Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not starting. Inspected the user interface and tested all buttons on the control panel. Found that all buttons were responsive except for the start button, which was non-functional and preventing the unit from beginning a cycle. Verified issue by attempting to initiate multiple cycles unit would not respond when pressing start. Determined the failure to be within the control panel/interface. Replaced the defective control panel assembly. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested operation by selecting a normal wash cycle unit started immediately and began filling and washing as designed. Allowed unit to continue running and verified proper operation, including wash and drain functions. Unit is now operating correctly with no further issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model KRFF305ESS09 overcooling in the fresh food section. Upon further inspection I checked temperature and measured 31 degrees RC and -3FC. I placed the unit into service mode and ran component testing and found compressor, fans, damper, heater were operating as designed. I checked the thermistors and they checked in spec. I found that due to the position of the RC sensor, it was picking up a warmer temp from the thinner insulation on the units ceiling causing overcooling. I added foil tape to insulate the sensor from the top area. The unit will return to normal temperature within a few hours. I advised the customer not to placed items near the damper vent as this area will freeze items. No water leaks observed during service.

Suspecting the red wire of that harness was already pinched and the top shelf moving back and forth allowed harness to severe. Ordering W11788019 ice maker. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WFW95HEDC0 that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine was still full of water and would not drain or allow the customer to start a new cycle. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the drain pump would run but would not drain water out. I removed the water using a shop vac and gained access to the drain pump. I found coins in the filter but found the drain pump impeller blades eaten through, causing the issue. I replaced the drain pump WPW10605427 and tested the unit. Arrived on site for microwave KOEC530PPS02 with door closing issues. Customer clarified that they used to be able to let the door go / close it fairly firmly and everything worked ok. After service, even when mostly slamming the door or firmly closing, the light would stay on and the switches were not fully triggered. I tested the door and confirmed that I had to close it multiple times in different ways to get the switches to fully engage. I removed the door from the hinges and reset its positioning, and also adjusted the hinges by rolling a socket on them. Once I was done I tested and found the light went off every time when I closed it, both firmly and fairly gently. I reminded customer that the right interlock is stiff and needs to be the focal point of the momentum behind the door closure. Had customer Mr/Mrs both try the door and the improvement was verified. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not heating. Began testing by placing a cup of water inside the unit and running a heat cycle. The unit powered on, but the water did not heat. During operation, a loud buzzing noise was heard coming from the high-voltage section. Gained access to internal components and performed further diagnostics on the high-voltage system. Found the magnetron, high-voltage capacitor, and diode to be shorted/failed. These components are critical for producing heat, and failure of any of them will prevent the unit from heating properly. Due to parts being unavailable and the extent of the high-voltage component failure, repair is not feasible at this time. Advised customer of findings and recommended replacement of the microwave.Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT112CZJZ01 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC section with a sheet of ice in the bottom and the evap cover covered with ice at the bottom. Also found water on the top shelf in the RC section. I attempted to remove the evaporator cover, but due to the amount of ice accumulation, I wasnt able to remove it without damaging other parts. It appears that the drain tube is clogged causing the defrosted water to backflow back into the FC bottom and freeze. I advised the customer that they would need to unplug the unit to allow it to defrost and I had them sign the waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator. I recommended that they place towels around the unit to soak up any water that might leak. Ths customer provided some towels and I assisted them in placing the towels around the unit and placed one inside the RC section on the top shelf. I left the unit unplugged to allow it to defrost. I found that dryer was heating properly and cycling. I did find that the timer had an excessive amount of play and movement. I replaced the timer and let the customer know that the vents have a restriction and will need to be professionally cleaned or checked. No gas leaks observed during service. WPW10436302

Arrived on site to complete repairs on washer WFW4720RW0 not spinning. Removed and replaced both the stator W11746646, and Control W11747035. I tested the unit and confirmed error is gone and unit is working as designed. Confirmed no water leaks. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not washing properly. Placed the unit into diagnostic mode and retrieved an F7E1 error code indicating a wash motor/heat issue and lack of proper heating during the cycle. Arrived on site to look at model WED4815EW1 for customer complaint of unit making loud noise. Found seal had come undone. I replaced seal, but found an issue with the drum. Ordering drum. Part used w10612022; ordrng 1 W10899578 (Drum)

Arrived on site for a washer WTW5057LW1 not starting. Found the lid wasnt locking and causing the issue. Installed a new latch w11513248 and ran a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks.

