Tried adjusting placement but did not correct the issue. Igniter appears to be set just low enough to not spark properly. Ordering Right front igniter, orifice holder and burner. Customer stated he would not like unit repaired but rather replaced since its a new unit. Left manufacturer customer service info. Ordering parts needed to complete the job. Also customer complained of a gap in the installation. Looks line cutout is not sufficient for cooktop to me pushed back to wall. Notified customer that is is an installation issue and the builder would need to be contacted. I tested all burners and found the back right burner not igniting. The ignitor is arcing and I can hear gas flowing, but it wont ignite. I attempted to clean a round the ignitor area of the burner head and retested and it continued to fail. The parts prescreened for the call today were incorrect due to not having the last two digits of the model number. I am ordering the front right burner head, rear right burner head and burner caps. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker producing ice slowly. Upon further inspection, I found an ice cube wedged/jammed in the tray keeping the tines from harvesting. Removed the cube and closed the door switch and the ice maker began to harvest. When the IM called for water, very little water filled the tray explaining why the cubes were so small (photo). I pulled the unit out and tested the water pressure at the wall and there is good water pressure. I removed and replaced the valve and retested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer discard the first two batches of ice before consuming any. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and found the unit turning on and operating as designed. The customer advised that they had unplugged the unit prior to my arrival. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. The customer advised that theyve had several loads not finish out cycles and theyve had the drain pump running with the control not being responsive several times. I did advise the customer that they need to press and hold the start button to cancel out the cycle before they can move onto another wash load. The customer advised that theyve had the control being unresponsive several times. I did explain to the customer that sometimes power cycling the unit for a full minute can remove the glitches out of the control and reboot the control to work and operate as designed.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is sweating and causing mold and rust buildup on the doors. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the middle mullion is sweating up near the top and causing moisture on both refrigerator and freezer doors leading to rust and mold buildup. Did confirm the customers complaint and used a temperature gun to measure temperatures between the mullion. Found the middle and bottom part of the Molean reading 78 to 80?F. Found the upper portion of the mullion that was sweating sitting at 58?F. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Cliff SR# 7735255587. He had me unplug the condenser fan and let the unit run for 10 minutes. Found temperatures rise on the mullion up to 91.3?F but the upper portion of the Molean only reaching 60-63?F. He advised that at this point, it would have to be due to the odor loop inside the cabinet being pulled away from the cabinet causing the issue.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is leaking water from the left and right sides and its flowing to the front of the unit. I tilted the unit back and found no evidence of a water leak. I felt in the wash base and found water inside the cutouts (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit is operating as designed with no leaks. I tested the unit several times in automatic test mode, manual test mode and normal wash cycles and could not duplicate the issue. The customer did advise that the leaking is intermittent and not with every load. I advised them of my findings and recommended they take a video and get photos of the leak if the unit continues to do so. I cleaned up the water I found inside the wash base. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace sealed system components. I found the unit was cycled off when I arrived. I opened the doors for a couple of minutes and the sealed system cycled on. I found the compressor making normal noise. I connected a test inverter and watt meter and tested the compressor. The unit went up to 169 watts and after two minutes it had dropped to 95 watts. The FC was at 1 degree and the RC was at 37 degrees. I left the doors open for a little bit and showed the customer the compressor ramping up. I explained to the customer that this is gonna happen when enough temp is lost or when the unit goes into ice making mode. I called techline and spoke with Drew SR# 7735254225 giving him all my test results. Drew did not recommend replacing any sealed system parts and stated this was normal operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator making a knocking / ticking sound when running at times. On arrival customer advised the noise was present, and I confirmed. Could hear a fairly quiet ticking / tapping coming from the rear of the unit in the cabinet. I removed the unit and taped down the tags and tape that can knock on the cabinet when fan is blowing. I also applied mastic to the dryer area. After putting the unit back in position I could not hear any other abnormal noises. With my head close enough I can hear what sounds like refrigerant moving through the yoder loop / evap area, which is a normal operating sound on this unit.
