Arrived on site to inspect OTR microwave fan noise. I inspected the fan and found something rubbing the blades. I removed the restriction and tested. The fan now sounds normal. The damper was bent. I removed and replaced the damper from truck stock(W10843943). The unit now operates as designed.

Arrived on site to test unit for grinding noise. Found rotor retention bolt was missing. Replaced slider as a precautionary and secured bolt with blue locktite. Unit working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, I began to evacuate the system and found no refrigerant in the system. I isolated the exchanger and evaporator and heat loop and found no leaks. Using my black light, I searched for an6 signs of dye leaking from the evaporator and found nothing. I checked at the compressor area and found dye under the compressor and spray marks on the access valve. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and the unit is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer monitor the unit for approximately 24 hours before placing items inside. No water connections to the unit/no leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling upon arrival I found 58* in RC. 5*in fc. Upon further inspection I found water in the pantry ui. And the RC evap frozen over. I also found that the RC door gasket torn. I am ordering the drain pan it may be downed due to icing, damper due to icing the ice may have damaged it. Wire harness due to the RC fan not running, drain tube and adhesive to help seal up the drain hole from air seeping in at the back of the unit. I am also ordering the gasket as it is torn and leaking warm air in to the unit. And returning with all controls to replace the water found in the pantry Ui may have caused some damage to the other controls in the unit. "KFGG504KPS3 Arrived to inspect oven light not shutting off. I found the actuator rod had popped out of its thru-hole and corrected. During service, I noted the faint odor of LPG. I checked all connections within the unit and found no signs of leaks. The wall behind the unit had an entry point and gas could be detected at that point. On the other side of the wall, the unit was connected to a refillable LPG/regulator system and gas odor was detected at the penetration point as well. I suspect the supply line has a pinhole leak and I shut the gas to the unit off and advised the customer of the repair and my findings of the gas leak."

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noise. The customer informed me it sounds like theres something caught in the fan. I ran all fans in service test and found them running quietly. I instructed the customer that most likely ice was coming into contact with the evaporator fan causing the noise and has since defrosted. The unit was making an it was the sound of refrigerant entering the evaporator, kind of making a slight whirring sound. I found the control set at manufacturer recommended setting. I found the ice bin completely full and both the RC and FC sections were packed with food/drink items restricting airflow. I inspected the FC evap cover for ice/frost build up and found none. I advised the customer of my findings and the cause of the slow ice production being the unit having too much food items inside and blocking the airflow chambers at the back of each section. Advised the customer of my findings and instructed them to contact the builder to inspect the breaker box.

I found out from the customer that it is not a water leak issue with the icemaker but an issue with ice building up under the crisper drawer. I found a slab of of ice under the deli drawer box and saw where ice had formed over the drip pan and onto the deli box. The unit went into a defrost when I was looking at this and I saw the water running out of the pan and into the bottom of the deli box. I checked the drain tube at the back and found it clear. I ran my scope up the tube in the chassis to the bend and found it clear and it wasnt collapsed. I remove the deli box and all of the ice. I found the drain pan not setting in the grommet out of the liner correctly on the right side allowing water to leak into the chassis. I took a photo of the grommet and the pan in the grommet before I corrected it. I pushed the pan Al the way down against the grommet and got it to fit better. I poured water down the drain thru the evaporator to test it and found no water leaking from the grommet. I called techline and spoke with TJ SR# 7737616633. I gave TJ my findings and he checked with engineering. I had already done what engineering advised and the only other thing they suggested was to replace the drain pan thinking it might have been mis-punched. I went over with the customer what to look for so it doesnt get as bad and explained to call if there were any further issues with this. Call complete.

On arrival verified complaint of noise in dryer. Found coins inside drum baffle. Disassembled and removed coins. Reassembled unit and ran a quick cycle to verify function. No noise and operation Al test good. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing issue. The ice is getting trapped on the dispenser ice door causing it to then melt and keep the ice door cracked open. I found the ice door shutting immediately after the ice switch is let go causing it to trap ice cubes. I removed and replaced the ice door and tested. The new ice door pauses for a second then shuts slowly. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the new ui to replace the ui that was installed last week that had a crack in the plastic and scratch.

Arrived on site for refrigerator door not closing. Found refrigerator side gasket not sealing so moisture was collecting inside. Used heat gun and properly set gasket to correct position. Confirmed doors are now sealing. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not filling adequately. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran test on vales and passed. Checked settings and found customer not utilizing fill level. Ran a test as normal fill then ran as max fill and showed customer increase in water level. Instructed on settings and water level including Max fill. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect range being tripped by breaker. Upon arrival unit was still operating via extension cord to hallway outlet. Customer stated breaker was switched out to new AFCI/GFCI breaker but was never plugged back in and tested. Plugged unit into original outlet with new breaker, units cooktop burners igniting when tested, unit preheated to 350 with no issues. Continuity through power cord is correct. Unit is running as intended. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it in and attempted to place in diagnostics and it failed to respond. Following the tech sheet and tested the control and found the control bad. I removed and replaced the control,and calibrated. I found in calibration that the unit failed to agitate or spin. I placed in diagnostics and tested and the unit filled, agitated and drained, but failed to spin and the unit shut down. I attempted to place in diagnostics again and the unit failed to respond. I found the tech sheet was incorrect for this model and was able to find one that matched. Following the tech sheet, I found the main control had gone bad again. I am ordering the main control, lower harness and will return with the remaining prescreened parts. Returning tech will need to replace the capacitor, actuator and main control before testing. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. Return service scheduled for 10/30/23.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Main control) and 1 W11652038 (Lower harness)"

Arrived on site for fridge not dispensing. Found unit is dispensing but not showing dispensed number unless paddle is double tapped . Only happens when UI is first woken up . After that unit is behaving properly . Called tech and they recommended changing UI . Ordering UI . No water leaks detected at the time of service . Call to set return ; ordrng 1 W11566894 (UI)

"Arrived on site to test unit for softener not dispensing. Found dispenser had excessive softener build up preventing of proper dispensing. Replaced dispenser, unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."
