"On arrival verified complaint of unit, making intermittent small ice visual inspection of the unit today shows ice bucket is full and has proper ice u. Ice cubes are full size, not bridging. I have no signs of defect. Ran error codes and found no error codes ran harvest test and found the unit is working correctly. Ran fill test in fill valve is working correctly. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part and then diagnosed the unit fully. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the console and placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics showing error codes F7E0-loss of power, F0E4-spin limited due to water temps, and F6E3-ACU doesn't hear UI. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. When the unit got to spin cycle, I could hear the gearcase grinding. I stopped testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump, and all four panels. Also found the rotor bolt had backed out causing the rotor to drop. I removed the rotor and found the teeth badly worn; rust on the clutch, and the slider worn as is the inside of the clutch. I attempted to remove the washplate and found it is seized to the gearcase. I advised the customer of my findings and that I wouldmhave to order parts to complete the repair. I notified the office (KC) and was advised that the customer could be scheduled for 03/17/25. I recommended the customer contact the office to schedule the time frame. I am ordering the rotor, washplate, valve and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Unit was left unplugged for safety and customer advised to not use the unit to prevent further damage to the unit. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE GEARCASE, SLIDER, CLUTCH, VALVE, AND POSSIBLY THE WASHPLATE-LS W11112656; ordrng 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11165546 (Valve)"

Arrived onsite for grate broken. I confirmed grate was broken and replaced it with the one provided to me. Customer stated that when on low flame the back right burner would go out when opening and closing the cabinet. Whirlpool states that the cooktop needs to be fully enclosed as the cooktop is getting backdraft from the cabinet doors closing. When at high flame the unit works as designed. Cooktop install will need adjustments to fix the low flame issue and the backdraft causing it. No leaks present. Call complete. Installed W11380124 GRATE.

Arrived on site for oven tripping breaker and right rear knob is not operating correctly. Upon arrival found 2 knobs failed. Pulled oven to get polarity test done. Get 123.5 from L1 and L2-N and 247 from L1-L2. Found L1 connection is slightly loose. Was able to tighten a 1/4 turn. Contacted Techline and spoke with TJ. Explained issue and have voltage readings. In addition ran resistance test from all wires to ground and is good. Also explained how knobs have cracks. Tech recommends doing burn off for the breaker tripping issue and replacement of knobs due to failure and not cosmetic issues. Determined unit shaft play on existing gearcase is the same play as on the new in box gearcase. They cycled power and removed that icon, lights have not been working since and no dispensing at the door. Verified issue, no lights and no dispensing. Tested door switches, found them reading open and closed properly. Took voltage and found switches only receiving 75VAC. Unplugged crisper drawer harness and found lights have started to flicker and illuminate. Inspected harness and found a broken wire. Replaced harness (W11170612) and tested unit, all functions have returned. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrive down sake for a dryer that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit tripped the breaker immediately when the unit is plugged in. I checked the terminal block and found the ground bonded with the neutral circuit. I fixed the wiring at the terminal block connections and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed without tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Eli Marie SR# 7741087100. On arrival I ran diagnostic no error code I called Whirlpool tech for support and there was nothing he could help with because I didn't see anything SR# 7741129068 tech line directed me to Trade Care Center they said the was nothing they could do due to me not finding any issues Sr# 7741104392. Clients mom was home so she didn't know what was wrong with product. Client then called and said when she used quick wash it was stuck on draining and that was it. I spoke to my manager and he recommend to replace the l8d lock . I replaced part and calibrated I then ran a quick wash with blankets stayed until it finished product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

F5E2 NTW4516FW4 Arrived on site for a washer not draining. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error code F5E2 defective lid lock. I couldn't run a full test due to washer not having hoses attached to it . But before I replaced lid lock i tested washer in test mode and the lid lock tried to lock 3 times before washer failed. I replaced lid lock and tested as far as I could without hose and the lid lock worked great. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

On section 4 about 5-15 on low and section 5 at 0. Ran test and recorded Test 4, 5/205psi, set 5 0/240psi. Lower side reading are in range but high side is not. Called back and spoke to Art- same SR#Want to see about 45 psi equalize. And max 150 psi on high. Possible non condensable in system. Recommended purging system and running nitrogen, running extended vacuum and recharge. Followed as directed. Unit is running within spec. Customer will monitor"

Tested the large oven by setting it to 350?F. The unit ran for 30 minutes before the yellow lights began blinking three times, and the unit stopped operating. Checked error codes and found F3E1 again. Contacted Techline and conducted tests as instructed, including checking the ohms on the sensors. Based on Techlines guidance, I replaced the appliance manager. After restoring power, the error codes reappeared immediately. Cleared the error codes, but they returned again. WDF130PAHB2 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not drying. On arrival verified issue heater had failed uploaded photo i replaced part . Tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"Arrived on site for unit not starting. Upon arrival, customer stated unit powered off mid cycle and had clothes in the unit. Customer managed to open top lid and remove items but damaged the lid lock in the process. Continued to check lower harness and found severed harness to the pump (picture attached). Lower harness was ordered but did not arrive. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule. Adding customer to cancellation list ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived onsite and found temps normative and freezer icemaker production ahad resumed and completely filled the bin. Fridge door icemaker which had been working had slowed and stopped. Replaced the door icemaker W10898228 and verified good airflow supply through the cabinet air port. Heat treated seals to mitigate condensation issues. Advised customer on repair.

