"Arrived onsite for a dryer stopping mid cycle. The customer stated it drys clothes good on Tim dry but on an auto cycle it doesnt get all the clothes dry. The customer also stated that when multiple cycles are run the dryer will stop and they will unplug it and try other things to get it to start and sometimes it starts and other times it will not start until it cools down. After talking with the customer it was determined that when it wont start and the touch the start selection they will hear a click but nothing happens. I tested the dryer and there were no started error codes and I found the moisture sensor circuit good and the dryer working as designed. From what the customer described either the control or motor is failing. The customer is going to try and video it. The feet are broken and the dryer cant be leveled correctly for the moisture sensor circuit to work correctly. Need to replace the leveling feet, control, and motor. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door issues. Upon further inspection l the customer advised that when they have silverware in the rack on the door and they open the door, it will fly open. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC not getting as cold as normal and neither icemaker is producing ice. I found the FC at 29 degrees when I arrived. I found the RC at temp and showing 37 degrees with the coil clear. I checked all thermistors and they showed good. I found heavy frost on the FC evaporator causing air flow issues. I put the unit in a forced defrost and it wouldnt go into a defrost, it would just exit out like it was satisfied and the sealed system components would turn back on. I cycled power and the unit immediately went into a defrost cycle and cleared the coil. When the unit started to cooling the FC there was good refrigerant flow and I watched it get down to 18 degrees and it was still dropping. The customer is going to monitor the issue and see if it happens again. If the customer calls back and says its acting up again we need to get authorization for a dispenser UI, main control, and FC fan/harness. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher not running. Installed a new wash motor to resolve, I could not find anything wrong with the harness. Retested and verified all is working as designed with no water leaks."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the refrigerator was semi cooling in the freezer was semi cooling but it the freezer was not freezing. I checked temperature in the freezer and found it at 39?F . I gained access to the compressor and checked pressures. Found the low side sitting at -3 psi, but the high side I could not get a good rating on as it was showing no pressure. I attempted to remove the Schrader valve and found Refrigerant spewing out of it, indicating the Schrader valve was damaged. I vacuumed out the charge and pressurized the unit with 125 psi of nitrogen. Within 10 minutes, I found pressure drop two psi on the low side while not affecting the high side. After another 15 minutes, found pressure dropped to 121 psi on the low side and 123 psi on the high side. I used bubble solution at the dryer, condenser, and compressor connections. Found no leaks detected. I gained access to the evaporator and use bubble solution on the evaporator after recharging the system up back up to 125 psi. I did not find any Leaks at the evaporator. As I waited for techline, I found pressures drop to 118 psi after an hour and a half of charging it the second time. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Kurt SR # 7738641860. He had me do a few checks and advised that there would be a leak within the cabinet due to the inability to find any bubbles forming on any of those components. He also advised that the leak would be too small to really detect. He advised that the unit would be sent to review, and that the customer or myself will be contacted depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for unit not cooling and not making ice. Upon arrival,inspected unit and temperature in FC and RC are correct. "Ive been on site for a range that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and check the back of the unit. Found no evidence of any grounded wires and check voltage. Found no voltage coming from the outlet. I checked the breaker and found the breaker had been tripped. I resupply power to the range and tested the bake, broil, and surface elements. Found all working and operating as designed. I did it by the customer that because they are on a GFCI breaker, it may have registered a false ground, as there are no wiring or evidence of any kind of grounding issue. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. We customer devise at the unit tends to not finish out more often than it does. I found the unit unlevel due to the flooring and the customer had a load inside of it. I ran the unit through a drain and spin And found the load bouncing off the front panel. I found that the tub was leaning up against the front panel, causing the issue. I adjusted the feet on the washer and checked the suspension. I found the suspension was good. I did find that the customer was washing a blanket with other shirts and pants. I did advise the customer against mixed loading due to that issue of going off balance as well. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I did advise the customer that the issue is most likely with the unit being on level and with potential loading issues. Went over loading tips on the washer and found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"On arrival verified complaint of not function F8E4. On arrival unit is powered off. Looked under unit for any signs of excess water or leaks, no signs found. Had to remove float switch to see better. Tested float switch and it is good, returned power and ran diag mode. No error codes found. Ran normal cycle and it ran 10 minutes no issue. Previously it would not start the cycle without popping the code up. Verified against the AFL video and found it had most likely been a bad connection at float switch which was repaired during the course of my diag testing. Removed front panel and found no water coming from vent or door area. I did notice one corner of the door gasket was inverted a bit compared to the other corner. Removed and reseated door gasket. Advised possibly switching soap brands due to the soap suds from their existing soap were almost going over the front lip. Unit does not shoe any signs of leaking when I reran. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit clock resetting itself. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the units control panel display which indicated the unit lost power. Customer advised that they do not have the Whirlpool app downloaded in their phone and the unit connected to wifi. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Customer advised they attempted to connect to wifi but it failed in the past. I removed and replaced the control panel and assisted the customer in connecting to WiFi through the Whirlpool app on their phone. Connection was successful and I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Don site for a wall oven. That is not reaching proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that since the last repair, the unit worked fine the first time, but they have had consistent issues cents. I noticed all three of the bake racks covered with aluminum foil. The customer had pre-started a bake cycle at 450? and I checked temperatures. I found the upper portion of the oven getting a lot hotter than the lower portions of the oven potentially due to an airflow issue. I did find the unit cycle between 430?F and 475?F. I had the customer take out the aluminum foil and restarted the test back over. Found the unit cycling and operating as designed averaging a temperature of 450?F. I called whirlpool tag line and spoke to Kurt SR# 7738639426. He advised that you cant have aluminum foil on the racks because it inhibits airflow throughout the unit and will cause the unit to see the unit is at temperature when the unit isnt at proper temperature throughout the unit. He advised that the cooling fan is meant to recirculate the air, but that when you have several barriers where the airflow cant flow through, you will have uneven temperatures. He advised Magno repair at this time in the unit is working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the first time they use the dishwasher, the unit leaked a lot of water all over the floor. They had their installers come back out and they did some stuff to it and it hasnt leak sense, but they were told to keep the appointment. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present. The customer said that she was able to wash the last four washes without it leaking. A verified all water connections were secure and there were no leaks present during operation. I did advise the customer that it appeared that theyre installers fix the original issue, which was probably due to installation. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is leaking and has ice buildup in the back of the freezer. Upon arrival I gained access to and inspected the water lines and connectors under the unit and found them dry. Not leaking. Upon further inspection I found some frost on the back of the freezer. I gained access to the Evap and found that the frost pattern was good not too much frost at this time but I did find that the drain hole was blocked I removed the blockage and ran the heater by activating it in diagnostic mode and allowed the melt water to flow through the drain hole and the monitored it from underneath the unit and found the the water dripped into the drip pan. Like normal. I did change the defrost setting from dynamic to basic and asked customer to monitor the unit

