Long fill, off balance, and inlet valve. I leveled washer it was off balance I replaced control board for long fill and control should take care water temperature fault. I calibrated and tested in test mode product works as it's designed. No water leaks visible from main water supply."

WRS315SDHM Arrived on site for a refrigerator making nosies. On arrival I didn't hear a peep coming out of the refrigerator. I checked if water fill line was dripping water and it wasn't also water fill line has already a fill extension and zip tied. I removed evaporator cover no ice buildup at all evaporator working like a champ. Defuser was working as its designed I pulled refrigerator away from the way and removed cover. I inspected the fan and lines that's when I noticed copper line coming from compressor was sitting on another line with any insulation between them . I refined the line and made sure they had insulation between them. No odd sounds every came up . No parts used no water leaks visible from main water supply.

Airshow on site to test unit for not heating properly. Customer stated all cooktop burners and oven would heat then shut off and not turn back on. Inspected harness worth no signs of issues. Voltage to unit is correct. Engaged all burners and verified all cycling properly. Heated oven to 350 and allowed bake element to cycle multiple times after preheated. Advised customer of element cycling and how it is now a normal part of operation. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for SAFETY - JA side by side small oven will not shut off. Upon arrival, test unit a couple of times and turns on and off correctly. I then preheated oven to 450. Unit preheated correctly. When I turned unit off the cooling fan continued which is the noise customer heard. I explained that this is normal and the fan will shut off after a while. Customer states that the heat was stilll there for a couple of hours after turning off. I used a thermocouple to monitor temperature. Temperature did drop once unit was turned off. I powered on the unit and checked my thermistors again. RC 6.8k, rc evap 7.2K, lines up with UI display this time. Even with temps above set pount of 35, RC will just not cool to temp. Based on the inconsistent displays, and the refusal to cool and all possible items replaced, no further repair makes sense. Called tech line again with SR 7741431935. Tech line in agreement that issue is pointing to wiring issues in the liner, since all controls and SS have been replaced, and unit still will not read consistently or call for RC cool. No further repair recommendations. Advised customer to follow up with whirlpool directly in regards to any further action for the unit since repair options have been exhausted."

"Arrived on site to inpsect dryer with door not closing properly.upon further inpsection, I found that the catch assembly had failed and causing the strike not to align to it properly. I replaced the catch and tested the door. The door is now closing as designed. No other issues with the dryer. WPW10111905"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer spraying water inside the unit. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and the customer advised that the steamer won't stop spraying water even when its turned off. Also, the vent tube in the back is not right. I checked the vent tube at the back of the unit and found it badly crimped/kinked and not allowing proper airflow (photo). I plugged the unit in and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found the steam valve will open and spraying, but it stopped as well. I stopped testing in diagnostics and tested the unit on a normal cycle with the steam function turned on. While testing, I heard the valve open up and begin to spray and after approximately 2 minutes, the valve was still spraying. I stopped the cycle and turned the water off and allowed the water line to clear. I cleaned the water from inside and turned the water on and retested on a Timed Dry cycle with the steam valve turned off and the unit operated as designed. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and checked for error codes, and the F2E1 error returned. I pulled the unit out to gain access to the valve wnd vent tube. I removed the wster hose and inspected the steam valve and found it clear. I removed the vent tube and removed the kinked area and adjusted the tube and reassembled and tested. Airflow is much better with the adjustment. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the UI panel fascia and will return with the steam valve. Scheduled return service for 05/02/25. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE PANEL FASCIA AND STEAM VALVE. Unit is operable with the steam function turned off and no water leaks observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 W11413567 (UI fascia)"

I resupplied power to the breaker and found proper voltage and polarity. I tested the dryer again and found the unit working and operating as designed with the unit heating optimally. I removed drawer and found one inch thick ice build up on the bottom I removed all ice tested heater part is working drain hole was iced up. Client doesn't live at location yet so I suggested to unplug and let all ice defrost until moving in . I checked drian hose for any debri there was alot of dog hair and dust I removed all i could. Product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply no parts used.

"Arrive on site for a freezer that has a burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after a power outage, it started smelling like it was burning when the freezer was running. He advised that since he unplugged it, the smell has gone away. I gained access to the compressor area and found no evidence of any burning underneath the machine. I gained access to the evaporator and control areas and could not find any evidence of any burning on wiring or components. I found the heater completely clean and free of debris that might cause a bunring smell. I did it best customer that my head checks every area of the machine that could be causing this issue and found no faults with the machine itself. I uploaded photos client stated that it was making ice fine then a couple of cubes then large ice then leaking water fr9m fill tube. Client did say RC wasn't getting cold anymore . I told client with the amount of ice in the freezer that the product needs to be unplugged so it can defrost completely. I ordered defuser ,evaporator motor, and heater client stated it was defrosting I ordered heater just incase needed. Returning parts will be needed. No water from main water supply but ice was defrosting. I rescheduled client for 5/2/25; ordrng 1 4389144 (Motor) and 1 WPW10151374 (Defuser) and 1 WP2323198 (Heater)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the unit and confirmed that the internet would start a cycle but would make an audible clicking.Noise as it was trying to shift into position. I found the machine not recognizing that it was engaged to spin properly and thus would cancel out. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I checked underneath and found the slider broken, causing the issue. I replaced this slider and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W10734521."

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that will intermittently not start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had issues from time to time starting cycles and if the unit does not start, they can hit the door or flip the breaker and the unit will begin to work. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I tested the unit several times and could not replicate the issue. I gained access to the interior of the door and checked all connections. Indid find the latch not fully seated and went ahead and replaced the latch assembly. I ran the unit through more testing and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10653840."

Arrived on-site for oven not igniting. Found that the broil was lighting but not the bake. I adjusted the igniter and tested the bake mode. Unit is operating as designed. No parts used.

Arrived on-site for unit not drying. I checked the airflow and it was very strong. The unit is also heating good. I advised the customer to use the timed dry setting and showed him how to change the heat setting along with adding time to the cycle. Everything is working as designed. No parts used.

"MVWB865GW0 Arrived on site for a washer not spinning out all the water. On arrival I verified issue drain hose was about two feet down the drain hole to clients home. I adjusted washer hose and zip tied. Client stated that the washer also made loud noises. I ran diagnostic and no error codes as soon as I tested product is heard the very loud squeaking sound I tilted washer over and found oil had leaked all over bottom of washer. I tried and removing rotor but it didn't come off it was full of oil . I ordered all parts that are needed to fix issue gearcase,screw,stator,rotor,nut,agitator,,and cap. Returning parts will be needed I rescheduled client for 5/2/25 client is asking for morning time frame. F2E1 MDB4949SHZ0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher not completely cycles. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found error code F2E1 (stuck buttons) that was the only error code I cleared code. I ran it through all cycles product worked client stated it works then it doesn't. Buttons did get stuck while I was testing I m ordering ui control and returning control just in case needed. I rescheduled client for 5/2/25 no water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 W11395600 (Ui display)

"Unit has been moved to 314 vacant unit. Arrived on site to replace previously ordered part. Upon arrival, disassembled unit to gain access to outer tub. Proceeded to unbox new part and found new part defective. Re ordering W10371566 outer tub. Unit is disassembled so will not need to weigh call for 2 hours. Spoke with superintendent via phone call and stated to leave it disassembled. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule. No one available to sign ; ordrng 1 W10371566 (Outer tub)"

"Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, found correct incoming voltage to terminal block. Proceeded to check voltage going to hi limit thermostat and found 0V. Proceeded to replace W11685947 timer. Tested unit and unit will still not heating. Upon closer inspection, found cycling thermostat reading OL. Proceeded to replace WP3387134 therm fix. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed."

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival client stated it tripped the breaker. I replaced control board, bake and broil element. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. I recommend client to contact home builder if it happens again."

"Arrived on site for unit stuck on drain mode. Upon arrival, unit was unplugged. Plugged in unit and immediately started draining. Proceeded to replace W11603811 control and made sure there are no restrictions and kinks on the pressure hose. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. Special project S153EB performed."

"Arrived on-site for dishwasher not starting. Found the unit working while on-site. Unit wouldn't go into diagnostics. I checked the 110 connections, nothing was loose. Cycled unit and everything is working as designed. No parts used."

"Arrived on site for unit making loud humming noise. Upon arrival, found water leaking behind ice maker fill tube creating ball of ice causing evaporator fan motor to hit ice. Proceeded to install WPW10496649 fill extension and removed all ice and moisture in the unit. Tested ice maker fill multiple times and did not leak. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

Arrived onsite for prediagnosed parts upon arrival replaced reservoir W11346622 & valve W11043013 tested & calibrated unit dispenser units is working as designed no leaks observed during service
