Arrived on site for loud noise during operation. Upon arrival customer present video and sounds like noise is coming from dog house. Customer stated when opening doors, noise still persists. Spoke with GC and eliminated the FC drawer rail issue. Ran diagnostics and noise is not occurring. Removed cover at dog house and found no issues with the compressor or condenser fan motor and it is not rubbing or touching anything. Parts are mounted and secured correctly. Ran test 40 for about 15 minutes and customer confirmed it is that noise and the noise is the compressor at high ramp. I insatlled cover and checked decibel readings and found 39.5. Called techline and spoke with Edward SR#25223075 and stated there are no further recommendations and advised to call JennAir customer service for any further assistance. WDP540HAMZ4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking water. On arrival, the client stated it was leaking from the bottom right. I ran diagnostic no error codes . It ran the whole cycle without leaking. After cycle was completed I punched bottom arm, and it was hitting the heater braket. I adjusted the clip the tested. The product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to apartment 7202 for microwave WMH31017HS12 with issue of will not heat properly. Upon arrival, test unit using cup of water. Getting louder than normal sound from magnetron and there is no heat from water. Need to replace high voltage components. I replaced magnetron W11737891, diode W11256462 and capacitor WPW10574736. Arrived on site for a washer MVW7230HW0 banging around. The suspension was very weak. No issues with the gearcase so I installed the suspension w11400156 and calibrated it. Also ran a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks detected.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT750SAKZ4 tripping the circuit breaker. Upon further inspection the customer informed me that sometimes the dishwasher will not trip but sometimes it will. I placed the machine into service mode and observed no error codes. I ran component testing and found all components are operating without issue. I pulled the unit out and checked for leaks and found no leaks or shorting or issues with wiring. I could not replicate the issue. I called saftey to document my findings. Arrived on-site to diagnose dryer for extended dry times. Customer stated the drying cycles have been taking progressively longer.Tested unit and verified the heating element is engaging properly and all dryer components are operating as designed. Checked airflow and found the home venting system has approximately 3040% restriction compared with the airflow measured with the vent disconnected from the rear of the dryer.Demonstrated the airflow difference to the customer with the vent connected versus disconnected. Explained that the reduced airflow from the home venting system is causing the extended dry times.Advised customer to have the dryer vent professionally cleaned and cleared.At this time, the dryer itself is running and operating as designed.Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4855HW3 l continuously draining unless unplugged. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into service mode and observed error code F3E1. I checked the condition of the pressure hose and found no obstructions or damage. The control has a failed pressure sensor, which is causing it to drain continuously. I inspected the gearcase with no oil leaks the slider had broken teeth and the clutch had in correct readings. I replaced the lid lock ,strike,slider,and clutch. Then I calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived site for dryer not drying clothes. Cx stated dryer not getting hot enough and not dryer clothes. Checked air flow thru lint trap ant 340cfm, hose was not linked and vnet was clear. Vented directly outside and had good flow. Checked temp and it cycled off at 230 degrees and cycled on at 108 degrees. Cx stated towels were not hot when he pulled them out of the dryer like his old dryer. Advised cx that this dryer uses several sensor to maintain optimal heat and will run at a lower temp. The sensor are designed to determine when the clothes are dry to save energy. Ran dryer with a ,load of wet towel for 10 minutes and the dryer was working as designed and getting enough heat. Advised cx to run a load of towels on timed dry and if they dry thoroughly and dont dry on sensor dry to call back for service

