Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that sounds like water is spraying against the wall at the back of the machine when in use. I inspected the tub and found no cracks or holes. I ran the diagnostics cycle and checked under the unit finding no water leaks. The customer was remodeling and there is not a backsplash between the counter and the wall so the sound of the wash arms is echoing thru the opening. The unit is working as designed. I did advise the customer to add floor leveler and a drip pan under the unit incase there is ever a leak because at this time the floor under the dishwasher is lower than the tile in the kitchen which will cause the water to pool and get into the cabinets and outer wall. Arrived onsite for a washer leaking water. The customer stated they found a hole in the drain hose and a new one but havent installed it yet. She stated it was so much water the last time it leaked that they felt something other than the hose was leaking. I could not see any signs of a water leak that was recent. I replaced the drain hose and tested the machine. There were no other water leaks present. I leveled the machine because water was almost missing the tub ring at the dispenser cup. The unit works as designed.

"WFG320M0BS3 Arrived to inspect breaker tripping. Initial testing did not reveal the unit tripping the breaker and I made a full inspection of the harness and its connections. During testing and after the unit heated over 250 degrees, the breaker tripped and power was lost. I removed and replaced the control and there was no change. I began the process of unloading each part of the circuit ine-by-one and during that testing, caught a brief glimpse of an arc flash coming from one of the factory connectors within the harness. There was no visual confirmation of the issue when inspection the area the flash was detected, but I removed and replaced the harness. Further testing showed the issue resolved and the breaker tripping issue ceased. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped cooling again, the lights were off, and none of the dispenser functions worked. The customer stated she power cycled the unit three times and the third time she left the power off for about 15 minutes and the unit came back on and hasnt failed again. I tested all low VDC components and all were working as designed except the icemaker fan. I found it surging for a long period of time and then it started running at full speed. I called techline and spoke with Austin SR# 7735869378. Austin stated the ice fan can surge up to 30 seconds before it starts running at normal speed but if it is doing it longer than that there could be an issue with the fan. He also stated there could be an issue with the power supply control that will cause these same symptoms. I had the customer turn the icemaker off to see if the issue goes away. The customer will monitor and let us know. At this time the unit is at temp and all other functions are working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a squirreling noise when in use at times. Upon inspection I found that the tensioner pulley was not rotating properly and would get stuck due to some damage to the inside of the pulley see photos. and cause the belt to slip past it and make the noise. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice and has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Inspected unit and work area. Found both upper lights in the refrigerator and freezer lights flickering. Ran the unit through diagnostics and checked the ice level sensor, ice box fan, and ice box thermistor. All checked good. Found temperatures within range of the unit. Ran through an icemaker harvest and fell and found almost no water inside of the icemaker so ice did not dump. Was able to fill the icemaker in service test number 45. Ran through icemaker error codes in test 56 and found an E5 indicating a bad ice maker thermistor. I did explain to the customer that because the temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator were at proper temperatures, the issue would either be with the icemaker or control. I explained there is no way to determine this but that the ice maker are the most common failure. Went to replace parts and found both parts had not been ordered due to them being out of stock. ; ordrng 1 W11579560 (Icemaker) and 1 W10695459 (Freezer module)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit in orange area. Did confirm customers complaint and found all fans running. Found no frost pattern on the evaporator. Check behind the unit and found the compressor running. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found that compressor pulling .6 A up to .656 A. Found the compressor hot to touch and 80? inside of the freezer and refrigerator compartments. Ordering all sealed system components and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. "Arrived on site for a dryer that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit in the unit turned on and operated as designed. The customer advised that the unit sometimes wont turn on and sometimes will turn on but will turn itself off. She advised that when the unit turns itself off she can open and close the door and the unit will start again. She also advised that the unit timer seems to advance pass the opposition and will continue to dry her clothes unless if she keeps the door open. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. I did replace the timer due to the timer continuing to advance regardless of if it was in the office session. Did explain to the customer that the issue she may be experiencing may be due to her voltage and that when he unit is running, it is vibrating and may cause her plug to wiggle in the outlet and lose voltage from time to time. The unit was heating and tumbling and doing everything the dryer was supposed to do. Did advise the customer if any other issues persist that she will need to check her electrical supply. Call complete."
