"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight twists in power cord removed. Verified voltage and polarity are correct. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in diag test activation then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element w11182108 and broil element w10856603"

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the display showing error code F9E0-miswired. Cleared the code and continued testing the unit in Bake mode at 350 degrees. Once the unit got to approximately 100 degrees, the breaker tripped and at the time, the broil element was cycling. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the ground wire and removed the ground wire and cycled power. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E1-main control failure. I cleared the code and removed and replaced the main control and performed a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees and while heating, I tested voltage at the elements and all are showing 245V. Approximately 2 minutes into preheat, the unit breaker tripped again. With the ground wire disconnected, the breaker should not trip. With it tripping, this tells me that there is an issue with the GFCI breaker or the wiring in the home. The unit itself is operating as designed. Job completed. No one available to sign for receipt/ vacant new build. W11448962"

I gained access to to the evaporator and found that there was some ice buildup around the fan. All thermistors tested good. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not reaching set temps. Upon further inspection, the customer had preheated the unit to 500 degrees before arrival and had been heating for approximately 10 minutes. I stopped the cycle and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and the display showed the unit to be at 523 degrees. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps and found the unit not getting above 471 degrees. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the elements, sensor and main control. I tested the sensor and it read 1485 kohms which would be 200-300 degrees range. I tested the elements and all are within ohms range. Tested voltage and its getting 242V to each element. Due to the temperature issue, I removed and replaced the sensor and main control and retested on Bale at 350 degrees and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11448962, W11598120"

The valve assembly required replacement, but I found the hot could not be shut off without risk of damaging the water valve and the cold was steadily leaking. The tenant had already put in a work order for the cold valve issue and I advised of the hot. They will contact us when their maintenance has replaced the valves and we are able to proceed with the part install. No leaks of the machine observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit would not turn on. I checked the breaker and found it tripped. Attempted to cycle power and the breaker continued to trip. Raised the cooktop from the countertop and gained access to the interior controls and terminal block. I found the unit wired properly and then checked the outlet. I found the neutral wire not connected as there is no neutral wire coming from the unit. I checked the installations manual and found it wired properly. While I had the UI and all elements disconnected, I attempted to cycle power again at the breaker and it continued to trip telling me there is an issue with breaker. Unable to contact techline due this being a Saturday, I am leaving a message for in-house tech support to contact techline on the next business day to create a file. Job completed. "WDT730HAMZ0 Arrived to inspect non-operation. With great difficulty, due to the buttons sporadically responding, I was able to enter service test mode and found 2-1, 5-1 and 5-2 stored. I could not proceed or retrieve the codes in subsequent attempts. Inspection within the door panel revealed a large amount of moisture that had the appearance of a long-term, slow leak, as it looked like condensation formation. Further inspection showed the seal for the wax motor in the vent assembly to be the source. I removed and replaced the control, due to internal moisture damage, the vent assembly to correct the leak source and the console. The unit regained all normal operations and no leaks were observed at completion of service."

I found a large ice mass at the intake port in the bottom area of the evaporator cover area then discovered a large ice mass in the left side that had grown into the evaporator fan. The ice was from a constant flow of water from the fill tube for the ice maker. The MFG recommends either permagum or silicone to be utilized in an attempt to correct the issue, but due to contamination possibility, I will provide a correcting that does not have the potential of contamination.
