"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is still not progressing through cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced of the control as diagnosed per last visit and tested the unit. Still had the same issue with the unit not allowing the drum to spin. Did check underneath the basket and did not find any items stuck between the basket and tub. Check resistance through the motor, shifter, and capacitor, and all tests passed. Removed the rotary switches off my control when trying to get the unit to spin to eliminate any rotary switch issues. Spoke to SW, and was advised that the issue could still be with the motor but at this point due to multiple written off parts, we could not write off any further parts for this unit. Advise the customer and the customer advised that he had already planned on buying a new washer anyway, and did not want to proceed further with any further service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is buzzing and is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit did not finish the cycle and began to drain immediately after the cycle it was cleared, she advised that since then, they have run a couple different troubleshooting steps to try to get the unit to work. She advised that her daughter had pushed and held the button for 5 to 10 seconds, and it began to work after that. She also advised that during the drain and spin portion of the cycle, it seems to drain and spin several times before actually completing the cycle. I did explain to the customer that when the unit goes off balance, that typically the unit will be stuck in a drain, and the only way to clear that is to hold the cancel button for at least 5 to 7 seconds. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. I did explain to the customer that the drain and spin portion of the cycle is going to go through a couple different spins and drains before it completes and that it is designed to run for at least about 20 minutes. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I ran the unit through manual diagnostics and everything checked good. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Ran the unit on a high speed spin for over two minutes and cannot get the unit to bolt. Check the suspension on the unit and found the suspension was good. Did advise to the customer that the issue was most likely with an off-balance load and that certain loads like sheets, blankets, or other bulky items may have a harder time completing cycles. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E2. I cleared the code and continued with testing. As soon as the unit dispensed water into the tub, when the motor was supposed to come on, the drain pump kicked on and water began to leak out onto the floor. I stopped testing and cleaned the water and pulled the unit out to find the drain hose was not attached. I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when working with water. Due to the error code, I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and reattached the drain hose properly and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed with no further leaks. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Unit is not heating but would tumble . Ran diagnostics and found control failed .

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting a cycle without having to be unplugged and plugged back in. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will so,e times start and wash a load of clothes, but they will have to unplug the unit and then plug it in to get the unit to finish a cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed in diagnostics. I ran a speed wash and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they will attempt to set the washer on certain settings and it wont respond (turn on). I checked the control harness and all connections were good. Tested voltage at the wall and its showing 122V. Based off the description the customer gave of the issues theyve been experiencing, I advised the customer that there is an issue with the main control or control panel.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the control board and reassembled the unit. Tested unit and it is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

"JMC2430IL03 Arrived to inspect potato cooking and convection heating. The customer presented two potatoes for testing, they had been refrigerated and were at 36?F. The unit started the cook for the two average sized baked potatoes and 8:54 was the initial cooking time. The unit completed and the smaller of the two was 206? and the larger was 195? internal and cooked approximately 20%. I then attempted a single, 46? degree large sized potato, obtained from a local store and it heated to 196? after 5:33 program time. I advised the customer to attempt potato cooking with room temperature potatos and see if the results are acceptable. Additionally, I advised trying different doneness settings. Convection bake at 375, with a starting temperature of 145? and after 25 minutes the unit reached 325 and then cooled to 140? and I ceased the test and contact tech assist. Spoke with Ed and got cut off. Called back and reached Austin. SR# 7736323910. Through various testing measures, we found the L2 line showing ground. Only one circuit breaker is installed and I verified it cuts power to L1. I advised the customer that there is an electrical supply issue and to ensure both L1 and L2 are supplied to the unit, with N as well. I left the breaker off due to unknown wiring issues. Customer will contact us if there are further issues."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator needing the coils cleaned. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that there is cold air coming from the front of the unit from in between the RC doors. I opened the RC doors and found the mullion not making contact with the pivot block and the mullion was staying in the open door position even when the door was closed. I found the RC doors not level and the unit rocking back and forth from the back right corner to the front left corner. I pulled the unit out to inspect the coils and compressor and found the coils werent bad and the customer requested that I clean them. Using my shop vac, I cleaned the coils and other debris from the unit (photos). Placed the unit back in its space and leveled the unit. Tested the door opening/closing and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still making chime noises and displaying power outage on the eyebrow UI. I inspected the unit then disconnected power. I found that after the compressor started up the condenser fan tried to start but stopped. I spun the fan blade and it started running. I powered the unit off again then powered back up and checked voltage to the fan. I had 12VDC and the fan started then stopped again. I tested all burners and found the front right not functioning. I found the ignitor arcing downward. Removed the burner cap and inspected the ignitor and found a small metal lint piece that looked as if it were from a Brillo pad or some sort of wire type cleaning pad on the ignitor. Arrived on site and found on location and is using a sniffer. Gas leak is coming from regulator. Used bubble solution on all connections to regulator but did not see any evidence of a leak. Replaced regulator and used bubble solution again and still Didnt find any evidence. Insured range is working properly by starting a big cycle and turning on all burners. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for absolute no cool and determined the refrigerator had complete cooling loss due to a leak. Advised sealed system components were still under manufacturers warranty. Replaced fresh food evap and compressor. Installed dye drier and access valve. Pulled vacuum on unit and charged with 6 oz of r134a. Unit is now running and cooling at time of service, advised customer on establishing proper cooling before resuming normal use.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit flashing lights. Customer showed me the problem and he was hitting the start button but mot closing the door with it 3 seconds so unit would beep and flash lights. Showed customer to close the door with in 3 seconds after hiring start unit working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for washer not spinning out the clothes all the way. I tested unit in diagnostics and found no error codes stored. I then ran test spin and completed the test just fine. Checked the breaker and it had not tripped. Cycled power and retested the outlet and still no power. I checked the disposal outlet and found no power as well. Customer turned the disposal on and next to the switch, on a far wall to the left of t(e unit, was another switch in the off position. I asked the customer to turn the switch on and at that time, the unit powered on. I advised the customer that that switch is wired into the circuit for the dishwasher. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped making ice four days ago. I took temperature of the freezer and refrigerator sections and found the freezer at 1?F and the refrigerator at 38?F. Found no evidence of a defrost issue inside of the unit and found a good frost pattern. Check the ice container and found it completely full of ice. The customer advised that he had not checked after his initial check four or five days ago. Did advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any other issues persist. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer tripping breaker. I examined incoming wiring and found the neutral was wired to the ground causing the failure. Arrived on site for unit leaking. Upon arrival. Supply water valve is off. Turned water on and water immediately began leaking from valve. Found hose not tightened to valve correctly. Secured the connection and no longer leaking. Ran a normal cycle for several minutes and there are no leaks present. Unit is operating a designed. Job complete