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not producing ice. Upon closer inspection found ice maker working properly. However the motor within the ice maker is grinding and straining trying to move. Found ice stuck through out container. Dumped ice into bin and freed stuck ice, but unit still sounded the same and would not dispense ice. On arrival verified complaint of unit stopping mid cycle. Ran diag test and found no error codes. Confirmed all the components are working and advised the spacing during cycles is normal for the processing of the programming. Job complete no leaks detected during service.

"MED4500MW0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the drum assembly W10899578 and tested. The clanking noise that was associated with drum rotation was fully corrected and I could not recreate the issue through multiple tests, heated and not heated. Operational test good."

WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the RC was at room temperature and the fc cool. Upon further inspection I that the Evap was covered in about a half inch thick sheet of ice. I removed the ice and tested the heater and found it good I tested the thermistor and found the it was testing out of rage. I replaced the thermistor and both controls and found unit operating as designed

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell coming from regulator. Found adapter had no plummers tape. Replaced regulator and secured adapter correctly no gas leaks found job complete.

Arrived onsite for both dishracks peeling and rusting. Ordering dishracks to repair. Replaced broken stops. ; ordrng 1 W11129404 (Lower dishrack)

"Arrived on site for unit display flashing and beeping as well as internal lights flashing until ice is removed from the ice bucket. Called Tech line for assistance. Spoke to Curt SR#7738639058. Discussed with tech and tech believes there is some sort of low-voltage short happening on the ice bin is full and when removing the ice do unit returns back to normal operation. Recommended ordering and replacing the emitter receiver, and UI at the same time. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11636544 (UI)"
