"Arrived onsite for washer with error F5E2 lock error. On inspection the last tech out installed a new lock on the door. Ran the diagnostic cycle and the error came up during the cycle. I installed a new control board on the unit and reran the diagnostic mode, the unit completed the cycle with no issues. Had the customer start a load and it did not error or while I was there. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a range that has a coil that wont work. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the left front coil was not working and so she tested the right rear and found the right rear element functional. She attempted to switch the elements to see what would happen and found that the left front element came on when she switched the coil elements. I did test the right rear element, which is the element in question to see if it would heat and found that it would not heat on the right rear burner or the left front, but the other coil would on both switches. I went to replace the element and found that the elements out with me was the smaller element and not the element needed. Arrived onsite for a washer making a grinding or rubbing noise. The customer stated the noise is a popping noise. After speaking with the customer it sounds like it makes the noise at the end of an agitation stroke. I checked stored error codes and there were none. I ran the service cycle and the machine sounds normal and completed the cycle. I showed the customer that there drain pipe to the drain pan was not connected and this washer is upstairs in the home. I inspected the lower unit and found it good but I found signs where the pulley guard had been touching the ribs on the drain pan. I lowered the feet all the way down to help prevent this. I went over piling the linens in the machine after finding out they were wrapping them around the agitator. I explained that this could have been causing the noise they had heard at times. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer little water going in and making a noise. On inspection ran the unit in diagnostics mode and when going from agitated to spin there was a loud noise. Flipped the unit up and there was no oil. Pulled the rotor and found that the stator had a few wire that were out and lose. Secured the wires and reinstalled the stator and new clutch and slider. The water going in was short cycling into the tub. Installed a new control board and the water stayed on a little longer but enough to wash clothes. Installed a new valve and the water is working as it should. The washer is operating as designed. .

Removing the adhered stickers corrected the issue and I applied our warranty due to missing the issue on prior service. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had defrost the unit after they initially called in and have plugged in two days ago to get the unit running. I found temperatures in the freezer at 0?F in the refrigerator at 38?F. I gained access to the control and checked all thermistors. I found the defrost sensor at 25.7 K ohms (-4?F), the freezer thermistor at 22.9 k ohms (1?F), and the refrigerator thermistor reading 7.5 k ohms (38?F). I found the defrost heater registering 89.9 ohms of resistance indicating a good circuit. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7738013150. He buys the all the individual components seem to be within range and that his natural inclination would have been to replace the control. However, because we have already done that, he wouldnt throw another one at it. He advised that because of the ongoing issue and the fact that we have replaced everything in the circuit to fix this without an actual fix, he would send the unit for lead review. He advised to make no repairs at this time. Call complete."

"KRSF505ESS01 Arrived to inspect cooling issues and icing. I found the RC at 50 in the upper part and 17 in the lower. The FC was -4. I found the RC evaporator blocked with frost, stopping airflow and creating the uneven temperatures. I removed the frost and tested. The FC door would not seal due to an ill-fitting gasket and deformed lower mullion, I adjusted the mullion and door and after adjustment, I was able to get it to seal. I had to leave foil tape at the top of the door to hold it closed to allow enough time to re-bed the gasket. I attempted to contact the customer to advise and there was no answer. I will follow up with the customer on the following day. No leaks observed during service."

During highest spin, beginning to hear a squeaking noise coming from bottom of unit. Remove rotor and inspected lower components. Found the slider has failed. Replaced slider and test unit. Noise issues still occur. Need to replace gearcase and clutch. During disassembly. The wash plate is seized on to the shaft. Had to break wash plate. Then could not remove basket from shaft. Had to use numerous ways to finally get basket off. Replaced gearcase , and clutch. During installation of basket, the basket will not slide on to new shaft tried my attempts. Contacted SW for assistance. Recommend replacement of new basket. Ordering basket and returning with another gearcase. Was not able to reinstall all parts. Arrived on site to inspect unit for gas smell during preheat. Upon closer inspection found both sides of bake burner igniting. Customer stated gas smell only present during middle of preheat. Preheated unit found smell dissipated after 250. Confirmed element is cycling on and off properly. Che led gas line and connections to confirm no leaks present with bubble solutions. No leaks present at this time. Unit is running as intended. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a no heat dryer. I found the heating element open. I found the chassis full of lint. I vacuumed the chassis and replaced the element. I tested the dryer and found it working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that a piece under the knob is loose. I found the bezel under the front center knob had come loose. I cleaned the cooktop surface and attached a new bezel on it. Call complete.

"WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect non-operation. The customer advised after starting a cycle the machine would just advance to cycle completion. I found no stored errors and within service test mode, rotation was in a single direction only and thee was no spin. Inspection of the motor area revealed the harness had failed at the capacitor. I was able to repair the issue and the. Recalibrate and test. All functions resumed and the washer operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to test unit for doors not level and sliding out when opening doors. Leveled unit and adjusted doors to height level. Recommend placing nonslip pads by front two wheels to prevent unit from being able to slide on tile. Unit working as designed. Advised customer to contact whirlpool for missing shelves. Job complete.

"Arrived onsite for oven door glass shattered. On inspection the inner glass was shattered and all the place. The Freon glass was barely hang on, removed the door took it apart and cleaned all the glass out of the door and the oven. Will return with the inner glass. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/29 FRI PM"

Arrived onsite for condensation concern. Adjusted mullion statuses to %100 operation in diagnostics. Advised that a little moisture on top of the freezer seal is normal as that is the transfer point when the seal is working properly.

Arrived on site to test unit for leaking. Ran multiple diagnostics with no signs of leaking. Unit is currently working as designed. Job complete.

Will need to thaw refrigerator so bucket can be replaced along with gasket. Will bring new valve and icemaker as well.reset for thurs.
