Removed washplate and found hub nut worn and no longer securing the basket properly. Replaced hub nut (W10528947) and reassembled unit. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS588FIHZ04 icing up. Upon further inspection, I found ice building up on the evaporator cover. I gained access to the evaporator and found ice forming on the right side of the evaporator housing and at the bottom right corner of the coils. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit to find the bimetal closed. I tested the defrost and found it not coming on and heating up. I advised the customer of my findings and researched the bimetal and found it is in the evaporator harness which I dont have. I am ordering the evaporator harness with bimetal and scheduled return service for 06/19/26. Customer advised that they dont use the water dispenser or the ice and requested that this technician turn the water off at the wall. I removed the filter and pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and turned the water off at the wall valve. I tested the dispenser and no water dispensed. She also pushed the faucet button, and it filled with water, and then just sat there. had customer, grab clothes and filled wash machine with laundry, showed customer How to select the proper wash Cycle, how to select the correct temperature And then how to hold down the start Button for 3 seconds until the door locked. Advised customer once that door locked, Itll start to spin and then fill with water. Once it does that, the machine is starting a cycle And will wash and then rinse and spin out. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. When pulling the unit out I found no budge occurring. Inspected underneath and found feet all the way up and on shims but not clearing the tile flooring. Moved the shims to see if it gives space to clear but unit still doesnt clear the tile. I advised customer unit needs to be ,ade accessible and best case is to get tile floor underneath the unit so it can slide out and not risk getting wedged. Desoldered evaporator and found lines coming out on fire, meaning oil is in the system. Can not complete repair since whole SS needs to be replaced. Evaporator has rust / corrosion, as does chassis and floor plate / cutter grid. Repairing machine would be more than a new machine.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWP575GW1 agitator not properly positioned. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that the agitator is not seated properly. I grabbed the agitator and was able move it from side to side as the washplate was sitting on top of the bottom of the basket. I disassembled the agitator to find the bolt that secures the agitator to the gearcase spindle was not tightened. I adjusted the agitator and tightened the bolt and reassembled the agitator. Calibrated the unit then tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

I attempted to clear the code and start the test, but I found that the Start button does not respond to touch. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis of a failed control, I removed and replaced the main control and tested. Arrived onsite for unit not making ice. Customer stayed it started making ice but before it wasnt. I found the seperator to have a air leak causing warm air to enter the unit causing intermittent icemaking. Arrived on site for an electric dryer model WED8127LC2 that is collecting water inside of the drum and is leaking onto the floor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that this issue has been intermittent and only seems to happen on the wrinkle control feature. The customer had run a load on the prior to my arrival to show me what happens. I found steam and water collected inside of the drum. I checked the vent hose and found it clear of debris. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I tested the unit on a timed dry cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I found no leaks coming from the steam nozzle at any point, but did find the spray nozzle spraying against the door and creating little drips on the front of the door. I did advise the customer that this is normal operation and showed the customer how they can turn off the steam settings. The customer opted to remove the water hose from the dryer itself, because she advised that it does not work anyway. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to look at model MTW7200RF0 for customer complaint of loud squealing noises. Found gearcase leaking oil. I replaced gearcase and slider, ran calibration and test cycle. Unit tested good with no leaks. Parts used w10734521 and w11807607

KMBS730SPS00 arrived on-site for microwave, not working. Customers stated that the microwave would not come on. They could not get it to work that the display would not function properly. Check knobs on the microwave And after a few tries was able to get the display to come on But it would shut off erratically, and some of the functions would not work. was able to get the microwave to run for about a minute and it is not heating, also verified that the top of the door seem to have melted, well order a control console and replace the control board , inverter and magtube on return visit. As well as the door. put unit into diagnostics. And there were no fault codes during the diagnostics, The display shut off again. It could be a software issue thats causing the problem with the display, advised customer office will contact her when parts come in; ordrng 1 W11795201 (Console)

Arrived onsite for F3E0 AND F1E1. I found temp sensor open. Replaced sensor and F3E0 came up and then displayed F1E1. I replaced the control and tested. Unit is now not popping errors up and ran unit to ensure it is operating. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4107SW0 that is leaking as soon as water starts coming in. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just moved in and have been seeing water leaking from the machine as it fills. They advised they have to cancel the cycle because several cups of water come out. I looked underneath the machine and found all components in good condition, and found no signs of water residue. I found no water trace on the rear of the machine and found the tub and pressure hoses intact and in good condition. I ran a test cycle and found small amounts of water leaking from the left rear of the machine. I found the issue was with the valve being cracked underneath. I replaced the inlet valve W11797439 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site to look at model WTW4105SW0 for customer complaint of agitator falling off. Found agitator bolt had backed out. I reinstalled agitator and bolt, unit tested good.

WTW8500DC2 Arrived on site from previous tech visit to install parts. I installed the tub,3 screws, drain pump, and control board because it has failed. I calibrated, and then tested the product, is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave sparking and not heating. Upon further inspection I gained access to the inner components and found that the diode shorted causing damage to the capacitor and magnetron. All three components would be needed to fix the microwave. I called saftey to document findings. Case number 23813156

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis of a failed UI, I removed and replaced the UI and cycled power 5 times then calibrated the unit. Arrived on site to look at model WFES3030RS2 for customer complaint of unit tripping the breaker. Found issue with the broil element terminal shorted to ground. I replaced broil element, unit tested good. Part used w10856603

Arrived onsite for dryer WED5620HW2 tripping breaker. Tested and found unit tripping immediately on being plugged in. Found neutral wire connected to ground on terminal block. Corrected wiring. Tested again and unit tripped shortly after starting the cycle. Called tech line for assistance. Spoke to Rich SR# 2384117. Ran through checks and recommended replacing control. Unit pulled max 20amps. Replaced control W11780157. Tested again and unit is now functioning properly. If symptoms persist recommend having builder replace the breaker. Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave sparking during operation. Tested unit and confirmed sparking originating from the high-voltage circuit area. Further inspection revealed the sparking was coming from the capacitor/diode assembly. Due to the nature of the failure, recommended replacement of the high-voltage diode, capacitor, and magnetron to ensure a complete and reliable repair.Contacted the manufacturers Safety Department and reported the findings. Safety reviewed the diagnosis and advised that they would be contacting the customer directly to gather additional information and determine the next steps. Safety informed me that no repair is to be performed at this time pending their review. Unit left disconnected from use as a precaution. No parts installed. Job complete. 23790592

Arrived on site to replace the dishwasher manifold previously ordered. After disassembling the unit and comparing the replacement part to the original manifold, found the replacement manifold was incorrect. The new manifold was shorter than the original and would not align properly with the mounting points or connect correctly to the rack assembly, preventing proper installation. Verified the part discrepancy by comparing both manifolds side by side and took photos documenting the differences between the original and replacement parts. Reinstalled the original manifold and reassembled the dishwasher. Unit remains in the same operating condition as upon arrival.
