"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain error. Cleared the code and manually tested the dr pump,and it failed to come on. I unplugged the unit and tilted it back and found the harness to the drain pump was broken. Due to the possibility of the main control being shorted, I was granted authorization to replace the main control, drain pump and lower harness. I removed and replaced the main control and harness and tested the drain pump. Unit began to drain as designed. I calibrated the unit and retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. The drain pump was not needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for cooktop bezel not square. On inspection the installer had pushed down on the bezel to make it flush with the counter. I installed the new bezel and name plate. I adjusted the dual burner to fix the igniting issue. The unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

I advised the customer I have a floor skid that helps to move the appliance without scratching the floor but they still declined. I then instructed the customer that I wont be able to work on it if we cant move the refrigerator out, I also instructed the customer that I would need a waiver to be signed to move appliance and they declined. Arrived onsite for a DW that is not draining and not going into its wash cycle. Upon inspection in found that the the drain hose was clogged I removed the clog and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit sometimes wont even power on and will just lock the door and then say that the cycle is complete. Did confirm the customers complaint, and did not find the motor attempting to spin When starting a cycle. Checked underneath and found all connections were good. Checked at the control and checked resistance through the shifter and the motor. Found both to be within range. After reassembling in testing again, found the machine spin and began to work and operate. Found the machine stop working, and then would not attempt to spin again. I advise the customer that because the unit was working and it stopped working after vibrating, the issue most likely would be with the harness, but wanted to return with the control as well. "Arrived on site for a wine cooler. That is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit stopped pulling all together and has not attempted to cool at all. Found the unit on but the compressor not running when I first got here. When the compressor did kick on and measured 10 pressure and found 80 psi on the high side and low side, stuck in a -20 vacuum. Checked for any leaks, and could not detect any leaks present in the compressor area. "JGP932SEC2SS Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the failed igniter and installed the replacement. Testing revealed the ignition issue was corrected. Operational test good.

"KRMF706ESS01 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the issue was due to the RC drip pan warping, causing water to spill out on the right side. I corrected the issue via shim and inspected the rest of the chassis. The drain tube was drooping and required correction. The unit was tilted forward at the top and required chassis level, squaring and door matching. I found two spots on the back of the unit where condensate was forming from the internal system tubing and informed the customer of my findings and importance. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

"WTW5105HW0 Arrived to inspect squeal from washer. I verified the issue occurred during spin operations and inspected. I found the belt was worn and the cause of the noise. I removed and replaced the belt and tested, after recalibrating the machine. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is leaking water daily. Found freezer floor covered in ice due to defrost water leaking from clogged drain. Removed drain and removed obstructions. Steamed out drain and ice. Verified good drainage.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that made a melted plastic smell. The customer showed me the element was completely warped out of shape and stated the unit was not cleaning the dishes well. I found the heater open and misshaped. I replaced the heater and tested the machine. I did find a crack in the elbow for the utensil sprayer and the customer is going to replace it themselves. Everything else is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. I found the temps good and the icemaker mold dry. I forced a harvest and the motor didnt turn. I tested voltage at the icemaker and only had 17VAC. I tested voltage at the molex connector next to the icemaker and still had 17VAC. I tested voltage out of the control at P3-3 to neutral and had 123VAC. This means the L1 wire from the control to the icemaker is coming apart in the chassis

Arrived on site to test unit for not drying. Test unit and found clogged drain hose. Cleared drain hose test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking. On inspection the leak was coming from the filters housing and the water line connections to the housing. Informed the company that the filter may need to be replaced due to the o rings might have been damaged from the old housing. No water leaks at the time of service.

"Arrived onsite for washer its LE error. On inspection I gain access to the back and pulled the cover. Tested the hall sensor and it was 15 ohms, it was within its specs. Gain and to the pump and it ohm out at 14 ohms it to was within its specs. The strainer was half clogged, I clean it out and reassembled the unit. I tested and it was running as designed. I informed the customer that the hall sensor was at the top of it specs that if we get the error back we will need to replace the sensor. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with no power to elements or oven, unit dead. Examined terminal block and found wires severed / burnt in the harness, causing the failure. Found L1 wires weren't tight, likely arcing. Replaced main harness and tested unit. Confirmed all functions working as designed.

