"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice chute gasket slightly turned and adjusted. I removed the ice bin and found the ice maker on/off arm in the off position. Once I pressed the arm down in the on position, the ice maker began to harvest then filled with water. While servicing other appliances in the home, I heard the ice maker harvest and drop cubes into the bin and then filled with water. I recommended the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to fill the bin and 72 hours to completely fill the bin with ice. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and not responding. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and the unit operated as designed. Pulled the unit out and gained access to the rear of the unit to test the elements and test voltage. I found both the bake and broil elements within ohms range and both getting 241V. While the unit tested, the breaker tripped. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and while heating, the breaker tripped. "KRFF577KPS02 Arrived to inspect noise and sweating at door. I found the noise was due to the lower air guide vibrating at the opposite side of the prior repair and was able to correct. The FC door gasket had water on it and the mullion was twisted, causing the RH RC door to be unable to seal at the bottom, causing the condensate on the FC to form. I was able to temporarily square the mullion, but it was very weak compared to others and will require replacement. The ice bin door had a gap along the upper sealing surface and will require replacement. The customer requested tech GCO. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling. The customer stated that it is cooling. The issue is it will not dispense water but it does make ice. I found the dual valve bad causing the issue. The customer also stated the Freezer builds up with frost. I found the freezer full of frost around the door due to the door not closing all the way. I removed all of the frost and found gapping between the liner and chassis starting the issue. The door gasket is good and the rails are good. The chassis and liner need to be sealed around the FC. Arrived onsite for a microwave not heating. Found the voltage supply wire to the mag thermostat had come off and was just hanging in air. I took a photo. "WRS973CIDM00 Arrived to inspect no cool. The customer advised the unit had cooled for about two weeks after the compressor replacement that was performed prior. The extended warranty company had sent out a different servicer two times prior to todays service and they advised the customer there was a leak within the system, but did not attempt to find it. I found the balanced pressure was 6psi and running was 144/12 in hg, denoting a high side leak. There were no signs of leaks anywhere accessible on the machine and nothing at the condenser. I isolated the heat loop/yoder line and found very slow leak. At 224, it lost 2 psi in 10 minutes. The tech assist line was not available to contact due to the holiday and management will need to decide the correct course of action on the following day. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis I removed and replaced the left FC door and tested.mi found the door would not close due to the door gasket bulging out on the left side of the door (photos). I removed the new door and re-installed the old door until a new door can be ordered. Customer advised that the water dispenser and ice maker had stopped working, but then the dispenser started working again. I gained access to the RC evaporator fan scroll and found it gapped at the top of the styrofoam scroll allowing freezing air to escape and hit the reservoir and causing it to freeze and not allow water to be dispensed. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643), I sealed the gap and tested. No further air leaks found. I am ordering the left FC door and CNOTE-2 MAN to install the door due to the island being directly in front of the refrigerator and not enough room to elan the door to install. I tested the ice maker and water dispenser and both are operating as designed at this time. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the Molien between her refrigerator and freezer is condensating and continuing to leave water on top of the freezer gasket. She advised that it has been this way, since she bought this unit. I confirmed the customers complaint and found moisture buildup on the actual bow in itself in two different spots. I checked temperature on the Moen and found it at 65? on the end but at 51? on the two coldest spots. I disconnected the condenser fan and ran the unit for 10 minutes. I found the temperature on the middle part of the Molean reach 52?F but the sides went up to 71?F. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Aaron SR# 7739162551. He advised that based on my checks, there would be an issue with the yodeler loop, not being pressed up against the cabinet. Around then it through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (door stuck closed), F5 E1 (door stuck open), and F2 E2 (no response from the UI) error codes. 03 error code seem to be pointing to the control starting a cycle on its own and doing all the things that the customer is stating. I went ahead and replace the control assembly and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11637583"

On arrival verified complaint of not heating. Voltage and polarity are correct. Found hi limit is open replaced estates kit and ran a vent test. Unit heats but failed vent test. Advised customer will need vent cleaned in wall. Job complete. Installed 279816

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Started to pull the wash plate off and after 20 minutes the wash plate did not come off. I explained to the customer if I bust it off and if the wash plates get stuck on the gear case then a basket and tub will be need an the unit could be out of commission for a few weeks. Customer did not want to be with the washer for that long. I installed the valve assembly to stop the water leak. Going back with all parts and tub and basket. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the noise is coming from the back of the RC section. I removed the lower crisper drawer and found ice on the RC evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap fan in test 57 and the fan failed to come on. I retested a few more times and finally got the fan to turn on and the noise the customer identified. I advised the fan is hitting ice and would need to be defrosted before I could remove the evap cover due to potential damage to other parts. I am ordering the RC defrost heater, HV control, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 05/31/24. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and pending on the amount of ice build up, I recommended the customer pull the unit out and place towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak while defrosting and unplug the unit and defrost approximately 24-48 hours before I return. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11567407 (RC defrost heater) and 1 W11664342 (HV control) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry I did confirm. The freezer was cooling slightly but was not cooling near enough for the freezer. The customer advised they are just moved in and that the refrigerator has never gotten to proper temperature. I gained access to the compressor area and took a nap. Draw up the compressor. Found it pulling .343 A indicating a bad compressor or a leak. I gained access to the evaporator and found very minimal frost pattern and the cap tube completely frozen up. Ordering sealed system components and rescheduled the customer to 6/3 per their request. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 W11578004 (Evaporator) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)

Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. Upon arrival found defrost harness had a bad fuse as well as the part of the adc physically broken off. Replaced both adc w11577965 and harness w11577969. Removed ice from coil and instructed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete

Arrived on site to test unit for no water dispensing. Found reservoir freezing up preventing water from dispensing. Used permagum around tubing to cabinet. Advised customer to monitor. Unit now working as designed. No parts replaced at this time.
