"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel damage. Upon further inspection, I found what appeared to be a scratch on the control panel in the front bottom middle section of the panel. I found the selection keys bubbled up as well. I removed the outer protective film and found the control panel in good condition. I advised the customer of my findings. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (customer has a water softener system). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not starting a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Ran into diagnostics and found an F6 E4 (float switch open) error code. Ran the unit through diagnostic mode and found the unit drain and fill but when it went to use start washing, the unit went dead after three seconds of starting to wash. Attempted to drain out the water and found the user interface was shutting off as soon as I closed the door. Whenever I opened the door, found voltage going back to the user interface in the user interface lighting back up. Spoke to JC and ran through a couple tests. I replaced the control and tested the unit again. Still I had the same issue. Checked resistance on the vent fan motor and found it out of range. Ordering the vent fan motor and will return with the control and user interface just in case. Arrived onsite for a double wall oven that will not turn on. The customer stated that it started shutting off during a cooking cycle and would turn itself back on then it shut off and never came back on. I found no L1 voltage at the terminal block. I found the J-Box and the wiring in the box burned up and causing the issue. I took a photo. I showed the customer that the bottom of the cabinet under the oven is bowing because the front fascia trim board is broken off. I explained this needed to be repaired because it supports the weight of the oven and I advised putting a solid bottom in. The existing one has a cut out for an older style oven and I explained this could cause issues during a self clean.

Inspected breaker panel and found unit on GFCI. Notified customer that it is best to have unit on regular non GFCI breaker. Ran test with bake element disconnected and unit did not trip. Reconnect bake and disconnected broil and unit did not trip. Reconnected all and ran test at 350 degrees and did not trip. Allowed unit to cool, then ran 375 degree bake cycle and still did not trip. Intermittency seems to be electrical and not the unit itself. Customer will notify builder to try normal, non Gfci breaker to handle load. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with odor / bad taste in the ice / water and unit. Examined unit and found that the RC top shelf had the airflow channel next to the vent completely closed off. This was creating a cold pocket in the top, and the remaining shelves were above normal temp, causing food to spoil and smell. This was transferring to the freezer compartment as well. Advised customer that unit does create or contain and chemicals or fluids that can create any kind of taste or odor. Any odors and tastes are transferred from the water source / contents. Advised to fully empty unit and wiped down all surfaces to remove odors, and leave some baking soda in as well. Unit is working as designed.

"Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. Customer said that the noise happens in spin mode. Customer had a load ready to start. Once the load went into spin cycle it was off balance and it was knocking and moving. I saw that the load was mostly on one side, I stop the unit and balanced the load out and restarted the cycle and it worked as designed. I checked underneath the unit and there was no oil and the shock are still in good shape. The design of the unit with washplate might cause the clothes to bunch up on one side. I reset the unit to factory settings and calibrated the unit. Informed the customer that if it still gives her problem to call us. No water leaks detected during service."

Explained off balance loads will stop the cycle and cause the remaining time to change. Unit needs software update as well. Tried to link to Mr phone, but unit appears to be linked to someone else in the household.
