the evaporator, indicating a leak at the evaporator. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit continually still has issues with agitation and that the unit completely died out with water inside the tub. They advise they were able to get the clothes out but water still remains. Confirm the customers complaint and pulled out the washer. While I was pulling it out, one of the legs on the washer broke. I was able to get it tilted back and found a wire heads split near the drain pump, causing the issue. I removed the water from the tub and gain access to the cam. I found the cam starting to melt at the top again. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Tracola SR# 7739901265. He advised that at this point with what has been replaced on the washer and continual issues with the cam melting, he would make no for the recommendation at this time, and that he would send the unit to review. Advised for me to tell the customer that whirlpool will be in contact with them or myself depending on the next steps. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Tested suspension, not bouncy and dampens properly. Ran a diagnostic cycle, unit is spinning uniformly with no off balance symptoms. Asked customer what the average load sizes are and she showed about 75-80% of the basket. Advised to customer that the load size limit is 20-40% of the basket. Anything above or below will throw this unit off balance. Also cannot handle comforters. Customer was not aware and will be changing load sizes to recommend size. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not starting. Examined and tested unit. Found no start. I checked the terminal block for voltages and found the L1 wire was melted and broken. Wires were melted on the dryer side and the power cable as well. I used a terminal block kit to fix the wires and secured. Customer advised they also need to replace the power cable. Unit should work with no issues once cable is replaced. Parts used - 279320.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. Customer said unit had stopped cooling, but came back on a day later. They are constantly seeing a PO message as well. I tested the unit and found that when the evap fan is running its rapidly pulsing and will not fully ramp up, and this is causing too much draw resulting in the control resetting. I replaced the evap motor and tested. Found fan working as designed and PO errors stopped. Parts used - W11578030."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. Cleared the code and tested the unit and found the unit would not turn on and approximately ten seconds into testing, the unit shut down and showed the error code again. When I went to pull the unit out of the cabinets, I found the unit power cord is mounted behind the microwave above the unit and did not have enough slack in the power cord to pull the unit out. I had to remove the microwave from the cabinets and push the oven power cord down behind the oven in order to get the wall oven out. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and the unit failed again. I checked the panel connections to the main control and the connections on the main control and all are good. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the freezer and found the freezer at 22?F. I found the refrigerator at 46?F. I gained access to the evaporator and found an inefficient frost pattern Generally caused by an inefficient compressor or a leak. I gained access to the back and found a Freon leak at the top of the dryer. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling .588 A. The customer is still under manufacturer extended warranty for sealed systems. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for lid not locking. Upon arrival found unit wouldnt start a cycle and would t lock the lid. "Arrived onsite and tested ice machine and found unit operating with insufficient cooling to form ice after 25 minutes. Evacuated and then pressure tested system with nitrogen at 250psi for 10 minutes. No gauge change indicating no leaking. Purged system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum for 40 minutes. During long vacuum, unit had secondary let down after about 15 minutes indicating a floating onstruction had been removed. Charged to spec and observed for proper operation and found unit is not producing ice in expected time frame. Unit is doing timed fill and cycle indicating the water level sensor is not operating. Advised facilities manager on findings and office to schedule follow up for full sealed system repair. ; saved tckt"

KFGC506JSS05 RG: Arrived on site to install parts from last tech . Further inspection found the broil working as its designed . When the oven door is open the broil will stay lit for two to three minutes then shut off thats how product is designed. Top left and right front burners needed realignment tested product works as its designed no gas leaks detected no parts installed.

Arrived onsite and found unit drain pump trap clogged with lint and pet hair causing unit to not drain. Cleared the trap. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. No parts used.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not drying plates. Upon arrival found unit is plastic tub informed customer unit has a plate warmer not a dryer and it wont effectively dry unit with the element as well as unit being designed to be operated with a rinse aid type product. Ran diagnostic cycle to confirm all components activating as designed. Unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will intermittently work and not work but what theyre having an issue with is that if they press the start button, sometimes the unit will buzz and not start spinning the drum. They advised that if they spin it by hand and then start it up, it will start but other times that they can run the unit immediately without having to do that. They also explained that the door handle broke recently. I tested the unit several times and was finally able to replicate the issue. I disassembled the unit to check all rollers and idler pulley. I found all spinning freely. I reassembled the unit back together and confirmed the same issue where the issue was very intermittent. Ordering the drive motor, handle, and blower wheel and rescheduled the customer to 9/16. ; ordrng 1 WP694089 (Blower wheel) and 1 279827 (Motor) and 1 W10861225 (Handle)"

Reset for Mon am. Customer also says gasket still hitting door. Called tech line. New gasket flapper is hitting left side door every time. Sent pic. Advised I can fit finger in between doors and they were even. Tech got with engineering. Will need to send the more photos of door. Measurement of front of cavity across top of unit and bottom with no doors. Measurement of doors from corner to corner, top and bottom. Measurement of distance between doors at top and bottom. "KSEG700ESS6 Arrived on site for F8E0 error. Upon arrival, inspected cooling fan its spinning freely. Entered diagnostics and found F8E0 cooling fan too low and F2E1 stuck key. Cleared codes. Ran tested mode and found no issues. Ran bake cycle for 20 minutes and no issues. Customer stated its been happening intermittently for 1 month. Arrived on site for filter and housing leaking roughly 1oz every mornin since housing was replaced. On arrival confirmed failure and customer showed measurements of water shed collected. Found filter cracked and leaking black residue into housing. Customer provided new filter and I replaced wow10394053 housing. Found leak no longer present call complete
