On arrival customer said unit does turn on, but had thrown an error when trying to start, and had soapy water coming out the front. Diagnostics showed no error codes present, but likely was an F8E4 for the float switch. I asked what soap customer was using, and they had used some gain dish soap and not dishwasher detergent, causing a huge amount of suds and foam. Unit has since evaporated the water and is working properly. Advised to use correct soap for unit. Repair completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for left front burner not igniting. Test unit and found burner was clogged with black suds due to unit not being converter to LP for 3 months. Unit is converted Now and customer was asking about suds all over the burner and large oven. Advised customer to try to clean as much as possible that we will not be able to replaced them. I cleaned the left front burner and burner igniting correctly at this time job complete.

Arrived on site to install new door gasket to resolve leaks / deformed gasket. Replaced gasket and tested. Verified good fitment with no gaps or issues. Repair completed.

Upon inspection I found that the knock out in the disposal was not removed causing the drain pump not to pump the water out of the unit causing the unit to think its flooded so it wouldnt start. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator dropping slabs of ice and filling the RC compartment with water. I examined the RC compartment and found water and ice slabs a 1/2 inch thick coming from the evaporator drain. I found the icemaker is also not fully twisting to drop ice cubes and double filling and leaking out. I replaced the icemaker to resolve this. I attempted to steam out the drain and found the drain was choked out with foam, and will not even allow steam to penetrare from either side. Called tech line and spoke with Andrew, SR7736349128.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I found the valve not functioning and allowing water to dispense into the reservoir. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and found the filter was past due to be replaced. "MVWC465HW3 Arrived to inspect noise during spin. Service test mode showed F2E3, as the only stored error code. Manual test mode, high speed spin revealed the unit would shift to spin mode and operate. I did not hear any unusual noises during manual testing and inspected the gear case area. I found the belt loose and there was some splutch chatter. As a precautionary measure, I replaced the belt, splutch and shifter and the capacitor for being right at the lower 5% allowable of its capacitance. Further inspection revealed the F2E3 returned after clearing codes and the unit would not calibrate. The harness connector for the left-most switch, the Soul Level was not fully seated. After correcting, the code self-cleared and I was able to calibrate the unit. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"WSR57R18DM05 Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier, after evacuating the system. I pressurized to 140 psi of N and checked for leaks. There were no signs of any leaks at any of the accessible joints and I charged the unit and monitored. After 10 min of run time, I re-checked the evaporator with UV light and found a pinhole leak at the upper left side of the evaporator, within the finned seen. I removed and replaced the evaporator and re-charged the system. The unit operated as designed, no water connections to the unit."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not draining during use. On arrival unit was switched off. Powered on unit and was able to get it to drain. Filled and tested again and this time motor ran, but did not drain. Cycled and repeated and unit drained successfully several times. Since drain motor is running, only other possibility is that the check ball in the diverter is sticking due to buildup in the unit. I advised customer to run some cleaner through it several times to remove buildup and keep the check ball moving. Sump is not available to replace if the cleaning does not resolve. Customer will clean unit and use.

"MDB8959SKB0 Arrived to inspect leak from tub. A prior company had been about and claimed the tub was leaking. I found the area and verified no leaks, through four complete service mode tests. The two deficiencies found were the drain line was incorrectly routed through the outside of the left rear leg, causing he rubber connector portion of the line to kink, which is known to be an issue that can cause overflow conditions. Secondly, the OWI sensor was not fully installed and I could see the seal, which was supposed to be at least 1/4 within the sump housing and not visible. I corrected the two issues and tested. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for center burner would blow it self out when igniting. On inspection the large flame would take 5 servings Belford it would try to lite. When it lit it would blow it self out. The simmer had no issue. I took the dual burner apart and adjusted the position of the igniter. The flame lights form the right going left. It was trying to light the flame left going right and would not ignite until the gas mad it way around the burner to where the igniter was. Then there would be a small explosion and the flame would go out. The unit is open as designed now and no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell. Test unit and no leaks detected from unit or regulator. Found leak coming from shutoff valve. Customer took a video of leak detector going off at valve and not going off at regulator. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is not cooling in either compartment. Customer said unit did not cool for 3 days, then randomly started cooling again. I examined the unit and found FC set to max, but won't drop under 10 degrees, RC around 40. I checked the compressor and it's scalding hot and also rattling. On further inspection found the compressor severely rusting out as well. Didn't see rust anywhere else on initial inspection. I advised the customer we need to replace the rattling / failing compressor, drier, defrost timer. "Arrived on site for refrigerator. That is still intermittently parents off off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit worked for about five weeks before stopping cooling again they advised that theres no specific time that it happens but that temperatures in the refrigerator will get up to the 50s before the unit recalls and starts working again. Found temperature in the freezer and refrigerator sections at 1?F and 40?F. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7736349133. He had me run it amp draw off the compressor to confirm that there was not an issue with the sealed system. Found the unit measuring 9.2 to 9.35 A while running. He advised that this was perfect. I did check the compressor and did not find it overheating. He advised that based on all of our service done on this unit that the most likely issue would be with the user interface.

