"Arrived on site for the refrigerator that stopped cooling again. Inspect a unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had this refrigerator stop cooling at least four times within the last 6 to 8 months, and there is never a rhythm or reason for it. They advise that by the time we get out to check on it, the unit begins to cool and has done so again. She stated that she called in for service on wednesday last week, but by Friday, it started cooling again. I took the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator compartments and found the freezer at -1?F and the refrigerator at 33?F. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling .686 A. I spoke to SW and was advised to replace the compressor, drier, access valve, and control just to eliminate either of those components since this has been a reoccurring issue. Arrived onsite for panel issues. I found the panel staying on controls locked and would not unlock. I performed a power reset and unit still stayed locked. Customer stated there was a storm recently and morning of the unit started the control lock issue. I found the panel had lost connection to the wifi and it was asking to update. I replaced the panel and gave the customer the wifi team number to set the unit up. I also advised customer to set the unit to 2.4g internet and not 5g as the 5g would mess the panel up overtime. I called my manager to get more info because I didn't see any wrong with product. Further information found that the lid lock was failing I tested and I was getting readings that were off I replaced lid lock and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

I checked underneath the unit and found the slider also worn and had slightly grinder against the clutch. I replaced both parts and tested the unit. Arrived on site for gas cook top flames aren't normal. Upon arrival customer did inform me they are running 2 humidifier inside house. Humidifier have not run since last night tested unit all burners are burning properly. Informed customer that using humidifier in house will cause flame disruption. "Arrived on site to inpsect washer tripping breaker every time the customer ran the washer . Upon further inpsection, I placed the unit into diagnostic ams observed no error codes. I ran component activation activation. No individual compomet. I ran a spin cycle, and the unit would trip during high spin. I was able to replicate it consistently. I disassembled the machine and examined all the wiring. I did not find any issues with any of the wiring or connections, and all components tested fine. I plugged the unit into another outlet to rule out the outlet being the issue. I found the washer was not tripping in high spin while using another outlet. At this point, it appears that the problem is with the breaker. I called saftey to document my findings 7740994683. No water leaks observed during service"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=38 degrees and RC=45 degrees on the coldest setting. I pulled the unit out and checked the harness and tested the amp draw at the compressor. I found .4amps at the compressor and the harness had no breaks in the wires. I gained access to the evaporator and f9und no frost pattern. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV drier and tested the system with nitrogen and found no leaks in the system. Installed 68g of R600 refrigerant and allowed it to equalize. Tested the unit and found a good frost pattern and the unit is beginning to cool. I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing items back inside. However, no water could be evacuated. I drained the water with a shop vac and gained access to the drain pump, and found a small piece of glass lodged in the impeller. The glass had not caused any damage. I also found that the heating element was measuring open. I replaced the heating element and ran a service test mode on the dishwasher. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking at the bottom of the refrigerator again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the same thing is happening as before.Where water is leaking from the freezer section onto the floor. I did confirm the customers complaint and found ice build up underneath the drawers in the freezer. I checked the back and found the clog was not from the train tube in the back. I gained access to the evaporator and found ice buildup inside of the drip pan and drain hole under the evaporator. I went ahead and called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7741025503. He advised to clear out all ice and debris and to dry up as much moisture off the drip pan as possible. I steamed out all the ice and was able to clear the clog. I tested it by pouring some hot water into the drip pan and found water flowing to the drip tray under the machine. I reassembled the unit and the unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for unit shacking very roughly.Ran quick wash found unit does move and shake in place. Removed back panel and found back right shock was not snapped in place. Replaced shock and made sure secured properly. No leaks present at the time job completed

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood fan not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the light and blower and found the blower does not turn on. I gained access to the switch and harness and when moving the harness, I found the blower will turn on. I inspected the harness further and found the black wire from the switch to the multiconnector was not fully inserted to the connector. Once I adjusted the harness and connector, i retested and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to test the oven for ignition issues. Turned the oven on to 350?F and heard the igniter attempting to ignite, but the oven did not light. Removed the bake burner cover to access the igniter and found that the bake igniter was not screwed in all the way, causing it to be too far from the bake burner to ignite properly. Tightened the igniter screws to secure it closer to the bake burner, tested the unit, and it ignited immediately. Job complete. No gas leaks detected, and no parts were used."

Upon arrival customer stated she ran 2 cycles and on the 3rd one, when the cycle was completed, there was a loud grumbling noise that did not go away unless unit was unplugged. Applied power to the unit, drain pump immediately engaged and customer confirmed that is the grumbling noise she heard. Unit has a pressure system fault. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Pressure switch on the control is faulty and will need to be replaced. Ordering control, no parts installed. "WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for unit not starting. Upon arrival, unit is flashing F3E1 water level sensor fault. Proceeded to expose control board and found disconnected connection to the pressure sensor (picture attached). Reconnected and resecured connections and connection cover. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts needed. No one available to sign"

Arrived onsite for customer getting no water notifications during cycle. Ran diagnostics and found stored error code F8/e1 long fill. Ran individual test on all valves and found slow flow. Customer stated recently water was shut off to install a pressure regulator due to high pressure. Unit is installed on a pedestal shelf and will need two men to maneuver. Took pic. Will need to remove supply lines to check pressure and if pressure is good the valves will need to be replaced. Office to reschedule for two men. ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Upon arrival customer stated unit will trip breaker during the preheat cycle. Tested and verified issue, breaker trips after 2-3 minutes of the preheat running. Inspected terminal block, bonding strap between N and G have been removed. No broken or pinched wires, no evidence of any shorts. Unit is receiving proper voltage and correct polarity. Followed instructions on TSP (W11490386). Replaced control (W11696067), broil element (W10856603) and bake element (W11182108). Removed ground strap from terminal block and began a 500? bake cycle. Allowed unit to cycle for 35 minutes to condition relays on the new control, condition breaker and perform burn-off for new elements. After time expired, removed power from unit and reapplied the ground strap to the terminal block. During that time left the door open to let hot air escape. Started another bake cycle at 500?, starting temp was at 175?. Monitored unit for the next 20 minutes, breaker no longer trips and unit is now running as designed. Advised manager to let the units run an additional 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If breaker begins to trip again, replace the breaker. If breaker is still tripping, contact WPL for next steps. Contacted SAFETY to document SR#7740984430. Job complete."

Arrived on site for no power to unit. New unit new house found breaker tripped turned breaker back on. Allowed bake element to reach 400 degrees then allowed broil element to reach 400. Both broil and bake reached temperature without tripping breaker. Let unit 500 degrees unit successfully reached 500 degrees. Allowing unit to do a 1hr burn off. Customer will monitor and turn unit off after successful 1hr burn off. No parts used job job completed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not starting. Upon arrival customer stated at the end of her cycle, unit made a grinding noise constantly and had to remove power to make it stop. Now cycles wont start. Applied power to unit, found drain pump immediately engage and customer confirmed that is the noise. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Control has a faulty pressure switch. Proceeded to replace control (W11607637) and applied power to unit, drain pump no longer engages immediately. Ran a diagnostic cycle with all components properly engaging. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the main harness. Before replacing any parts, I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and using my multimeter, I placed my thermal coupler in the middle of the center rack. My preheat temp was 386 degrees. My next five readings were 392, 297, 407, 309, 381 for an average of 357.2 degrees. I advised the tenant of my findings and that the unit is operating as designed. Also advised the tenat that I was not replacing the main harness as there is no reason to do so due to the average temp being well within the manufacturer approved temperature range. Unit is operating as designed, job completed. No parts installed."
