The customer showed me several videos where the unit was making abnormal noises and going off balance. the customer also complained that a little over a month ago, the unit started leaking oil all over the ground. I did verify that the gear case was leaking underneath the unit. I went to remove the rotor and had my T-30 bit break into the rotor screw due to the screw being seized in the gearcase. I went to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on top of the driveshaft and could not be removed. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was worn as well. Ordering the gearcase, basket, tub, slider, clutch, rotor, stator, Spanner nut, drain filter, suspension, agitator, and screws for repair and will return with other sent parts. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer also stated that before it stopped they were finding solid sheets of ice in the ice bucket. I found the FC at 5 degrees. I found no ice in the mold. I removed the icemaker and found the mold warped and that was causing water to leak into the bucket. I found the icemaker funnel and tube frozen over with ice. I replaced the icemaker and put it in a harvest multiple times before mounting it to test the fill valve and found it working as designed and never weeping. I suspect a piece of debris had gotten in the valve and finally passed thru. I mounted the icemaker and ran another harvest to fill it. All is working as designed. Call complete. I called tech line, SR7739621506. We checked the reading of the thermistor on the defrost side, which was reading 32 degrees. This is with the thermistor in ice, but not actually making contact with the evaporator pipe directly. I changed both thermistors per tech line, and secured the evap thermistor directly to the evap pipe with zip ties and not the plastic clip it came with. This should resolve the defrost issue. I found dry water marks on the outside of the back panel and also on the inside of the back panel (photos). Also found dry water streaks on the wall behind the unit at the water outlets (photo) which appeared that the stand pipe in the wall back flowed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I started a cleaning cycle and could not duplicate the issue. The customer advised they performed a rinse and spin cycle and it leaked more water. I raised the top panel and found debris in the softener cup of the tub ring (photo). I left the debris there and I performed a rinse and spin cycle and found the unit is leaking from the softener cup. Per service pointer #W11651001 Rev. A, I removed and replaced the tub ring and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service and I recommended the customer monitor the unit. Job completed. W115590"

Arrived onsite to replace freezer door. I replaced the freezer door and leveled the unit. Call complete. No water leaks present at time of service. INSTALLED W11593330 FC door.

Arrived on site to inspect inspect loud burners. Upon further inspection found the flames with a blow torch effect and found that the orifices are not correct for LP. Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise when its used for the first time during the day. Customer said it does not happen every time. Test unit by heating something for 3:30 and no sound at all checked all connection at high voltage and diode and capacitor and magnetron no loose connections or burn marks at any wires. Called Techline and ran test with Techline and couldnt duplicate the problem. No parts need to be replace at this time per Techline. SR#7739618939

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise and not spinning. Found rotor retention screw came loose. Also found rotor cover had a retention screw stuck in it and eating away at rotor(took pics). Center of rotor was spinning freely due to screw eating away at it. Replaced rotor(W11260238) and slider(W10734521). Unable to test, no water or drain hose provided with unit. Job complete."
