"Arrived on site for a washing machine that makes loud noises during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it makes a really loud sound when it goes through the entire spin cycle. I ran the unit into a manual spin, and heard what it sounded like the bearings running dry in the gear case. I attempted to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on the driveshaft. I also attempted to remove the rotor and found the road are completely stuck as well indicating we would need to replace the tub, basket, agitator, hub, assembly, filter, gear case, suspension, stator, rotor, clutch, slider, and screws for repair. Arrived on site for a dryer that is making screeching sound during operation. Inspected the unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint immediately upon starting up the dryer. It sounded like the rollers were squeaking. I gained access to the inner drum and found two rollers that were hard to spin and causing the abnormal noises. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnose parts. Inspected unit and work area. I removed the rotor in the slider and did not find any evidence of oil leaks underneath the unit. I replace both are slider and the rotor and tested the unit. The unit would not agitate or spin. I ran into into diagnostics and found an F6 E3 ( ACU cannot hear MCU) and F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I replaced the clutch and found the same issues in diagnostics. I called Techline and spoke to Jake SR# 7739290909. He had me check the windings to the stator from the control and we found that the red to black and red to brown were showing open but the brown to black showing proper resistance. I checked at the stater and confirmed both issues, but found the brown to black showing proper resistance again. He stated that obviously we would need to replace the stator but that because of the F6 E3 error code, we would also need to replace the control. He advised that after that, there would be no further advisement made on this, as we will have replaced everything within the circuit in the lower harness showing that theres no issues with an open line. Arrived onsite for oven needing calibration. Upon arrival I noticed the oven was already set to factory settings. Ive been informed by the customer who is selling their house that the inspector used a IR Gun for temp testing. I ran a bake cycle and measured temps with my digital thermometer. I found it averaging 362 degrees. I put a -10 degree offset in the control and tested the oven. Finding it averaging 351 degrees. The oven is working as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door missing screws. Upon further inspection, the maintenance rep provided some mounting screws that came off of a dishwasher door. I found the screws mounted to the inside the dishwasher outer door trim piece (photo) and had been ripped out of the particle board on the inside of the trim piece (photo). I found no part numbers for the trim piece in the breakdown, but did find the installation instructions for it. I found no part numbers for the trim and advised the maintenance rep that they would need to talk to the builder and have them order a new trim piece and get longer screws. The builder arrived shortly before we left and I recommended they speak to their Whirlpool Rep and discuss getting a new trim piece and getting longer screws for the mounts. This should fully resolve as much moisture as I can remove. Customer keeps the house around 77, so humidity is a bit high. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher leaking from underneath. The customer also stated that it wasnt draining. I found the drain hose not routed through the rear of the machine and mounted from the side causing the elbow to collapse where its connected at the machine and not allowing water to drain. I corrected the drain hose connection and tested the machine. I found an F9E1 error caused by the pinched hose and deleted it. I ran the diagnostics cycle and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. There were a bunch of suds at the end of the cycle with no rinse aid or detergent in the machine. I found a bottle of Dawn platinum hand wash detergent under the sink and I suspect that had been put in the machine. I used some cooking oil to break the suds down and ran another cycle. The suds are gone and there were no water leaks present at the time of service. I advised the customer to call the installers back out because they did not install the undercounter cabinet brackets and screws to hold the machine securely in the cabinet. They ran a screw on both sides thru the tub into the cabinet and the door rubs on the screw heads. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for dryer not powering on/ operating. Tested voltage at control and was only getting 87 VAC from L1 to neutral. Measured voltage at the outlet with plug partially pulled out and had 123 VAC between L1 and neutral and noticed control was blinking. I found that when wiggling the plug at the outlet I would get 123 volts but when I let got I would get 87 VAC. I showed this to the customer and explained to him he had an outlet issue. When the dryer is getting correct voltage it is operating as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for dryer not stopping when door opens. On inspection the dryer keeps running when the door is opened. I tested the door lock and it was bad. Arrived onsite for rc not cooling. On inspection found that the fc was 0 and the 55?. Tested the damper and it was opening and closing correctly. Tested the evap fan and it never turn on. I found that there was only 79vac to the fan. Talked with Gerry and I installed a new UI W11642241. I still was only getting 79 vac to the fan loaded or unloaded. I then talked with WP Techline and we came to the conclusion that the main control board needs to be replaced. Ordering a new control. No water leaks detected during service. WRF535SWHZ10 Arrived on site to replace ordered parts. Replaced W11658402 rails and W10830162 right door gasket. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks present at this time

"WMH31017HS10 Arrived on site for popping noise. Upon arrival, customer turned on the vent motor and as soon as fan winds down, a slapping noise occurs. Proceeded to disassemble and found tech sheet hitting the fan blade (photo attached) Re tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

