"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking consistently. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the entire machine by pulling it out. I ran a heavy cycle and began monitoring and checking components for leaks points. All possible leak points looked good and I was not able to recreate the leak after 30 min of monitoring. The customer advised that they found a sraw at the bottom of the sump after a cycle. It is possible that the straw became positioned in a way that restricted the rotation of the spray arm allowing it to focus its spray at the door seam. This could be a possible cause for the leak and I informed the customer of my findings. Unit is operating as designed. Mo water leaks observed during service. Office to collect service charge."

Did however find unit airway beginning to close for fill tube misalignment causing flooding during the ice fill. Upon further inspection found that the ice maker is operating however while ejecting ice, the cubes will get stuck in the lever arm preventing the arm from moving and not starting the next cycle. I observed that the ice being ejected were stuck together so I reduced the water amount inlet to the ice maker. I informed the customer of my findings. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete no parts installed"

"Arrived on site for a wash machine that is continuously draining and isnt draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have tried to unplug and reset the machine several times but that it continues to drain whenever the unit is plugged in. I told her to cancel out the drain and found when I canceled the drain and attempted to start anything else, the unit would go back into the drain and would not cycle forward. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I went ahead and replaced the control and ran the unit through the calibration cycle. Around the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is making a humming noise. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit running and operating normally upon arrival. The customer opened up the freezer door and advise that the sound it was making is exactly what she is hearing. She said that the unit makes this noise consistently and it just seemed really loud for the machine. I pushed up and pulled down on the refrigerator and found a slight variances of the noise. I went ahead and adjusted the feet on the refrigerator less than the sound coming from the unit. I came to access to the evaporator and found no ice buildup around the evaporator fan. I did not find any abnormal sounds coming from the unit. I cycled the icemaker to ensure that there is no water leaking from the icemaker fill tube. I did not find any water leaks present. I did advise the customer that what she is hearing is normal operation for this unit. Call complete. No parts were installed.

They called the gas company, per gas company unit has an internal leak due to failed pressure test performed. Used gas detector to test all connection points, regulator and all tubing coming up to it are all leak free. Gained access to the inside of the unit, checked all manifold connections and gas valve connections. Leak detector found gas leaking out of the orfice holder of the the left rear and front. Tested unit, ran cycle with cup of water for 1 minute, no arcing or irregular activity. Gained access to inside of the unit, found no evidence of arcing or sparking throughout. Inspected wave guide, found magnetron antenna is in good shape, found a white substance on the wall of the wave guide. Took pictures and called tech-line to document SR#7739953885, did all inspections and per techline there is no evidence of any arcing marks or evidence of an issue. Per techline, customer should continue using it and if this issue arises again we would need a video of the food they are cooking and where the arcing is coming from. At this time unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect leak. Prior to entry into the home, the customer advised me on the phone that the machine is actually overfilling and then spilling out at the full flow rate, not leaking. The service test mode had F9E1, F3E1, F8E1 and F8E3 and I cleared for testing. Prior to any operational tests, I found the pressure line, when tested from the control area, was completely restricted and could not be blown through at all. I found the pressure line was kinked at the lower attachment point due to factory mis-routing. I was able to fully correct the kink and routing issue and test. The unit regained all normal functions and operated as designed. Further testing to a complete fill in customer mode reflected the repair success. No leaks observed during service. Drain safety strap was not attached and I corrected."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door that fell down suddenly and hit the customers leg. Upon further inspection I pulled out the dishwasher and observed that the left hinge spring has failed due to the plastic spacer breaking (photo). Diagnosed that the left hinge is the cause of the door falling not the customers actions. Diagnosis complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water onto the top shelf from what appears to be the freezer section. Upon fight inspection I measured the FC temp as -4 degrees and the RC 34 degrees. I gained access to the evaporator and found it to have a good frost pattern and no cooling issues. I observed that the evaporator drain was frozen causing water to flow into the fresh food section. I cleared the drain and made sure there was no blockage or leaks beside. Unit is no operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service. No parts installed.

"596.76264700 Arrived to install parts. Prior to installing, I tested temperatures and found the RC 30.1 and FC 17. After additional monitoring time, while working on a different appliance, the RC declined to 24 and the FC declined to 15. Viewing the sealed system via thermals showed it was underperforming significantly and the cause for the FC never reaching temperatures cold enough for ice production. I verified the thermistor was off by approximately 20 degrees, but with the cooling issue, the unit would not be able to reach low enough temperatures to produce ice. I advised the customer of my additional findings and they elected to not proceed and will be replacing the machine. No leaks observed during service."

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect failure to complete cycle. The customer advised they would have to restart the machine after it would fail, in drain and spin. Several occasions, the machine did not make it far enough through the cycle to dissolve the detergent. I found multiple instances of long fill errors and after testing within service mode, was able to observe the cold valve intermittently only trickling. I removed and replaced the valve assembly and tested. The unit resumed normal functions and operated as expected. No leaks observed during service."

Inspection of the shifter revealed a large mass of debris had lodged within the speed sensor wheel. I removed the debris, recalibrated and tested within automatic and customer modes. "On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108 and broil element w10856603"

Arrived on site for ice machine needing sealed system. On arrival found no errors in diagnostics nor any immediate failures in system and ran a diagnostics cycle then a normal cycle. During tests and normal operations I found 3 batches of ice being made. I did find very low water flow with and without filter installed. Tried replacing valve w0897719 and then found housing no longer sealing to new filter customer provided. Found a hissing noise in system but theres no leak or failure. Rescheduled customer for 09/27/24 and ordering W11266112 housing. Informed customer to allow unit to run the entire next week with filter removed to fill bin with ice.; ordrng 1 W11266112 (Housing)

The customer advised that the builder had sent somebody out a few days ago to take care of the oven and it has been working ever since. I did go ahead and test the unit and found that the unit was heating an operating as designed without tripping the breaker. I ask the customer what exactly he did. They explained that he did what they call a burn off and ran both the bake and broil elements for several hours. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.