Arrived on site for refrigerator constantly resetting and making a gurgling noise. Unit thawed and was not making ice. Today I found freezer temp at 0f, unit has bucket half full of ice and normal noises. Ran test and found freezer fan is loud. Defrost circuit is good. Inspected and found refrigerator gasket torn. Ice ball building inside freezer evaporator. Spoke w/pr. Will need gasket and sealed system repair. Recommend new freezer fan and all controls. Arrived on site to repalce start switch. Replaced switch test unit and unit still not starting. Repalced door switchs dns till not working. Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found failed belt and bearings worn out, replaced all parts from repair kit (4392065) and tested unit is now running as designed job complete

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4855HW3 continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11607637

Arrived on site for ice maker not working. Upon arrival customer stated the ice maker tray detached from the motor mount. Inspected ice maker and reattached twist tray back onto the motor. Tested multiple times and stayed stationary. Unit is functioning as designed . No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed

Arrived on site for ice maker not dispensing upon arrival opened door turned switch off by hand unit started dispensing ice. Unit is only not dispensing ice most of the time when door is closed door switch is failing ordering part return set for4/28; ordrng 1 W11396033 (Door switch)

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 not running / dead console. Tested unit and found good voltage at control, no response at control. Installed new W11683481 control. Tested unit and confirmed proper operation with no water leaks. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher ot drying the dishes. Found f7e1. Accessed control and found heater circuit uit open from bl/wh-bl/rd. Checked thermal fuse and it was closed. Found open heater. Replaced heating element. Ran automatic test cycle. All components working. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect range WFES5030RS0 getting too hot. Upon further inspection, ths customer advised that while using the oven, the control panel and cooktop get extremely hot to touch. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and using my infrared gun, I checked the surface temps on the panel, cooktop, door/handle, and sides. After approximately 30 mins of testing, I checked the temps around the unit and found temperature ranges from 89 degrees at the far right corner of the control panel to 189 degrees on the cooktop at the gap between the cooktop and panel under the control panel. I contacted techline and spoke to Kurt and advised of the complaint and my findings. Kurt advised that the cooktop has no heat limit; knobs 167 degrees limit, and painted metal 152 degrees. I found the control panel, at the bottom under the control, was approximately 139 degrees. The knobs were reading between 79-86 degrees which is well within range. Kurt advised that with my temp readings, the unit is operating as designed and provided Case #23313563. Kurt recommended that I refer the customer to customer care if they have questions or concerns. I advised the customer of my testings and conversation with techline and referred them to customer service. I advised the customer that the case number would be included in my notes that I would email to them. Unit is operating as designed and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed.

Arrived on site for oven not working after a self clean and door is locked. Entered diagnostics and found multiple f6e4 on that same day. Cleared codes. Checked lock operation. Verified fan operation. Verified heating elements are working. All working properlyl Wiring checks good. Replaced main control as precaution against further communication issues. Call complete.

WMH31017HS12 Arrived on site for a otr microwave not heating. On arrival, I verified no heat further inspection I found the diode has failed. I replaced the diode and then tested with a cup of water product is working as its designed.

Arrived to unit 2216 for unit not making ice. Upon arrival customer had to shut off main water supply because unit was leaking. Proceeded to turn water back and ran ice maker harvest and found tubing going to the isolation valve is not inserted all the way. Inserted and secured tubing. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time . No parts needed

NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for a washer with light issues. On arrival, the client stated nothing worked it just kept draining. Further inspection I found long drain a failed control board. Under service pointer its recommended to replace the control board. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to replace tub on dishwasher WDT750SAKZ4. Removed all accessories from tub section and removed from base. Installed new W11409866 tub and transplanted all items. Ran unit and checked for leaks. Found no water leaks present with unit running as designed.

On arrival, the client stated that the dishwasher is leaving a film on th. e dishes and that the bolt latch isnt opening the door . I ran diagnostic no error codes. Arrived on site to look at model WRS325FDAM04 for customer complaint of unit leaking from. Freezer. I found defrost drain line frozen over. I used steamer to defrost drain line and I removed extension and cleared the extension. Unit tested good. No leaks after repair.
