Customer advised that she ran the dishwasher prior to our service and the unit was still going through a dishwashing cycle. She did advise that the unit was not leaking at this point even though it had been an hour, but that she usually gets about 10 drops to half a cup with water on the left-hand side of the dishwasher when the dishwasher is through. Checked the door and found evidence of water on the left hand outer edge of the door. Checked behind the front door panel, and found no evidence of leaking from the vent or dispenser. Found steam settling on the outer edge of the frame where the inner door meets the gasket and water condensating in dripping from there. Went ahead and replace the door gasket and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present. Told the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

The customer advised the unit stopped making ice on Friday of last week and completely was advised by Sunday. They tried to power cycle the unit and tested several other times after replacing the filter. Ran the ice machine through diagnostics and found all tests pass. I ran the unit through a normal icemaking cycle. The unit field, recirculated, froze an ice sheet on the evaporator plate, and finally harvested. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still dripping water in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit has been leaking water intermittently since the previous repair and that the freezer temperature is not exactly where she expects it to be. Found the cover not completely installed properly creating an airflow issue and checked the evaporator. Found a good frost pattern on the evaporator and checked the amp draw on the compressor. Found the compressor pulling proper amperage. Did advise the customer that because they dont have a defrost issue and they have a good frost pattern, the issue would have to be with the settings on the unit. Found the freezer control at minimum and the refrigerator at the recomm setting. She did advise that the refrigerator has not had any temperature concerns except for freezing vegetables when she turns down the thermostat on her refrigerator. Found the customer storing lettuce in the bottom drawer in the back. Did advise the customer that as cold air falls, anything stuck in the back of the refrigerator is liable to freeze and to move her water based vegetables to the middle of the fridge. steamed out excess frost in the drain hole and found it properly draining into the drip pan underneath. Spoke to seeA the icemaker and the cover at no charge, but was advised to call whirlpool Tech line for further assistance. I called whirlpool tag line and spoke to Brandon SR# 7736499913. He advised that based on the fact that there was no bowing on the door or the cover, that the issue would have to be an environmental or customer usage issue. He said that the customer may find that the unit works fine when they first replace the water filter and when it starts going out, the unit doesnt fill right and is causing larger than normal cubes. Advise the only thing I could advise to replace is the icemaker. Went ahead and replaced the icemaker and cover test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that they ran a load a week ago of heavy duty towels, and that the unit did not drain all the water out they advised that after they left it for a while, the water did drain out, but that the clothes were not Fully rang out. Found the washer, completely unlevel and banging against the front and right side of the cabinets. Attempted to adjust the feet to accommodate the flooring. Found that the adjustments that the washer could make would not properly level the washer on the customers flooring and did advise the customer to get some rubber shams the square out and level the washer prior to any further service. "WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to correct door issue. I found the door required Lessing on it to get the light to go out. Further inspection revealed the unit was installed incorrectly and the back of the legs were not touching the bottom of the cabinet, on the right rear corner, gapped by approximately 3/16. Using shims, I was able to correct the units leg contact points and get it to sit flatly within the cabinet, and plumb within the installation cutout. During testing the door operation was improved, but still unsatisfactory to the consumer, whom is familiar with the product. The customer told me the unit was a replacement for a prior damaged one and the issues started after this one was installed. I suspect the switches were damaged at some point prior to this installation and the right side is where the issue lies. Seeing this type of issue prior, the right interlock is damaged and will require replacement. I verified the door is sealing and compressing the gasket as expected. Customer advised that the unit will do the sensing portion of the cycle and then will completely quit and say that that job is complete without filling with water or starting the actual cycle. Ran it through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement fault) and F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU) eror codes. Tested the unit and found agitation working but the spin portion of the cycle not working. Gained access underneath and found the slider intact but partially worn. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. Still have the same issue. Replaced the control due to the error code message and control. Fault. Tested the unit again and still had the same issue. Checked through the wire harness and found the white wire going to the shifter from the control open, indicating a bad circuit and harness. I ran a fill test and could hear the valve energizing but no water entered the mold. I disconnected the fill tube at the filter and ran the fill test again and had water coming out of the filter head. I ran service test 66 to turn the fill tube heater on and the UI reset and knocked me out of diagnostics showing a power failure. I checked the resistance on the fill tube heater and found it showing 19 ohms and in range. I disconnected the heater and ran test 66 again and verified 12 VDC to the heater. I reconnected the heater and every time test 66 was turned on the UI would reset and show power failure. The UI and possibly the fill tube assembly will need to be replaced. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making ice that tastes bad. Upon inspection I found the to be true. I suspect that the reservoir may have some contaminants stuck in it due to some new home construction in the area. Upon replacing reservoir, I put a hole in the new one. Arrived onsite for refrigerator making a noise. On inspection I gain access to the back of the unit and took the back cover off. Then open the doors to make the compressor come on. When the compressors came on I could hear the noise. I pin power it to the fc evap fan making the noise. Did not have one on the truck ordering and rescheduling. "Arrived on site and found no ice production, freezer temperature is currently 4-5 degrees, attempted to cycle icemaker with test 44 and it didnt run, inspected wiring at bottom of door and dont see any physical damage to wires but shroud is torn. "Arrived on site and customer described chatter noise when icemaker is filling. Ran test 45 and did not hear any chatter at this time. There is also condensation on top of freezer gasket, techline had an internal memo that never became a service pointer to add gas material underneath. If you are a returning technician and have never done this ask for advisement. "Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is making a consistent buzzing sound. Examined and tested unit and confirmed noise happened soon after cycle started. Noise sounds similar to a buzzing capacitor. Sounded like noise was coming from the control triacs. Replaced control and retested. Noise still present with new control, but slightly quieter. Traced noise to interior of unit where it's either coming from a buzzing steak valve, or the motor itself. Noise sounds electrical and does not sound like rotational mass noises. Ordering motor, valve and internal electrical parts to resolve. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was leaking water consistently. Examined unit and found the evap pan was full again. On closer inspection found the compressor scalding hot due to condenser fan not running at all. Compressor running constantly with no cooling, causing defrost water to sit in drip pan and not evaporate. Advised customer we need to replace tue condenser fan to resolve.