Arrived on site and found dishwasher is leaking from left hand side of door gasket. Took multiple pictures and replaced door gasket. Ran a normal cycle and didnt observe any leaking after gasket replacement. Also found a lot of soap buildup on washer racks etc. recommended to homeowner that less detergent be used. Job complete

"Arrived on site and inspected ovens and found top oven is not displaying anything on the control panel when a bake cycle is attempted. Customer also says that it trips the breaker outside. Lower oven works properly and does not trip the breaker. Uninstalled ovens and replaced both control boards. After replacement top oven is displaying properly and both ovens will run a big cycle and did not trip the control board. Requested that customer monitor them for correct operation, job complete"

"JUIFX15HX00 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the inlet valve would only allow a slight trickle of water enter the reservoir. During further inspection, I found the air intake at the condenser severely plugged. I removed the debris and replaced the valve and tested. The unit resumed normal operations and there were no leaks observed during service."

CALLED techline and spoke to Chris SR#7736323069 and recommended to replace the control due to the water level sensor not reading correctly. I replaced control and calibrated unit. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped making ice. The customer stated it started doing the same thing before the compressor was replaced. I found the FC temp staying between 19-23 degrees but the RC was cooling properly. I accessed the compressor compartment and looked for dye checking all the joints, lokrings, and drain pan finding no dye anywhere. I tested pressures and found them correct for the temperatures. I found frost building back to the compressor when the FC started cooling. I removed the drawers and lower pan to inspect the evaporator finding a block of ice built up on the compartment thermistor cover. I removed the ice and accessed the evaporator finding a solid block of ice in the upper right corner behind the thermistor. I removed the ice and found the defrost thermistor loose. I secured the thermistor with zip ties. I found the suction line almost bent flat where it came out of the liner. I opened the line up. I tested the unit and had good refrigerant flow and no restriction. I found all the air dam tape in place on the evaporator and the foam air dam pieces in place on the fan. The unit is working as designed. I told the customer to monitor the ice maker and call us if they do not have ice in the morning. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for microwave not heating and stopping mid cycle . Found unit will run for 3 seconds and making loud noise then end cycle . Vent fan lights , filter board,fuse , turntable motor checked normal. Found one of the micro switches on interlock failed . Replaced interlocks and adjusted door frame. Unit is not shutting off but not heating . Replaced mag,cap and diode. Still not heating . Replaced control. Unit is now heating to WP specs . Job complete ."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the sealed system failure, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 5.25oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the unit to equalize. Once equalized, I plugged the unit in and monitored pressures. Pressures are holding good at 0/130 (photos) and is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
