Arrived onsite for a refrigerators that leaks water from the icemaker. I found out from the customer that it is not a water leak issue with the icemaker but an issue with ice building up under the crisper drawer. I found a slab of of ice under the deli drawer box and saw where ice had formed over the drip pan and onto the deli box. The unit went into a defrost when I was looking at this and I saw the water running out of the pan and into the bottom of the deli box. I checked the drain tube at the back and found it clear. I ran my scope up the tube in the chassis to the bend and found it clear and it wasnt collapsed. I remove the deli box and all of the ice. I found the drain pan not setting in the grommet out of the liner correctly on the right side allowing water to leak into the chassis. I took a photo of the grommet and the pan in the grommet before I corrected it. I pushed the pan Al the way down against the grommet and got it to fit better. I poured water down the drain thru the evaporator to test it and found no water leaking from the grommet. I called techline and spoke with TJ SR# 7737616633. I gave TJ my findings and he checked with engineering. I had already done what engineering advised and the only other thing they suggested was to replace the drain pan thinking it might have been mis-punched. I went over with the customer what to look for so it doesnt get as bad and explained to call if there were any further issues with this. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing issue. The ice is getting trapped on the dispenser ice door causing it to then melt and keep the ice door cracked open. I found the ice door shutting immediately after the ice switch is let go causing it to trap ice cubes. I removed and replaced the ice door and tested. I placed in diagnostics and tested and the unit filled, agitated and drained, but failed to spin and the unit shut down. I attempted to place in diagnostics again and the unit failed to respond. Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not responding to buttons presses at times. Upon testing I could not duplicate the issue I replaced the control after finding that the connector that connects the ui to the control was coming unsoldered for the board. Upon further testing I found that the unit had no airflow I available the customer to have a vent cleaning company come out and check the vents.

WDT750SAKZ0 arrived on site to inspect leaking dishwasher. Upon inspection I found evidence of a leak on the floor on the left side of the unit. Placed the unit into service diagnostic mode and found no error codes and I was unable to recreate the leaky conditions. Inspected the valve and fitting and found the connection from the fitting to the hose was somewhat loose and there was some buildup on the o-ring. Cleaned it off and made sure the connections were secure and dry. Tested again but was still unable to cause a leak.

Arrived onsite for a washer with the lid locked. I found the washer opened when I arrived. The customer stated that when the washer is done with a load the door will not open unless you play with the lid then it will finally open. I found the latch failing mechanically. I replaced the lid latch and tested the lock and the lid. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for burner not igniting. On inspection the burner would not ignite. On further inspection found grease up in the gas ports of the burner. Pulled the burner apart and cleaned it. Now the burner is Ignite as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven doors gap. Upon further inspection, I found the gap between the upper and lower oven doors was greater on the left side than on the right (photos). I removed the lower oven door and disassembled to inspect the hinges and they look good. I found no damages to the door assembly either. Reassembled the door and inspected the hinge receivers and I found the left receiver very loose. I attempted to remove the hinge mounting screw and adjust the receiver and then retighten the screw but that failed to correct the looseness. I removed the upper oven door and inspected the hinge receivers and they were tight. Placed both doors back onto the unit and slightly lifted up on the left side and the door is loose in the receiver. Arrived onsite for a DW that has a stopper that has fallen off. Upon arrival I found that the left side stopper would not stay on. I replaced it and tested it several times a found the the new stopper started in place.

Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the valve not getting energized to dispense water into the tub. Stopped testing and removed the outer door panel and verified 120V to the main control. Disconnected the harness molex from the control and valve and tested the harness and it was good. Reconnected the molex connector to the main control and turned the unit on and tested voltage to the valve and found no voltage. Gained access to the float switch and opened and closed it and found what little voltage coming to the valve was dropping to zero when the float switch was opened. I am ordering the main control, valve and switch and scheduled return service for 10/27/23. I found out that the unit cools but it has times where everything in the freezer thaws out and refreezes and the ice in the door melts and clumps together. I found the FC at 5 degrees and the RC at 37 degrees when I arrived. The customer had a video from a couple of nights ago where the ice in the door bucket had melted and clumped together and it showed the stuff in the FC soft and not frozen properly. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing issue. I verified low flow. The customer replaced the filter a month ago. I tested flow at the supply line and found a lot of debris in the water. The flow is good. The filter is getting clogged fast due to the debris in the water supply. The customer is on a water softener and a whole house filter. I flushed a few gallons out of the supply line until the water has no more debris in it. I replaced the customers filter with one he provided. The dispenser now has good flow. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for shaking violently. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that this basket falls under service pointer. Replaced basket and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

On arrival verified complaint of hum from fan motor. During uninstall found power cord is trapped by vent and unable to be installed. Customer advised builder will come uninstall the MW to provide access for us to diag and repair further. Pictures of vent and plug attached. Plug is loose in wall. Advised customer of this as well. Rescheduled to allow for uninstall. Set for 10/27 ; schdld next appmnt for 10/27 FRI !

Arrived on site for not filling. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error code F6-E4 float switch open. Inspected float and found debris underneath. Removed debris and test unit. Unit now fills and operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for continued temperature issues with food freezing in rc. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Have correct temperatures in both cabinets. There are no signs of any food freezing. Customer states that it has been ok recently. Contacted service management for assistance. Checked thermistor values and getting about 10 degrees difference. Everything seems to be ok. There is no repair to be made at this time. Asked customer to take photos of food and temperature reading prior to calling us back. Job complete"

"Arrived on site. Found ice machine not powering on diagnosed a defective drain pump,replaced pump ran water through drain,water drained correctly checked connections no leaks."

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not heating. Tested unit and found mag barely buzzing. Checked HV system and found diode fried, and magnetron had a loose magnet. Replaced cap mag and diode to resolve. Tested unit and verified all working as desigbed. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer not filling with water. I checked stored error codes and found an F6E4 and F6E1. I found the float switch good but no voltage to the fill valve. I found one of the fill valve wires broken in the door because it had stuck to the door insulator. I repaired the wire and tested the machine. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not powering on upon arrival I tested for power at the outlet and found that it only had 120vac, upon further inspection I found that the breaker was partially tripped. I reset the breaker and found that the unit power on, I replaced the unit for 15mins and found that the unit ran with no issues."

Arrived on site to install new gearcase and capacitor to resolve lower end noise when unit running. Replaced gearcase / capacitor and calibrated unit. Verified proper operation in high speed spin with no abnormal noises at this time. Repair completed.
