Arrived onsite for a rang that with a right front burner switch that is not turning the burner off when set to off. Upon arrival I found this to be true I replaced the switch and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven door glass broken. Upon further inspection, I found the oven door outer door glass missing and pieces of broken glass inside the frame of the door. I disassembled the door and cleaned the broken glass from the frame and reassembled the door installing a new outer door glass and nameplate. Tested the door functions and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. No one available to sign for receipt."

"WTW8127LC1 Arrived to inspect error codes and water in tub. I found the unit would not drain and discovered the drain pump harness had failed, at the connector. I repaired the failure point and drained the unit to perform checks. I found a line of oil within the lower part of the cabinet and other areas adjacent to the motor, but prior to todays service, a gear case replacement had occurred and suspect the oil from that point in time. Further inspection revealed a screw missing from the clutch and stator assembly and will need to be installed. Mode testing revealed water fill flow to be lacking and a valve assembly will be required as well. Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying dishes upon arrival I ran diagnostics and found (F7e1 Heater No Heating) code stored. I continued running diagnostics and found that the heater didnt come on . Upon further inspection I found that the heater was burnt out. I replaced it and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks. I went over detergent/rinse-aid use and how it can help keep the heater alive longer

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is shutting off halfway through cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will shut off and not allow it to come back on for at least another 30 minutes or more and that it happens on almost every cycle. I checked behind the unit and found the vent hose kinked. the customer advised that even when they pulled out the machine, it still does not complete a cycle. I went ahead and replaced the motor budget advisor, customer that if they have any further problems, they would probably be looking at an air flow issue, and they may want to change from a spring style vent hose to a periscope style that house. I tested the unit and the unit began to work in operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival found both compartments room temp. I foind fans running, but did not hear compressor. Accessed compressor and found start device was unplugged. Plugged in harness and compressor started. Advised unit would take 24-48 hours to fully cool. Unit now working aa designed. Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that was occasionally tripping the breaker. Maintenance mentioned it didn't happen all the time. I tested the unit but could not recreate the failure. I found no scorch marks or evidence of shorting in the cavity or in the HV system. Didn't see any failed interlocks or wiring. I advised we could replace the magnetron/HV system to check for improvement. Since unit is out if warranty they can replace unit for cheaper than fix. Called findings in to safety. SR7738587397.

Ran a drain and spin cycle and both drain pump and gearcase sound normal. Test unit by running a normal cycle with deep fill. Unit begins filling with no odd noise from valve, but then never stops filling. Found even when unit no longer calls for water. unit continues to fills unless there is no power to unit. Valve is not weeping. Test pressure hose and confirm there is no air leak. Found unit is having water pressure failure at control. Need to replace control. Replaced control W11513246. On arrival verified complaint of broken harness. Replaced ignitor switch harness for burners. During course of repair identified the left valve has the wrong screw attaching it to the burner tube. "Arrived on site for dishwasher that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. I attempted to drain the unit and could hear the drain propeller running, but nothing really happening. I took the drain hose off the garbage disposal and found very limited water trickling through the end of the drain hose. I gained access to the drain pump and found nothing impeding the impeller. I removed the inner drain hose off of the water assembly and tested the drain pump. Found adequate water pressure coming from the drain pump. Attempted to blow through the external drain hose and was finding it completely clogged with debris. I was able to blow out the drain hose and tested the unit again. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I did advise the customer that they may want to run the drain hose going upward through the cabinet as opposed to going through the bottom and feeding up into the garbage disposal. I explained that the garbage disposal is probably clogging up the drain hose because of food particles siphoning into the dishwasher drain hose. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Upon arrival I I found that the temps in the unit at 20?F in fc and 40?in the RC. I then put the unit in diagnostic and found that the thermistor should open. I replaced the thermistor and tested the unit by monitoring the Evap and found that it developed a hood frost pattern. Unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not designed. Upon arrival I the customer informed me that the unit is leaking water in the sump where the filter sits. I checked this and found that the amount of water left behold was normal. Unit operating as designed no leaks

Arrived onsite for a range tripping the circuit breaker. I found the bake element with moisture in it causing the issue. I used the broil element to get the range above 350 degrees and then ran a bake cycle and heated the oven up to 500 degrees to dry the bake element out and the unit is now working as designed. Arrived onsite for freezer not cooling. On inspection you can hear the compressor starting for about 15 to 20 seconds then turning off. Installed a new start device and check the capacitor and it is 11.8uf and spec at 12uf. The compressor temperature was 130? hot to the touch. There was 120 vac to the start device. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, the customer had the ice bin out of the unit. I tested the ice dispenser motor and could hear the motor rotating. When I went to place the bin back in its space on the fc door, I found some debris on the chute plate that was causing the bin to not sit properly and allow the augers to seat properly. Removed the debris and tested the dispenser and the unit is operating as designed. I did find the auger in the bin somewhat loose, but there was no ice in the bin to test with a load. I recommended the customer use the unit once ice e had time to drop into the bin and if the dispenser continued to fail to contact our office, at which time, I would recommend end replacing the bin. No water leaks observed during service and no charges as we recently repaired this unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting. Upon further inspection, I found the tub full of water. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed. I tilted the unit back and found the drain pump harness was broken at the molex connector. I was able to get the black broken wire to make contact in order for the drain pump to come on and drain the water from the unit. As a temporary repair, I removed the molex connector and using some connectors from my van stock, I cut and mended the harness to the connectors and connected the harness to the drain pump and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. I am ordering the lower harness and scheduled return service for 03/12/24. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower harness)"

