Connected connector to new pump to check resistance from the control and still found OL. No continuity. Inspected harness and found I only had the lower portion of the harness. Continued to connect lower harness just to check the continuity of the drain pump and still OL. Needs upper harness. Upon next visit, need to replace upper and lower harness, drain pump and control board at the same time. Ordering W11662155 upper harness, W10919003 drain pump and W10837741 strike. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display blank and no voltage to the unit. I found the breaker is tripped and left it tripped to be able to safely pull the unit out to service. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the elements terminals and main control. I found the bake element terminals with the hard plastic sealer and sealed to keep moisture out. I found the broil element terminals had a silicone type sealer and were not sealed. Per SP#W11490386, if the terminals have the silicone based material used to seal, then the elements and main control must be replaced and a burnout on Bake at 500 degrees must be done to complete the repair. I am ordering the bake and broil elements and will return with the main control. Scheduled return service for 06/09/25 and unit breaker left turned off for safety. No one available to sign for receipt. ; ordrng 1 W11617232 (Broil element) and 1 W11545804 (Bake element)"

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood fan noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and found the blower motor turns on in the slow speed, but the wheel does not turn. In the Medium speed, the wheel makes a half turn and then stops, and in the High speed, the wheel turns and makes a loud humming noise. I gained access to the blower wheel and manually turned the wheel and could feel some restriction as if something was caught in between the blower wheel and housing. I removed the right side housing cover and found a large piece of sheet rock stuck in the housing. Removed the debris and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling in the fresh foods section (RC). Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC= -7 degrees and RC=57 degrees. I checked the FC svzp cover and found some frost/ice build up and found some condensation on the top of the FC section. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the FC evap fan and found it does not turn on in test 3. The customer advised that the refrigerator was acting like it was turning off and on and then would stay on, which is when they noticed it wasn't cooling in the RC section. I tested voltage to the evap fan motor and found it getting proper voltage (12.7V). I removed and replaced the evap fan motor with harness and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11578030"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher touchpad not responding. Upon futher inspection, I found that the dishwasher ui indicators are failing and it is not possible to select a cycle. I gained access to the vent and ensured that there is no problem with the vent or seal. I found that the console overlay was lifting and allowed moisture to enter the ui and cause damage. I glued the overlay in place and made sure it made a good seal. I am ordering the ui W11632709. No water leaks observed during service. I am scheduling for 6/6; schdld next appmnt for 6/6 FRI !"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise they've been hearing which sounded like the slider popping. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E3-overload and F0E9-off balanced pause. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until the spin cycle when the popping noise began. After completion of diagnostics, I tilted the unit back and removed the rotor shield and found gearcase oil on the underside of the shield and on the rotor. I removed the rotor and found more gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor and on the teeth of the slider. I advised the customer of my findings and the cause of the popping noise which was the slider slipping on the rotor teeth. I removed and replaced the gearcase, slider and clutch and calibrated the unit and retested. The unit is operating as designed with no further abnormal noises. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11449841, W10734521, W10754448"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were drying some clothing on Normal, Express Cycle and again on Normal and the clothing failed to dry. I found the load inside the dryer was a very small load and advised the customer that all of the selections, except Timed Dry, are functioning on a sensing cycle. Timed dry is what it is and functioning on the timer. I disassembled the unit and gained access to the heating element and its components and tested the element, fuse, cutoff, and thermostat and all were good. Using my jumper wire, I jumped the door switch and tested the unit and it is operating as designed and I could see the element illuminating. I reassembled the unit and checked the terminal block and it's wired properly. Retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. No parts installed. Made recommendations for use and care."

Inspected and found corners of the tub have flared out due to improper installation. Corners are not allowing door to close fully. Used heat gun to reform the tub to the original shape. Tested unit, door is now closing flush and latch is engaging. Started a test cycle, all components are properly engaging. Noticed when draining, drain hose sprung a leak due to a puncture.
