When they went to investigate they had found that the vent hood had fallen onto the stove damaging the grates and the vent hood. Upon inspection I found 4 screws driven through the vent hood and no hardware attached the the mounting holes. It appears that only 2 of the screws penetrated the cabinet around the vent hood. Images of cooktop and vent hood damage saved.

"GP arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Temps FC=0 RC=43. Found the FC door leaning outward at the top, the upper ice maker was not properly seated also found the release coating coming off causing the ice to stick during harvest test. Ran the ice maker heater and released any ice that was stuck in the ice maker. The RC door gasket is worn and the unit was not leveled, the both upper drawer stops in freezer are missing and the foam in the back of the ice maker adapter is damaged. Replaced the ice maker and tested. Operational test successful. Leveled the unit, adjusted the FC door and adjusted the RC doors. No water leaks observed during service. Ordering parts for return service. Tech GCO.; ordrng 1 WPW10485096 (Stop LH) and 1 WPW10485089 (Stop RH) and 1 WPW10635022 (Adapter) and 1 W10846057 (Gasket) and 1 GCO (GCO)"

I notice the the drain hose was not installed properly I corrected this then I checked the pressure switch hose and found that it was not all the way on the barb I corrected this and checked that the inner drain hose was installed correctly. It has a slight twist in it which I corrected and ran the unit with clothes in it and found no leaks as the unit went though its entire wash cycle.

Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostic mode and found that in agitate the unit was making noise I stopped the test and checked inside the basket and found that the was coins under in between the wash plate and the basket I tried removing the washer plate but could,not get it off, I was able to remove as much of the coins that I could without removing the wash plate. And tested the unit again and found that the noise was gone in agitate but in spinning only the wash plate would spin. I checked under the unit and found that the actuator was stuck midway through its travel and the unit is beginning to leaking oil, I replace the the actuator and tested the unit and found unit operating as drain. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice in the top ice maker. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found Fc6* and ice box18*. Upon further inspection I found that the the unit had defrost issue in the RC due to a bowed drain pan, I checked the ice maker fill tube and found that the heater had come loos and was also burnt. I checked the fc Evap and found that there was a ice ball in the upper right hand side of the Evap which I removed at this time the unit was in defrost so I had to wait for it to kick on and monitor for a good frost pattern which when the unit kicked on it created a hood frost pattern. I checked for code in the ice maker found none.
