The unit will run fine for the first half the wash cycle and then they will make the noise. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through two diagnostic cycles and could not get the machine to replicate any abnormal noises. I did advise the customer that he did have a few things that were impeding the spray arms, and that couldve been causing an abnormal rubbing and grinding sound. "Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the tenant provided a video of the noise which sounded like the cam grinding. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-basket speed fault. Cleared the code and manually tested the spin mode and found the motor comes on but the basket doesnt spin. I tilted the unit back and found the belt not on the pulleys and the pulley shield damaged. Removed the shield and found the cam pulley nut loose. I removed the cam pulley and found the cam teeth badly stripped due to the pulley nut being loose and the pulley not making good contact with the cam. I removed and replaced the cam assembly and belt and reassembled the unit and calibrated the unit. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use to the tenant. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

It was assumed the smell was coming from the water heater. After a visit from the gas company the gas company had stated the dryer, across the hall, was leaking after a pressure test. Ran checks on dryer and could not find any leaks from the wall , supply line or the unit itself. Tested multiple times with the customer on hand. "WRT138FFDB01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the issue was the unit would trip the breaker, shortly after plugging in, when the compressor would attempt to start. I replaced the start device and tested. The unit ran as expected and did not re-trip the breaker during the rest of the service call. After several minutes of run time, the compressor was drawing .62 amps and the unit began cooling. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently having problems starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any store in error codes. Around the unit through an auto test twice and could not get the unit to fault. Checked Internet, the washer and found all connections were good and no evidence of any oil, leaks or anything. I started numerous cycles with being able to start the washer each and every time. I had the customer attempt to start a cycle and found that the customer was not pushing in the start button completely. I did advise the customer of the service pointer (W11679421) referencing the intermittent issue with the start button. I did explain to the customer that this is normal operation, but that the customer will need to push in on the middle of the push to start button firmly and hold it for five seconds prior to releasing it. I also advised her that she will need to release her finger as quickly as possible as, releasing the button slowly can also have an effect on being able to start the unit. I advised the customer that this is normal operation and how the unit is designed. I had the customer start several cycles prior to leaving and to confirm if the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

Also found the burner had the incorrect burner cap. The front right burner is the same as the front left and I took the burner cap from the right and placed it on the left and retested and found the ignitor not arcing now. Adjusted the ignitor and retested and it continued to fail. I raised the cooktop and found the ignitor harness badly crimped and found the wires broken inside. I straightened the harness and retested and it continued to fail. I am ordering the burner cap kit and front left ignitor/harness and scheduled return service for 02/12/24. The front are all out and the back are all the way up and the unit still is hitting the front of cabinet. Called WP tech line and he had me look at a service pointer to make sure it was not the issue and it was not. He said to change out the cabinet but was not sure that it would fix the issue. We have change all the moving parts in the unit and it has not helped out the issue. I dont see changing out the cabinet will help because I do not seeing anything wrong with the cabinet. Arrived onsite for a Washer that is agitates violently. Upon arrival I the customer was using the water and I also found. The unit out of plastic (see photos) and the customer available me that there complete it that the unit maker noise when in use. Upon testing the unit I found some noise coming for the back panel I adjusted it as the was a gap at the bottom which helped. I checked under the unit and found a detergent cap under the unit too which could have been contributing to the noises. I leveled the unit and put it back inline with the dryer and ran a quick wash cycle the drain and spin

"On arrival verified complaint of no heat. Checked during cycle and igniter glows but no flame. Disassembled and checked amp of igniter was 4amps good. Checked flame sensor and found it good and was a closed circuit. Checked the coils and found one coil is OL. Replaced burner assy and retested unit. Unit now heats correctly and all operational tests are good, job complete no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to replace scratched door. Replaced right side door. Job complete

"GI0FSAXVY012 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found water flow sufficient and the ice maker had recently cycled and was correctly filled with water. The FC was -2 and the unit appeared to be cooling normally. I found the RH RC gasket was badly torn and a source of constant airflow. I am ordering the RH RC door gasket and the upper fan and damper, if required upon return service. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W10830055 (RH RC Gasket) and 1 WPW10162697 (Fan Motor) and 1 WPW10127427 (Damper)"

Arrived onsite for a washer that seems to be filling too much for the amount of clothes that is in the unit. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found the unit operating as designed I call tech and spoke to them of my findings and they determined that the unit is operating as designed. First callSr#7738131445 I relaid this to the customer and they were not happy with this out come I called Second time and spoke to Bruce sr#7738131445 and documented everything

Arrived onsite and replaced the console per previous diagnosis. All checks good. Advised customer on repair. Advised to call back in event of repeat symptoms.

Arrived onsite for a MW with a vent that is not turning on. Upon arrival I the customer advised me that the actual issue is that the unit makes a vibrating/rattling noise when in use. I couldnt duplicate the issue but I adjusted the unit rapper and I asked the customer to monitor the unit and make a reordering if they can.

"Arrived on site for unit not operating. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and got F6-E4 float switch open, inspected float switch. Found unit is leaning forward and water is remaining at front of unit causing float switch to open. Set front feet 3/4 and Test unit by running an automatic test cycle. Unit fills and washes, drains and heats correctly. Ran a normal cycle and unit begins washing correctly. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for error f2e1. Unable to do anything without error prompting. Replaced faulty console and verified unit heating properly. Unit is currently working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the springs and dispenser fill hose. I visually inspected the rest of the machine and saw no other issues. I ran the service cycle. The machine completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