"Arrived onsite for a microwave to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the mag, cap, HV diode, and filter board. I removed the fuse and used my mini breaker and tested the unit. The unit is did not sound normal and the breaker tripped. I disconnected the HV transformer and tested the rest of the microwave and it works as designed. I tested the new mag, cap, and diode with all testing good. I tested the HV transformer and didnt get any readings to ground but the secondary resistance reading was half of what it should be and the filament is reading .1 ohm and it should be 0 ohms. Im ordering the HV transformer and another mag and diode just in case. Ordering W11493408 transformer, W11256462 diode, & W10754299 magnetron. Arrived onsite for a dryer that will not power on. I found the unit had a different serial number. I messaged claims and was advised by SC that a new dispatch has to be sent from AIG with the correct model and serial number before we can proceed with repairs. I informed the customer and he is going to call AIG. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making noise and drips water out of the front of the dispenser. I found the ice door not closing and letting warm air enter the FC and cause melting and water leaking out of the ice door. The customer had a video of the noise. It is the evaporator fan making the noise and the customer stated the noise stops when the door is opened. I tried running the fan in diagnostics and it would not turn on. I ran a forced defrost and found the heater turning on and working as designed. I tried turning the fan on after the defrost and the fan came on. I removed the evaporator cover and found a solid block of ice on the left side of the fan. I removed the ice. I tested the icemaker and found the fill tube leaking between itself and the extension. I tried sealing it but it would still leak. Need to replace the fill tube, extension, and the ice door. Ordering W11678833 ice door, & W11645360 water chute. The part going thru the refrigerator is not replaceable. Gonna try and add a tube extension on the end of it. Also ordering WP2174755 fill tub extension. Upon arrival, customer pointed out where from the inside of unit where water was weeping and there is no water leaking onto floor. water supply is on and valve is not weeping. Ran a manual test for both hot and cold water and both stop dispensing when test is complete. Ran a normal cycle and found that intermittently the cold valve will weep. Replaced control W11608056 and valve W11641117. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time"

Arrived on site to test unit for dim lights. Upon arrival customer was under the impression that unit was in warranty. Customer declined service. Advised to contact customer service and see what they can do. At this time job complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making a noise. Found noise coming from condenser motor area. Removed back panel. Found sound pad was hitting condenser fan blade, removed and repositioned sound pad. Verified operation. Call complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for right front burner not igniting. Test unit and secured burner straight test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for lower spray arm falling off on heater. Replaced sprayer arm no damage element. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job completed

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the compressor and drier adding an access valve to the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.9 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and had good pressures and good refrigerant flow. Unit is not connected to a water supply. Call complete.

"Add-on site for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit stopped dispensing water for two days and that since then, it started working again. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complain. The customer advised that all they did was change the temperature from the max cold setting down to the recommended setting. I did explain to the customer that the max cold setting may have caused their water reservoir behind the deli drawer to freeze, and that by just changing the temperature on the unit, she may have fixture on issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Upon arrival the customer advised me that the issue was that the unit was making a noise like barbels where rolling around in it. I checked codes and found F6E3 Communication Error: ACU. I deleted the code and continued on to run the diagnostic cycle and heard the noise. I checked under the unit and found that the rotor bolt had come loos I checked the rotor and the slider and found the they were still good and the gearcase was not leaking. I put blue lock tight on the threads of the rotor bolt and tighten it back down and tested the unit and found that the unit was not leveled I corrected this and tested the unit again and found unit operating as designed no noise and no leaks

"On arrival confirmed complaint of DW leaking. Looked under unit and found no evidence of water marks in the heavy dust under the unit. Ran diag and all components functioned but no leaks found, started normal cycle and still found no leaks. Verified flood sensor is dry as well. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Updated serial number with correct one and found unit is under 1yr additional warranty. Found compressor not engaging. Replaced start device and control. Compressor now engaging. Found left side of FC door was not closing and sticking out about 1. Found rail mounting screw was loose preventing door from closing. Secured screw and door is now closing as designed. Advised customer to leave unit unplugged and allow excessive frost to defrost. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not draining. Tested unit with a jumper and found drain pump is draining, found wire in harness broken. Replaced harness, tried to test unit but unit was filled with laundry. Put in drain/spin cycle, unit drained, as soon as it started spinning it was really off balance due to a pillow inside. Advised customer to not wash pillows and keep loads balanced to keep components from failing in the future. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

On arrival confirmed complaint of clothes not coming out dry enough. Visual check of unit shows no signs of wear or failure. No error codes in system. Ran a full quick cycle with towels for a heavier load. Unit worked great with no noise or shaking. Complete cycle correctly and clothes were barely damp. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer steam function not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the steam is not working properly as they will throw a few wrinkled items inside to steam them and water leaks from the door. I advised that in order to use the steam function, they have to dry a full load so that when the water is sprayed, it will hit all of the clothing and not the unit door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I tested the unit in a steam mode and found the unit is operating as designed and the water (steam) is spraying properly. I contacted techline and spoke to Drew,and advised of the complaint and my findings. Drew advised that based off my diagnosis, the unit is operating as designed and to not replace any parts. Drew provided SR#7738625986. I advised the customer of my testings and findings and conversation with the manufacturer tech support. I provided the SR number to the customer and recommended they contact the manufacturer to discuss their concerns. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and no lint observed during service, job completed"

"Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production. Tested unit found ice maker harvesting properly but feeler arm getting hung up. Replaced ice maker and control as precautionary. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"WED5100HW3 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer had the venting corrected and during the work, debris had fallen down the venting and lodged within the dryer. I located and removed the blockage from within the dryer venting, inside the cabinet and tested. The unit resumed normal function and operated as designed."

On arrival verified complaint of door damage to RC door. Found a dent in the door. Replaced the door and name plate and all checks out. Job complete. No leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced control W11683651. Test unit by running an automatic test cycle. All components operate correctly. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
