Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling in upper rc. Upon arrival found temps at 8/58(actual) when set to 0/37. Fo7nd ice being made in upper rc. Found no air gaps. Compressor and fc evap fan were running. Checked resistance at P5 1&2 (3.7k) p8 3&4 (4.8k) but found no ice build up or any moister on rc evap coil. Called techline and reported findings Sr#7737401415. Tested Rc thermistor in cup of ice and found values drop to 21k within 3 minutes. Was instructed by techline to replace rc fan/harness asm. Replaced ui and rc evap fan asm. Instructed customer to give u it 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Compressor is running. Checked pressures and running at 0/115 psi. Freezer temperature at 15. Called tech line due to recurring problems. Spoke to Andrew- 7737245567. Tech notified equalized pressure should be 30/30 psi and Running at -6/130. Continued testing unit and found would not equalize. Tech suspected partial restriction in the dryer. Recommend replacing dryer and flushing system. Flushed high and low side. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and ran unit. Pressure is good and frost pattern is ideal. Customer will monitor over 24 hrs. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for not washing correctly. Ran diagnostics, no error codes found. Explained proper maintenance and use of machine. Showed customer how clean unit and maintain with running white vinegar through the system twice. Ran test unit working as designed at this time."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not sitting properly in its space as if it had walked due to an off balanced load (photo). Also found holes in the wall and damage to the baseboard to the left of the unit and damage to the dryer top to the right of the washer (photos). I put the washer back where it should be and placed it in diagnostics showing error code F0E5. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed except the hot water hose was not secured and was leaking water (photos). I tightened the hose connections at the valve and manually tested the spin mode and the basket was somewhat wobbly. I raised the top panel and removed the tub ring and using my flashlight, I placed it inside the basket and found the holes in the basket were not fully punched out as described in service pointer #W11684122B and there was no QR code present on the basket. Also noticed the front left suspension rod was slightly bent. I contacted techline and spoke to Nate and advised of the complaint and my findings. Nate provided a text to my phone and I provided photos of the damage. Nate provided SR#7737406604. I am ordering the basket and returning tech to replace the suspension rods and basket. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making a buzzing sound. On arrival customer advised me the sound comes from the freezer. I found some ice trails on the back panel from the icemaker. I tested icemaker full and found gaps in the water chute/how the fill tube is foamed is causing the fill to spray and run down the back wall, eventually freezing on the fan. I used some silicon to create a better fit on the fill chute and where the tube is foamed in. Tested a fill and found no other water dripping. Added picture of state of tube on arrival. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm. Temperatures were higher than normal in the upper part of the refrigerator, but at proper temperature in the lower part of the refrigerator. Attempted to run the evaporator fan but found the refrigerator. Evaporator fan was not running. Gained access to the evaporator and found evidence of a defrost issue inside of the refrigerator section. Steamed off the excess ice and checked resistance on the heater. Found the heater registering 79.6 ohms of resistance. Replaced the evaporator cover. That includes the evaporator motor and the masters. Tested the unit and the unit is now working an operating as designed. Call complete."

I advised the customer of my findings and will have to order the control panel and UI. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a noise again and the water coming out of the dispenser is not cold. I checked the RC temp and found it was at 38 degrees when set at 37. I explained to the customer what to do to help get the coldest water from the dispenser. I found the noise the customer was hearing is the icemaker side of the dual valve again. It chatters when the icemaker fills. Ordering W11482383 dual valve. RS for Mon 10/2 per the customers request.; ordrng 1 W11482383 (Dual valve)