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found outlet dishwasher plugged into had no power. Reset breaker multiple times and was finally able to get voltage to dishwasher. Showed customer unit now working as designed. No issues with dishwasher. Advised customer if issue persists to correct faulty breaker.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in and fans operating but could not hear the compressor. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector (photo) and tested the compressor and found it would not start up. Using my tester inverter board, I retested the compressor and still nothing. I evacuated the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 4.75oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in test 4. Pressures were good and the unit was beginning to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I recommended the customer allow the unit 48 hours to cool completely."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the washer is making the abnormal noises and the dryer is operating as designed. I removed the front panel and found gearcase oil on the splutch assembly, belt and panels (photos).

Arrived on site to test unit for error code. Found f51(motor sensor). Ran diagnostics and unit would agitate properly but was a lot of resistance while spinning. Removed rotor and stator and found no signs of rubbing or failed gearcase. Removed wash basket and found a rag was bundled up causing excessive friction between tub and wash basket. Removed obstruction and unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles and is intermittently not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the start and pause button will intermittently not work and not allow them to start cycles. They also advised that the lid will sometimes not lock or unlock . Did confirm both complaints and found the user interface start pause button hard to recognize when it was being pressed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (lid lock failure) error code. Replaced the User interface assembly and latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the condenser fan motor and plugged it back in. Find the condenser fan. Running an operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has stopped cooling in the refrigerator section. Upon inspection I found a good frost pattern on the evap but the rc temps at 73. I also found the the fan was not spinning with enough force to push air up into the rc causing the issue.through some testing I found that the issue was caused by the control. I installed the control and found that the fan full functionality returned and the rc began cooling.

Arrive d onsite for a refrigerator that is leaking form the liter houses.upon inspection I found this to be true. I installed the new filter head and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks

Arrived on site for tripping breaker. Upon arrival test polarity and is good. Checked resistance on bake and broil elements and are good. Checked all wiring connections and are good with no pinched wires. Found that when call for bake when unit is at ambient temperature it Tripps breaker when bake gets assisted in preheat by broil. Broil works fine. Once preheated bake operates correctly. Gave customer information from Technical Service Pointer #: W11525530.Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Found ice build up on roof of freezer found gap at top right corner of gasket also found gasket not inserted to liner at bottom of door,cleaned gasket reinstalled gasket to liner channel at bottom of freezer door remolded gasket. Placed flashlight in freezer shinning at top right corner no light visible,gasket sealing correctly.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the ui and control board. Tested unit by heating the oven to 350? the unit heated up. The unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for center burner not igniting. On inspection I found that the gas was not completely coming out the channels on the burner head. Adjusted the burner head and it started to work. The unit is open as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed sensor, ran vent test and found it restricted, ran a test with customer present and it failed, removed vent from back of unit and test passed, replaced sensor as precautionary and advised customer to call vent cleaners to clear vent properly, if its doing the same thing when went has been cleared then call us back, at this time job complete"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats still making a buzzing noise. I found the noise the customer was talking about and added sound pads between the condenser cardboard cover and the compressor pan and the noise was gone. I rolled the unit back in place and set the leveling legs. The unit still sounded normal with all sealed system components running. The customer agreed the unit sounds good now. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is heating properly, Found airflow on airflow meter is showing restricted. Took pictures removing that hose from rear of dryer corrects airflow. Vent to the exterior will need to be cleaned/cleared by a service to correct issue, job complete"

Also explain to apartment residents that this is a long vent model and it is Louder than other similar models, Spoke with apartment maintenance manager and he said vent has not been cleaned yet but it is scheduled to be, job complete"
