"Arrived on site to inspect dryer/maintenance. Upon further inspection, the customer requested a routine maintenance check and cleaning. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I disassembled the unit and found minimal debris inside and cleaned it (before/after photos). I found the belt badly frayed and the back left roller not rolling properly. I removed and replaced the repair kit parts and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel and cleared the debris from the back o the unit. Tested all components and all were good. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for MW door not shutting. On inspection the door could not close all the way to make contact with the switches. I pulled the unit out a few inches and noticed that the door was working properly. Pushed the unit back in when I went to open the door the bottom of the unit got pushed out 1/2 inch. Thats when I noticed that the spacer kit was not installed. The hinges are sitting on top of trim of the cabinet. It has to have the spacer kit so the hinges do hit the cabinet trim. Called the builder to let them know it was missing from the installation.

The customer advised that they had just re-leveled the unit within the last week And the door seems to be shutting better now but they still wanted to have a checked out. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Had the customer run a cycle on a cycle of his choosing. The customer was able to run that cycle and the unit begin to recirculate water. Did advise the customer that it is most likely due to unlevel link where the door was leaned up against the side cabinet. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not igniting properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they can smell gas when the oven is trying to ignite. I disassembled the oven and found the bottom panel was badly warped and the customer advised they had a piece of foil on the bottom panel (photo). Once I removed the panel, I tested the unit in Bake mode and found the ignitor is not arcing but I could hear it clicking. I pulled the warming drawer out and found several pans inside that were sitting too high and one was touching the ignitor connector. With the drawer out, I retested and the unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer remove the items from the drawer and only keep some in there that would not go above the top of the drawer pan. Placed he drawer back in and retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. I tested the cooktop and all burners operate properly. I made recommendations for use and care. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
