However, upon my research, the orifices are correct and the complaint is that the burners dont get hot enough. I advised the customer and provided the orifice number breakdown provided by the installation sheet and showed them the numbers on the orifices that are with their cooktop. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=24 degrees. I placed my gauges on the sealed system ports and found the high side had dropped slightly since last service call; approximately -3psi. I monitored pressures for several minutes and very little change occurred. I inspected the FC evaporator and found no frost pattern. Spoke with in house tech support and based off the type of frost pattern and my pressure readings, they recommended bumping the system with refrigerant to get it to exact pressures. I bumped the system tough the high side and monitored the frost pattern and there was no change other than it being slushy. I evacuated the system and installed a new UV dye drier and vacuumed the system for approximately 33 minutes. Installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored the system. The evaporator began to get a good frost pattern and unit was beginning to cool. Pressures were good at 0/175. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if the unit fails again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WMH31017HS09 Arrived to inspect continuous heating failure and coding. I verified the HV leads were not inverted (VSR) and tested. Upon initial inspection I found the control that was installed within the unit did not appear to be correct and there were also differences in discrete components within the board itself, from the verified replacement. I removed and replaced the control and tested. The issue differed in no code was registered during and initial test and the unit reset at the time the HV relay should have engaged. Further inspection revealed door switches to be the likely initial source of the issue and after replaced, the unit resumed normal operations. SR# 7737445577."

Arrived onsite for a DW that stopped at that start of a wash cycle and showed a code for the float switch. Upon inspection I found that the the drip tray was full of water I removed the water and the removed the outer door panel and ran the unit to monitor the bottom door seal and found that some soap suds would come over the lip of the tub meaning the customer may be using too much soap I advised the to cute back on the amount of soap. I continue monitoring the unit and found that there was also a leaking coming from the drain hose where it connects to the unit I adjusted the hose and the clamps and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed no leaks at this moment

Test Bake element and is pulling 10.24 amps and voltage remains constant 240v, test bake element and has resistance of 23.9 ohms. Test all switches and get 240v constantly. Contacted techline for assistance. Spoke with Jonathan . Gave tech all findings and determined that burners are good. Tech had me test oven sensor and test good. Recommend replacing control. I power cycled the unit and advised to contact us if ice is not producing by the morning. If production does not resume we will need 2 hours since unit can not be pulled due to being built in with panels around it, and is in a corner. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the refrigerator, evaporator, compressor, dryer, and access valve. During replacement of the evaporator I found the drip pan completely cracked and falling apart. Vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi and health pressure for over 15 minutes. Charged the unit up with 6 g of R134A and found the unit cooling and operating as designed. Ordering the drip pan and rescheduled the customer to 10/3.; ordrng 1 W11457241 ("

Upon arrived I found that the wrong door was sent out, upon inspection I found that the unit is making ice and by adjusting the tap improve the water flow into the ice try. While here I leveled the unit as the right door was lower that the left. Now that they are even. Unit is operating as designed."

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced tub and manifold. The model and serial tag would not adhere to new tub. Customer will place some place safe. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a MW with a counter light that is not working. Upon inspection I found. That the bulb had broken off inside of the housing. I replaced the hose and the bulb and tested the unit and found that unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site to test unit for console stuck in the control lock setting. Couldnt get it out of control lock. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for dryer making a noise. On inspection the dryer was making a humming noise. Gain access to the drum and found that the pulley was not free spinning and the motor had a humming noise when you spun it. Had to break the blower wheel off to change the motor and install a new pulley.

Arrived on site for dryer not heating correctly and showing clean lint screen message on ui. Upon arrival I found no lint clogs in dryer. Found no errors in diagnostics. Tested u it with vent kit and found dry working fine when exhaust hose was removed but was building up heat/pressure and trapping air when hose was reconnected indicating a dryer vent clog within wall of home.instructed customer to have dryer vent cleaning done to prevent further issues with dryer call complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling and is frosted up in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the freezer side, completely frosted up in the freezer section. Checked the unit and found the freezer and refrigerator compartment. Thermistor is within range And found the defrost thermistor in range. I went to check resistance values from the control, but found that refrigerator installed in the RV with a lid that wouldnt make it difficult for me to uninstall without damaging the RV. I did explain to the customer that they will need to have the unit uninstalled and thawed out for you prior to our next service for me to determine, whether the issue was with the control or the heater. Ordering the heater and rescheduled the customer to 10/5. ; ordrng 1 WPW10495967 (Heater)"

Arrived on site for dryer not starting a cycle. Upon arrival verified prior electrical failure had been resolved. Found motor relay not kicking over to allow motor to run as well as pts had large burn marks and metal breaking from back of switch. SS KDTM404KPS0 Confirmed complaint no power. Found terminal block neutral disconnected. Reconnected and verified voltage. Confirmed 120vac. Operational test good.
