"MVW7232HC2. Customers stated that the washing machine would stop during the cycle and just sit there. It would fill with water but not wash, or advance to spin without spinning, then drain. Issues were intermittent. Ran diagnostics; no fault codes. Ran component tests; washing machine passed all. Called office and spoke to Jerry. He advised replacing the ACU and lidlock, as lidlock may cause intermittent issues. Removed and replaced ACU w11687817 and lidlock w11700916. Recalibrated washing machine and ran auto test. Arrived onsite for unit with long fill error. Found temporary solution was to run drain line at ground level to a floor drain. This was causing no water retention as the unit ran the water out as it filled. Explained that this will cause the irregularities as experienced and the machine cannot operate properly. I found the high limit cutoffs broken and this was due to a clog in the wall that you could see from the outside of the house on the roof. The exit on the roof has a mesh cover over it, preventing limp from escaping, which is not to code. And at this point because of how much is it's clogged inside the wall? The dryer vent in the home now.Presents a fire hazard if the dryer is used. I instructed customer. They would need a proper dryer vent cleaning before using dryer. And that whoever comes out will need to ensure they get on the roof remove the cover and make sure all the lint is pushed out as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer WED4950HW0 not drying the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the vents were recently cleaned and the clothes are taken too long to dry. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit on Air Only cycle. The first two tests failed and when I performed the third test, I removed the vent tube from the back of the unit and the test passed. I demonstrated for the customer as I performed these tests. I gained access to the heating element and removed it and found the middle metal plate was blackened and warped and beginning to crack. I explained to my customer how this happens (clogged vents). I replaced the element and before putting the unit back in its space, I used my boroscope to check the vents and when I removed the vent tube from the wall vent, I found a pile of lint at the opening. I placed my boroscope approximately 3 feet up the wall vent tube and I found minimal lint on the sides. I recommended that the customer have a different company check/clean the vents and check the vent cap at the roof to make sure there is no lint packed inside of it. The unit is operating as designed and no lint observed within the unit. Job completed. 279838"

Upon arrival customer stated unit emits a squeaking noise immediately upon cycle start, which intermittently subsides mid-cycle.Verified complaint by initiating a dry cycle; audible squeal present during initial drum rotation. Disassembled unit and found pulley wheel and roller bearings seized. Replaced pulley wheel, roller bearings and belt using a repair kit (4392067). Reassembled unit and tested operation; drum rotation is smooth and noise condition fully resolved. During functional testing, observed intermittent console input response and erratic UI behavior, indicating a failing console assembly. Arrived on site to look at model JGRP648HL07 for customer complaint of ovens not lighting. Found 30 inch ovens bake ignitor was disconnected from wire. I pulled unit out and gained access to wire and connected to bake ignitor. Found debris in burner tube in small oven preventing gas flow. I removed debris and tested both ovens. Unit tested good.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer getting check vent light on. Test unit replaced thermistor test unit and unit test good. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range not getting power. Test unit and found no display on. Pulled unit out to check voltage and found black wire at terminal blocked melted. Will order new main harnes. Reschedule for 1/13 ; ordrng 1 W11696065 (Main harness)

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a thumping noise during operation. Disassembled the unit and removed necessary components to gain access to the drum support wheels and idler pulley. Inspected all rollers and found one rear support wheel slightly warped. Replaced the dryer repair kit, including all four drum support wheels and the idler pulley. Reassembled the unit and test-ran the dryer; thumping noise was still present. Performed further inspection of the drum and found the drum itself to be slightly warped, causing continued noise. "Arrived on site to diagnose customer concern of a burning smell when the oven is in use. Performed a visual inspection of all accessible wiring, connections, and components and found no signs of overheating, damage, or loose connections. Verified wiring integrity and all wiring tested good. Turned the oven on and set temperature to 350?F and allowed unit to run for approximately 25 minutes. Monitored operation during the entire heat cycle and did not detect any abnormal odors. Customer confirmed that the smell was no longer present during testing. "Arrived on site for FC door stuck shut. Upon arrival, proceeded to steam unwanted ice buildup potentially in FC. Was able to crack door open and found excessive amount of ice buildup. Picture attached. Proceeded to remove all item buildup and dried entire FC. Tested ice maker and found no leaks. Open and closed door and found no issues with the hinges and gasket. Explained to tenant about opening door by grabbing handle by center. When grabbing from left side and pulling on handle, it will canter the hinge, not allowing to close correctly. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time . No parts needed"

