I found that the refrigerator is very unlevel and leaning to the left due to a floor that is not flat. This is causing the water to pool to the left and drain properly and then freezing. I notified the customer that the floor needs to be even so the refrigerator can sit evenly. I found that the condenser was full of lint and dust and this caused the front divider to become very hot. I verified that the fans are operating as designed. I found that the freezer light is out. I defrosted the drain and removed the ice and the customer will get the floor fixed and level. Found unit is again not filling to the max line, and does have good flow / not timing out. Even when running cleaning at startup it does not fully fill either. Found all other functions are working properly, but this issue has happened several times on this unit and had recirc pumps replaced. I called tech line to see if they had any recommendations, SR7741132394. Tech line recommended replacement of the pump harness due to potential pin or wiring issue. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit was making some odd sounds like it was trying to start, but was unable to. She stated that sometimes the compressor does run, but that it doesn't run for very long and then it stops. I gained access to the compressor area and found the compressor hot to touch. I found the start device had failed. I replaced the start device and found the compressor start to run and operate. I checked the condenser coils and found the condenser coils had not been cleaned in some time due to 2 inches of lint buildup on three levels of condenser coils. I removed the lint buildup and found the unit begin to cool and operate as designed. I did advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. WPW10189190."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking a long time to dry clothes and is popping up with a check vent error message. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E3 (inlet thermistor open or shorted) error code. I gained access to the control and checked resistances on the inlet and outlet thermistors. I found the inlet thermistor reading 57.5k ohms (70 degres farenheit) and the outlet thermistor reading 11.95k ohms (70 degrees fahrenheit) indicating both were within range. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Edwin SR# 7741574011. He advised that the error code was indicating poor airflow movement indicating a venting issue. I tested the dryer and checked the vent outside. I found what appeared to be poor airflow coming out of the vent on the outer wall. He had me do a paper towel test on the dryer, and we found visible differences between the suction on the vent when attached to the venting system versus with the vent hose removed validating the venting concerns. He advised that based on that check alone, the customer would need to potentially have a vent cleaning service come out to check on the vent and eliminate any potential airflow restrictions. He advised that the dryer is working and operating as designed and to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not dispensing detergent. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into service mode and observed no error codes. I found that the customer was using powdered detergent and did not remove the insert on the draw. I instructed the customer that the insert needs to be removed when using powdered detergent or the detergent will not dispence correctly. I ran a test and the washer is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

I checked the thermistors, and they measured good and in spec. I called techline to confirm there are no issues with the dryer and they confirmed that this message is designed to display every time regardless of the vent and airflow status. "Arrived on site for a range that is flashing an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Upon arrival I did confirm the customers complaint. The customer stated that they have tried to clear the code but then it just keeps coming back and they are not able to use the oven. I went ahead and replaced the control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I checked the breaker and found that the customer is on the standard breaker. The customer did state that her builder is having to order them a different breaker to comply with texas code. I had the customer run the oven up to 450?F for 2 hours to burn off the elements. She did state that while she's been using the unit on a non-GFCI breaker, she has had no issues with being able to use the oven. Call complete. W11707155."

Arrived onsite and replaced unit bin. Unit is now correct. W10858273 advised customer on repair.

"WOED3030LS01 Arrived on site from previous visit to install parts for a dubble wall oven tripping breaker. On arrival I installed bake ,broil, and control board. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature on both top and bottom oven temperature reached without tripping breaker. I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees on both top and bottom oven temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. I recommend client to contact home builder if it happens again. Calling whirlpool safety"

Arrived on site to replace wheel tub on right side and both back stoppers. Relaxed parts test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator not changing from crushed to cubed upon further inspection replaced solenoid Wp2152713 tested unit ice it is changing from crushed to cubed water is working advised customer on filter changing they are buying filter unit is working as designed no leaks observed during service
