Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still freezing product on the shelf above the deli drawer. I tested the temp on that shelf and it was at 28 degrees. I tested the temp at the RC thermistor and it was at 37 degrees. The compressor was off but the fans were running. I tested the FC temp and it was at -4 degrees. I could feel no air leaking from the dampener but I could feel some air leaking from the side of the refrigerator between the liner and the ice container. I could not tell where the container gasket or the dispenser gasket was not sealing but I could feel air. I called techline and spoke Joe SR# 7739118565. Joe advised checking the condenser for being clogged and to check the value of the FC thermistor to make sure it is in range and not keeping the compressor running. I found the condenser clear and with just the usual dust on it. I found the voltage out of the control at 3.52VDC and the and my temperature probe reading -1 degrees. The thermocouple read 23.48k ohms. The thermistor is in range. I turned the icemaker off and asked the customer to check and see if the water container freezes now. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats tripping the breaker. The maintenance team moved the refrigerator to apartment 250 because it would not stop tripping. I found the unit not powered up. I powered it up and ran all test in diagnostics and cycled the icemaker. The breaker never tripped. I let it run its regular functions and it didnt trip. When getting ready to leave maintenance stated it tripped. I started testing again and the unit would trip a few seconds after it was powered on. I started isolating components and it would still trip then it stopped tripping and started working correctly again. I started checking all the harnesses and I found a pinched spot on one of the wires in the lower harness. I took a photo. I never could get the unit to trip the breaker again after moving the wire. The cabinet was not set correctly and there was a significant mis-alignment of the doors. The FC gasket was contacting the cabinet, but at the top, it was fully expanded and allowing too much thermal transfer. I corrected the issue and squared the cabinet. I advised the maintenance personnel that the apartment was humid, which can cause excessive sweating of the refrigerator gasket areas and they may need to service the HVAC system to bring the humidity to a more manageable condition. Replaced main and retested still no function but is now getting voltage. Verified source flow. Replaced water valve and unit is now functioning correctly job complete. No leaks detected during service. Installed w11210459 and w11124783

Arrived on site to test unit no answer at the door. Called customer and he said they had told him we would be there between 8-12. He will need to reschedule office will need to reschedule ; O-emld tckt

"Arrrived onsite for unit not cooling. Upon arrival unit was unplugged. Powered unit and compressor rattles and no signs of refrigerant flow thru evaporator. Can also hear hissing from cap tube near lokring at evaporator. Unit will need sealed system repair. Aluminum cap tube, 134a. Ordering compressor, evaporator , dryer, access valve and lokring kit. Office to schedule 2hr sealed system repair. ; ordrng 1 W11209866 (Compressor) and 1 W11407409 (Evaporator) and 1 Lokringkit (Lokring kit) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Dye drier)"

Arrived on site for range needing w1077916 element. Upon arrival confirmed issue and installed part. During test found control w1165552 also failing and replaced it tested unit and found range working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for sparking burning smell. Customer was under the impression unit was under a 10yr warranty. Advised customer cabinet and magnetron are the in out parts covered. Customer denied service and stated they will be calling Maytag and/or purchasing new unit. No service provided. No fee collected. No parts replaced at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer with F0E7 error. Tested unit and found it does progress for me, but restarting brings it back to a clean washer cycle. Service pointer for maytag units also references this error, and it gets resolved with a software update. Advised customer to install whirlpool app and set up with washer to push software update. When ur an the unit I heard it clicking on the bottom end. Found nothing loose and slider seemed fine. Advised to follow up if error / clicking gets worse and we can replace the bottom end (rotor / stater / gearcase / slider) at once. Unit should work as designed with software update. Repair completed."
