"Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. On arrival found unit had been connected to an adjacent outlet with an extension cord. In about a weeks time the unit has not tripped the breaker. Contacted tech line for assistance as unit is currently functioning. Spoke to Drew SR#7739876285. Tech stated that if unit has been running then that rules out the unit being an issue and the electrical should be checked. Replaced evaporator harness as precaution. Once unit is placed back in regular spot, should the breaker trip again, recommended replacing breaker."

I gained ed access to the control and checked the condition of the heater. The heater is measuring as good. I placed the unit back into diagnostic and ran a forced defrost and measured proper voltage through the heater. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher stopping mid cycle and no drain properly. Upon further investigation I placed the unit in diagnostics and ran a test cycle. I observed all functions operating as designed except the draining. I removed the drain hose and observed how the water was draining however was very slow and restricted. I gained access to to the drain pump and found it to be in good condition. I attempted to clear the drain hose by using a vacuum however this did not improve the flow through the hose. "Arrived on site for unit having intermittent cooling issues in the freezer section. Inspected and found freezer evaporator fan, not running, and would also energize in test mode. Fan has proper voltage but not energizing. While testing found that now unit keeps displaying door ajar. Freezer light also not functioning properly. Tested and found freezer door switch not registering. Diagnostics shows open consistently. Checked voltage for switch and found only 54 volts. Checked voltage from red wire to chassis is 80 vac and black to chassis is 121 vac. Unit appears to have some short of short in the internal wire harness. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working and freezer section not cooling. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice maker stopped making ice and the freezer (FC) section stopped cooling, but then the following day, the unit began to cool again. Customer advised they turned the ice maker off as all of the ice melted and leaked water, but they turned the ice maker on this day and upon arrival, I found the ice maker has made approximately three batches of ice. I tested temps in the FC=-7 egress & RC=39 on manufacturer settings of 0/37. I placed the unit in diagnostics and performed test 40 and the unit operated as designed. I tested all other components in diagnostics and I could not get the unit to fail. Customer advised that they have not had any power failures or surges. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and should it fail again to call it in for service. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise sometimes gets so loud they can hear it in their bedroom. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap fan and damper in test 3 and when the FC evsp fan motor began to ramp up in speed, the customer identified the noise which was coming from the FC evaporator/fan area. I gained access to the evaporator and found the suction line and cap tube resting on the evap cover. I adjusted the tubing by pushing it back towards the back wall of the unit but could still hear the noise. I found the right screw on the evap fan bracket was loose. I removed both screws and adjusted the fan motor bracket and secured it to the back wall and retested the evap fan motor and the noise was gone. I reassembled the unit and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings/repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts needed/installed."

I checked the ice maker tray for water and found none and checked to make sure the ice maker emitter/receiver boards were turned on and they were. Tested the fill tube in test 45 and the ice maker filled with water. Gained access to inside components, found a large quantity of lint throughout the unit causing wear on roller bearings and pulley wheel. Replaced roller bearings and pulley wheel using the repair kit (4392067) and belt (WP8547157). Removed all lint and assembled unit, tested unit, squeak has been eliminated and all components are now properly engaging. Unit is running as designed, job complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advise at the unit. I did confirm the customers complaint and found proper voltage going to the dispenser motor but the motor completely seized. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. Stopped cycle, disconnected power,and reattached ground wire. Reconnected power and Set bake at 500 Advised customer to run for 1.5 hours and turn off cycle,unable to document with TL. Advised customer if it happens again to replace breaker. "KRFC300ESS11 Arrived on site for RC freezing. Upon arrival, customer mentioned a strong sour/rotten smell coming from back of unit. Upon closer inspection, found dead lizard in the condenser pan. Cleaned entire pan and continued to inspect behind Fc evaporator cover. Found no issues and now unit is smell free. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting cycle. Upon further inspection, I gained access to to the control and measured the leads for the drain pump. I got an OL. I gained access to the underside of the unit and verified that the pump is ok. I found that there is a break in the wiring. I replaced the wiring harness and tested the unit. Arrived on site to inspect washer with no power. Upon initial inspection I found that the washer was receiving voltage but had no outgoing voltage and no green status led. I checked the drain pump from the control and verified that it was in good condition and not shorted. I replaced the control and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. W11419171

