I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and condenser fan and when I turned the compressor and condenser fan on I could hear a relay popping on the hv control. Also, I found digits missing on the User Interface (UI). I found at the P1, the compressor and condenser fan is not getting voltage. Arrived on site for refrigerator making noise on inspection found the evap fan was hitting the fan shroud. The bearings on the fan motor our out and the shaft is making the fan blade hit the shroud. Ordering the motor and will replace lights on return.; ordrng 1 W11127829 (Evap fan motor)

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with damaged door and left door that shifts slightly while closing. Examined unit and found the right oven door had a protrusion on the right side. Replaced door skin to resolve. Found the new skin was dented in the corner and not an acceptable replacement. Ordered new door skin. I tested the smaller oven door and noticed that when the door gets almost fully closed and seats, it shifts to the left slightly, likely due to how the hinges are angled. Advised customer we can replace the hinges, but based on their design it may not alter the behavior of the door, and it may shift on closing based on the design. Ordering left side hinges. Returning tech can try and swap positions as well. Customer also advised me that the left front burner does not light. Verified that the igniter is sparking, but not lighting. Found service pointer W11643965 applies, to adjust the flame spreader. Ordering a new flame spreader if SP does not resolve. Arrived on site for dishwasher not starting. I inspected the unit and work area. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit filling with water but not spraying any water. I found the wash motor receiving power but not coming on

"Arrived on site for oven in demo mode. On inspection try following the instructions in the customer care manual and they were not working. I then went to the first step in the manual and thats where I held down the settings button and it went to the tool menu. Went down to info, that is where I found the setting to turn demo off. Showed the customer how to exit demo.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised water is leaking from the left side of the unit. I disassembled the FC section and found no ice or evidence of frozen water in the bottom of the freezer. I pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube and removed it and cleared it. I found no ice in the drain and there was water in the evaporator pan from the evaporator defrosting. I checked the ice maker and found no ice or water in the tray. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker from points T-H and it harvested and called for water but no water dispensed. I found the fill tube clogged with ice. Removed the ice and retested and unit is operating as designed. With the ice in the fill tube, when the valve would open and dispense water, the ice blocked the water and the water would back out through the water line at the back of the unit. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No one available to sign for ticket."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water from the bottom and puddling in the freezer section. Upon further inspection, I disassembled the FC section and found a slab of ice in the bottom of the freezer and frozen water streaks coming from the right side of the evap drip pan. I removed the evap cover and found a slab of ice in the drip pan and the drain clogged with ice. I pulled the unit out and checked the drain tube at the back of the unit and found it was clear from previous service call and it was the correct P trap type tube. I removed the ice from the drip pan and blew out the drain with my steamer. Using my mirror and flashlight, I placed my flashlight in the drip pan and checked the drain from the back of the unit with my mirror and found the tube is clear now Advised office of agreement. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. No one available to sign for receipt."

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer that is not heating. Found failed heating element and replaced heater assembly. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on for a DW that is not filling with water. Upon arrival I put the unit in diag mode and found that the water inlet valve was not letting water in but it would hum. Upon further inspection I found that the valve was clogged. I installed new valve and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for a washer that will not turn on. Upon inspection I found that there was no power at the wall to the washer. I reset the breaker and tested for Power to the washer again and found none. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Couldnt replicate noise reported but was able to narrow down issue to compressor shutting off to early due to over heating/airflow restrictions at condenser coil. Informed customer of findings after I verified both ice bucket was full of ice and evap coil could frost over healthy and evenly. Customer stated they would clean coils themselves. Collected service and found unit working as designed.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the evaporator had ruptured somewhere within the finned area to the right side of the evaporator assy. I removed and replaced the evaporator and elected to replace the compressor due to prior report of it running extremely hot. I vacuumed the system and found no signs of leaks. I charged with the MFG prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The FC light module would not operate and was causing the ceiling modules in the RC to dim and I found the unit out of serial number range for the MFG TSP. During inspection of the module,I found the wiring defective from manufacture and I contacted the MFG tech line, SR 7735653005 and advised of my findings that the FC LED module was unable to be changed due to incorrect harness routing and excessive insulating foam placement. The MFG tech deemed the issue and that nothing further could be done to correct the lighting system. No leaks observed during service."

Pressures held and I installed 41g of R600 refrigerant and monitored the unit. Unit began to cool. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water connections to the unit and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for dishwasher that wont latch. On inspection found the latch was sprung upward and the strike could not close into it. It damaged the strike so I replaced both pieces. The unit is operating as designed now. No water leaks were detected during shipment call.

"Arrived onsite for all burners starting giving off yelow flame and not adjusting to low burners. Upon arrival test unit and all burners are burning correctly with only blue flame. After series of questions. That customer said that the yellow flames only happened when using a vaporizer machine. I explained how vaporizers, and dehumidifiers can effect air quality and change the flame. Also adjusted each burner so that the low settings operate to customers liking. Ran an automatic cycle and hear rubbing noise from agitator and grinding noise from belt area. Inspected unit and found failed hub, actuator is not shifting correctly causing cam to fail. Replaced hub, actuator and cam. Test unit and unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is no longer operational. Upon arrival I found unit with f6e4. Code. I replace the control but couldnt test unit because the power when out at the home. Customer to call if issues is not resolved. Job complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found it is not defrosting. Found brown wire to heating element is not in harness connection, took one picture. After resetting wire set refrigerator into a manual defrost through diagnostic cycle and heating element is now heating properly. Customer will manually defrost refrigerator for48 hours after that refrigerator should be working properly, Job complete."
