"KRFC704FPS04 Arrived to complete sealed system. I pressurized the system and determined the leak was actually from the RC evaporator and I removed and replaced. Vacuuming to 260 microns and verifying it held for an additional 10 minutes, I charged with the MFG calculated refrigerant charge. The unit started cooling and I verified frost patterns within the RC and FC evaporators. I heat treated the right RC gasket and installed. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer stated that whenever the compressor is running it makes a slight high pitch sound. Gained access to unit compartment and confirmed compressor is making that sound. Also found the the compartment is very hot and compressor is extremely hot due to condenser fan not engaging. Replaced condenser motor (W11578915) and tested, motor is now engaging. Noise has been subdued but due to the unit being in use and compressor overheating for a prolonged period of time, advised customer that if issue persists than the unit will need a sealed system repair done. "KUIX535HPS01 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the ice with a translucent appearance and more watery than expected. Further inspection reveled the air divider at the condenser incorrectly placed, the rear cover missing and the water supply line was kinked. The supply line had a very slow and intermittent drip at the valve and I advised the customer. Correcting the issues and installing a rear cover from cardboard to prevent errant airflow, the machine started production. The customer will replace the water line."

Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo from their home inspection that showed the inspector using an infrared gun to test oven temps which is not approved by the manufacturer as the guns only test surface temps and ovens use heat/air to cook. I provided the customer with the service pointer W10565140 which shows how to test the oven temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 392 degrees (normal per owners manual). My next four readings were 395, 328, 363, 339 for an average temp of 359 degrees. I advised the customer that the average temp reading is within the manufacturer approved range of fifteen above/fifteen below (335/365). Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. Job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dispenser not dispensing water properly. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out and tested the water source at the wall and found a few particles of debris. Tested the pressure and got 60psi. Reattached the water line to fridge and tested the water flow and found the water would dispense but would eventually go to a trickle. I removed the water filter and retested the water flow and the unit is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings and the history of the unit. Chris advised that the filter use is done and needs to be replaced. Chris provided SR#7739758055. I spoke with in house tech support (SW) and she advised the filter replaces 1500 water bottles which is approximately 187.5 gallons and the filter shows to support up to 200 gallons. I advised the customer of my conversations with tech support and provided the SR number and recommended they replace the filter. Unit is currently operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Arrived onsite for washer with errors f3E2 F8E1 F0E5. On inspection I pulled the hose off the valve and found the hot side was clogged with a black tar like substance. Cleaned the all the debris off the in-line filter and reinstalled it. I cleared all the error messages. If customer calls back return with inlet valve and control board. I went to replace the convection fan and found the fan broken in the box and missing the fan blade and nut. I ran the unit up to 450?F with the grounds crew detached to burn off the excess moisture on the elements. I reattach the ground screw and brown the unit back up to 450? and found the unit not trip the breaker. I did advise the customer to leave the oven running for at least another hour and a half to two hours to ensure the moisture was completely removed from the elements. I am re-ordering the convection fan and will return with the fan blade and nut just in case. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. I went ahead and replaced the cabinet and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. Arrived onsite for previous diagnosis parts. On inspection found the error F9E1 flashing on the display. I flipped the unit up and found the drain pump ohmed out at .01 ohms. Installed new drain pump. Then I installed the new control board and tested the harness. The drain pump was a OL testing from the harness. Installed new harness and the drain pump is working now. Ran unit in diagnostic cycle and it is showing F9E1 again. On further inspection found the water sensor tube had air and water trapped in it. On arrival verified complaint of unit dripping water from light. On inspection found heavy condensate behind light and control assy. Also found severe gaping in Metal liner at bottom right corner. "WTW7600XW2 Arrived to install parts. Upon inspection, I found the previously installed suspension from a different service company were aftermarket and did not have the correct vibration dampening design. I removed and replaced and tested further. I could hear the bearing assembly grumbling under high speed operation and replaced. The rotor and wash plate splines were fully intact and the parts were not required. The issues were resolved and all further testing showed the machine fully intact. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced Cabinet, suspension, and basket. I tested the unit and found the actuator grinding. I replaced the actuator. The cam seems to be floating in and out of gears smoothly with no resistance. I tested in manual loads and noticed when it would agitate or spin the lights would dim on the control. Sometimes the control would shut off. I tested the motor and other loads finding them all in range. I changed the control and tested again. All is working as designed at time of repair. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling. I found both compartments at room temp and the compressor not running and super hot. I heard the start device trip. I used a test start device and the compressor starts then drips to 6 amps and stays there causing the overload to trip. The compressor will need to be replaced. Ordering W11547313 compressor, W11506635 access valve, WPW10143759 drier, W11598433 evaporator, & nitrogen. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Customer stated it dispenses cubed ice but not crushed. I found the ice bin actuator rod was not clipped in the bin correctly. It couldnt hold the door closed to crush ice correctly. I fixed the rod to where the door now closes for crushed ice to dispense. The unit is now operating as designed. Call complete. No parts installed. There was no apartment number on the call Apartment 7302.

Refrigerator drain has ice build up and causing leaking. Removed shelves. Removed evaporator cover. Removed drain and added permagum under drain trough so water goes to correct place. Arrived onsite for unit needing compressor replaced. Spoke to customer and unit has not cooled from day one. On arrival found compressor hot to the touch. Found oil in drip pan. Tapped system and found flat. Opened freezer compartment and had burnt smell. Disassembled compartment and found black oil on evaporator and drip pan. Ran nitrogen through system and found leak where suction line and cap tube enter cabinet. Called tech line for assistance. 7739754818. Took pics. Tech submitted for review. Will contact us with any recommendations or reach out to customer on moving forward. Job complete. No parts used.

On arrival verified complaint of unit not running cycle and f8e1. Ran diag check and had no flow on hot and little on cold. Cold also steamed up. Found water lines were reversed and water was off at the wall for cold and the hot valve was a trickle. Attached water hoses correctly and turned on water. Unit is now working correctly as designed. Job complete no parts installed.