NTW4519JW2 Arrived on site for a washer not draining adds water but doesnt wash clothes. On arrival, I ran diagnostic and found error code F8E1 long fill failed water valves also the unit was way off balance . I ran a diagnostic test, and the water valves sounded like they had failed. No water was getting through. I checked the water valves to the home to make sure they were turned on all the way. The cold water valve to clients home was about a 1/4 on, and the hot water was turned off completely. The client stated they had been using it like that, but Im not sure how that would be possible. I turned on both valves all the was on and ran a diagnostic test. Diagnostic test pasted with no issues. I ran a quick wash cycle on customer mode. From start to finish, no issues at all. I found the hot water hose connected to the cold side valve on the washer. I corrected the the water lines to clients home. I cleaned out all calcium build up from the cold side and leveled the unit. No parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site for dryer MED7230HW2 that may have been overheating. Customer said unit felt hot and didnt seem to dully dry on towels. Since then they have been checking on it and making adjustments often. Overall issue seems to be related to auto sensing cycles ending early. I found no errors present in the unit. Checked cycling temps and found 142-153 in the exhaust, which shows unit isnt overheating. Venting is good as well. Advised to first update software, as issue may be clothes not contacting sensor bars to allow a good read. Advised to also run on timed dry and allow the unit to run and make its finishing cycles. I dont see the unit shutting off prematurely, and see no signs of mechanical failure. Advised to follow up if items are left wet even on timed. Call completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis and the recommendations from commercial tech support, I removed and replaced the main control, temp switch, and coin slot interface before plugging the unit in. Once I plugged it in, I found the main control is DOA. I tested voltage to the main control and found 123V. I contacted commercial tech support and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint, history, and my findings today. With Chris on the phone, I removed each molex one at a time to see if another part is causing the breakdown and left the power plugged in. After removing each molex except the power cord, I unplugged the unit then plugged it back in and the control remained dead. Chris advised to replace the control and that the temp switch and coin UI should be fine. He recommended ONLY connecting the power cord molex before plugging in all other molex connectors to make sure the control is starting up. Once the control LED is on, then one at a time, plug in the others. Chris did not provide a Case number and advised that they document by the phone number of the tech that called in and the model/serial numbers. I notified our Parts team of the issue and am ordering another control and scheduled return service for 10/12/26. Unit was left unplugged for safety purposes. ; ordrng 2 W11831578 (Main control)s

Arrived onsite for dishwasher FE1903764, UI panel separated again. Inspected and found dented inner door panel that is bowed and allowing moisture to leak into the UI causing the separation. Customer is past cosmetic claim. She is contacting whirlpool for possible one time coverage of the inner panel and seal. Console would still be covered. If not customer would be responsible for inner door and seal. Awaiting outcome .

Arrived on site to diagnose range for a reported gas leak occurring even when the unit was not in use. Pulled the range away from the wall to gain access to the gas supply connections and regulator. Performed an inspection and leak test of the gas line and connections. Found gas leaking at the adapter fitting where the main gas supply line connects to the range regulator. Upon further inspection, found the threaded adapter connection had not been properly sealed. Disconnected the gas supply and removed the adapter fitting. Applied approved gas-rated thread seal tape to the threaded connection and securely reinstalled the adapter. Restored the gas supply and performed another leak test on the repaired connection and surrounding fittings. No gas leaks were detected after the repair. Tested the range and verified proper operation. Unit is operating as designed, and no gas leaks are present at this time. Job complete. Called safety safety#25190728

Showed the the new agitator I had and asked her if that felt better. She said it did. Installed new agitator and had cx check it after. She said its much smoother. Arrived on-site to diagnose unit for ice dispenser not working. Tested unit and found the wiring harness at the bottom of the freezer compartment door is damaged, with multiple wires broken.Due to the location and extent of the harness damage, the freezer compartment door will need to be replaced to correct the issue.Ordering freezer door. Arrived on site for dryer not drying properly. Cx stated they had vent cleaned. Removed lint trap and felt hot air coming out through lint trap. Vent is 100% restricted. Checked vent outside on wall and flap was closed. Looks like vent is bent and maybe causing flap not to open. See pic. Advised cx to get vent checked again and straightened.

Arrived on site to diagnose unit WTW4307SW0 for always spinning. Upon inspection found the unit was in fact, constantly spinning when the power was on to the unit. Spoke to techline (Ref # 25210081) and we tested the capacitor and found it was out of range, techline suggested replacing both control and the capacitor to stop the constant spinning. Arrived on-site to diagnose unit for not operating properly. Tested unit and found the door latch had failed.Replaced:W11513248 LatchDuring testing after latch replacement, found the unit was erratically engaging and disengaging the latch, indicating a control issue.Replaced:W11823995 Electronic ControlReassembled and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRFC5236RZ01. Found the freezer covered with condensation and ice forming. Examined the door and found it curved on the bottom and not sealing. Took pictures also. Arrived on site to test unit WMH31017HS12 for popping. Upon arrival customer stated unit would pop intermittently, now unit does not heat. Closing documents were provided; unit is in warranty. Sent to claims and attached to SD. Gained access to internal components; found diode shorted. Replaced diode (W11256462) and retested; unit now heating and running as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to repair unit WRSF5536RZ00 for broken shelves. Upon inspection found the units lower shelves were broken on the side and icemaker was working correctly. Replaced all broken shelves and unit was working as designed. Job complete

