"Arrived on site for dryer not starting. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the terminal block and found proper voltage. I inspected the thermal cutoff and thermal fuse. I found both failed. He agreed. I installed the new parts, I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, this customer advised that when they bake, the items getting baked are getting burnt on the outsides and still uncooked inside. The customer advised that the only manual she received with the unit is the owners manual but it only gives instructions on maintenance and care and installation (photo). When I opened the unit door I found where foil had been placed on the bottom panel and melted onto the panel. Customer advised she didnt know that she could not place foil on the bottom panel until it was too late; that she used to do it all the time with her old oven. I explained the effects foil or any other cover on the bottom panel does to the unit and showed her a slight bubble in the metal from the foil restricting the heat from rising from the hidden bake element. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees on Standard Multi-rack preheat. The customer advised that she didnt know anything about the difference in Rapid preheat and Standard preheat because she doesnt have an owners manual. I explained the difference and recommended always use Standard preheat and demonstrated how to get the unit into that mode. My preheat temp was 415 degrees. My next five readings were 326, 389, 335, 386, 343 for an average temp of 355.8 degrees. I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised the complaint, the virus SR# and my findings. TJ advised to not repair the unit as its operating as designed and to advise the customer if they continue to call in for service for the same issue and advised all information is documented on previous SR#7735211076. Since I didnt have connection, I left the home to make contact with tech support. I called the customer and advised of my conversation with the manufacturer and advised since warranty wont cover the customer instruct any further. I recommended the customer contact the manufacturer customer service for any further issues. Job completed."

WOD51EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect handle damage. I found the lower oven handle had visible scratches within the surface and I removed and replaced. I tested the unit and full functionality was present.

Arrived on site for washing machine not draining. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the drain pump on but rattling like the impeller is loose.
