Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is making the same noise as before when the magnetron and inverter board w was replaced. I tested the unit with my microwave tester and a cup of water, several times and could not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer get s video of the noise and contact our office and provide the video to the office for our in house tech support staff can review to determine what the noise is. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice or dispensing water. I verified the customers complaint. I found the RC at 36 degrees and the sealed system components off when I arrived. I found the reservoir frozen due to the fan scroll settling and causing a gap at the top for cold air to migrate and freeze the reservoir. I heated the reservoir up and had good water flow. I used permagum and sealed the air gap. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice or dispensing water. I tested the dispenser and found the dispenser working but there was no water in the icemaker mold. The customer stated that the water was turned off and didnt understand why it was dispensing water at this time. I checked the wall valve and it was in the off position. I turned it on and water still ran but slowly. I turned it back off and water started flowing again. I advised the customer that the wall valve is bad and needs to be replaced. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru a harvest and stopping. I replaced the FC door due to damaged wiring at the bottom of the door. The customer also stated the RC door was making a noise when opening and closing it. I applied grease to the door cam and hinge to prevent the noise. At this time all is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dispensing rinse aid. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code FA E1 (F10E1)-vent failure. I cleared the code and continued with testing. While testing, I removed the outer door panel to inspect the control and dispenser and also removed he toeplate to checks for leaks. When I removed the toeplate, I found the float switch missing (photo). I removed the drip pan and found the float switch shoved under the unit to the right side. Once the unit began to operate in test mode, I could hear the motor making a load moaning noise as if it were struggling to pump the water and then the dispenser began to make a loud noise. The customer was present during testing and heard the noises. I am ordering the sump assembly and vent assembly and will return with all prescreened parts. Returning tech to replace the sump assembly, vent, dispenser and main control. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11460945 (Sump assembly)"

Arrived on site for washing machine that is flashing an F7 E1 (basket spee fault) error code. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the error code in diagnostics and tested the spin. Found the basket spinning. I tested the unit and agitation and found that the unit would only agitate counterclockwise. I checked resistance through the motor from the control and found at the clockwise motor winding was showing open. I gained access to the motor and check the resistance on the motor at the motor. I found proper resistance at the motor indicating a wire harness issue. Ordering the wire harness and will return with several other items. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower harness)

"Arrived on site for possibly failed valve. Upon arrival inspected unit and found supply not completely turned on. Turned on supply and ran test and found both hot and cold valves are energizing properly. Spoke to maintenance and the chief complaint was that the unit was leaking. Spoke to previous tech and tech did not detect any leaks during first visit. Ran extensive testing on this visit and not a single drop was recorded. I did find water streaks on the outside of the door, as if water were dripping from the bellow to the floor. Noticed debris gathering around the door glass that could have caused a small gap between the door, glass and seal, allowing water to pass through. According to maintenance, a small puddle was found unit was not leaking heavily in the area. Notified customer of maintenance, ensuring glass and seal are cleaned routinely to prevent this from happening again. Took a picture of watermark on panel. There are no leaks present at this time.
