Arrived onsite for a range that has a gas leak at the back of it. The gas was cut off at the rear of the range on arrival. I turned the gas on and tested all the fittings and the hose along with the wall shut off valve. I tested with bubbles and my electronic leak detector. I found no gas leaks present so I tested all the burners and the open top valves and tested the connectors at the oven safetys. There were no gas leaks present anywhere at this time. I advised the customer to turn the wall valve off and on once a year to keep the graphite grease in the valve good. I explained to the customer how the regulator vent works and he suspects this could have possibly been an issue because of all the work in the area.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they press the heated dry key, the indicator light doesnt come on anymore. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E4 and F6E6 and I noticed the heated dry indicator is not lighting up. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. While testing, I placed my multimeter on the black wire at the junction box and tested amp draw to the components. I interrupted testing and checked inside and found a large amount of soap suds in the bottom of the tub. Customer advised they rinse their dishes before placing them in the dishwasher and they use Dawn dishwashing liquid to rinse them. The unit is operating as designed, other than the control panel indicator. I also found the Cancel indicator is faint. I am ordering the control panel and scheduled turn service . Ran the unit through a high speed spin and found that the unit stopped spinning after about 45 seconds indicating the actuator could not read the basket spin speed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they only wash with cold water but theres always steam on the glass of the lid. I ran another diagnostics test and found the water inlet hoses were switched. I placed the hoses correctly and retested and unit continued to operate properly. i found when switching the hoses, that the hot water valve at the wall does not turn off fully and water continues to flow. I advised the customer that with the hoses switched, when washing with cold, the unit was actually getting hot water and possibly created too many soap suds and the unit sensor detected it and shut the unit down. I advised that the lid will remain locked as a safety precaution until all of the water is drained from the unit or until the sensor no longer detects the suds. I researched the unit and found a service bulletin regarding the issue of the burners not operating and it reports to replace both generator boards. Ran diagnostics test 4 checked pressures reading -20 and 60 during both sections of cooling. Replaced drier pressurized system sprayed solution on all weld joints land on evaporator weld joints where heat shrink tubing is attached no bubbles or leak showing called tech support per tech support leak in cabinet . "Arrived onsite for unit not getting water. Upon arrival test unit and UI responding but unit is not operating. Ran diagnostics and unit not going into diagnostics. Getting correct voltage to control just not getting voltage to any components. Need to replace control to be able to test rest of unit.

Arrived onsite for a oven that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that there was power being sent to the igniter but it would not turn on. I tested the igniter and found that it was showing open. I installed the new igniter and tested the unit and found unit operating as discussed. job complete

Arrived on site for a microwave that with a door that is not locking in when closed. Upon interest I found that the door lock was broken. . I contacted sr for a parts research and it was Determined that there were no suitable replacement for this patient.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling properly. Found circ pump locked up and replaced pump. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not producing ice. Found icemaker fill tube frozen over and thawed line. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previous diagnose parts. I gained access to the recirculating pump, harness and bin thermistor. I replaced all with new. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed.

Arrived on site for washing machine not powering on. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the control shorted and not responding. I installed a new control. I calibrated the control and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit working as designed.

"Arrived on site for ice maker not producing ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to diagnostics and ran a harvest cycle, I found the icemaker receiving voltage not not rotating. I tested the fill valve and found it working properly. The ice maker WR30X32701 has failed and needs to be replaced.

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Found unit powered on and tumbling. Unit was not heating. Pulled unit to verify supply voltage. While checking voltage found unit failed at block. Replaced block kit however the power cord is also failed. Notified customer that the power cord is under warranty. Customer will supply new cord and monitor unit. Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not producing ice after previous repair. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran test and could hear valve energize but no water. Pulled unit and found kinked water supply line. Adjust line. Ran unit again and unit filled properly. Notified customer to allow 12-24 hrs for ice production. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer not draining and long drain error code. Upon arrival inspected unit. Confirmed error code and pump not energizing. Inspected underneath unit and found failed wiring. Repaired harness and tested unit now draining properly. Customer asked about inspecting underneath agitator for coins etc. removed agitator and found no debris. Confirmed with customer. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete .
