"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and ran the unit to an auto test. Found the unit Woodfill, and when it came to agitation, the control turned itself off. Drained out the water and diagnostics due to the unit not clearing out the water when power was restored to the control. Check voltage to the unit when I ran the unit through manual agitation. Did not find the voltage drop below 119 V when the control will turn itself off. Ran an extension cord to another outlet on another breaker. Still had the same issue on the other outlet. I called whirlpool techline and Spoke to Steve SR# 7736079035. He had me run several checks and resistance checks, and advised that he still was unsure about the power supply to the unit due to the control turning itself off. He was the only other issue could be a lower harness issue, but did advise he was unsure whether or not that would work. Arrived onsite for a washer that will not lock and makes a bad noise when spinning and agitating. The customer stated it started the noise and she turned the machine off at the breaker but when turning it back on it started running on its own. I determined it was the drain pump that came on because the tub still had water in it. I tested the unit and duplicated the grinding sound finding the motor pulley stripped. I found the door lock working properly. The motor pulley needs to be replaced and the leveling feet need to be lowered all the way when we return. ordrng 1 WH03X32217 (1/2 HP MOTOR PULLEY & NUT)

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that the power keeps going on and off causing the unit to chime constantly. On arrival I found the refrigerator unplugged from power. The customer also stated that the FC had been cooling properly but the RC didnt seem to be cooling as well when this was happening and they replaced the main control. I ran test 40 and other test finding the unit working as designed. I explained to the customer that it is possible that they are having an issue with the Orion control but it is also a possibility they were having an RC defrost issue and the fan was hitting ice causing the power failure. I explained to the customer that if it was a defrost issue it could return in 5-7 days but it is possible that it is repaired now since they changed the main control. All is working as designed at this time.

Overall average is 365, calibrated oven 15 degrees down and oven is working properly. Provided homeowner with calibration instructions if any further adjustment is needed.

After further inspection, I found the original drain line, made of three inches of rubber tubing, connected with rigid copper inserts, was plugged and collapsing. I removed and replaced the main drain tubing and attached to the existing final part, that had been simply inserted into the drain line behind the wall. I advised the customer the installation of the drain was incorrect and it had been slightly leaking for a indefinite time, likely quite a while. The customer will have the drain corrected. I tested the unit and it drained sufficiently and produced ice as expected. No leaks of the water supply or drain line installed prior to the original sewer line penetration.

Arrived onsite for a dryer with no heat and it has never heated since it was installed. I found only 19.34VAC from L2 to ground at the terminal block. I took voltage check photos. I checked the circuit breaker and found it appearing good. I disconnected the cord and reset the breaker getting the same voltage out of the outlet. I could feel the L2 lug in the outlet loose and it appears to be a bad outlet. I also found the cover plate and screw for the terminal block missing. I reported my findings to the maintenance supervisor and he will get the outlet replaced or breaker if needed and find the cover plate. Call complete.

Arrived on site for not heating and making noise. Upon arrival turned drum by hand and can hear a clunking sound. Disassembled the unit and found the motor has failed. Replaced motor 279827. Test unit and is operating as designed. Job complete.

He turned unit back on and it was sparking when off or on at the knob. Removed front console to gain access to the spark switches and found that one of the switches on the knobs whats not sitting properly. They said it would happened when oven was being used at 400?. I tested unit at 400? and unit was operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a range with a broken inner door glass. I confirmed the glass was broken. I vacuumed up all the broken glass and replaced the inner glass. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found compressor drawing 0.7amps but drier was immediately icing over indicating a restriction. Recovered refrigerant and replaced access valve and installed uv drier. Removed restriction with nitrogen and then pulled vac. Recharged system with 5.5oz of r134a. Found no leaks and informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived onsite for washer not draining/leaking. On inspection found that when I went into diagnostics mode when the water started to dispense it shot out of the hot water hose at the wall. I tightened the hose up and retested the unit. There is no more leak at the hot water hose and the unit is operating as designed and no more water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection found the ignitor was sparking to the side of the burner. Adjust the burner head and tested the unit. The unit is igniting on the first spark everyone time. No gas leaks detected during service.