"KRFC704FBS00 Arrived on site for unit not making ice. Upon arrival, customer mentioned it will make ice however it will continuously melt and freeze. In addition, customer showed me a video recording of unit making a chattering noise (fan blade hitting ice noise). Proceeded to diagnose and noticed supply vent to ice maker extremely warm. Continued to enter diagnostics to check temp sensors and found ice maker thermistor ice box to be 60 degrees F, ice maker temp tray to be 57 degrees F, fresh food temp to be 37 degrees F, freezer temp to be -18 degrees F and 37 degrees F in the ice box in the last 6 hours (normal operations 20degrees F). Activated ice maker fan and no air coming out of supply vent but hear a humming noise from the motor. Advised customer to unplug refrigerator for 24 to let all the ice buildup behind the freezer evaporator cover to melt and re test. Customer will follow up. No leaks present at this time. No parts replaced"

"WED5010LW1 Arrived on site for unit not drying. Upon arrival, customer stated she would have to dry a load multiple times in order for to dry and has a weird smell after drying. Upon disassembly of unit, found dryer vent pinched (photo attached) Proceeded to remove vent from wall and found wet lint buildup blocked airflow. Removed and cleaned all buildup and proceeded to remove the inner dryer vent and found no issues. Re tested and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

Arrived on site for led light issues . Found left side led module out and others dim . Replaced all modules with kit W11683242. All lights are functioning properly now . Job complete No water leaks detected at time of service .

Arrived onsite for lid not latching. Inspected and found cycle not advancing and water in the tub. Removed water manually and found Blue wire to drain pump failed. Secured harness and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. No leaks present at this time . If symptoms persist recommend replacing lower harness. Job completed

"Arrived onsite for center burner not igniting. On inspection the dual burner will not ignite. Took the burner head and moved to another dual burner and the head work fine took the other burner and installed it in the center burner position and it would not ignite. On further inspection found a part missing from the center orifice holder, the spring that guides the gas into the burner head is missing. It looks it was not installed after the propane conversion. Ordering a new orifice holder. No parts were installed on this visit. Office to reschedule when all parts arrive.; ordrng 1 WPW10639175 (Center orifice holder) and 1 W11690598 (Spring)"

"Arrived onsite for unit small oven door not closing properly. Upon inspection found door pulls to the right. Replaced hinges and unit is functioning properly. Customer also stated that when using the larger oven it operated loudly. Ran test and found loud vibrating noise when convection fans are energized. Ordering Fans, motor, housing panel. Arrived onsite for unit having a smell when bake cycle is selected. Inspected and found conversion to LP not completed. Disassembled and took pic of elongated yellow flame and soot buildup on the flame spreader. Builder will need to complete installation and conversion to LP.Job completed

Arrived on site for unit not powering on. upon arrival inspected unit and found power supply loose. Secured power supply and unit powered on. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran test cycles and unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit having large yellow flames and burned pans. On arrival customer stated the builder just left and found that the conversion to LP did not take place. The builder contacted the installer and will convert the unit due to improper installation. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not washing. Test unit and found bad wash motor. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good job complete no leaks present at this time. W11416362

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Removed unit from cabinet and dissembled to test components. Found fuse is blown. Test unit with mini breaker and filter board blew. Contacted techline and spoke with Joe. After series of test, determined that door interlock switches are bad. Need to replace interlocks and filter board. SR # 7739289277. Arrived on site to test unit for both left front and right front burners flames to high. Found simmer orifices still had the natural gas not LP. Replaced both orifices to LP and unit test good. Customer had the orifice kit still. No parts used.

Arrived onsite for unit intermittently powering on tested and found when cord is straight power reaches block but when cord is bent supply is cut off. Also found console had some buttons not responding and has partial display. Ordering Power cord and console. Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Saw unit pulling out when opening the door and saw left side mounting bracket was missing screw. Test unit and found unit over sudsing. Cleared all suds and advised customer to run unit with out any soap to clear the suds. Went to aligned the left side mounting bracket to cabinet trim and the trim fell right off just by touching it. Tenant was standing there and saw that I soon as I touched it the cabinet trim came off. There was not screws or anything holding the trimmings place. Spoke with homeowner and sent pictures of the trim to home owner. Job complete.

"WFG320M0MS0 Arrived on site for front left burner to low. Upon inspection, found front left to be a 0B unit size orfice while the front right is a 1.80mm (standard). Called Tech-Line and spoke with TJ SR# 7739282938 and recommended to replace front left and right orfice to standard size. Upon speaking with superintendent, he requested to switch orfice from another unit thats not sold. Switched orfices and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, using my microwave tester, I tested for 30 seconds and found the unit not heating. Pulled the unit from the wall and removed the cover and tested the heating components. Found the diode and mag out of range and removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed W11256462, WPW10693025, W10850446"

Arrived onsite and inspected fridge for operating noise. Unit had an installation leveling issue causing condenser rattle. Leveled unit to restore normal operation noise levels. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed wash motor. Replaced the sump and motor to repair. Tested. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. W11613479

Arrived onsite and refrigerator had been moved 104. Tested for cooling concerns and found unit operating properly at 0f and 38f at time of service unable to replicate any failure symptoms while onsite. Advised maintenance on findings. All checks good.
