"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found a large amount of water on the floor coming from underneath the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E5-off balanced load and F8E6-water hazard. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. While manually testing the valve, I removed a portion of the rear panel to check the sensor tube on the side of the tub. When I did this, I found water leaking from the water valve sensor area. Advanced through testing and engaged the drain pump to drain the water from the unit and gained access to the valve assembly and found it cracked. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested the other components and found the gearcase making a loud grinding noise during agitation and spin. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil and debris on the rotor. Removed the rotor and found a large amount of gearcase oil on the clutch and slider and found the clutch and slider were badly worn and rusting. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the gearcase, slider, clutch and valve assembly and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I found that the outlet socket feels a little loose and not making proper contact with the prongs of the plug. I found that if I move the plug a little, it will make proper contact with the prongs of the plug. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave display intermittently going black. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the problem started occurring after a thunderstorm. When the customer experiences the problem, he is still able to use the microwavehowefer there is no display. The customer also reported that the surface light was not working. I replaced the control, display, due to damage caused by the thunderstorm and power outage. I also replaced the bulb. The unit is operating as designed. W11333816 8206232A W11342846"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.W11607637"

Arrived on site for unit not making ice. Inspected unit and found unit is making ice took pictures. Did a harvest and call for water cycle at ice maker to confirm ice maker is working properly. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No one on site for signature job completed. No leaks present at this time

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with control panel not responding. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the panel failed to respond. I checked voltage at the junction box and got 120V. I removed the outer door panel and control panel and tested voltage at the bimetal and got 120V. I checked continuity to the bimetal and it is good. I found where moisture has been getting into the control area, but found no signs of a burnout on the control from shorting. I removed and replaced the main control and control panel and retested and the unit failed to respond. I removed the bimetal and retested and it showed to be open. I removed and replaced the bimetal with harness and unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and to contact our office if it fails again. "Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Upon arrival customer stated unit began to not hold temps and now wont even ignite. Tested unit, no spark during ignition process. Replaced spark igniter (WP9758079) and tested unit, unit is now igniting and heating properly. Adjusted air shutter due to orange flames. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to repair previously diagnosed issue unit needs new door latch. Replaced door latch and tested unit is functioning properly and as designed to. Also found cabinet some times possibly opening door do to improper installation notified maintenance and informed h8m this could be causing issue he will take a look . "Arrived on site to inspect unit for markings on handle. Upon arrival identified permanent marker on the handle. Used rubbing alcohol to remove marker, all markings have been removed. No one on site for signature. Unit now appears as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit leaking. Inspected and found unit leaking from the Quick connect fitting on the water dispenser side of the valve. Unit would leak when calling for water from dispenser.
