Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. I found the motor on the icemaker defective. I replaced the icemaker and tested it. It went thru a harvest and filled properly. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. Use Authorization Number W19ET30APL1.

Arrived onsite for a washer with the lid not closing. I found the lid plastic stressed and the hinges bent. I replaced the right hand hinge and was able to straighten the left side hinge. I replaced the lid and tested it. The lid is opening and closing correctly now. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a dishwasher not cleaning the dishes and the sanitize light blinks. I checked stored codes and found an F4E3, F7E1, & F3E1. I found good voltage to the pump and it wasnt running. I found the sensor showing good but when I removed it and shook it, it would open. I replaced the pump and motor and replaced the OWI. I ran the diagnostics cycle and the machine heated correctly and completed the cycle working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a wall oven getting a fan error to possibly replace previous ordered parts. I found the red wire on the motor harness had been cut and it arced to the trim around the blower. I replaced the fan and tested. I still had no voltage at the fan but I did have supply voltage on P5 at the appliance manager. I replaced the appliance manager and tested. The oven is working as designed. Call complete.
