Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is still leaking out of the front on the right side. I found the toe kick sound barrier insulation completely soaked with water. I tested the unit and found no leaks in the service cycle. The customer was using Cascade pods with Dawn. I loaded the dispenser with a pod and ran a cycle. About 10 minutes after the dispenser opened the unit started leaking water and suds from the front of the unit. I found the tub full of suds allowing water to run over the tub seal. The customer grandson took a photo of the suds to show Ms Baker. I talked with Ms Baker on the phone and explained what was causing the leak and advised trying a different pod or changing to liquid detergent. There were no other water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer dispensing a lot of detergent and spinning out the water from the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have a water softener system and theyre using a detergent provided by the manufacturer. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and manually tested the dispenser and pump. I removed the dispenser drawer in order to monitor the detergent flow from the pump and found it operating as designed. I contacted techline and and spoke to Adrian and advised of the complaint and my findings. I questioned if the detergent dose could be calibrated as I could not find it in the owners manual and Adrian walked me through the steps of calibrating it by pressing Temp and Soil together and waiting for the numbers to appear. Once the numbers appeared, I calibrated the unit to 6 and tested. Unit is operating as designed and pumping a minimal amount of detergent now. Adrian provided SR#7735686445. I demonstrated to the customer on how to calibrate and recommended they leave it on 6 due to the water softener system. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed the FC evap cover and found no frost pattern on the evaporator and it was wet. I tested amp draw to the compressor and found it at .51amps. I placed my gauges in the drier and compressor and found the compressor side in a deep vacuum and the drier side showing just above 50psi. I checked for leaks and found none. I advised my customer of my findings and advised the unit would need a sealed system repair. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has frosting up in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer had frosted up one time but has since not been an issue. They did advise that they were having issues with the icemaker again not making ice. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass except when I came to the ice maker error codes. The icemaker error codes showed an E5 indicating a bad icemaker thermistor. The customer also complained about frost buildup between the ice door and the heater facia. Ordering the ice door and icemaker for repair. "JDB9000CWP3 Arrived to inspect no operation. I entered service test mode and found 5-1 and 7-1 error codes stored in memory and I cleared for testing. The unit filled and when the circulation pump engaged, the motor could be heard, but there was ticking from likely debris and very little water flow. The heating element was deformed, likely from the lack of water flow and getting hot and I was able to re-form it into the correct shape and position. sump assembly and removed and replaced. All operations return and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

The diverter valve assembly had clear signs of water leaking in the form of residue. sump assembly and removed and replaced. The diverter position sensing circuit connector was corroded and I removed and replaced the connector contact pin. I tested within service test mode and all functions were restored, the F9E1 did not come back and I verified the diverter found its position within the test and stop rotation. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not turning on. Reset control and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time. Repair under 10 mins and only svc fee due.

Arrived onsite for display frozen. Upon arrival inspected unit and Jenair is just stuck on display. No buttons are responding. Power cycled unit for several minutes and same issue. Need to replace control panel assembly.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not filling with water. Upon further inspection, I found the control panel lifted from a previous repair. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it began to show an error code beginning with F7 but then would go away. I continued with testing and the unit filled with water and drained but would not agitate or spin. I tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor. Removed the rotor, clutch and stator and found the clutch and slider badly worn and rusted. Also on the rotor, I found the teeth that meet the slider teeth were badly worn and not engaging with the slider (photo).parts-gearcase, slider, clutch, rotor . After researching parts, I found the rotor to be out of stock with no ETA on arrival. I advised the customer that we could check, each day, on its status and keep in contact with them if they wanted to move forward with repairs and wait to see if it will become available.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the flames are too high and yellow and are causing soot on her pots/pans. The unit is connected to propane. I tested each burner and found the two left burners, front center burner and the front right burner flames were not correct. I inspected the orifices and found them incorrect and two were natural gas orifices. I removed and replaced the incorrect orifices with the correct orifices and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the UI and vH control failures, I removed and replaced both controls and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site replaced heater per whirlpool specs on special project . No signs heater has been leaking . Customer also having issues with wash performance . Ran diagnostics got wash motor error codes . Wash motor is not coming on . Checked and is getting voltage . Also recommended customer have a look at plumbing under sink , something is leaking . No leaks detected with unit . Job complete"

Arrived on site for FZ light issues . Found FZ light module out . Replaced light module. All lighting issues resolved . Just service call charged. Job complete

"Arrived on site for no ice. Removed housing found broken housing to icemaker,replaced defective icemaker,ran harvest test passed ran fill test passed.

Arrived on site for a wall oven that is turning itself off after initially starting any kind of heating cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she gets an error message on the unit and then the unit will basically shut itself off and she is having to reset her breaker. Attempted to get the unit into diagnostics and found that it kept pushing me out of diagnostics. Ran the unit on a big cycle at 350? and found an error message pop-up showing an F8 E0 (low fan under speed) error code. I attempted to run the unit through diagnostics once more and again was unsuccessful. Advise the customer that the issue with their unit would most likely be with the touch panel and one or both of their cooling fans. I did find that the user interface is nla on this unit.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not heating and display not working. Will need magnetron capacitor diode and control board.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that is not filling with water. I found the dishwasher filling with water but not pumping water through the wash arms. I found an F7E1 and an F4E3 stored error codes. I found correct voltage to the pump. The sump and motor need to be replaced. I replaced the sump and motor and ran the diagnostics cycle to reset the the control for the heater. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
