Arrived on site for Refrigerator doors not sealing. Upon inspecting I found that when the refrigerator door gets closed the freezer door pops open and doesnt go back into place the reason why this was occurring was due to the bottom of the freezer door getting caught on the inside liner. I adjusted the freezer door and it completely closes when the fridge door closes. Call complete.NO PARTS INSTALLED.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. I tested temps and found dryer cycling between 135-170 at the exhaust, but with the dryer hose connected the temps would sit idle and struggle coming down indicating restricted vent. Explained to customer that vent needs to be cleaned. I found the dryer feet broken and the rear electrical cover bent out of shape. Ordering WP693995 screw, W11298298 cover, & W11025920 feet. RS for Tuesday 5/7/2024.; ordrng 1 WP693995 (Screw) and 1 W11298298 (Cover) and 1 W11025920 (Feet)"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that drains intermittently. The customer also stated that sometimes you turn the machine on lights will come on but nothing happens, and it leaks at the bottom corners of the door sometimes. Tested the machine multiple times finding it starting and draining every time, found a piece of debris in door switch assembly which could cause the intermittent starting of the machine. I advised customer to use dishwasher cleaner In the machine to keep check valve clean. I found the door gasket leaking on both sides and will be needing replacement. Ordering WPW10509257 GASKET. "Arrived on site for dryer that doesnt dry or will turn off after 5 minutes of running. Tested dryer and found it will turn off after hitting 40 minutes on timer all the time. Replaced the timer and tested the unit finding it showing the same issue, ran further voltage checks and found the voltage breaking at the push to start switch. Need to replace push to start switch. Ordering W11625516 push to start switch. RS for Wed 5/8/2024 per the customers request. INSTALLED W11685947 TIMER.; ordrng 1 W11625516 (Push to start switch)"

"Arrived on site for fan making loud noise, found the RC evaporator cover leaking warm air causing it to freeze up and get ice into the fan causing the loud noise. Customer said it would go away and only happen at night. Tested all thermistors and all of them were good except for the RC evap thermistor was reading a bit warmer than it shouldve been. I replaced the RC evaporator cover and tested the unit and found it is operating as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED W11610999 EVAP COVER."
