Then I cleaned out the filter, put everything back together, and then tested the product, is working as its designed with no water leaks visible from main water supply. And no error codes showed up. Arrived onsite for motor noise concern and first visit suspicion of leaking tub MDB4949SKZ4. Inspected full exposed tub pulled out from install with running wash cycle. Calling my manager he recommended its always best to replace the evaporator fan as well .Im ordering the evaporator fan, condenser fan,evaporator motor, and fan scroll. Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator WRS315SDHZ19 with slow icemaking. Checked temps in refrigerator and found them at FC 2, and RC 40 and dropping. Customer showed me their bin was about maybe 1/3 full, and this was after 5 days of not using any ice. Per customer service request, called tech line with findings. Unit will harvest ice when the test switch is used. Tech line case - *23089148*. Per conversation with tech line, recommendation is to replace the icemaker again due to potentially out of range or improperly positioned thermistor. Temps are good, and the icemaker houses its own logic. No other repairs recommended at this time since all other functions appear to be working as designed. I further advised the customer that unit can take 3 days to produce close to a full bin, with uninterrupted use. I concluded with a 3 minute power cycle on the unit. Customer advised to follow up with customer service should they require further assistance.

Entered service mode and found F0E9 (off balance pause) error code stored. Cleared code and ran diagnostic cycle, verified all components properly engaging with no faults observed. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher not draining. Began by running the unit through a drain cycle and confirmed that the drain motor was receiving power; however, the motor was only humming and not actively pumping water out. Removed standing water from the tub to safely access internal components. Disassembled the lower portion of the unit and removed the drain pump assembly for inspection. Upon inspection, found a piece of broken glass lodged inside the drain motor impeller, preventing it from rotating properly.Carefully removed the obstruction and reinstalled the drain pump. Reassembled the unit and ran multiple test cycles to verify proper operation. Unit is now draining correctly with normal motor function restored. Checked for leaks during and after operation no leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for water leak. Upon arrival starting dispensing water and found leak from back of unit. Proceeded to remove back cover and found outlet tubing routed next to condenser fan motor blade causing tubing to shred and leak water. Installed truck stock water fitting directly from Whirlpool. Called techline and spoke with Chris SR#23084753 and stated to keep fitting on but make sure tubing is routed correctly. Installed fitting and tested. Dispensed about half a gallon. Unit is not functioning as designed . Unit is also registered under correct model and serial number. Customer will not need to register. Warrenty has been updated to 1 year. No water leaks detected at this time.

MVW4505MW2 Arrived on site for a washer not starting. On arrival, I heard the washer making nosies that sounded like a failed capacitor. After testing the capacitor I verified it has failed . I replaced the capacitor calibrated then tested product is working as its designed with no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. I confirmed about 3 seconds in cycle the unit trips the breaker. When inspecting the terminal block i found one of the neutral wires not attached and touching sheet metal below. I attached the neutral wire and voltages checked good. Ran the unit and it now doesnt trip the breaker. Issue was when the installer set the unit up they missed the other neutral wire and left it hanging on metal. Call complete. No parts.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT750SAKZ3 error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit leaked water and was showing an error code. The customer provided photos of the dish placement and that they had run the unit overnight. I recommended that they dont operate the unit when theyre asleep or away from the home due to the possibility of the unit leaking and causing damage to the home. One of the photos was of the lower rack and the customer had two cookie sheets on the left side. The customer provided one of the sheets and I placed it in the rack like they had it and turned the upper spray arm by hand and found the arm gets stuck on the cookie sheet. I advised the customer that the sheet is too tall for this unit and this is the reason it leaked. I removed the sheet and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. I cleared the code and continued with testing and while testing, I inspected the drain pan and found water in it and the float switch had a good amount of water on it as well. The unit completed testing and no further error codes found. I cleaned the drain pan and removed and replaced the float switch assembly and retested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks were observed during. Job completed. W11546764

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer with a timer that was not advancing during operation. Began by verifying proper power supply to the unit and confirmed correct voltage was present. Proceeded to test the timer function and found that the timer motor was seized and not advancing as designed. Removed the faulty timer assembly and installed a new replacement timer. WGD4850HW2. Verified noise coming from dryer when turned on. Sounded like the blower wheel was rubbing against the housing. Removed back panel and vent chute. Found the vent chute at the bottom dented inwards and rubbing against the blower wheel. Smoothed out the dent and straightened the blower wheel housing . Reinstalled blower wheel housing, vent chute, and back panel. Tested dryerno longer rubbing, no noise, gas came on, lit, and got hot. Dryer working as intended. No gas leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose MVWB855DC3 washer leaking. On arrival customer clarified it was a very large water leak that was all over the room floor. I installed the hoses and tested. As soon as i turned on the hot side I could hear a hissing and saw steam coming from the console. I checked the valve and found a small Crack that was spraying hot water before the solenoid. Installed new valve W11172234. Reassembled and ran clean washer cycle. Confirmed no further leaks present, hoses not leaking. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts on model WTW4900BW0. I replaced gearcase, actuator, cam, capacitor, and belt. Calibrated and tested, unit tested good. Parts used wpw10006355, w10721967, wpw10006384, w11454372, and w11395618 no leaks after repair.