"WDF330PAHB0 Arrived to inspect dishwasher not completing cycles. There no stored error codes and service test mode showed all functions to be present and operating as expected. I did find the drain line was too low, right at the level of the bottom of the sink basin. Due to the description of the issue and my findings during testing, the drain likely backed up during operation due to the incorrect drain line installation and I corrected, verifying the drain line now is routed up the the level of the top of the left drain basin. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

The customer also advised that the lid does not seem to be sitting flush with the cabinet. Found that the washer top was not aligned with the cabinet. Remove the screws out of the top and realigned the top to fit properly over the cabinet. Plug the unit in and found the unit immediately go into a drain. Attempted to get the unit to stop draining, but was unsuccessful and because the unit was draining, the lid would not unlock. Found an F9. E1 (long drain) error code. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven with no power. Upon further inspection, the customer provided photos of the unit control panel showing error codes F6E1 and F9E0. Customer advised that they cycled power at the breaker 3-4 times and after getting the error codes the unit never came back on. I removed the control panel and tested the fuse and found it bad. I removed and replaced the fuse and cycled power and the unit came on and began showing the mentioned error codes. I cleared the codes in diagnostics and before I could begin testing, the F9E0 error came on again. I pulled the unit out onto my oven dolly and tested the control and found from PX1-1 to PX3-2, I had a constant 240V. I cleared the code and tested the unit in Bake at 340 and tested voltage to the bake element and hood no voltage and then the error code came back on.I removed and replaced the main control and tested and found the thermostat is bad. I removed and replaced the thermostat and retested and unit is operating as designed. Retested unit while packing up tools and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is tripping the breaker as soon as it is plugged in. I found the dryer neutral wire connected to chassis ground with the power cord ground causing the issue. I moved the neutral wire to the neutral lug on the terminal block and tested the dryer. The unit no longer trips the breaker and it is heating and tumbling as designed. After leaving the job I talked with the previous tech and he thinks he didnt connect the sensor bar harness. I let CS know and called the customer letting her know and what would happen if the harness wasnt connected and explained that she could use it in time dry until we get back to correct it. "WRS325SDHZ01 Arrived to inspect no ice. FC temperature was -5?F and RC was 36?. I found the ice maker within the unit was an after market and it had failed internally, having two electrical failure points, viably within the gear head assembly. I verified valve actuation, but there was a mass of ice within the fill tube and it will need to be cleared. Further inspection revealed the RC door, bottom right corner had shipping debris within it and it was incorrectly adjusted as well. The debris and position allowed excessive room airflow to circulate through the unit, likely the reason for the now second, ice maker failure. All issues with the door and cabinet alignment were corrected, returning tech may need to remove ice from ice maker fill tube. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for unit starts then stops and gives error code. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got F7-E1 tachometer missing or wrong signal. Arrived on site to test unit for freezer frosting up. Found top of door gasket was not sealing causing air leak. Heated and formed gasket with heat gun. Unit now sealing as designed. Advised to leave door closed for at least 2hrs to allow gasket to form properly. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice correctly per customer on arrival. Upon arrival confirmed complaint found cause of failure was ice guide not being swapped over when ice door was replaced. Rescheduled customer for 05/13/23 to complete repairs with new ice guide WPW10435760.; ordrng 1 WPW10435760 (Ice guide)

Arrived onsite for dryer not drying well and was able to determine poor airflow the cause of the failure. Advised on correcting the issue and having the duct cleaned and appropriately installed without crushing to allow for proper airflow. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is no longer heating. Upon inspection I found that the unit had no airflow with the vent tube connected and with it off full air flow returned. Up further inspection I found that the heating element had separated. I replace the element and advise the cx to have the vents clean. Cx agreed and I replace the heating element and tested the unit and found that the unit is now heating as designed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has frost occurring in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit stopped cooling in the refrigerator section and then began to frost all over the evaporator cover in the freezer. She had unplugged it after this happened due to calling in for service. Found the unit completely defrosted upon entry. Send access to the evaporator and check the heater for resistance. Found proper resistance. Checked the freezer harness for any of the fuses to be open. Found them both within range and showing they were not blown. Replaced the evaporator thermistor and control and tested the unit. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for loud noise. Found idler was seized and rollers were not spinning freely. Also found blower wheel was broken and when heated would cause grinding noise. Replaced all 5 rollers, idler, belt and blower wheel. Unit now working as designed.

Arrived on site for fridge shutting off . Customer had video of unit flashing on and off . Happens randomly . Been a few day since last time it did that .ran diagnostics. Couldnt duplicate power outage . Compressor pulling .9 to 1 amp. Found a bad solder weld on control . Replaced control . Reran all tests again. All tests passed . No water leaks detected at this time