Icemaker tray broken from housing,valled tech support sent picture of fill tube per tech support wanted fill tube checked and if no defects to reapply foil tape to end of fill tube,removed fill tube installed foil tape to end of fill tube per service pointer,added perpagum around fill tube connection,replaced icemaker ran icemaker harvest test passed. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the compressor failure, I gained access to the compressor compartment and evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed the drier and suction tube and removed the compressor tray. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV drier the vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi. I monitored pressures then installed 40g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Once I had the unit reassembled, I turned the unit on and tested and the unit is beginning to cool and operate as designed. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24-48 hours before placing items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived on site for dishwasher WDP540HAMZ2 with issue of dispenser door never opens. Upon arrival , inspected unit. Found dispenser door is open with pod sitting on base of dishwasher. I test dispenser on dish and is operating correctly. I ran diagnostics and get error code F4-E3 wash motor not operating. I test unit by running a normal cycle and confirmed wash motor is not operating. I replaced sump and motor W11613479. Test unit and is operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for a range WFES3030RS0 tripping the breaker. Customer stated that it happens during preheat. The incoming power is 123, 123 and 247. No visible issues with the harness or the control. I heated to 500 and max amp draw 15.1 amps. Unit didnt trip the gfci breaker. No other issues found called safety 25189170

Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on. Customer saw f6e1 before it went out. Found some buttons responding and others are not. Wiring checks good. Replaced defective user interface. Ran automatic test cycle. All components working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for compressor stops running. Plugged unit in and within 15 seconds the compressor clicks off. Checked amperage and found 16 at start up and going to 13.7 stabilized. Bad relay on start device. Replaced start device and tested and unit is now consistently running. Call complete.

MVW4505MW0 Arrived on site from previous tech visit to install parts. I installed the hi and control board. I calibrated then tried testing. It went from sensing to done. I checked resistance on the lid lock and readings were OL on pin J2 to J3 them should be around 50 to 160 ohms. A failed lid lock Im ordering the lid lock and returning all parts just in case needed. Arrived on site for a range KSGS530SPS0 not baking. I verified the issue and tested. Could here the dsi click but was getting a good amp draw. Replaced the igniter w11524031 but still didnt start. Replaced the dsi w10898291 and tested again. Unit is igniting now. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on-site to diagnose unit for not completing the spin cycle and excessive shaking. Customer stated the washer will not finish the spin cycle and becomes extremely unstable and wobbles excessively.Tested unit and found the suspension has little to no resistance and is excessively bouncy. Scanned the unit and found multiple off-balance error codes stored in the system.Unit will require replacement of the suspension assembly to correct the issue.Ordering parts. FC 8 degrees WRX735SDHZ02 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the water not going in all the way in the icemaker making small cubes . On arrival, I took temperatures in the fc it was 8 degrees 14 degrees in the ice bin 39 in the RC. I ran a test on the icemaker, and it had good water flow, but the arm started to pop it was getting stuck. The client has coverage until 10/14/26. I replaced the icemaker ran a test product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator JBSS42E22L30 frosting in the freezer. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos of the frost building up on the inner door and sides and icicles hanging from the shelves. When I opened the freezer door, I found frost on the door and sides and the icicles were on the left side of the shelves. I found ice under the ice maker motor housing telling me the ice maker is leaking. Following service pointer W11685264 for the frost issue, I checked to see if this unit fell under this particular pointer and it did not, but since its the same issue, I gained access to the evaporator and verified all of the points in the pointer and found the unit is good. I removed the ice maker and checked for leaks and didnt find any cracks or signs of leaks. When I re-installed the ice maker and closed the door, I heard the ice maker fill tube come on. Then shortly after it filled, it filled again and I could see that the tray was overflowing due to a double fill. I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint and my findings. Due to the frost build up mentioned in the old pointer and the ice maker double filling, Austin recommended replacing the main control and provided Case #25211229. I advised the customer of my conversation with tech support and removed and replaced the main control and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no further water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W11752963
