I inspected the deli control and found the power harness corroded up and the pin on the control for the black wire broken off in the molex connector. I disconnected the harness and still had nothing turning on. I accessed the power supply and the main control and didnt have voltage to either one. I used my voltage pin to test the power cord and when I touched the cord the refrigerator powered up. I found the plug partially pulled out of the outlet and it would not push in the outlet correctly. Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the cam and the actuator. I tested the washer and it completed the service cycle working as designed. I also corrected the cold water line at the valve. I found it dripping very slowly because it was cross threaded when the hoses were installed. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and found the front left burner is not igniting properly and causing a large flame when it does ignite. I adjusted the burner head and retested several times and it continues to fail. I removed and replaced the burner head and retested and same results. I adjusted the burner head and retested and it is operating properly. I tested the oven Bake and found the ignitor is not igniting the burner properly. I gained access to the burner and ignitor and retested and found the ignitor has warped slightly and the arc is not making good contact. Arrived on site for a dishwasher. That is good news on the beeping at the customer when they were trying to use it. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit does not even fill with water and just makes an alarm sound. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E4 (float switch open) errr code. I gained access to the float switch and found water residue inside the float switch area. I remove the water and tested the unit again. Found the unit still showing a float switch open issue. I went ahead replaced the float switch and tested the unit. See you in it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. I did notice that the customer has oversuds inside of her dishwasher and did advisor to lessen the amount of soap used to use. The unit is working as design. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer. That is non-responsive. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does work most of the time, but that when they run several loads in a row, sometimes the unit will have a lit screen, and the touch buttons do not work with it. She advised that if she gives the unit an hour to two hours, itll turn back on and start working again. I checked the vac hose off the back of the unit and found part of the vent hose crunched. I tested the unit and found the unit tumbling and heating but did find an airflow issue within the unit. I did explain to the customer their issues with her airflow and that they are getting steam heating up into the user interface which is causing the control panel not to register any buttons being pressed. I did explain this is normal, but that they will need to fix their vent hose situation. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer being non responsive. Upon further inspection, I found the unit full of clothing and the door locked. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and the control panel failed to respond. Customer advised they checked the breakers and they were on. I found the breaker box in the laundry room and checked it and found the breaker tripped. When I cycled the breaker, the red indicator began to flash. I advised the customer that they should have the breakers checked and possibly replaced. Once I had the breaker reset, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Customer removed the clothing and I tested the unit in diagnostics. Unit is operating as designed. After testing, again, I recommended the customer have the breaker checked/replaced. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will go through most of the cycle but that it sometimes does not complete out the cycle. I found the unit stuck in the drain upon entry and canceled out the cycle. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F1 E1 (main control fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Due to the error codes, I went ahead and replaced the main control. Find the washer, unlevel and leaning towards the front left panel. I went ahead and adjusted the feet to level out the unit. I ran the unit through calibration cycle and then threw an auto test. Found the unit working an operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the issues with their main control, but did explain that off-balance loads will cause the unit to go into a drain mode and that they will have to cancel out that cycle in order to get the unit to start a new cycle. The customer was unaware of how to do that so I did show him. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit is now working as designed following the last service. Spoke with property manager. All checks good.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and is making loud noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit runs all right if there are no clothes in the washer. However, when the unit has closed in it, it goes off balance on every load. She advised that she has to run lighter loads in order to be able to get the unit to at least finish out the cycle. The customer had clothes in the washer and I ran the unit through a drain and spin. I confirmed the customers complaint and found that as the unit was starting to ramp up, the unit was going off-balance, and every which direction causing the basket to hit the side walls and start screeching. I gained access to the back and found the shocks worn, but still in place. I found part of the tub, starting to show signs of where, on the off-balance, and as I was spinning the rotor, I felt something stuck between the tub in the basket. I could not get the item removed and so I am ordering a full rebuild for this washer. "KCGS556ESS05 Arrived to inspect ignition issue. The only affected burner was the center one and while down within the detention area, it would not ignite every time. This being an issue specific to the dual burner valve assembly, I advised the customer to keep the knob pressed during rotation and the issue is fully corrected. The customer was able to perform the ignition in that manner and I advised it on all of the other burners as well. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for me about powering on at all. Inspected unit and will not respond. Verified supply voltage and found plug was not inserted All the way into socket. Secured plug and tested. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher not washing dishes. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found f4e3 in diagnostics. Found wash motor failing and replaced it. Tested unit and found dishwasher working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is frosting in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me exactly what was going on and we found frost buildup in the upper left-hand corner of the freezer section at the door. I found that the left-hand side of the door was not closing fully. I removed the door and check the slides. Found the left hand slide had not been fully pushed back at the factory. I adjusted the left-hand slide and tested the unit. Found the door opening and closing as designed with no air gaps present leading towards the frost buildup. I remove the frost up at the top of the freezer and advise the customer that they can either remove the rest of the frost or let it dissipate over the next few weeks. The unit is now working an operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator light not working. Upon further inspection, the customer opened the right RC door and the RC interior light failed to turn on. I closed the switch and let it pop open and the light came on. I found the switch is sticking and will need to be replaced. I tested the unit and it is operating as designed other than the switch. I am ordering the RC right door switch, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and CNOTE-SCHEDULE RETURN SERVICE WITH TICKET #408284 and scheduled return service for 04/24/24 at the customers request. Arrived onsite to install trim on refrigerator. On inspection the trim part was broken. Ordering new trim. ; ordrng 1 W10714136 (Trim)

Arrived on site for cooktop being scratched by previous tech and burners not working right. Replaced panel. Front left burner flame is uneven and center burner has large flame. Switched burner head and now all problems are in front center. Does not have a simmer orifice. Will need new burner head and will require proper orifice. Reset for wed pm. ; ordrng 1 W11428599 (Convertion kit lp) and 1 W11319683 (Burner head)

Arrived on site to install new mounting bracket in right side. Secured bracket and unit to cabinet test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for sparking. Test unit and found shorted doodle. Replaced diode test unit and unit test good unit heating correctly at this no sparking.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long/no fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit completed testing, but I noticed the water level not over the washplate when filling. The customer described the amount of clothing theyre putting into the unit which told me that shes not putting enough clothing into the unit and its not getting enough water which in turn is causing the unit to get off balance and not completing the cycle. Also found the customer is using too much detergent. I retested a few more times and each time I noticed the unit not getting enough water. I tilted the unit back and inspected the components underneath and found all components good. When I went to check the valve screens, I found the hot water valve, at the wall, was not turned on. Removed the hoses from the unit valve and inspected the valve screens and they are good and clear. Re-attached the hoses and retested the unit in diagnostics and this time the water level was correct and the unit completed testing. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for lights flickering. Found what seems like flickering on level 1. When switched to level 2 they are working normally. Called tech line. Level 1 has lower voltage and can appear to flicker but they are not. Working as designed. Call complete. File # 7738766335
