WRS555SIHZ03 arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon arrival I placed the unit into service mode and ran the ice maker harvest test and the unit passed. Ran the ice maker fill test and the unit passed. Inspected the ice maker and found a mass of ice on the bail arm. Removed the ice and tested and the operational test was successful. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and tested amp draw at the heating circuit. I found 8 amps on the heater circuit and verified the unit heating properly. I instructed the customer to use rinse aid to help the drying process. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying dishes properly. Upon arrived the customer was running the washer and when it cam to the end of the cycle the heater kicked on. Upon further inspection I found that the dispenser was leaking rinse aid. I inspected the sensor and found that it was a little cloudy so I replaced it and tested the ui and found the unit operating as designed no leaks. I then advised the customer on detergent pod use and also to run the hot water at the tap before running the unit.

Arrived onsite for a DW with a upper rack that will not stay in place when you adjusted it. Upon arrived I found this to be true I replaced the adjusters and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a dryer that has a Loose front pane at the bottom. Upon inspection I found this to be true I was able to reattached the pan with screws. I tested the unit to make sure that nothing else was wrong with the unit and found the unit operating as designed

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a noise when running. Upon arrival I found that the back panel of the unit was left off presumably by the tech from another company that came out before us. I waited it the unit began running and found that the condenser fan was making contact with the shroud adjuster it till the noise want away. Unit is operating as designed

Talked to MS who will follow up with the customer. I was not able to link either of these failures to the F2E3 code since other components passed diagnostic test. Arrived on site to follow up on microwave oven combo that was not cooking properly and throwing an F9E0 error still. Replaced new console and tested. Found unit still throwing the F9E0. I found 1 wire that had split between the panels that I repaired. Error still present. Called tech line and found that the K3 relay and K11 relay connectors were backwards. Reversed connectors and tested. Verified all working as designed. Repair completed.

KUIX535HPS00 Arrived for poor ice production. I found the intake for the condenser was plugged and removed the debris and verified good airflow. Further testing revealed the circulation pump/water level sensor assembly W11542867 was malfunctioning and did not sense the lower water level. The pump was also the version covered in Technical Service Pointer #: W11623132 Rev. A and required replacement. All normal functions of the unit resumed. No leaks observed during service.

"MVW7232HW0 Arrived to inspect power loss. I found the unit would not respond to any commands and could not be put into service test mode. Accessing the control, I verified line VAC to it and then tested the drain pump for resistance, showing 20.7 ohms. I jumped the drain pump to remove water from the unit and then jumped the lid lock, after verifying it was intact, resistance wise, via the replacement control and pre-injected the model and S/N into it. All loads showed the expected resistances and I found no shorts to ground. Inspection of the gear case revealed loss of oil and the teeth showed wear in the rotor, suggesting possible rotor lockup during agitate and potentially the cause for the control HV failure. The clutch electromagnetic assembly had signs of potential oil incursion as well. Returning tech will install the gear case, slider, clutch and rotor prior to installing the control. I removed the wash plate to ensure no further installation issues upon return. "MVW5035MW0 Arrived to inspect failing during cycle. The customer started the unit in normal mode and within less than a minute, it illuminated the done indicator and shut off. The motor could be heard to expectedly twitch lightly and then the lid should have locked, but did not and more importantly, did not attempt to lock. From prior experience on this chassis, this may indicate an early-cycle failure to read the expected shifter/cam position and can cause the observed failure. I inspected the shifter area and found slight indication of missed engagements within the cam teeth. Inspecting the shifter, I found and repaired an issue with the circuit and switch board moving within the housing. The unit operated as designed within every subsequent service and customer mode testing. If further issues persist, contact tech GC for further instructions. Notably, the unit fails at several month/week intervals, approximately 20 loads or so, per customer report. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a cooktop with a gas leak. I used my leak detector and found a leak at the regulator on the manifold side. I found the regulator only screwed on about four threads. I repaired that connection and tested again finding gas coming out of the box at the manifold pipe after the unit had been on a while. I turned the gas off and let the LP clear then turned it back on checking the orifices from left to right. All the orifices showed no leaks until I got to the right rear then the detector picked up a leak and gas started migrating to the left side. Im ordering all manifold and valve parts for this repair. On arrival replaced the temp sensor per previous diag by GP Ran test cycle again and unit did not heat past 225 set at 350. During this test it preheated and then said to insert food. Opened and closed door. Verified probe placement and hit start. 5 min in and the UI fails. Verified voltage to the ui is 14VDC under load. Reached out to service management and was advised to replace both the main and the ui at the same time. Ordering W11375458 console. Used temp probe but unable to verify probe in service mode. Advised to collect on return after further checks completed. Rescheduled for 10/25; ordrng 1 W11375458 (Console)

