"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the basket assy to the right and far back in the cabinet, nearly contacting both at rest and a likely contributing factor to the customers complaint. Further inspection revealed the gear case in the early stages of seal failure and oil was beginning to pool in the rotor area. I removed and replaced the gear case, rotor and slider and re-calibrated the unit. Post gear case testing showed the unit operating as designed. I coached the customer on detergent type and amount. I found the suspension operating as designed with no excessive movement or hop. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that turned itself off during a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised about a week ago, the unit was in the middle of a cycle and completely shut down. Advised about 15 minutes later it turned itself back on and continue to finish the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored air codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Checked polarity at the wall and found that the hot and the neutral had been reversed. Explain to customer that the most likely cause of their issue is with their electrical supply due to improper voltage being sent to the wrong places. Advised the customer to have an electrician come fix their outlet and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I installed the front rollers for the unit and then when able to remove it, found the compressor operable, but only drawing .6 amps after it ran for 5 minutes. High side discharge at the compressor was 123?F and had /// to 107? at the entry to the condenser. At the left side of the first row, the temperature was down to 91?. I recovered the system and replaced the compressor, service port and dryer. I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. During final leak testing, a very small amount of bubbles formed at the evaporator return section and will need to be replaced. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that seems to be running a lot more than usual. I found the customer had the temps set at 37 degrees in the RC and 2 degrees in the FC. I found the ice bin full. I found the FC temp dropping to -6 degrees and still cooling. I found the FC thermistor resistance at 24.65 Kohms registering -1. The UI has digits missing and I explained to the customer that this can be an issue also. I did find the center of the condenser coil partially packed in dust and hair and it will take compressed air to blow the coil out. I found the vents blocked off from insulation collapsing from to much ice build up. I spoke to the customer about the fridge. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with water in the freezer bottom. Upon further inspection, I found water in the bottom of the fresh foods section. Also found the fresh foods evaporator drip pan badly bowed, the deli control not operating and the customer advised they have seen ice built up on the fresh foods evaporator cover. I inspected the deli control and it was dry. I inspected the deli harness and found the brown wire broken. I explained to the customer that the unit is in the beginning stages of malfunctioning. I explained that the unit has the damaged wire harness which will eventually lead to cooling issue, which theyve already experienced with the fresh foods evaporator freezing up. I provided a disclaimer written by management and recommended they not proceed with repairs due to it not being cost effective. The unit is currently cooling properly, but the deli control is not working due to the harness being damaged.

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-water temp fault. I cleared the error code and removed the console to access the inlet valve and found the valve leaking at the sensor. Continued with testing and when the water began to dispense, I found water leaking from the sensor seal. I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a oven microwave combo that the microwave will not heat. The model and serial number tag has been partially removed. I tested the unit and found the magnetron humming loudly. The unit has a high voltage system issue. I got with the other members of the service team and there is no way to narrow this unit down to the exact model because there are multiple engineering codes. I had advised the customer if we could not narrow down the model then to call GE directly and see if the unit was ever registered under the address or see if they could send a GE tech out to verify what the model of the unit is. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dryer making a loud squealing noise at random times. I couldnt duplicate the noise but I disassembled the unit and found the idler puller almost locked up. I replaced the idler bracket and vacuumed out the chassis. The dryer is working as designed. Call complete.

Pierced low side found no refrigerant in system,installed a new filter drier,pressurized system to find leak location,found unit losing pressure,checked compressor compartment and tubing,removed evaporator cover checked evaporator connections while checking tubing found hissing noise with cap tube movement.

Arrived onsite for a dryer thats making the same noise again and started smoking. After I arrived I found out that it wasnt the dryer but the washer that was the issue. I found the spider had broken from the rear of the basket and the basket was wobbling in the tub. This was the noise the customer was hearing and it was rubbing the outer tub before it stopped that cause the smoke the customer saw. The unit would need a tub and basket replacement.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that started leaking from underneath. I tested the dishwasher in the diagnostics cycle. I found no leaks . I found no signs that anything in the sump area has ever leaked. I did see signs where the fill hose had leaked at one time where it connects to the valve but it was tight and not leaking now. I found where the sound barrier had gotten wet at the toe kick and it had been wet all the way across it from left to right. I inspected the float and it wasnt leaking. I removed the outer door and there were no signs the dispenser had ever leaked. I inspected the door seal and found it good. I suspect the unit had excessive suds and cause water to leak over the tub seal. The customer is not using rinse aid in the dispenser and is using Cascade Complete pods. I went over detergent use with the customer and turning the hot water on at the sink getting the water hot before starting the dishwasher. I explained to the customer what to look for in regards to suds and told them they might need to change detergent. There were no water leaks present at the time of service.

"Arrived on site for whirlpool dryer leaving a brown residue on the clothes and making a squeaking noise. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the felt bands breaking down causing the staining, I also found the interior full of lint and the guide wheels and pulley no longer spin freely. Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning. Found all components are testing good but motor still not engaging. replaced lower harness per Techline with no improvement. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main control and control panel and when I went to test, I plugged the u;it in and the control panel display showed F2E3 error code. I unplugged the unit and waited approximately 3 minutes and plugged it back in and got the same results. I placed the old main control back in the unit and retested and continued to get the error code. I contacted techline and spoke to Steve and advised of the previous complaint, previous techs diagnosis and my issue with the new parts. Steve advised that the main control is not recognizing the control panel and to re-order parts. Provided SR#7735084951. Also, when I tilted the unit back to confirm the drain pump was connected as it was replaced at previous service call, I found a large amount of gearcase oil on the rotor and all four cabinet panels. I am ordering the main control, console, gearcase, clutch and slider and office to schedule return service. Upon return service, returning tech will need to replace all parts ordered to complete the call. Unit left unplugged and water turned off for safety. Arrived on site and inspected washer and found it is leaking from hose that connects drain pump to rear of the washer. A new one will be needed to correct issue. Will also bring back the drain pump if needed; ordrng 1 W11316671 (Hose) and 1 W11458345 (Drain pump)

Arrived on site and found Internal drain hose is leaking when drain pump runs. There is no hot water pressure because hot water heater is being replaced but will also bring valves in case they are needed; ordrng 1 W11553446 (Internal Drain hose)

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found magnetic strip is broken on the fresh food door. This is causing the strip to twist and not sit properly. At this time there is no air leak. Prescreened gasket was damaged in the box and will need to be re-ordered; ordrng 1 W10355582 (Gasket)

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is having a hard time draining and spinning. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the hub stripped again. I did advise the customer that it is possible that her issue is deriving from her gear case. The customer advised that she would just prefer to have the hub replaced again just to be sure and well Figure out her situation if that does not work. Re-ordering the hub assembly and did not collect due to the customer still being under warranty for the prior repair.
