Inspected unit and found frost has migrated to the evaporator cover. Thawed frost and removed cover, found frost build up in both top corners of the evaporator coil due to fan motor spinning very slowly causing poor circulation and no cooling. Removed all ice and replaced fan motor (WP2315539), FC harness (W11502499) and thermistor (WPW10383615). Tested unit, compressor engaged and ideal frost pattern began to form. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

I cleared the codes and then I went to test the components, the unit locked up and the display showed F2E1 error. I followed saftey protocol by documenting with photos the location of the unit and terminal block. I replaced the control and both elements per manufacturer's guidlines. I started the burn off process by removing the ground connection at the terminal block and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I reattached the ground connection and tested the oven. The oven is no longer tripping. I advised the customer to run the oven for an additional 2 hours. This issue is typically caused by warm, humid air backflowing through the exhaust vent and entering the dryer cavity. Common contributing factors include improper vent installation, the absence or failure of a backdraft damper, or restricted airflow within the venting system. Proper venting is critical I recommend having the entire vent system thoroughly inspected for any blockages, leaks, or incorrect routing that could allow outside air to re-enter the appliance. Looked for any losses or bad connections but could not find. Tested all fans and damper and heaters. All working. Removed back cover. Found wires harness was sitting on top of the compressor. Secured to harness tie on top and away from compressor. All connections are good. Suspect heat from compressor was causing wires to overheat and cause issue. Replaced Orion board which has the wires i suspected. Replaced side user interface as it controls the control as precaution. Verified operation. No longer resetting. Call complete."
