Dishwasher KDPM804KPS1 had a leak from what appeared to be the inlet. Pulled out assembly and noticed both tub nuts on the third rack were damagedone completely missing, the other broken. Customer has a second refrigerator so I advised the let this one thaw for 48hours and the icemaker should start working. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher door not closing properly. Inspected unit and found the automatic door opener mechanism stuck in the open position, preventing the door from latching correctly. Entered diagnostic mode and manually cycled the automatic door opener assembly. The door latch and automatic opener responded correctly and returned to the closed position as designed. Performed multiple door open and close tests and verified the door is now latching and operating properly. Ran additional operational checks in diagnostics with no further issues found. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not draining properly. Tested unit and found drain operation was extremely slow, requiring two drain cycles to fully remove the water from the tub. Checked the drain hose for restrictions, kinks, or clogs and found hose clear with proper water flow. Continued diagnosis and found faulty inlet causing improper draining performance. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRMF3636RZ00 that is frosting up in the freezer, and the light switch wont work. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are getting frost in the freezer, and the frost is building up around and inside of the light switch. They noticed that if they flicked the door switch, ice crystals would shoot out of the switch and would allow the switch to work. However, they still have the issue. I confirmed the customers complaint and gained access to the freezer compartment. I found the slides working properly. However, I found the door not shutting properly due to gasket not being secured and sealing properly, causing frosting. I removed, reshaped, and secured the gasket to allow the door to close correctly. The unit is now working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. Documented condition in SD. Proceeded to replace recirculation pump (W11542867) and entered service mode. Completed manual diagnostic tests with no abnormal activity present. Inspected unit and verified moisture present on door surface and gasket area, with no condensation present on mullion. Checked vertical mullion temperature and confirmed mullion heating properly with consistent heat across gasket contact surface. Inspected gasket seal and cabinet fitment. Used heat gun to reform FC gasket to cabinet frame for improved compression. Applied silicone (WP482338) to RC cabinet-to-liner gaps and verified all FC cabinet gaps properly sealed as well. No mechanical or electrical failures identified. Advised customer some exterior condensation may occur during periods of elevated humidity. On inspection I found the middle spray arm is not moving at all, which is resulting in streams spraying directly on certain items which may cause noise. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4900BW0 that is leaking during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it has been making noises and is leaking from underneath. I gained access underneath and found a gearcase leak. I found it had rusted out the actuator, belt, and splutch assembly. I replaced the gearcase W11454372, splutch assembly W10721967, belt WPW10006384, and actuator WPW10006355 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site unit 1413 to look at model WTW4105SW0 for customer complaint of unit not starting a cycle. I ran complete diagnostic test cycle, found unit was not spinning. Found motor connection was not inserted all the way. I inserted motor connection, unit tested good.

Arrived on site to test unit for noise, tested and found rollers got ceased and fell apart, belt extremely dry and cracking, replaced rollers (12001541 2), belt (WP33002535), and idler roller ( WP6-3700340) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site. Diagnosed a defective right side door gasket,replaced door gasket remolded gasket checked door operation and seal good,found gaps between liner and cabinet added adhesive to gap. Wp482338,w10830046

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 constant drain pump operation. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in and was able to get the unit into diagnostics. I was able to check error codes and found F3E1-pressure sensor fault and F1E1-main control failure before the drain pump turned on. Based on the F3E1 error code and performed service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. I found the drain hose, at the drain pipe in the wall, was not secured. Using a ziptie from my tool bag, I secured the hose to the hot water hose for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11603810

Arrived onsite for excessive off balance and walking. Found unit with broken leveling foot causing fhe issue. Repaired with W11213957. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks. Advised customer on repair. ; used 1 W11213957 (Leg) from stock

Arrived on site for a dryer MED4500MW0 with a broken knob. Found the timer knob cracked. Installed the knob w11675852. Now the unit is operating as designed. Also tested the airflow and found it good.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not heating and being loud. Test unit and found shorted diode. Replaced diode test unit and unit heating correctly job complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer who was home did not exactly know what was going on with the washer and advised they have been using it since they called in. The customer had a load that had finished inside of the machine, and I found no water residue anywhere around or under the machine. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed but found the drain pipeat the wall was backing up slowly. I checked behind the unit and foundnthe customer has multiple drain hoses that are connected by duct tape and one clamp. See photos. I checked underneath the washer and found no signs of a water leak anywhere under the machine. I asked the customer for more information about what they had been experiencing, and after reaching out to a relative, the client advised that the machine is leaking intermittently. They advised they can run several loads in a row without a leak, but once in a while, they found water on the floor in the garage, where the unit is being used. I explained that based on their complaint and what was found, their issue would most likely be with their drain hose connection leaking at the duct tape, the drain pipe backing up, or this is happening during off balance loads where the machine is spraying a little water on the floor when it bangs against the side walls. I did explain that all three possibilities are not a machine issue and would be an installation or loading issue. I advised them to fix their drain setup, and the unit is working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to look at model WTW5020SW0 for customer complaint of unit not agitating or spinning. Found issue with capacitor. I replaced capacitor, unit passed diagnostic test cycle. Part used w11395618 no leaks after service

Arrived on site for a dishwasher KDTM404KPS0A not starting. Found the pump getting voltage but not starting. I replaced the pump w11416362 and ran a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks detected. Nobody available to sign

Arrived on site for icemachine making a loud banging noise. Unit is full of ice. Customer says he hears it everything time. Ran diagnostics and all components check good water valve did give a loud noise but no bang. Also possible water level sensor is causing noise. Replaced recirculating pump and water valve. Verified operation. Call complete

Arrived on sote for washer not draining. Found washer showing error code f0e9. Unit has 2 blankets inside. Set each to seperate sides. Reset power. Ran drain and spin and unit spun and wrong out correctly. Drain pump is working. This is a spin issue, advised customer on how to load as i found blankets were not loaded properly. Maintenance did say that the unit it was not doing anything when they came and tries. Replaced main control as possible button malfunction. Recalibrated and verified operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDTA50SAKZ3 rust spots in the tub and inner door. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the spots on the inner door panel from when they first installed it. The spot has gotten smaller, but the door is etched from it and could potentially eat through the metal. The customer pointed out a rust spot under the front element clip. I attempted to remove it using a magic eraser, but there appears to be more under the clip where I cant get to it. I inspected the new tub and found that the element did not come with the tub and I didnt receive one for todays service. The old element cannot be used once its removed from the old tub due to the washers being deformed and wont seal properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and it operated as designed with no leaks. I am ordering the element and office to schedule return service due to this being a weighed job. The tub, sump assembly, and inner door panel will need to be replaced upon return.