Arrived on site with parts for timer. Customer had vents professionally cleaned. Removed control panel. Removed and replaced timer and knob. Found unit was not heating. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Upon inspection I found that then icemaker was turned off I turned it on and it cycled but the tube that brings the water into the unit was not inserted into the ice maker properly. I corrected this and cycled the icemaker again and found that the water flow was low. I gained access to to the water feed line and found that is had a small kink in it. After removing the kink the water flow returned to normal. Unit is operating as designed

"I dont say for a washing machine that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise. The unit does have power but that it is making the same grinding sound as it did before. She advised that it lasted about 3 to 4 washes before the noise came back. I checked underneath the unit and found the cover had lost one of its screws, indicating the gear case is no longer able to hold the screws. Ordering the gear case and the cover shield for repair. "John site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the last repair, the unit ran for 4-5 months without having an issue up until recently. Did confirm the customers complaint and found a defrost issue inside of the refrigerator. Due to the last repair, I am ordering the defrost heater assembly and evaporator thermistor for repair. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, per the manufacturer testing requirements, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 351. My next four readings were 380, 336, 384, 327 for an average temp of 356.75 which is within range of temperature readings on a setting of 350 degrees. Based off my temp readings, the unit is operating as designed and no repairs are needed at this time. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found it not dispensing water. I removed the lower drawers and shelf to gain access to,the evaporator cover. Removed the outer cover and found the fan scroll not sealing at the air tower causing the cold air from the evaporator to escape and hit the reservoir and freeze it. Using my steamer, I heated the reservoir and retested the water dispenser and it is operating as designed. I found the fill tube frozen and removed the ice and tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. Using the permagum that was prescreened for this call, I sealed the gap between the scroll and air tower and tested the RC evap fan in diagnostics and the gap is completely sealed. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

WTW4855HW3 arrived on site to inspect washing machine not working. Upon arrival I placed the unit into service diagnostic mode. No error codes. Tested the unit and all components activated except for the pump. Inspected all connections and found them all seated properly. Looked at the ui and found that the lights werent working. Cycled power to the unit to get the control panel to work. Checked and had proper voltage. Found that the controls would become inoperable randomly. Replaced the main control board. Tested the unit and all components are working as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

KDTE254EBL2 arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Removed and replaced the upper and lower spray arms. Operational test successful with no water leaks observed during service.

I checked the compressor and found that it was hot, I checked the frost pattern and found that only the very top of the Eva had any frost. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a gasket that is falling off. Upon arrival I I found that the actuator issue was that the chassis was coming apart at the bottom. I connected tech line and documented my findings with Chris sr#7737580019. And was advised to have the customer contact customer service and go from there

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival the was no one home we reached out to the customer and got no answer I waited 10mins and still no one showed. I the. Moved one

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a grinding noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that this is true upon future inspection I found that the belt had fallen off and did dang to itself and the cam I replaced both and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

Arrived on site for not cooling correctly. Upon arrival inspected unit. RC is cool but not cold enough and FC is cold but not freezing. Ran diagnostics and all components passed. Ice container is full of ice. Found entire evaporator except heater are encased in ice. Defrost is operating correctly. Found freezer is stuffed with food packaging and 2 of the shelves have liners that reach the rear panel and blocking the vents. Unit ha improper air flow. Cleared all ice with blower and steamer. Advised customer to shorten the length of shelf liners and be sure they do not extend pass the glass shelves. Powered unit back on and confirmed perfect frost pattern on evaporator. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for door locked and not opening . Ran diagnostics, found drain pump had failed. Replaced drain pump ran diagnostics and found when pump had failed it had burned out one of the wires in connection on harness on pump. Replaced spade on wire . Re ran diagnostics. Arrived on site for range tripping breaker . Ran broil and didnt trip breaker . Ran reg bake and unit tripped breaker . Found nothing wrong with harness . Replaced bake and broil elements . Still tripping breaker . Ran amp checks . 10 amps at bake and both L1 and L2 . Then tripped when broil came on . Ran broil bye itself 14 amps at element and 14 at block . Recommended replacing breaker . Job complete
