WRX986SIHZ03 Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking from the water despenser. On arrival refrigerator was working as it's designed no water leaks client did show me a photo of the little amount of water . I asked client when she changed the filter she said a day before taking the photo. I used a measuring cup and filled 5 full cups to remove all air from the water lines. No leaks I checked icedoor to see if it was closing correctly it was. I instructed client when changing filter to always remove at least 2 to 3 gallons of water to remove all air. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply no parts used.

Arrived onsite for door switch broken. I confirmed the switch had broken off. I replaced the door switch and unit now operates as designed. Call complete. Installed W11189162 SWTCH DOR.

WDP540HAMZ4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. On arrival found home was a new build nobody lives in the home no home owners no home builder on site . KRMF536RPS01 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with condesation on top fc gasket. Further inspection found gasket was not sealing correctly and silicone was needed . Used part#w10841140 also realigned gasket with heat gun tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply.

Arrived onsite for microwave door broken. I found the plastic on the microwave door to be damaged and some pieces had fallen out. "Arrived on site to test unit for no operation. Upon arrival customer stated their lid had locked mid cycle and would not open. Water did not drain out.Confirmed issue, basket still full of water. Inspected harness and found drain pump wire has been broken. Repaired broken wire with a butt splice and secured harness to prevent any further breakage. Applied power to unit, unit immediately began to drain the water. After draining was complete ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping breaker immediately upon plugging it it. Upon further inspection I gained access to to the terminal block and found that the neutral wire was not installed properly and was touching the chassis. I wired the dryer correctly and tested it. The dryer is operating as designed. No parts needed.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer no drying properly. Upon further inspection the customer advised that the dryer would reduce the time while drying big or small loads. Also take multiple cycle to dryer. I ran an airflow test and the rust came back as not passing. The customers vents are about 35 feet with a couple bends. The dryer is operating fine but not able to efficiently get the air out due to the vents. Temperature is cycle within a normal range. I instructed the customer on proper on cycle selection. Water from the ice maker fill tube had been running down the back wall and creating the ice. I was able to insert a flow modifier into the ice maker fill tube and verified the overflow was fully corrected. No leaks observed during service.

I found pressures hold for 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi, and then pressures. Hold again for another 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 5 ounces of R134a refrigerant. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival I found the drain pump to be operating as designed however no water was draining through. I checked the inside of the disposal and found the block cap to still be present. I took the block cap out and the unit is now draining as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started leaking a few weeks ago but after the one time it leaked, it ran fine for another week before it started leaking again. Advised the last two times he has tried to run the machine, it has Leaked onto the floor from the front of the door. I checked the vent gasket and found the vent gasket in place. I did find the tub full of water and attempted to drain out the water. I found the drain pump trying to pump out the water, but very little water flow coming out of the drain hose to the sink. I checked the drain hose and found a clog in the hose. I was able to remove the clog and found massive amounts of grease buildup inside of the drain hose causing the issue. I removed the obstruction and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is shaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue isnt as much that the unit shakes, but that the unit seems to count downtime rapidly, especially towards the end of the cycle if they use a quick wash cycle. they advised that they were under the assumption that the time left on the machine meant thats how long they had left on the cycle. I did explain to the customer that the time listed is an estimated time and can change depending on several factors. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. I tested the suspension, I checked the basket to make sure that it was not wobbling, and checked all functions of the machine. I found everything indicating that the unit was working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I verified that voltage and polarity are correct. I inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage done to the wiring, parts, or controls. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. The machine is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). I followed service pointer W11490386 thoroughly. I removed power at the breaker and replaced the both bake elements, both broil elements, and both appliance managers. I checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. The unit does not have a ground strap. I reassembled the unit and ran a bake cycle at 450?F with the ground wire detached for 30 minutes. I verified that the amp draw was under 24 amps max. I stopped the cycle, disconnected power, and reattached the ground wire. I reconnected power and set a bake cycle at 450?F. The customer advised that they had to leave and that they would do a two hour burn off on Monday. The customer is the builder and advised that he would remove the ground wire if the breaker continue to trip to get the unit up to proper temperature prior to doing a burn off. Tech line and safety team are closed today so I spoke to SW, and was advised that she would contact them on Monday to report findings. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F7 E1 (basket speed fault error code and will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit buzz but not actually spent in the basket. I checked underneath and found the capacitor leaking oil. I replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. I found a massive screeching sound coming from underneath the unit. I gained access to the drive pulley and found the drive pulley, completely worn, and the belt almost completely stripped. I replaced both those parts as well and tested the unit. WUI75X15HB01 Arrived on site for a stand up icemaker not draining. On arrival verified drain pump not draining water. Installed part#w11539855 tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply.

MVW4505MW0 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival found product had power but wouldn't do anything check diagnostic F1E1 and F5E1 erased error codes. Replaced part#s w11626074 and w11513248 tested worked for a little bit . Further inspection found strike was broken and didn't make good contact. I removed strike and tried manually product worked . I placed an order for partw11513250 reschedule for the 15th that was the only available date client was okay with that. Returning parts just in case needed.; ordrng 1 W11513250 (Strike)

Arrived on site to diagnose range with center burner and left front burner issues. Found L/F burner had the AC blowing directly to it and this was causing the games to dance / lean. Found the center burner was not igniting at all. Removed cooktop and found the wire for the igniter was pinched in the orifice holders and grounded out. Moved the wire and repaired the pinch. Tested and verified unit working as designed. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer not starting cycles. Tested unit and confirmed lid locks and unlocks and then stops, no drain action. Tilted unit back and drain pump kicked in, indicating a broken wire in the harness. Found break in black wire going to drain pump right at the junction going to the pump from the main harness. Removed damaged wiring and added thicker wiring to prevent an additional break. Tested unit and verified proper operation. Unit working as designed. No parts used. If issue repeats we can replace the harness. Call completed."

The UI was just flashing / strobing, as were the interior lights, and you could hear some relays just clicking. To resolve I replaced the UI and control. Arrived on site to diagnose washer with a dripping noise coming from it. Examined unit and found the noise was coming from a drain behind the unit going into the standpipe. Nothing is actually leaking in the washer. Ran diagnostic and verified all working as designed. Call completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator building condensation. Examined unit and found a couple of small frozen ice drops on the top of the freezer by the door. I checked the door gasket and found no issues with the gasket. With a light inside the freezer there was none coming out the gasket. I noticed some good sized gaps between the liner and cabinet, and used some adhesive to seal the liner. Advised resident that this is the only possible issue I saw other than something keeping the door from fully closing. Like a bag or something in the gasket. Unit working as designed. "Arrived on site for dryer making a noise, found noise is coming from motor. Removed front panel. Removed drum. Confirmed motor making noise when spinning. Pulley wheel also didnt turn freely. Arrived on site to inspect microwave with paint chipping off in cavity. Upon further inspection I found that there was some paint chipping from inside the cavity (photos) I documented the issue with tech line and documented the photos. Will submit findings and 3rd party warranty will make the decision on how to proceed. No parts installed. SR 7740289178.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I replaced the drain hose and placed the dishwasher into diagnostics. I ran a test cycle and the dishwasher is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11614117
