"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that was popping the breaker periodically. Customer advised that unit was not fully compatible with new style breakers (GFCI). I ran an Amp draw on the unit after confirming proper wiring hookups. Breaker is 30a. I monitored Amp draw under load, and with a towel load. I found the unit did not draw over 27a max when it was fully loaded and hot, indicating the tripping breaker is likely due to known incompatibility with GFCI breakers. Unit working as designed.

The customer advised that most loads seem to go off balance no matter what she does whether it is a light or a heavy duty load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and could not get the unit to spin abnormally. Tested the shocks and found the shocks a little bit loose. Checked in on Ethan and did find the shocks a little worn. The customer stated when he called in he told the call taker the lights on the deli UI were not working and the unit trips the breaker at least once a day. I found the orange wire in the deli harness broken. I found digits missing on the main UI and when selections were made the breaker would trip. The customer also stated the upper pan in the freezer keeps popping off because the bracket comes off the left side. I found the bin door and sides broken and the bin not fitting in the slides correctly. Ran the unit through a normal cycle and tested voltage to the heat valve solenoid and got 122V, but it s not staying on long enough to make the slab of ice sweat and slide off the evaporator and the recirculating pump will come on and the water flow pushes the slab off the evaporator onto the grid cutter. "AER6303MMS0 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. I tested to 425?F and the breaker did not trip on this unit. Engaging all cooktop burners and verifying current to the back element, simultaneously, did not trip the breaker either. I removed the rear panels and checked wiring and found no issues. Amp draw on bake ranged between 11 and 15 amps, depending which element the unit was utilizing during preheat, and then 11 amps for the bake element during normal cycling. With all top burners operating, 38 amps was the highest current draw and well within the range of the VAC supply. Operational test good."

Arrived onsite for a washer that leaks water in the basket when its off. On arrival I found the basket dry and that valve completely closing. I tested the valve multiple times and found it closing properly. I showed the customer how the water enters the machine and explained if you put your hand on the faucet and press up water will run out for a little bit and stop. I explained that when the valves leak they would find water in the basket when loading clothes or if if it filled up high enough the drain pump would turn on when the machine is off. I went over detergent use and loading with the customer. The machine is working as designed. Call complete.

"On site for a dryer that has a blown terminal block. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the power cord was also damage. Found the installation on this unit had been completely wrong, and that the power cords connectors were not attached to the nuts on the terminal block that theyre supposed to. They were screwed into where the foldable tabs that are supposed to set the terminal block in place or capped. It appeared that the Installers also did not add the wire clamp on the unit which intern caused the power cord to pull out of the terminal block and ground as soon as the dryer was pulled out. Replaced the terminal block and the customer advised they would like the power cord. Replaced the power cord and tested the unit. The unit big and he and operate as designed.

The gasket could not seal and after correcting refrigerator cabinet alignment, the gasket could then seal with the cabinet. I applied MFG approved/supplied sealant to the FC and RC door openings to facilitate sealing. The defrost system had engaged during service and I verified the evaporator was not encased in frost. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for dryer making a squealing noise. On inspection ran the dryer for 5 minutes and never heard a noise. The drum was moving up down while spinning. I gained access to the dryer found the pulley was not free spinning, the wheels and the belt looked good. I replaced them all with the repair kit. I then ran the dryer for 10 minutes trying to get to squeal but had no luck. I never heard make a noise."

I found the ice bucket completely full of mostly old bridged together ice that was binding the auger along with some new cubes in the top of the ice bucket. I found the temp in the FC and icebox good. All thermistors tested good and there is good air flow from the fan. I removed the old ice from the bucket and tested the icemaker in a harvest and a fill cycle. Both test worked as designed. The customer stated her husband had filled the ice bin up with ice from another refrigerator and wanted the icemaker replaced.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water and the bottom of the freezer is frozen. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice on the bottom of the FC section and water leaking from the bottom left side of the FC door. I disassembled the FC section and removed the slab of ice then pulled the unit out and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit. I found the tube clogged and leaking water at the top of the tube. Removed the tube and cleaned it out and re-installed and sealed the gap at the top of the tube with silicone. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the FC evaporator drip pan.

I adjust the burners to have high and a low flame, checked the regulator to make sure it was set for gas, it was. Pulled the middle burner head to look to see if there was any issues with the dual burner setup, found none. So it looks like there might have been impulse in the gas to cause this issue. No gas leak detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that the door is not closing properly on and the vent trim is bent. I did find the outer door warped and I replaced it because of this but the main reason the door is not closing correctly is because the feet were never installed on the oven and it is setting on the cabinet and putting pressure on the flue duct. I showed this to the customer and showed them that when I pulled the oven out on my oven dolly the door close correctly. The customer is going to contact the builder and have the cabinet altered and the feet installed on the oven. I explained to the customer that the trim is considered cosmetic and only covered for the first 30 days. I explained they would either have to pay for it or get with Pulte to get a concession to get it covered. The nameplate wasnt shipped with the door so I am ordering it. Ordering W10839793 nameplate.
