Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not heating. Started unit to run a test and found no heat. Removed the back cover to get access to heating components and found all test good. The customer advised the unit does make ice but she has had issues from time to time over the last several years where ice gets stuck in the chute and wanted it checked out before she runs out of warranty. I checked the ice container and found the ice container halfway full of ice. I dispensed ice, both crushed and cubed. I found all portions of the ice making and ice dispensing working as designed. I checked temperatures and found the freezer at 2?F and the refrigerator at 38?F. I did advise the customer that this is normal operation. As ice can sweat and refreeze, causing ice to clump.If ice is not used on a consistent basis. Arrived on site for unit ice maker dumping water inside freezer. Upon arrival inspected unit found fill extension tube at ice maker water supply not secured and pointing up causing water to spill over. Secured fill extension tube and use permagum to properly seal fill extension. Unit has accumulated alit of ice on evaporator cover customer agreed to do a manual defrost advised him to lay towels down. When securing fill extension evap fan motor turned on and sounds like fan blade is hitting ice build up or motor is going out. Informed customer I'm ordering both fan blade and motor. Informed customer i will be calling him back in 48 hrs after manual defrost to see if noise has stopped if not will proceed with return visit to repair evap fan. Arrived on site for a range WFES3030RS0 with no power. I found the breaker was tripped so I heated to 500 degrees with the ground disconnected. The power at the terminal block is correct. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator KRSC336RPS00 that had issues with RC door closing. Customer showed me that the door gasket is rubbing against the FC door due to a gasket issue. I examined the gasket and found the door over foamed, and the gasket was stuck foamed 1/4 further out than it should be. I tried to reseat the gasket / break it loose, but gasket is clearly fully foamed to door. Best resolution will be to replace the door, due to irregular foaming. Ordering new door. "Arrived on site to test unit WOES5030LZ01 for preheat complete indication but low temperature. Upon arrival customer stated she is experiencing the same symptoms as before, preheat displays complete but cavity temperature is approximately 250?. Verified concern, console indicates preheat complete after approximately 5 minutes. Monitored cavity temperature with thermocouple and observed temperature continued to rise and cycle within normal range after approximately 20 minutes. Contacted techline and documented findings under case number 22107076. Per techline unit operation is normal, preheat algorithm is designed to indicate ready based on conditions suitable for longer-cook items. For temperature and time-sensitive baking, recommend allowing full 20-minute preheat before loading food. Informed customer of normal operation and usage expectations. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for washer WTW5010LW1 shaking and hose rattling. Found left front leg needed adjustment and drain hose was tapping wall. Adjustment leg up to level and adjusted hose and water lines to move less to lessen the noise. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose unit tripping the breaker. Inspected the unit and turned both ovens on to 500?F to monitor operation. Both ovens heated properly at this time with no immediate breaker trip observed. Contacted Techline for further assistance; Techline recommended replacing both the bake and broil elements as a preventive repair due to possible intermittent tripping. Also found the upper oven door hinges are worn and will need to be replaced. Parts will be ordered. Office to reschedule return visit; job will require approximately 2 hours to complete. Found issue with gearcase and leaking oil which stripped out the rotor and slider and oil was all over the clutch as well. I replaced gearcase, slider, rotor, and clutch, calibrated and tested, unit tested good, no leaks after repair. Parts used w10915701, w11449841, w10754448, and w10734521"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not getting power. Verified no power to the unit at the control. Removed the inner door panel to access wiring and components. Tested the thermal fuse and found it open again, preventing power from reaching the control board. Replaced the thermal fuse under 1-year warranty and restored power to the unit. Reassembled the door and ran the unit through a diagnostic/test cycle. Unit powered on, operated normally, and completed the test cycle with no issues. Unit is testing good at this time. "Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop burners not igniting. Inspected the unit and found the cooktop was disconnected. Reconnected the unit and tested all burners. All burners ignited immediately except the left rear burner, which had a delayed ignition. Removed the burner head and cap from the left rear burner and found the orifice clogged with debris. Cleared the orifice and reassembled the burner. Tested the cooktop again and confirmed all burners are now igniting properly and operating as designed. Unit tested good. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher Wdt750sakz2 with issue of F9E1 error and not cleaning. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error codes F7-E1variable speed motor not operating, and F8-E2 fill valve not operating. Test unit and valve is operating correctly but confirmed wash motor not operating. Need to replace sump and motor. Also found many holes in lower spray arm are blocked. Was able to push debris in with a Pic tool, however all the debris is floating around in spray arm. During disassembly found units feet are slightly below floor level and top of dishwasher is too tight under counter top. Tried several attempts to pull unit out from cabinet but unsuccessful. Advised customer that unit needs to be made accessible. Need to order lower spray arm. Ordering spray arm. Customer will contact us once unit is made accessible. "Arrived on site for unit starting on its own and leaking water. Upon arrival, found water damage around the island where the plumbing is located. Proceeded to run dishwasher and found no leaks. Filled sink halfway and drained and found no leaks under the sink. Pulled out dishwasher and found signs of water damage. Ran diagnostics and still no leaks. Called builder and stated 90% of the times he would enter the property, the dishwasher would be running a cycle. The builder was notified of a leak when their realtor informed him. As soon as he pressed Cancel to drain, he noticed water underneath. Called techline and spoke with Dillion SR#22106990 and documented call and have no recommendations for part replacements or adjustments. During the wait time and speaking with techline, the dishwasher was under a stress test for more than an hour and still no leaks present.
