Connected the airflow test kit per manufacturer instructions and tested the unit. Test indicated restricted airflow, with heat backing up toward the lint filter area. Disconnected the exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer and retested airflow. With the vent disconnected, airflow was strong and normal, confirming proper dryer operation. Verified unit is heating correctly and cycling as designed. Determined the issue is caused by a restricted or clogged vent/duct system external to the dryer. Arrived on site for a dryer WED5605MW0 not heating. I verified correct incoming power. When testing the heating element i got an open circuit. I replaced the element wp3387747 and thermal cutoff 280148. I tested in timed dry and it's heating and tumbling as designed. Also tested the airflow and it's good.

Arrived on site for a range WFES3530RS0 tripping the breaker. The customer had just moved in and when they used the oven it tripped the breaker. They already had the breaker replaced prior to the appointment. I disconnected the ground and heated to 500 degrees without any issues. I explained that the more it's used the better it will perform.

Advised customer that this chassis does use a side vent, and it is in a cabinet with a tight fit. This may result in inconsistent cooling due to the venting. At this time I found no issues with the unit, and it's cooling and producing ice. Call completed."

Customer advised that when he talked to the Whirlpool agent, they kept telling him it was the water features, and he advised that it wasn't. He stated that it was making a loud rattling noise when the machine was cooling and would only stop if he opened the freezer door or it stopped cooling. Inspected the evaporator fan and found water trace leading from the icemaker fill tube down to the evaporator fan housing, collecting, and causing the evaporator fan to hit ice. Removed the build-up and added a fill tube extension WPW10496649 to the ice maker fill tube. Tested the unit and found it working and operating as designed. Call complete. Upon arrival customer stated unit will intermittently make a buzzing sound during ice dispensing and the ice container will get stuck and cannot be removed. Tested dispenser functions and verified both crushed and cubed ice dispense properly. Checked internal temperatures and found FC at -5? and RC at 45? with set temperatures also at -5? and 46?, adjusted both compartments to recommended factory settings. Removed ice container and found no mechanical binding, catch points, or ice buildup on the auger or rails. Inspected ice maker compartment and found a minimal amount of frost beneath the ice maker assembly. Further inspection revealed the ice chute gasket had twisted and was not sealing properly, allowing warm air infiltration into the ice compartment which caused moisture accumulation and intermittent freezing of the container in place. Repositioned and corrected gasket to eliminate all gaps and restore proper sealing. Ran ice maker harvest test successfully with proper fill and no leaks detected. Inspected condenser and found coil heavily packed with dust, advised customer on routine condenser cleaning to prevent heat retention and future ice production issues. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on site for dryer not heating. On arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection.I found the element coil had grounded and broken. After replacing 279838 element.I tested dryer and found a clog in the wall.Indicating unit needs a dry vent cleaning. I instructed customer that whoever cleans the vent will need to get on the roof in order to ensure the vent is fully cleared from end to end as well and to prevent clogged from falling back down further in the unit. Dryer works as designed call complete.

Found drain pump is not secured to tub and is missing a screw. I used screw WPW10004910 from truck stock. Leak still continues from between drain pump and tub. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that is making noises during spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes squealing noises when it spins. They said it used to happen on big loads but is now happening on smaller loads too. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all components working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I found the suspension was good and the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I checked under the washer and found the belt slipping on the drive pulley due to wear. I found no oil leaks or any other potential issues. I replaced the belt W11239857 and splutch assembly W10721967 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Performed a visual inspection and found significant door gapping allowing warm air intrusion into the freezer compartment. Removed all frost buildup and drawers and inspected the drawer slide assembly, found slides were not positioned correctly which allowed the door to sit cockeyed and prevented proper gasket sealing. Realigned and adjusted slides and reinstalled the door, verified gasket is now sealing evenly around the entire perimeter. Upon arrival customer stated unit is experiencing long dry times in both sensor and timed dry, sensor dry will cancel after approximately 20 minutes.