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning. On inspection during the diagnostic test the unit made a humming noise during agitation and spinning cycle. Gain access to the bottom of the unit and found the capacitor bracket was lose and the capacitor was hitting the pulley wheel. Replaced the capacitor and reran the diagnostic test. The washer is operating as designed now and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling either section and has a burning smell in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that as soon as they plugged the unit in, the unit never cooled, and immediately began smelling in the freezer section. He advised that he gave the unit level 24 hours to attempt a goal and the unit never called at all. He contacted the retailer, and the retailer told him to Unplug it and then replug it in after 24 hours. Advised that he did that but that the unit still never cooled and that strange smell never went away. I confirmed the customer complaint and found smell to be refrigerant. Coming out of the freezer section. Disassembled the unit and gained access to the evaporator. Used bubble solution, and could not find any openings on the evaporator itself and used bubble solution to check for any leaks. Found no leaks or frost pattern whatsoever inside of the unit and felt airflow coming through the back wall where the capillary tube and return line go into the wall. Checked the compressor and found the compressor pulling .128 A. I could not detect any leaks from any of the welds up at the top where the compressor was sitting either. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Derek SR# 7737340407. He advised that we needed to at least replace the compressor dryer and access valve and pressurize it with nitrogen prior to any further alternate resolution. Ordering all the parts in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. Please schedule for three hours due to multiple sealed system parts and possible need to get techline involved. ; ordrng 1 W11557671 (Compressor) and 1 W11629714 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access Valve) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling in either section. The customer stated when it happened the interior lights would flash and dim them come back on and it was making a beeping and grinding noise. The customer had turned the unit off and turned it back on about 11:00am this morning. I found the FC at 0 degrees and the center shelf in the RC at 48 degrees with the dampener open and still cooling. The compressor and all fans were running. I suspect a defrost issue but cannot prove this at this time. I set the control to basic defrost. I found the bimetal closed and ran a forced defrost finding the defrost circuit working as designed. I asked the customer to check the evaporator cover for frost if this happens again but at this time the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=24 degrees and RC=49 degrees and unit has been making ice as the bin is full. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans, compressor, and thermistor and found the thermistors reading -3 in the FC and 42 in the RC. I pulled the unit out and connected my gauges to read pressures and they were good. I tested the thermistors at the hv control and found the FC thermistor is out of range FC=4.62kohms @4.9VDC/RC=4.32kohms @4.9VDC. I advised my customer of my findings and removed and replaced the FC thermistor from van stock (W10316760) and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer monitor the unit since the unit has been operating since the sealed system repair and monitor temps. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. On arrival the FC was at 0 degrees. I replaced the icemaker and ran the harvest cycle finding it not filling with water. I found the connector at the fill valve that had been replaced previously with the electrical connector not seated into the icemaker coil. I corrected the connector and tested finding the unit working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a full load of clothes and a full tub worth of water inside of the unit upon arrival. Had to remove all the water and clothes to get access underneath. Check underneath the washer and found the drain pump was within range. I removed one of the hoses off the drain pump and found a nail stuck in the drain pump housing that could not be removed. Want to head and replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed, but I did notice that they have a closed drain which is not in accordance to the installation instructions. I advise the customer that that will cause premature shut downs of the unit and that they will need to update their drain situation. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete."

I gained access to the blower wheel a found some small pieces of jewelry in the housing. I removed them and tested the unit and found that the unit was no longer making noise

"Arrived onsite for oven losing power during bake. On inspection I gain access to the back of the unit. I pulled the cover off the junction box and checked the main plug. Every thing looked good I pulled the panels off to check the wiring harness, saw no burnt marks. Tested the heating element bake was 19 ohms broil was 15 ohms. I set the oven to 450? and had the door open get serial number and the fan came on and it sound sick. The oven was 165? and the oven tripped the breaker. I went and reset the breaker and restarted the oven climbed all the way to 450? but the fan never came on the hole time ordering a fan and control board. ; ordrng 1 W10904163 (Blower) and 1 W11261167 (Control board)"

"Arrived on site for a wall oven. That is making noises when the upper cooling fan is cooling down the unit. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found what sounded like cabinet, vibration, or something stuck in the blower housing. Disassembled the unit and did not find any abnormality with the blower but went to head and replaced it. Still found a little bit of cabinet vibration with the upper blower. Disassembled it again and could not find any abnormality with blower or surrounding areas. Went ahead and added sound pads around the blower itself and tested the unit. The unit sounded much better and that customer advised that he would call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site for lid issues . Found strike had broken off . Replaced strike . Ran diagnostics. All checked normal. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit completely dead. I found the consul bubbling indicating water had gotten into the UI. Did verify voltage going to the dishwasher and Im ordering the user interface and Console for repair. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock and PSP items.; ordrng 1 W11660284 (Console) and 1 W11632709 (UI)

"WRF767SDHZ00 Arrived to inspect bail arm issue. I found the arm had popped out of the receptacle within the gear head. I was able to reinsert the bail arm and test. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for unit not reaching temperature. Upon arrival inspected unit. Inserted Thermal couple to monitor preheating and cycling temperature. Found unit to be functioning properly. Cycled at average of 352 degrees when 350 is targeted. Unit is within spec. Job complete

"Arrived on site for temperature issues. Upon arrival. Removed evaporator cover to inspect frost pattern. Found ball of ice on top right corner of evaporator. Need to have sealed system repair. Ordering compressor, nitrogen, R600 kit, Uv drier, access valve, and 2 hour weigh. "Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrived I installed the new thermistors, control and diode and mag. And upon further inspection I found that the danger was not opening properly restricting airflow out of the unit which I corrected and tested the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed."

Arrived on site to test unit for little/no ice production. Found ice maker completed harness with no issues. Ice mold had ice in it on arrival. Also found condenser was completely clogged preventing proper air flow to compressor and frost/condensation built up around ice chute. Found a piece of rubber preventing ice door from closing. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Job complete.