"Alright, the verified complaint of unit knot spinning out breakfast visual inspection. The unit shows that the gear case has failed and is leaking oil. Unable to complete repair at this time. Arrived on site for unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival breaker was not tripped customer reset breaker. However did not realize his dishwasher was on GFCI and needed to be reset. Customer did experience an outage due to Austin energy which caused unit to trip breaker and gfci. Ran test cycle unit is functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed. No parts used

"Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. Customer dees bubbles and water from the bottom. They have only used twice and both times it leaked. Also the bottom panel does not stay in place. Ran diagnostics and found no errors. All components working, removed door and found soap bubbles coming from under door. Tub is full of bubbles. Took several fill and drains for water to go back to normal. Unit working as designed. Advised cusfomer on soap usage. Bottom is missing retainer. Reset for Mon am, ; ordrng 1 WPW10503548 (Retainer clip.) and 1 WPW10503548 (Retainer)"

"Arrived onsite for unit not draining. Inspected and found drain pump harness disconnected. Appears unit bottomed out. Secured connection and unit is now functioning properly. Notified customer of load size. Customer will monitor. If symptoms persist recommend returning with lower harness and drain pump. Also Notified customer to have standpipe cleared, pipe is backing up. "Arrived on site for washer leaking, on arrival confirmed firmed issue from photos customer provided. Upon Further inspection I found pressure hose was pinched causing water level sensing failure and u it to over fill and after readjusting pressure hose I found unit it working as designed with no leaks and no parts installed call complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I checked all four switches and found all of them making and breaking. I replaced the transformer, capacitor, diode, and magnetron and tested the unit. I still found the machine quitting after 1 second. I went to check all dorswitches to make sure that they were properly engaged with the door closed and found one of the lower switches not engaged when the door it was closed. See photo. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Jeremy SR# 7740780463. He had me send him several photos and found the cabinet bent causing the issue. He tried to have me fix the cabinet but we found that the cabinet was popping in and out and would pop back into it's current place. He advised to make no further repair at this time and that the unit would be sent to review. He did advise that the customer should expect to hear from whirlpool within a week regarding replacements. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing a cycle as it continues to try and spin. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the control panel showing the lights flashing, which is an error code. When I arrived, the customer had a load of clothing washing and the unit was in a spin cycle. I cancelled the cycle and customer removed the items for me to test the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2-pressure sensor fault. I cleared the code and continued with testing and it operated as designed. I inspected the water level sensor tube attached the control and on the back right side of the tub and it was secured at both places. I removed the tube from the control and blew through it and the tube was clear. Following the tech sheet for Test #5-water level, I found the unit operating properly and the hose is clear with no damage. The end result would be to replace the main control; therefore, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I advised the customer that should the unit fail again, we would have to contact the manufacturer to get our findings documented. W11627413."

"On arrival verified complaint of tripping breaker. Took a photo of mod/Ser tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. Verified voltage and polarity are correct, On arrival inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage Terminal block is wired correctly and is tight no twists in power cord removed). Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle, repair has been completed per instructions in SP w11490386 , spoke to TL7741129024 and spoke to safety, and submitted picture of breaker and advised of sp W11525530 for GFCI manufacturer. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. If problem persists call customer service. unit is working as designed job complete replaced bake element, broil element, and main. Parts are labeled and set to be returned per wpl safety request?"

"Arrived on site four a refrigerator that is leaking water and wont make ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit we'll go several weeks without making eyes and then we'll make ice for a week or two before quitting again. She also advised that the unit is leaking water from their drip tray onto the floor. I did confirm the customer's complaints and tested the ice maker. I found the icemaker harvest with the door opened. I also found that after opening the door, water dribbled from, underneath the drip tray down the front of the freezer door onto the ground. I removed the drip tray and found minimal water underneath the drip tray in the cover but found water coming out from under the cover. I lifted the cover and found waterthrought the entire bottom of the dispenser area. I gained access to the fill tube and attempted to dispense water. I found no leaking from the dispenser tube or dispenser itself. The customer advised that it usually tends to gather moisture when the unit is not making ice and will stop when the unit does make ice. I checked the bottom of the freezer door and checked the wire harness. I found one of the wires barely hanging on and split. Ordering the freezer door and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. No parts were installed. ; ordrng 1 LW11037733 (Stainless freezer door)"

WOD51EC0HS20 Arrived on site for a oven with display issues. On arrival client said he decided that he was going with his insurance company to replace it and didn't want any services from us . He apologize for any inconvenience. No service charge no parts used.

"Arrived on site for range tripping breaker when oven was used. On arrival confirmed issue and found breaker would trip only when range was in bake preheat cycle. Found 246 L1-2, 123 L1-n & L2-n, 0 g-n. No voltage drops found when under a load. Amp draw to bake was 10 and 14 for broil. Reported findings to safety team sr#7741067629"

Arrived onsite for unit taking long time to dry upon further inspection tested unit with vent disconnected air flow is good tested with vent attached no air is flowing advised customer to have vent clean unit is working as designed

"Arrived on site to inpsect washer making speaking sound during spin. Upon further inpsection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the belt had been slipping on the pulley. Replaced the belt and splutch assembly. I calibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W10721967 W11239857"
