Tested unit, found valve stopping water flow prematurely. Also found the dispenser door is getting stuck, not allowing the release of the pod. Wash motor engages but when washing the top rack unit does not have enough water in the tub to feed the top rack spray arm. Unit will need a new control, dispenser and potentially a new sump. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. Examined unit and spoke with resident, who said RC constantly moved between 40-60, and was 66 at time of service (freezer at -5). Freezer they said got as low as -10 and stayed cold. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found the evaporator fan never came on, and did not come on through diagnostics either. I removed the evap cover and found fan dead. I spun the blade and the fan slowly turned and kept running, but fan was super weak. Replaced evaporator fan and found it blowing heavy as soon as it was plugged in. Unit working as designed at this time. Parts used - WPW10464673."

On arrival verified complaint of unit fc door not closing. Visual inspection shows moisture previously was in FC section. Currently gaskets are sealing correctly. Arrived onsite for dishwasher retaining water. I put in a test cycle and found the unit to operate correctly. Drain pump has no issue draining and I inspected to find no leaks occurring underneath. I found the RO system to be hooked up with the drain line to the dishwasher in a y pipe. I explained to the customer this causes a backfill into the dishwasher filling up the tub. I also found a layer of suds present. I informed the customer and recommended trying liquid detergent and I turned the rinse aid dispenser to minimum. No issues were found with the unit itself and all functioned as it should. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed. "Arrived onsite for washer making clicking noise at end of cycle. Customer stated it was intermittent and the basket would coast instead of braking. I checked underneath the unit no gearcase oil present however, I found the bolt going into the stator to be backed off. This was causing the clicking noise as the magnets were having a hard time gripping while braking was active. I tightened the bolt and ran the unit. Arrived on site for a coffee machine that is getting coffee grinds inside of the coffee machine and is dispensing less coffee than normal. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they are having to clean out their coffee machine on a consistent basis and were wondering if the infuser was broken because it doesn't sit up straight. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the infuser clogged with coffee grinds. I went ahead and replaced the infuser for that issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7740685262. He had me send him some photos of the coffee grind issue. He stated that coffee machines in and of themselves will have some cleanup with the coffee grinds and that this is not a Keurig single pod coffee maker. He stated that the unit is working and operating as designed and to make no further repair. He stated that the customer could have cleaned their infuser with the same result. He had me advise the customer that they will need to clean out. They're coffee machine on a consistent basis and to show them how to remove the infuser. The unit is working and operating as designed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher with F8E2 error. I ran a test cycle and found unit to fill as designed. Customer stated there is construction going around and after he called the unit in the issue did not pop up again. I suspect construction caused the error to show by them needing to work on the waterlines. I advised the customer to get his RO system re routed as it was hooked up in a y with the dishwasher drain. I explained to him that it could cause backflow and have the dishwasher drain off and on. Customer is aware and agreed. I went over use and care as I saw layer of suds forming at the bottom. Arrived onsite for microwave power resetting. I confirmed same issue is occurring. Even when using a extension cord to different outlet unit will still reset. No other appliances are showing this issue and it will turn off when not in use aswell. I suspect that the ui or harness is causing the power reset issue. I spoke with techline and they advised the door and possibly harness to be replaced as that is the only thing that can be resetting the unit after replacing the main control already. Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with defrost issue. Unit was defrosted on arrival. I removed the evap cover and checked the wiring to my heater. Found the heater brown wire was partially unplugged and not completing the circuit. I reattached the connector to the molex and added some electric tape to secure it in place. I put the unit in defrost and verified a proper complete circuit and 120v to heater. Reassembled unit and tested again with full reassembly. Verified heater is on and working as designed. No parts needed. Call completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven interior light not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the light on and the unit not in use. I opened the unit door and pressed the door switch closed and nothing changed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the light and it turned off and on as designed. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the main control and tested the door switch at the J7 connector and found the switch open whether I had the door switch showing the door open or closed. I removed and replaced the door latch assembly and retested and got the same results. I disconnected the J7 connector from the control and traced the harness to another connector and disconnected the molex connector and tested continuity to the harness and found it good. Before reconnecting the harness, I found the orange/black wire pin wasn't fully seated (photo). Reseated the pin and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11686858"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice and also experiencing an issue with the door seal. Examined unit and found the icemaker door seal had popped off it's ring. Customer said unit has been making ice recently and seems to have resolved itself. I reattached and clocked the icebox seal, and added some silicon adhesive to keep it from popping off again. This should fully resolve the seal issue and increase ice production since air is no longer infiltrating. Unit working as designed. No parts used."

