Arrived on site for unit not cooling in fridge section. Inspected unit found frosting inside freezer evaporator frozen over took pictures sent to supervisor. Inspected unit some more found ice frost pattern coming down from ice maker water dispenser. Also noticed ice maker on but no ice and no water in tray. De thawed unit and vacuumed up all water and wiped floor and freezer inside down. Installed fill tube extension at ice maker water dispenser and used permagum to secure and waterproof extension. Unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. Both cabinets are now cooling. No leaks present at this time job completed

"Arrived onsite for concerns about unit not operating properly. found unit operating as designed with no error codes. However as customer explained it became clear customer has not grasped or retained the key differences in interface from historical washer designs which had been previously thoroughly explained and written out by previous technicians including myself which has resulted in very little use of the product and a general unwillingness or inability to take the prescribed corrective actions for resumed normal use. There are no stored error codes. This is a customer satisfaction issue and the product is installed correctly and operating within the design specs. The primary concerns at play are that customer may not be actuating the start button consitently when pressing, as well as no confidence to correct and restart an off-balance load as they occur. Unable to document with techline at time of service."

I gained access the the drain pump and found that it was clogged with debris, which was preventing from draining. I removed the drain pump and filter and removed the clog. I reasembled the drain pump and made an adjustment to the clamps and service hose position. I reassembled and tested the machine. It is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

I started the burn off process by removing the ground connection and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. I measured approx 16-17 amps from each element. I replaced the thermal fuse and gave customer information on how to prevent it from occurring. I suspect the fuse blew due to the gasket being flattened at the top.
