"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the vent. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they ran a cycle before I arrived and when they opened the unit door to 90 degrees, water spilled onto the floor from the vent in the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and then removed the outer door panel to test the unit. Once testing completed, I found the unit operating as designed. I found the small mesh gasket in the vent area in the outer door panel was not seated properly and corrected. Also found the vent motor very hot to touch and the vent wide open. I removed and replaced the vent assembly and then reset the vent operations to where it will remain closed for up to four hours after a cycle to prevent any water/condensation from leaking out of the vent. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part and then diagnosed the unit fully. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the console and placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics showing error codes F7E0-loss of power, F0E4-spin limited due to water temps, and F6E3-ACU doesn't hear UI. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. When the unit got to spin cycle, I could hear the gearcase grinding. I stopped testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump, and all four panels. Also found the rotor bolt had backed out causing the rotor to drop. I removed the rotor and found the teeth badly worn; rust on the clutch, and the slider worn as is the inside of the clutch. I attempted to remove the washplate and found it is seized to the gearcase. I advised the customer of my findings and that I wouldmhave to order parts to complete the repair. I notified the office (KC) and was advised that the customer could be scheduled for 03/17/25. I recommended the customer contact the office to schedule the time frame. I am ordering the rotor, washplate, valve and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Unit was left unplugged for safety and customer advised to not use the unit to prevent further damage to the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I turned the drum by hand and it rotated. I plugged the unit in and attempted to test on a normal timed dry cycle and when I pressed the start button, I heard the control relay click, but nothing else happened. I tested voltage at the wall and got 249V. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got the same results. I removed the top panel and tested voltage at the control and got the same results when starting the cycle. I tested ohms to the motor at the J8-4 to J9-1 and had no continuity reading. I gained access to the motor and i removed the bare copper wire and the dark blue wire from the motor and tested resistance and found no ohms readings. I removed and replaced the motor and retested with my jumper wire at the door switch and the unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and retested and unit continues ues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. W11364931"

"Arrived on site to inspect the washer leaking a large amount of oils from underneath the unit. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the gearcase was blown out and leaking oil everywhere. The seal on the gearcase had failed, which allowed detergent and water to enter into the gearcase, causing failure. The oil got into the motor windings and also the splutch and belt. I replaced the gearcase, motor, belt, and splutch assembly. I calibrated and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service. Arrived onsite and testednunit for clack during agitation. Found unit agitator shaftmclacking at start of counter rotation. Determined unit shaft play on existing gearcase is the same play as on the new in box gearcase. Replaced slider and advised that occasional clack during counter rotation would be within design spec parameters and that the new gearcase is not bad. "Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found that the unit is tripping the breaker during bake. Following the repair protocol, I replaced the bake and broil element and control. I removed the ground connection and baked the oven for 30 minutes at 500 degrees. I then reattached the ground and reassembled the unit, and continued the bake at 500. I instructed the customer to leave the oven on for an additional 2 hours to complete the process.
