"Arrived on site for a range that is burning items in the oven. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise it after they use the oven on Easter Sunday, the unit has been completely over cooking everything that they put in there and then it errors out and will stop cooking. Around the unit to diagnostics and found an F6 E1 (oven over-temperature) error code. I tested both elements and found both them working. Per the tech sheet I replaced the control, but I also replaced the oven sensor as well just in case. I tested the unit at 350?F and found temperatures fluctuate between 405?F and 321?F, averaging a temperature of 366?F. I did advise the customer that that is a little high and did adjust the oven temperature down in calibration down 15?. I found that the model and serial information would not transfer over to the new control or user interface. I attempted to try to update those controls and found nothing was working. Arrived onsite for MW making a noise. On inspection I could hear a noise when the MW first and when it ends the noise appears. On further the vent flap was scraping the plume when it open and when it closed. The plume needs to be a little bigger for the new MW. The MW is operating as designed and no parts were installed.

Arrived onsite for range with a gas smell. On inspection found no gas smell. Talking with the customer she said the unit is brand new and the first time she was using it when she smelled the gas smell. I asked if she was using the cooktop or the oven she said oven. Information her that she was probably smelling the oils from the manufacturer when the are milling the metal and it takes a few use to get rid of the smell. I did not smell any gas at all during the service. She said that she has not smelled the gas for a few days. Then she pointed out that one of the grates were cracked. Ordering grates. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a bottom drawer that is seemingly dragging a little bit. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that he knew it might be normal, but just wanted to check on the freezer drawer to make sure that it was sliding in and out properly. I did confirm the slot Drawer was sliding in and out properly and did explain that part of what he may be hearing is due to the excess weight of the door since they have a wooden cabinet panel on the front. I moved the stacked unit back in place and tested the washer and dryer. Both are working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. "Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Unit is not hooked up to water and is missing a pump to tub hose. Ran diagnostic cycle, valves energized, pump energized, unit agitated and spun properly. Advised manager to order tub to pump hose and connect unit to water to test if the cause of the leak was the missing hose. Unit is running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on site to replace kickplate clips. Replaced both clips test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for valve not shutting off. Inspected valve and found hot water side completely packed with sediment and hard water buildup. Replaced valve (W11513255) and tested, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"On arrival verified complaint of not working. Visual inspection found grid cutter physically broken. End of wire looks damaged by heat not physical strike, ran diag test and found water level sensor has failed. Will need to replace on return ordering 1x grid cutter. spoke to butch at TL 7739135973 to document multiple grid cutter failures. Unit will need grid cutter and recirc pump on return. Reschedule for 5/27 no parts installed ; ordrng 1 W10919199 (Grid cutter)"

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found breaker was tripped. Reset breaker and tested unit. Unit now working as designed. Advised homeowner to have contractor replace faulty breaker. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer frosting up and making a loud noise. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=16 degrees. When I placed the unit in diagnostics, I found the UI missing digits. I forced a defrost on the unit in test 38 and disassembled the FC section and found the FC drawer brackets broken and ice/frost on the evap cover. Removed the ice/frost debris and removed the evap cover and found ice across the top of the evaporator (photos). I found the evap motor engulfed in ice and removed the ice from around the fan blades. I found the defrost element not heating due to a burnout on the right side of the element. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested the fan in test 3 and the fan motor failed to come on. I tapped on the fan motor and it would intermittently turn on. Also found the right RC door gasket torn; the ice bin door gasket badly crimped; and the ice maker housing fascia gate warped and would not open/close. When the unit went out of defrost mode, I found the evap producing a good frost pattern. I am ordering the UI, HV control, evap fan motor blades, FC bracket set, ice maker housing fascia, ice bin door, fill tube heater, right RC door gasket and CNOTE-2HR JOB. Also ordering a CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION FOR PARTS. Office to schedule return service and no water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11668671 (Bracket set) and 1 W10864261 (UI) and 1 W11637688 (Fascia) and 1 W10407212 (Right RC door gasket) and 1 WP67006337 (Fan blade) and 1 WPW10589838 (HV control) and 1 CNOTE (2HR JOB) and 1 W11171728 (Ice bin door) and 1 WPW10554299 (Fill tube heater) and 1 CNOTE (AUTHORIZATION FOR PARTS)"

On arrival Verified complaint of noise in agitate and water constantly dripping into unit. Verified water pressure is good and replaced water valve assy. Ran diag test and found all components are opertional but does have a knock during agitate. Replaced gearcase and unit no long makes knocking sound. Calibrated unit and verified unit is now functioning correctly. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Installed w11454372 and w11038689

Arrived onsite and installed the heater assembly. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. W11650661

"Arrived on site to test unit for not tumbling. Unit is receiving proper voltage, tested sensors found thermal fuse reading open. Replaced thermal fuse (WP3392519) and tested, unit is now tumbling and heating. Vent test is showing good airflow. Unit is running as designed, job complete."
