Arrived onsite for a refrigerator building up ice at the top of the FC by the door gasket. I found an air gap at the top of the FC door gasket on the right side about 6 inches long causing the issue. I removed the ice from the FC and used my heat gun and reshaped the gasket and it is sealing properly now. I explained to the customer to leave the door closed so the gasket will cool down and stay in shape and continue to seal properly. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making noise. The customer stated the unit will make a loud buzzing noise at times. I was able to duplicate the noise when applying pressure to the high side condenser line and the customer confirmed it was the noise they are hearing. I put a bend in the line keeping it away from the compressor pan and the noise went away. I leveled the refrigerator and the unit still sounded normal. The customer will monitor and call back if the noise returns. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. I forced a harvest and found no water entering the mold. I found correct voltage to the fill valve and the valve was humming but wasnt opening. I replaced the valve and retested in a forced harvest. The mold filled with water and it worked as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. I found the RC temp at 62 degrees and the FC temp at -4 degrees. I found the RC set at 37 and the FC set at -6. I changed the FC temp to 0 degrees. I found the RC thermistor reading at 39 degrees and way out of range. I found no ice on the thermistor. I found the RC evaporator thermistor incased in frost and reading 44 degrees. The evaporator was mostly clear but the drip pan was frozen in ice because the drain was restricted. I cleared the ice and the drain. I replaced the evaporator cover and tested the unit. The unit is cooling down and working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for oven heating up the house. On interior the customer was saying that the heat was completely out the bottom of the ovens that she could feel 4 to 5 feet away. She had both ovens on to 400? I inform the customer that the unit has 2 fans that will come on full speed when using both units. This is how the unit is designed to operate. The unit is operating as designed.

". Arrived onsite for washer leaking and making a loud noises during spin cycle. On inspection found the unit had oil on all the sides of the washer. Installed a new gear case, clutch and slider. Calibrated the unit and reran diagnostic mode on unit. There water marks on the front of the unit, while in diagnostics mode the water being dispense into the washer was close to going out the front. Found calcium buildup where the water is dispensed into the tub making a ramp for the water. Replaced dispenser, these units have know issue to leak out the dispenser. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making noise and not progressing cycles. Customer said it happens when starting and going into rinse sometimes. I tested the unit and after a couple tries confirmed an abnormal sound that sounded like the belt was stretching out and coming off the pulley, likely due to actuator not fully engaging or disengaging. Customer said if they rotate the basket it'll pop and go back to working. I replaced the belt cam and actuator to resolve. Could not duplicate noise after. Repair completed."

The RC door opening, at the lower right side, had substantial gapping and I was able to re-form the metal and use MFG approved sealant to fully seal and correct the issue. I removed the excessive frost from the FC chamber, ensuring full air flow and tested. The unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a squeaking and rattling noise when the RC door is opened. I made sure the unit was level and tightened the lower right side hinge assembly and now the unit makes no noise when either door is opened and closed. Call complete.

Found water pressure good to insolation valve but couldnt get water past isolation valve using hose bypass. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and both water hoses disconnected from the unit with the water turned off at the wall. Also found stickers on the left side at the control panel and lid (photo). When I went to reconnect the hoses, I found the hot valve wiggling back and forth. I removed the control panel and inspected the valve and found the hot valve broken (photo). I removed and replaced the valve and reconnected the hoses and turned the water and found no water leaks at the valve. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The water dispensed into the tub with no leaks at the valve. When the unit began to drain, I found water coming from underneath the unit on the right side (photo). I tilted the unit back and found, where the drain pump mounts to the tub, the tub is cracked (photos). I drained the remaining water from the tub and customer placed towels around the unit to catch any water that might still leak.