Arrived on site for ice cubes clumping together in back. Found evidence of water valve weeping or putting extra water. Replaced water valve. Also had display that was dim on left side symbols. "Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all of the cooktop burners and found the front left burner inner coil is not heating. I gained access to the element and tested voltage and found both coils getting 249V. I removed and replaced the element assembly and retested and unit it is operating as designed. Job completed. Arrived on site and replaced bowed door. Doors are still not lining with microwave door. Left side top comes out a bit. Removed from and wall and check level of base. It was level. Pics taken. MVW4505MW1 Arrived on site for a washer not working. On arrival verified issue further inspection found multiple issues. Lower wireharnes was broken after I repaired it lid lock not working as well as the control. All parts sent were for a different model i had to order all new parts office to reschedule for client no water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 W11626074 (Control) and 1 W11670519 (Lid lock) and 1 W11643701 (Wire harness) and 1 W11399437 (Drain pump)

Arrived onnsite for refrigerator and freezer not cooling. Found temps at 61 for both sections. Customer says doors are not closing properly. Found gaskets are torn on both freezer and fridge will need all gaskets. Test mode shows fans working. Compressor pulling just 0.5 amps. Found condensate pan full of black oil. Looks like condenser line leaked and contaminated system. Called tech line. Sent pics of oil contamination. They will submit for product review. Sr#7740681559. Advised customer they will be contacted. Refferred to customer service for further information.

Arrived on site for wall oven/microwave not allowing full ui response. On further inspection i found f6e4 as be ui home button not working. Replaced w11600321 panel. Re connected unit to wifi and found full response restored. Call complete

"Arrive on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and has a smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit is going off balance, not spinning out fully, and made a weird smell during one of the washes. They explained that it was working until just recently. I tested the unit and found the unit fill and drain with no issues. I found the basket spinning properly without going off balance. I spoke to DW and ran a few tests. I found that if you set the unit for spin and held onto the basket when it went to spin that you could hold the basket in place while the motor was still running. I was instructed to order the clutch, basket drive, rings, thrust, and gearcase for repair. Ordering parts and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are available. Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving result error code and miss wired unit error. Test unit and found and control board. Replaced board test unit by heating to 350? and unit test good job complete. No error codes W11448962

Arrived onsite and found broken strike preventing locking and normal use. Replaced the strike. Unit is now operating as designed. W11457841

WRX735SDHZ10 Arrived on site for a refrigerator making g sounds. On arrival verified issue further inspection i found d damper and ice box fan had failed replaced both parts tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply. I didn't get clients signature due to client being ill .

On arrival verified complaint of not heating. Verified voltage and polarity. Ran cycle and confirmed no heat. Ran vent testand failed on red. Opened unit and cleared of lint. Found thermal cut off is open. Replaced thermal cut off and ran cycle. U it now heats correctly. Advised customer of bad vent. Job complete installed 279973

Arrived on site to test unit for bottom cover not sitting correctly. Secured bottom piece to oven test unit and unit test good job complete. No parts used.

Arrived on site to test unit for floor being shiny in front of the unit. Test unit and couldnt find any grease or anything coming from the unit itself. The unit did not leak anything to make the floor shiny. Job complete. New construction no one here to sign. NO PARTS USED

Arrived on site to install previously ordered and diagnosed part per previous tech. I installed the bearing assembly and the hub. I ran a test and the unit is operating as designed. No waterleaks observed during service. W10447783W10435302. W10820039

Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not drying all the time. I replaced thermistor. Unit tested good. Parts used wp8577274

"Arrived on site to test unit for frost in FC. Upon arrival customer stated there will be frost buildup on the drawer in the FC. Upon inspection found no frost. Inspected gaskets, found no gaps and all sealing properly. Damper control is operating properly. Sealed RC and FC frame to liner gaps with silicone (W10841140). Advised customer to make sure FC door gets shut properly to prevent any buildup. If issue reoccurs recommend replacing FC slides. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for f27 error code. Code is a over sudding error code. Reset error code and ran diagnostics cycle on unit . During diagnostics cycle found unit still over sudding. Explained to customer that two months ago we had the same issue and it was do to over use of detergent, advised maintenance to do a clean cycle and monitor. At this time unit is running as designed no parts used job complete."
