"WFG320M0BS3 Arrived to inspect spark issues. The customer had experienced and issue with moisture incursion into the knob switches and continuous spark. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed ice maker and adapter kit. Upon arrival customer stated unit had started making ice since last visit but wasnt dispensing. Found large air leak in separator and ice clumping and melting down door. Customer opted to hold on completing repairs until separator could be installed to try and prevent issues with new ice maker. Blocked separator path with was cloth to minimize air leak between ice bucket and door, rescheduled customer for 08/25/23 to complete repairs with previously diagnosed ice maker, adapter, and separator. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had two loads not finished the cycle. The customer advised that she ran a load of clothes that didnt finish the cycle and then was able to wash two loads later on that day that finished out fine. She said that when they went to we use the washer the next day on a load of towels that the unit did not complete out the cycle again. Found the unit did not have power with the outlet that the unit was plugged in on. The customer had to use an extension cord to use another outlet. Went through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found no water filling inside of the unit when it went to fill. The customer advised that they havent re-hooked the waterlines back up and that her husband was going to buy a new set of water hoses. I tested the unit in manual diagnostics, checking the drain pump, agitation, and spin portions of the cycle. Found everything working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension on the unit and found the suspension was good. Advised the customer that based on all my checks and inability to test the water valves, the most likely issue would either be with off-balance loads or incoming water temperature during the rinse cycle. I told her that regardless of the wash temperature, the unit always rinses on cold water. I told her that during the summer months, if the water lines around her home are dug very shallow into the ground, it can create a situation where the incoming water is warmer than it should be and the inlet thermistor is not satisfied with the incoming water temperature and will end up prematurely shutting down. The customer did advise that her cold water is somewhat warm and not cold. Advised a customer that the unit is working as designed and gave her some tips on loading. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making noise and a 'hot' smell when in use. I ran the unit and confirmed bottom end noise. Checked under the unit and found gearcase oil present, belt had evidence of slipping as well. I removed the gearcase belt and cam and replaced. Calibrated and adjusted level of unit. I found that the model number and serial numbers were not updated correctly and fixed the model and serial numbers on the call. Check voltage to the control and found proper voltage. Check voltage to the user interface and found proper voltage. I checked the parts that were sent with me to confirm that they were the correct part, but found that they were ordered off of a different generation of this model. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit made ice for about three or four days before stopping. I attempted to jump the unit and found that the motor would not turn, even though proper voltage was going to the icemaker. I did advise the customer that they do need a new, icemaker but that I wouldnt be able to check anything else until we had the icemaker. The customer advised that they were told that if their issue was with the icemaker, their supplier would replace it due to her having ongoing issues with her previous refrigerator icemakers. The customer called Nebraska Furniture Mart and spoke to Albert in The Colony, TX. He advised that the unit would be replaced and advise me that we can close out the service due to having in-house technicians at their store who would fix the issue. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not wash clothes properly. Inspected unit and work area. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will start filling with water, but will not agitate due to the lid not being able to lock. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error codes. ran the unit through manual testing and attempted to lock the lead. Found that the control would not recognize the lid was closed. Went to replace the latch assembly and found that did not been set with me. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Gained access to remove old compressor and install new compressor. Braced new compressor and vacuumed the system for 15 min. After vacuuming the system I waited 15 to make sure system had no leaks and I did not lose any vacuum. I charged up the system with R600 68g . Plugged unit in and advised CX to let cool for 24hrs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for sealed system repair. Upon arrival found unit running. Inspected and found evaporator completely encased in ice causing a cooling issue. Compressor was running normally. Unit appears to be having Defrost issues . Thawed ice and disassembled. Found brown heater wire disconnected not allowing unit to go into defrost. Thawed unit entirely and secured wire. I found the lower mullion area, where it contacts with the front lower border, had significant gapping. I took pictures of the issue and contacted the MFG Tech Assist line, tech Austin, file# 7737118948. I advised the tech of the issue and sent images. Arrived to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed pump and hose on the unit and was testing the unit when I realized that the unit was not draining. Gain access to the back of the unit found that the drain pump was not working. The unit is making ice now with no way to drain the excess water. Ordering a new pump.; O-emld tckt

