"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost build up in the freezer. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they found the freezer door slightly open on the right side and frost built up inside the FC section. I tested the freezer door and found it does not close properly. Also found the unit is not leveled correctly. Due to the multiple frost built ups on the slides, I removed and replaced both slides and placed some manufacturer approved grease on the slides and freezer basket rails. Leveled the unit and tested all doors closing functions. Unit is operating as designed and all doors are closing properly now. Also tightened the FC door handle. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too long to dry clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer pulled some articles out the unit and I could feel heat coming from the unit. I found the venting goes through the foundation and out the side the house. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and two out of two tests failed (photos). I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover to inspect the element. I found the metal plate in the element housing was beginning to warp and blackened. I removed and replaced the element and while I had the vent tube off, I removed it from the wall and using my boroscope, I inspected the vent tube in the wall and found it clogged (photo). I recommended the customer clean their vents. No lint observed, within the unit, during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water on the left side of the unit. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaks from the left side at the bottom left of the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed and no leaks observed. I removed the toeplate and drip pan and retested two more times and the unit continued to operate as designed with no leaks. Made recommendations for use and care as well as detergent and rinse aid use (water softener system). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer fabric softener dispenser not dispensing. Upon further inspection, I found softener in the tray and cleaned it out. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I manually tested the valve and when I tested the valve for the softener, I found no water going into the dispenser. I found the hot water valve, at the wall, turned off. Once I turned the water on, the valve at the wall,began to badly leak water and the dispenser was dispensing water from the softener tray. I recommended the customer have the spigot at the wall replaced in order to get the unit to operate properly. Unit is operating as designed and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed."

When the unit got to the spin cycle, it began to make a loud screeching noise. I tilted the unit back and inspected the components underneath and found gearcase oil on the pulley shield, cam and belt. Once I had authorization, I removed and replaced the gearcase, cam and belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found the diode defective and the secondary side of the HV transformer at 52 ohms which is way out of range. I replaced the transformer and diode and tested the unit with my mini breaker. The unit worked as designed. I replaced the filter board, hung the unit and retested with my micro tester. The unit is putting out 1000 watts and is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a dryer stopping in mid cycle. After talking with the customer I found out that they see the dryer going into a cool down mode and then it shuts off but the clothes are still wet. I ran diagnostics and found the sensor bars working correctly. I set the unit on a regular normal medium heat cycle and tested with a wet wash cloth and found it not contacting the sensor bars correctly. I lowered the front of the machine to get the wash cloth to make contact and the dryer worked as designed and dried it properly. Call complete.

"JBSS48E22L00 Arrived to inspect ice/water found within FC chamber. I found the ice maker had been overfilling and there were ice formations directly under the left side of the ice maker. It was apparent that the unit had incorrectly filled initially and there was a high likelihood this caused the persistent leaking, as the unit filled as expected when tested manually and the existing ice cubes that were too small for the ejection fingers to contact, were removed. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. The water fill spigot at the dispenser was canted to the back, making it extremely difficult to fill a cup without water spraying out and down the switch. I was able to reposition the spigot and the issue was corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Ran the unit through an auto test and tested the heater at the end of the cycle. Found the heater coming on and working as designed. Customer advised that her dishes are not dry at all. I did observe that the customer is not using rinse aid and has not been using the other options on her dishwasher. I explain to the customer that because of the tub being a plastic tub, it does not retain heat as well and will not continue to help dry dishes as well as the stainless steel tub. I went over a couple tips including rinse aid to help with drying dishes but did explain to her that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating again. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage at the terminal blocked and found proper voltage. Disassembled the unit and found the thermal cut off open again. I did explain to the customer that that would indicate poor airflow which is probably why the dryer stopped working on the first cycle. Replace the thermal cut off and use the vent test kit to check ventilation with the vent hose off. Found airflow was good for all dryers. Checked ventilation with the vent hose back on and found it was poor for all dryers indicating an airflow issue inside the customers home. The customer went up into the attic and removed the extension at the bottom of his attic and we re-tested the airflow. Found airflow was good for all dryers after the extension was removed. The customer advised that he will ventilating his attic instead due to ongoing issues. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer not draining fully. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f9e1 in diagnostics but no other errors stored. After further testing I found drain pump ohming at 19.5ohms. Found power outlet had stable/properly polarized 120v. Found ACU sending 120 to pump but when checking power at pump I was able to move harness around and found volatage dropping between 100-113v. Found wires are degrading and lower harness will need to be replaced.

"Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found error code F3 on the control display. Placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code. Tested the oven on Bale at 350 degrees and after approximately 30 seconds, the unit shut off and the error code reappeared. I pulled the unit out and tested the sensor and it was within range 1140 kohms (1000-1200 range). I removed and replaced the sensor and tested the sensor harness from the sensor to the main control and it had good continuity. I retested the unit on Bake at 350 with the new sensor and again after approximately 30 seconds, the unit shut down and the error code reappeared. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the main control and main harness. Office to,schedule return service due to the availability of parts. No gas leaks detected during service. Upon return service, the main control will need to be replaced and unit tested before replacing the harness.; ordrng 1 W11548757 (Main control) and 1 W11453756 (Main harness)"

The drip pan for the RC was warped and I replaced per Technical Service Pointer #: W11092686 Rev. G, S16360. Since the prior service, the customer was able to record the failure and I could clearly hear the three-way valve solenoid clicking. The right crisper drawer still had closing issues and the inner slide should be replaced. The customer showed me the ice bin had cracked and will require replacement. Office to authorize ice bin, slide and 3-way valve solenoid. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that cooling as much compared to and the refrigerator that the customer has in the home and the freezer light and the top lights in the rc are not working. Upon arrival the unit was going through defrost, after waiting for the unit to kick on and run I performed a temp test and found 40*in rc and falling, 8* in the fc And falling. I set the defrost to and 8hr. Times cycles from the default adaptive cycle. After checking for any frost buildup and finding nothing I checked the pantry ui and found that it was dry and not corroded. All fans work. I then checked the freezer light and found that the module was not connected properly I corrected this and the lights came on and no work as designed.