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting cycle and making loud noises. Upon further inspection , I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error F7E1 (tachometer missing or wrong signal) I gained access to the underside of the washer and found that the cam assembly was starting to grind due to the actuator no operating properly. Because of this error, the washer was not able to lock or start. I replaced the cam and the actuator and tested the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection I observed a large amount of frost buildup on the evaporator cover. I tested the heater circuit from the control and found the heater to be good however the defrost sensor is showing open. I ran a forced defrost and was measuring voltage to the heater inconsistently. I will need to replace the sensor, control and ui control together. I am ordering the ui control W11518204 and will replace all three on return visit. "WTW8127LC1 Arrived to inspect noise. Discussion with the customer revealed the issue was with noise, but additionally, non-completion of various cycles and loads. Service test mode had F0E3, F6E3 and F0E5 and I cleared for inspection and testing. Manual mode tests operated as for the most part, but I noted some excessive noises and moved to visual inspection of the gear case area. I found clear indication of gear case lubricant that had been lost, flung to the inside of the cabinet area and then sat for some time. The sliders outer ring had broken free and could easily rotate on the plastic hub, but not move up and down, an outlier type of failure. I removed and replaced the gear case and slider and recalibrated. The feet required adjustment to lower the machine to prevent excessive vibration, and testing reveled that issue corrected. During testing, the machine stopped responding to any service or customer mode tests. I found the lid had locked, but had then not unlocked, also not generating any service mode errors or otherwise, an uncaught error. While removing the console for inspection, the lock acuptuated to the unlock position and I could not recreate, or get the failure to occur again. I suspect the connection to the lid lock at the control may have been faulty and I ensured it was functional prior to ending service. The machine operated within service test mode and customer mode, and no leaks were observed during service. The customer had been using one to two detergent pods for cycles and I advised on detergent type and amounts, for a much better wash and longevity of the machine."

"WTW5057LW0L Arrived to inspect banking during spin. I found the basket was nearly touching the inner left corner of the cabinet and further inspected. After lower machine inspection and finding no faults, other than a drain pump harness that was not secured, I found no other issues and secured the harness. I set the leveling legs to center the basket within the cabinet and calibrated. Entering into a service mode test, the machine operated as expected. I advised the customer with loading and detergent use. No leaks observed during service."

"MED6230HW3 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video and I also verified during testing. The machine would make an extremely loud vibration noise and the blower wheel had split, only separating enough to contact the blower housing and make the noise when heated. I removed and replaced the blower wheel and applied sound deadening material to other known noise sources and tested. The terminal block area had other issues as well, and I corrected. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water filter wont release from housing. Upon further inspection, I attempted to remove the water filter and found the release arm was broken on the housing. "Arrived on site to test unit for error code. Upon arrival customer stated error code is always flashing, was able to reset the unit and use it but now even after the reset unit will not operate. Entered diagnostics and found F6E3 no communication from the MCU detected by the ACU. Replaced console (W11535124), engaged diagnostic cycle, when reaching the spin basket did not move. Entered component activation and activated spin, unit did not spin. Hand spun the basket, there is more resistance than usual and unit is shaking when slowly spinning the basket. Contacted service thread, per service thread issue is with the stator or the control. Ordering additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Ordering parts, rescheduled for 11/06.; ordrng 1 W11354541 (Stator) and 4 W11316766 (Shocks)s and 1 W11557801 (ACU) and 1 W11456953 (Switch)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Upon arrival entered diagnostics and activated ice maker, ice maker did not engage, switch or motor faulty. Replaced ice maker (W10873791) and tested unit, ice maker went through a harvest with no issue. Tested fill, ice maker filled with adequate amount of water. Did notice the dispenser pressure is a little weak, advised customer to replace filter to restore proper pressure. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