"Arrived on site for refrigerator KBSD706MPS00 with issue of not making ice. Upon arrival, inspected unit. There is no ice in container and no ice in icemaker mold. Ran test per service pointer. Icemaker is not responding. Continued steps with pointer and replaced all parts of icemaker kit W11735840. I test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete. During disassembly of valve there is a screw under valve housing facing downward to floor. I pointes out to customer that it caused a scratch on the floor. I uploaded pictures on SD. Job complete"

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher WDP540HAMZ4 not stopping. Customer stated the unit ran for 12-20hrs, even the quick cycle ran for over 5hrs befor he manually canceled cycle. Called techline for assistance, spoke to Joe SR#22123183. During testing found after cycle ended, the cycle would begin all over again. Recommended replacing control for stuck start button. Replaced control W11684259. Tested and unit continued to run again. Called techline Spoke to Chris SR#22124474, tech escalated to engineering for response. Arrived onsite for WOS51EC0AS02 with blown fuse. Repaired by replacing fuse WPW10545255. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. Unit now heats to 350f during preheat.

I confirmed it is recieving correct voltage indicating failed light module. "Arrived on site to apartment 3107 for refrigerator WRS331SDHM08. Upon arrival, found unit was never thawed outper previous instructions. Maintenance department stayes that were never informed of instructions. I advised to have unit off and thawed out prior to follow up visit. I cannot proceed at this time there is too much ice build up on evaporator and cover. Will need to reschedule ; schdld next appmnt for 1/13 TUE !"

Arrived onsite for issue of all lights in again. Customer showed a video and same issue occurred. I replaced the W11455229 CONTROL AND W11664671 PANEL-UI and powered unit on. Unit is operating as designed and no issues present. Call complete.

"Microwave model WMMS3130RS01. Customer stated the microwave sparked occasionally during use. Removed top vent and control panel; noticed the area was saturated with grease. Checked grease trap, which was about 80% full. Noticed the diode was starting to corrode; replaced it with W11256462 and wiped down as much grease as possible. Advised customer to run the blower fan when cooking with heavy oils and to clean the grease trap regularly to prevent smoke and oil from saturating components. Tested microwave multiple times; it heated properly with no sparking. Microwave working as intended. Called Whirlpool safety and provided complete diagnosis."

"Arrived on site for washing machine model WTW6157PB0 not completing cycles and making banging noise. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised agitator doesn't work, unit sometimes reruns rinse after spin, agitator broke off wash plate with damage. Confirmed complaints. Ran diagnostics: no stored error codes. Tested suspension and basket: both good, basket secured to drive shaft. Ran diagnostic cycle: unit operates as designed, but rocking due to unlevel feet. Leveled machine and explained off-balance triggers rinse to redistribute clothes for full spinnormal operation. Replaced wash plate W11510461; ordering agitator W11614636 for full repair. Model WFES3030RS0 verified. Front burner not working; removed and replaced infinite switch. Infinite switch was defectiveturning on did not activate burner. Replaced infinite switch W10857622 again and front right burner w11517959 tested; burner now comes on properly. Tested inner and outer heat rings on all burners; all function properly. Range working as intended.

"MVW7232HW2. Customer stated that the washing machine would shake and bang around no matter what size load was put in, even after adjusting the load. Ran diagnostics; no fault codes found. Checked suspension; rods seemed weak on the right side. Ordered suspension rods . Customer available next Tuesday, so rescheduled and will call to confirm. Refrigerator MSS25C4MGZ08. Customer stated the ice maker stopped working. He had replaced the filter a few weeks ago. Verified water coming out of the dispenser; also checked fill tube and it was not frozen over. Removed and replaced ice maker w10873791. Ran a cycle test. Ice maker cycled and filled. Advised customer that it should dump ice in about ninety minutes. Refrigerator is working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.
