Arrived on-site for dryer not heating. I verified the issue and got f3e3 code for thermistor. I checked the power at the tblock and it's good. I checked the thermistor and got OL. I installed the thermistor (wp8577274) and cycled the unit. Unit is operating and heating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. I checked entitlement and found the customer was still under the manufacturer warranty. The customer advised that she's been having this issue since she bought it, but the dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. She advised that she has to run the cycle at least 2 to 3 times in order for the clothes to come out dry. I tested the unit and found the unit tumbling and heating. I checked behind the dryer and found the event hose crunched in several different areas, indicating an airflow restriction. I removed the vent hose from the wall and found evidence of lint buildup inside of the wall. I tested the dryer and confirmed proper airflow coming out of the dryer. I reattached the vent hose onto the wall and tested the unit again. I found evidence of an airflow restriction, still even with the lit removed at the bottom of the vent in the wall. I had the customer show me where the unit vented outside and found major lint buildup in the cover of the vent exhaust. I did advise the customer that the clogs appeared to be up at the top and that they would need event cleaning service to clean their vents. I did advise the customer that without airflow getting through the vent, the unit would have a hard time drying due to lack of airflow. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site to test unit for error codes. Upon arrival customer stated when they run a bake cycle, error codes appear. Entered diagnostics and found F6E1 oven over temp error code stored. Noticed when in diagnostics, broil element is glowing. Cycled power, entered diagnostics and found as soon as entering, broil element engages and does not shut off. Broil relay is welded shut causing the broil element to be engaged at all times when calling for heat. Replaced control (W11567368) and tested unit, broil element no longer engages upon entering diagnostics and now broil and bake elements engage separately when called to do so. Arrived on site to test unit for noise and not dispensing ice. Found noise was coming from condenser rattling against the floor. Raised front of unit and noise is no longer present. "Arrived on site to test unit for leaky ice maker and water not dispensing. Upon arrival tenant stated unit is still in warranty per property management company. Tenant provided leasing documents, sent to claims thread, per claims unit is under warranty. Tenant stated unit will stop dispensing water and ice production, then a loud noise will appear and sounds like a fan hitting ice. Attempted to cycle ice maker, unit would not begin a harvest cycle. Replaced ice maker (W11700250) and cycled, unit harvested and filled, when filling noticed fill funnel is leaking along the back liner. Suspecting when the ice maker fills and leaks, ice will get built up on the fan shroud and cause a break in the air circulation. Now the air that is getting sent into the RC is settling and freezing the reservoir causing dispenser to stop dispensing and ice maker to cease production. Once ice production ceases, built up ice slowly starts to thaw and normal air circulation returns. After proper circulation is restored, the cycle repeats. Removed fill funnel and installed a fill tube extension (WPW10496649) and sealed around with silicone. Cycled ice maker, leak has been eliminated and unit is now running as designed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for F8E4 still occurring. Customer stated they were using the unit and code came back up. They emptied the drip pan and said it hasn't happened the past two cycles. Since customer used the unit I was able to spot the water trails to be coming from the door gasket. I replaced the gasket and tested the unit. Unit no longer leaks and is now operating as designed. Arrived onsite for concern about unit occasiinalky freezing produce and other sensitive foods in the blast zone. Found unit operating within design specs and advised customer on airflow design and freezing temperatures diffusing into the fridge to maintain cool co ingredients with a risk of freezing food when not optimally stored for efficient diffusing. Arrived onsite for sealed system repair and found flat system which is an strong indicator of evap leaking. Upon further digging discovered there was an unresolved freezer defrost failure that preceded the no cool and likely the freezer evap had been damaged from repeated and varied manual defrost attempts recommended by prior service company. Ordering defrost parts in addition to sealed system multiple major components repair to resolve known issues. 3 hrs weigh as multiple major systems will have to be repaired. No parts. I did verify that the cuatomer was within the range of model and serial numbers related to the service pointer and found the control was at fault. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for unit drain pump running. Inspected and found error f3e1 . Per service pointer and special project S code-s153EB replaced control. Replaced and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to replace dented fridge door. Replaced door and tested unit is now functioning properly and as designed to.

"Arrived on site to test unit for failed sealed system. Evacuated refrigerant and charged to 200psi with nitrogen. Checked system using bubble solution and found no signs of leaks. Replaced compressor(W10276644), drier(WPW10143759) and access valve(W11506635). Vacuumed system and charged to specs with 5.5oz of r134a. Unit is now working as designed. Advised customer to monitor."

"Arrived on site to RC overcooling. Upon arrival, found diffuser damper stuck. Proceeded to replace W11645127 diffuser. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and immediately after turning on, the unit began to make a loud vibration noise that appeared to be coming from inside the unit. I disassembled the unit to gain access to the exhaust pipe and found the pipe very loose. Using the sealer tape prescreened for today, I secured the pipe to the rear bulkhead; secured the blower housing to the pipe, and placed a piece under the blower housing st the front just below the wheel to secure the blower housing. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is operating as designed. All lint cleaned from the unit, job completed. W11113654-4?"

Ran diagnostic test cycle, unit tested good. I found loose change in between washplate and basket, i removed change and ran calibration, unit tested good. Error codes found F3e2 f2e1. Parts used w11130239, w11130341"

Arrived on site to test unit for light issues. Found top right side module was bad. Replaced module W11632139 and unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop front right burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, I tested the burners and f9und all ignited, but the front right was slow to ignite. Retested and f9und the ignitor is not arcing. I gained access to the spark module and checked the ignitor connections and found the ignitor harness to the front right burner was not fully inserted. Pushed it all the way and retested and it continued to fail. I wiggled the harness and the ignitor would intermittently arc. I am ordering the right front ignitor and scheduled return service for 04/18/25. No gas leaks detected during service. No one available to sign for receipt/vacant new build; ordrng 1 W11666003 (Rt front ignitor)"

Arrived on site for unit not finishing wash cycle. Office gave me key for access upon entering found dog not crated. Notified office and maintenance od dog they said they told customer to crated the dog before our arrival. Will have to reschedule and make sure tenant is either home or dog is crated or locked in different room on our return; O-emld tckt
