I checked the gasket and found gasket is flat and working properly. Advised ti make sure nothing goes in the pizza pocket except pizzas. I checked temp settings since customer said some items like lettuce were going bad quicker. I found RC set to 33, which was too cold and likely spoiling the lettuce. "WMH53521HZ06 Arrived to inspect no vent. I verified the issue and could hear the relays clicking with the changing speeds, when selected. The capacitor tested fine, but spinning the blower by hand, caused the unit to work. I found the yellow wire in the compound blower connector, was not fully seated and after correcting, the issue was resolved and the unit operated as designed."

The customer showed me that he was able to slide in a business card up at the top corner. I attempted to adjust the hinge up at the top, right hand corner to make a better fit and was unsuccessful. I found that the center mullion was bowed, causing the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Brandon SR# 7736862408. He had me take several photos of the issue and advised that the center million was sticking out way too far for the gasket to properly seal. He advised that the unit would be sent up to review and to tell the customer that whirlpool would be in contact with them or myself, depending on the next steps. Looked at the ice container and found that the pushbutton to release the ice container was jammed and would not Come out. Replaced the ice container and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling properly and stuff is not fully frozen in the freezer. I found the evaporator with a full frost pattern but the evaporator fan was not running with 12.3VDC to it. I replaced the fan motor and now everything is working as designed. Customer does not have water connected to the unit and the icemakers are both turned off. Call complete.

A washing machine that is flashing an F1 E3 error code. Inspected unit and work area. Ran into diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I check the pressure hose for any cracks or signs of blockage. Could not find any issue with the pressure hose. Went to the control and found that the pressure hose sitting on the control was extremely loose due to the pressure hose expanding on top of the control. Cut off a small bit of the pressure hose and replaced the main control. I tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for leaking water. Upon arrival inspected unit and do not see obvious traces of leaks. Test unit by running a normal load with deep fill. Unit filled correctly from valve and does not leak. Inspected tub with unit filled and there are no leaks.. after all test noticed a small drip of water from valve near cold coil. Arrived onsite for MW not heating. On inspection tested the cap it was .91uf tested the transformer.04 prime and 84.2 secondary. Tested the magnetron it was .02 ohms . The transformer had 118vac to it. Everything pointed to the magnetron being bad. Replaced the magnetron and it started to heat.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezing items in fresh foods section. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the RC=38 degrees on setting of 37degrees and FC=8 degrees on setting of 0 degrees. I found customer had food items pushed all the way back against the back wall of the RC section restricting airflow throughout the fresh foods section. I made recommendations for placement of food items for the fresh foods section. Customer advised that frozen fruits were blocks of ice when they place them in the freezer and would go bad in the fresh foods section. I advised that due to them transporting them from the grocery store, the fruits will thaw out and the bags have liquid in them that will freeze once theyre placed in the freezer section and theres nothing that will change that. I recommended they keep the frozen fruits in the freezer section as thats where theyre meant to be kept as they will go bad in the fresh foods section. I tested the unit in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. Made recommendations for use and care. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for washer not getting water out clothes. On inspection found this the unit that has the bad basket in the unit no QR code on the side. The customer said that it is always walking and hitting the wall as they use the unit. Ordering a basket and returning the suspension because they are bad too. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is barely dispensing any water and occasionally freezes their milk. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm both customers complaints and found the refrigerator sitting at 36?F. Remove the water filter and found the water dispensing and operating as designed. tested the unit with a new water filter in the unit began to dispense and operate as designed. The customer advise theyre just replaced there other water filter just over two months ago and didnt understand why the filter wouldve gone bad that quickly. In regards to the items freezing portion of the call, I did notice that the customer had several items pushed up against the back wall, and she was explaining that some of the items on the top shelf to freeze if they are pushed back towards the back. I did explain to the customer that the freezer air comes through that channel on the back left side and blows out straight so if they have anything in the back thats restricting airflow it can freeze because they are getting freezer air into that portion of the refrigerator. I did advise the customer to not push items all the way to the back due to limitation of airflow and potential possibility to freeze items. The unit is working as designed. Complete."

Arrived onsite for a range that will not heat. I found the unit would power on but none of the cooktop elements or the oven elements would work. I found 242VAC at the terminal block and only 120VAC at the switches and the control. I found L2 getting lost in the wire harness where it splits off and goes to the cooktop and the control. Arrived onsite for oven not heating properly. On inspection found that the customer was using a temp gauge in the oven and when it hit 350? the gauge did read 350?. I showed th customer that the temperature sensor was up in the left hand corner and when it said 350? it was 350? up at the top of the unit. That why they say to wait 15 minutes before putting in your food. Customer understands how it works now.

"Arrived onsite for dryer not drying properly. On inspection found no air flow, pulled the vent hose off and found it clogged. Tested unit again with out a hose and the air flow was good. Installed a vent hose that the customer had and tested unit again and it was better then what was but still not the same as tested with no hose. Informed the customer to try use the unit and see if the dry times get better. If not need to have the vent cleaned."

Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and found all burners operating properly except the middle burner as the flame does not go all the way around the burner head. I disassembled the burner head and found a small amount of debris in between the cap and head and cleared it out. Reassembled and retested and got the same results. I found the gas orifice clogged and cleared it out and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Upon inspection I found a loose gas fitting at the back of the unit I tightened it up and the I performed a bubble test and found that the leak was gone and there was no smell at this time I contacted safety and spoke to Dominique about my findings and what I did to resolve the issue. Arrived onsite for washer not working. On inspection saw oil on the capacitor when I looked at the under the unit. Replaced the capacitor and tested unit. The unit passed diagnostics mode. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite to replace faulty transformer. Replaced transformer and inspected components. Reassembled and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed capacitor. Replaced capacitor. Unit is now spinning and agitating as designed. All checks good.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no leaks. I inspected the drain hose and inlet hoses and found no signs of a leaks. I tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield damaged (photo). I found no signs of a leak under the unit and no cracks in the tub. The customer advised the unit was making a loud grinding noise when in the spin cycle (pulley shield rubbing on the pulley). I advised the customer that they had too large of a load in the washer and caused the tub to drop and sit on the floor which caused the damage to the shield. Customer advised that they had performed a large load when the noise and leak occurred. I adjusted the shield and retested the unit and it continued to operate as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced console W11600370. Test unit by preheating to 350 and is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a washer not completing a cycle. I checked stored error codes and found F3E3, F7E3, F7E9, & F7E4. I found the slider broken and that caused the rotor teeth to get messed up. I replaced the rotor and slider then tested the machine in diagnostics. I found the slider not engaging in spin. I found 121VAC at the control on J15 orange to white but down at the shifter I had 0VAC but if I tested orange or white to ground I had 121VAC indicating a break in the harness. Ordering W11568984 harness. RS for Tue 7/18. ; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Harness)"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was refrigerator water not cold. I tested the water temperature and was cold enough. I explained to customer if they use more than 3 cups of water they can experience the water being warmer than usual and can take up to 24 hrs for the water to reach back to normal temps. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service."

Arrived onsite and tested unit for not spinning out and was advised the real concern was not draining. Tested all base functions and unit spins and agitates fills and drain properly. Advised customer on findings. Possible lower harness intermittent weight related short. In event of repeat failure. Prescreen harness.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating properly within specifications. Determined noise and intermittent heating loss reported may be due to unsafe and improper wiring hook up. See pic. Advised customer on observation. All is operating as designed at time of service.
