"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator lights not working and ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the modules in the RC and FC sections dim. Also, I found the ice bin completely full. Customer advised that the ice wont dispense. I tested the dispenser and it began to dispense. The water dispenser is operating properly. When I went to test the ice dispenser again, it failed. I removed the dispenser motor cover and found the motor with rust in it and ice in the cover. When I pressed on the ice paddle, the UI lights failed to come on. I removed the ice bin and found ice in the chute that appeared to be from an air leak. I removed and replaced the 12 LED modules per service pointer #W11606409 and tested operation. All LEDs are operating as designed. I am ordering the UI, dispenser motor, ice paddle, ice door motor and ice door and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Office to schedule return service once they receive authorization to replace parts. "WRT318FZDM09 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the RC at 32?F measured in the lower part of the chamber and 35 in the upper part. The compressor was running and I could hear the refrigerant sputtering and intermittent. I found the evaporator cover was not seated and the top left corner was out far enough the screw would not make contact with its insert. The evaporator had a small amount of frost, only along 1/2 of the first loop. The thermistors tested within spec, including simultaneous water bath testing and do not require replacement. The compressor was using 1.1 amps and the high side discharge was only semi-elevated in temperature. The condenser was not a warm as expected. Thermography showed the high side of the sealed system was too cool. I suspect the unit was mis-charged and will require recharging. The sealed system will require correction prior to any further testing and diagnostics. Office to schedule return service for tech GCO. Does not require 2 hours. No water connections to unit.; saved tckt"

"WRT312CZJW00 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I discussed the issue with the customer and found that the unit will not cool after changing temperature settings for a very long duration, sometimes not until the following day. Internal temperatures were 0 in the FC and 35 in the RC and the unit had clearly been running and just cycled off. Curiously, with the cold temperature in the FC, ice cream that had been in the unit was mushy, yet had ice crystals on the surface of the container. I verified the compressor was operating and efficiently moving refrigerant through the system via thermal camera and also noted the inverter compressor would only operate at low speed mode during all testing, except for startup where it would ramp to approximately full speed and the quickly decelerate to low speed mode. Later testing also revealed that after allowing the cabinet to warm up considerably, the compressor will go to high speed mode. I verified both thermistors were within range and that VCC voltage was within range as well. The unit will not make it to the later stages of the service mode and therefore any potential trouble codes cannot be read. The defrost system works as designed and I found no signs of excessive frost in the evaporator area. I contacted the MFG, tech Chris and advised of my findings. File # 7735998886. The MFG tech recommended replacement of the main control prior to attempting any sealed system service. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated and turned the unit on and immediately it began to make a loud screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley and back rollers almost seized to their axles. Also found the front rollers not functioning well. The belt is beginning to fray, as well. I removed and replaced the rollers, tension pulley and belt and cleaned the tension pulley axle and all 5 rollers axles and vacuumed the unit (before/after photos). Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I checked under the vegetable drawer and found water/ice,I then checked the drain tubes and found that they were clogged. I also level the unit before leaving I found nothing else out of the ordinary.

On inspection the drain was working fine I put the unit in diagnostics mode and could here a faint sound coming out of the pump that was not normal. When I went to check the drain pump it was extremely hot. I installed the pump and retested the unit. It ran through the diagnostic mode twice without any issues. No water leaks detected

Found 120 V from line one to a ground screw but 0 V from line one to neutral. Checked polarization at the plug and found proper voltage in polarization. Checked the terminal block and found the neutral wires backing out of the wire nuts. As soon as the connection was made, found the control turn on. Fix the wire nuts and the unit is now working as designed.

I asked what was not drying and the customer said that it was the plastic dishes that wasnt drying. On further inspection found that there was no rinse aid in the unit so I found the one that came with the install of the unit and added it to the dishwasher. Informed the customers that it will help the drying of the plastic but will not dry them completely. No water leaks detected during service."

Ran it through a diagnostic check and found everything working but when it agitated, loud sounds were coming from the washer, and when it tried to spin, only the agitator would spin. Check underneath the unit and found that the slider had been broken and was stuck, causing the issue. Replaced the slider with the truck. Stock slider (W10734521).
