They turned the unit and pressed the keys on the control panel and the unit failed to respond other than the tone noise beeping. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics several times and it failed. I cycled power to the unit and attempted again and was able to get it into diagnostics. I completed the encoder test and the unit operated as designed. When I went to place the unit back in diagnostics it failed. Cycled power and was able to get it into diagnostics showing error code F2E1 and F5E2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. Following tech sheet for the error codes, I found the lid lock assembly is failing. I tested the control panel harness and it is good. I attempted to manually test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I removed and replaced the control panel and lid lock assembly and calibrated he unit. During vacuum, the unit would not go below 1200 microns. I pressurized with nitrogen and found the evaporator had ruptured due to the defrost element making contact with it. I removed and replaced the evaporator, ensuring the defrost element was routed correctly and vacuumed and charges the system . The unit started cooling as designed. No leaks observed during service.

I did find some burnt debris in the burner head which couldve cause the noise. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is not cleaning properly. They advised that they are rinsing the dishes off before placing them into the unit. I opened the unit door and found dishes inside that appeared to be clean. Inspected the elements and spray arms and they are good. Also found the customer is not using rinse aid. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Using my multimeter, I tested amp readings at the black wire at the junction box. I found the unit operating as designed and all components within amp draw reading. The element is showing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I advised the customer of my findings and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. "Arrived on site for builtin having no power. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit receiving 120vac at and after the switch. I found the controls all receiving 120 vac. I swapped in the main control and found no change. I reinstalled the customers original control. I am ordering the power supply. ordrng 1 WP67001360 (Power supply)"

Arrived on site and found microwave door surface damaged a new one will be needed; ordrng 1 W10783078 (Microwave door)

Arrived on site and set washer into diagnostic cycle and found washer will not agitate or fast spin but will slow spin in diagnostic cycle. Replaced actuator but this had no positive effect. Will bring back motor and control and lower harness ; ordrng 1 W11497303 (Motor) and 1 W11607637 (Control) and 1 W11450610 (Lower harness)