Austin from WP said to order 2 of the control boards, tested the voltage that supplys the ui, it was 12 vdc. Returning the parts ands ordered more parts. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying dishes. On inspection there was no rinse aid. Informed the customers that rinse aid helps with drying the dishes. I expect that plastic holds water will not dry as fast as glass. Gave customer some tips on how to get the dishes to dry faster. No water left detected during service.R

F0-E5 off balance load. Customer played video of unit shaking. Inspected unit and found service pointer w11684122 for basket failure. Removed top panel to access basket. Basket does not contain QR code and indeed falls under service pointer issue. Ordering basket. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Basket)

"Arrived on site for unit not drying. Upon arrival, test unit and unit started and began heating. Found air flow issue. Lent screen is completely blocked with lint. Cleared lint. Ran vent test and passed. Allowed unit to operate continuously on timed dry and unit is heating and operating as designed. Job complete"

"JDTSS244GP0 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Entering service test mode, I found FcE2 and F8E4 were the only stored codes and I cleared for testing/repair. I found the drain pump had a piece of debris and after removed, worked as designed. I elected to replace the pump due to potential damage and then removed and replaced the failed rack adjusters. I added a drain loop at the height of the counter top and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp. Test unit and found unit off. Advised customer to to bake something and showed him how to calibrate unit. Job compete.

"KRFC300ESS07 Arrived to inspect mold in unit. I did not find any common signs of mold, which is generally dark in appearance, but did see what appeared to be manufacturing release material on the gaskets, which appears to be a white, powdery substance and is common. I removed and replaced the damper and tested. The original grumble/grind noise was corrected, but at the last bit of the damper closing, a creaking could be heard. Office to order a second damper and we will return with that part, when the door is available, as the issue is non-critical to operation of the unit. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10594329 (Damper)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling, stated to customer that unit is out of warranty, customer stated that whirlpool has told him it has warranty, after looking through entitlement the unit on has warranty for sealed system, but unit is having a defrost issue, customer will contact for concession, no service provided no fee collected"

"Arrived on site. Customer played recording noise appears to be from refrigerant in the system,ran diagnostics all test passed no odd noise,ran normal cycle compressor and fans powered on no odd noise present"

Arrived on site to replace heater in front load washer. Moved unit out to work on it and saw dried puddles on the ground behind the unit. Looked at rear of unit and saw some rust on the rear access panel. Removed panel and found unit had sediment buildup from leak coming out of bearing assembly. Unit rear tub half would also have to be replaced due to failed / leaking bearing. Customer declined any further repairs and is going to replace unit. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and installed service kit W11457241 per diagnosis and tech support advice. Included replacement of drip pan. Verified drip pan to be drain properly. also replaced lower left slide for deli drawer which was broken. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was tripping breaker. Tested unit in forced defrost and could not duplicate. I had talked with tech line a day prior for this same type of unit that they recommended changing defrost heater. Changed heater and retested and found no breaker trips on GFCI. I found that the unit also had the wrong harness on the icemaker (4 pin) and it was pushed into the harness on the refrigerator (6 pin). Removed icemaker and provided to leasing office and advised they review all their icemakers and get the right harnesses installed, as this may also cause issues. Unit appears to be working as designed. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for dryer not starting due to the defective knob. Provided the knob to the customer. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for error of f1e4. Unplugged relay and energized unit. This corrected symptom. Unit is now operating as designed with pout stuck relay. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found unit room temp in both compartments. Found no frost pattern. Inspected compressor and found locked. Unit will need sealed system repair scheduled for 2 hrs. Unit has Aluminum capillary tube and will need lokring kit . Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11582579 (Compressor) and 1 R600 (R600) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Wpw10143759 (UV dryer) and 1 Lokringkit (Lokring kit) and 1 2hrs (2hrs)

Arrived on site for element holder broken . Replaced holder . No other issues found . Job complete