WED8127LC2 Arrived on site for a dryer stopping and shows check dryer lint . I tested the ventilation with my vent tested, and it was in poor condition. The client had two companies out to clean the ventilation to her home . I removed the vent and tested it was reading good . I did notice that the water valve was leaking from the dryer. I ordered the valve and rescheduled for 4/6/26 returning parts just in case needed. I removed the water hose to the dryer no leaks from the main water supply. ; ordrng 1 W11611436 (Water valve)

Arrived on site for unit not heating properly. Upon arrival ran vent tester and found Poor Airflow. Contractor on site presented video of exit vent is clogged due to chicken wire. Advised customer to clean vent. Without vent, unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed

Arrived on site for a washer MVW7230HC2 not spinning or draining properly. Found an unbalanced and oversized load error in diagnostics. Unit will agitate and spinning in component testing but not with a full load. Also found some oil from the gearcase. I replaced the slider w10734521, gearcase w11449841, clutch w10754448 and stator w11195971. Ran a calibration cycle and a quick cycle but its still not agitating. Also still getting an overload error. Replaced the control w11614514 for possible software issues. Still not working. Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice, tested unit found ice chute clogged, cleared and explained to customer ice chute can get clogged sometimes and cleaning it out right away will prevent it from icing up, also customer has a concern that the bottom drawer keeps falling off the tracks, called tech line for advised on how to fix,was advised to follow service pointer SP W11815708 case#23090835, adjusted brackets per SP and tested unit is now functioning as designed job complete

Arrived on site to replace the main wire harness. Upon arrival, checked in with the office and spoke with the property manager regarding access to the unit. Attempted to contact the tenant by phone with no response. Proceeded to the apartment with maintenance staff and knocked on the door, but initially received no answer. After a short time, the tenant came out and stated they were unable to accommodate the repair at this time and requested to have the service rescheduled for a later date. Returned to the office and informed the property manager of the situation. Advised that the repair could not be completed today due to lack of access and tenant availability. Instructed management to contact our office once the tenant is ready to proceed so we can return and complete the main harness replacement.; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for float switch error. Upon arrival customer stated the error will occur after 30 minutes when a cycle is complete. Customer is using pods. Proceeded to remove outer door to inspect for overflow or any leaks and found dispenser rinse aid half full and water stains on the insulation. Customer ran an Express Wash cycle and at 8:27am. Inspected for leaks the entire cycle to check for any sudsy water overflowing and found no leaks. Replaced W11545764 switch as precaution. Recommended customer to stop using Rinse Aid if pods that contain rinse aid is being used. Customer agreed. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time.

Arrived on site to look at model WDF341PAPM2 for customer complaint of unit not draining. Found issue with drain pump and wash motor. I replaced drain pump and wash motor, ran diagnostic cycle, unit tested good, no leaks. Parts used w11613479 w10876537

Arrived on site for dishwasher MODEL WDT531HAPM0 to replace outer door panel W11613571 Verified door panel was dented. Removed and replaced door panel. New door panel has no dings, dents or scratches. Unit is vacant. Job complete. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not heating and sparking during operation. Upon initial inspection, confirmed the issue by testing the unit and observing abnormal sparking inside the cavity. Disconnected power and proceeded to remove the front panel to access internal high-voltage components. Performed diagnostics on the high-voltage circuit and found the diode and capacitor to be shorted, which was causing the sparking and preventing proper heating. Removed the faulty components and installed new capacitor and diode. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested microwave operation by heating a cup of water; unit is now functioning properly with no sparking and heating as expected. Verified normal operation through multiple test cycles. Job complete.

Arrived on site to look at model KDTM404KPS3 for customer complaint of unit flashing lights amd beeping when not in use. I found water in the drip tray activating the flood switch. I removed water and ran unit on a full diagnostic test cycle. I did find a drip coming from water valve connection at inlet hose. I tightend hose and monitored unit, unit tested good

Arrived on site to test unit NTW4519JW2 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Maintenance unavailable for signature. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit WTW5105HW0 for loud squeaking. Upon arrival customer stated noise is present during agitation and spin. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Ran diagnostic cycle and confirmed squeaking and grinding noises. Inspected drivetrain and found cam retaining nut missing, allowing cam to drop and contact pulley shield. Replaced splutch assembly (W10721967), actuator (W10913953), and belt (W11239857). Completed calibration cycle successfully followed by a test cycle, verified all components properly engaging and noise has been eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect cooktop model KCIG556JBL02 tripping the circuit breaker immediately. Upon further inspection I followed service pointer W11795429. I flipped the middle IPC2 connector by 180 degrees and retested the unit and it is now operating as designed. I left the circuit breaker off since the junction box plate did not match the box. I informed the builder. No one on site to sign

In addition to call maintenance to make sure water is feeding to the washing machine. Customer agreed. Ran diagnostics and all other components pass with no issues . No parts needed

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher model WDT730HAMZ1 handle falling off. Upon further inspection, I found that the handle had fallen loose. I inspected the studs and found the left stud was stripped which was causing instability and movement causing the handle to loosen and eventually come off. I replaced the stud kit ans ensured the studs and handle is secure. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11157086

Arrived on site to diagnose a dryer making a vibration noise during operation. Spoke with customer to confirm issue and then tested unit. During testing, confirmed a noticeable vibration noise coming from the front panel area while the drum was rotating. Disconnected power and removed the top panel, followed by the front panel, to gain access to internal components, specifically the blower housing and blower wheel assembly. Inspected components and found the blower wheel was loose on the motor shaft, causing the vibration noise during operation. Secured the blower wheel properly to the motor shaft and ensured it was tightened and aligned correctly. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested dryer through a full run cycle to verify repair. Unit is now operating smoothly with no abnormal vibration or noise present. Unit tested good. Job complete.
