Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not making ice. I found the FC temp at 0 degrees. I activated harvest and found the icemaker with a defective motor. I replaced the icemaker and tested. The unit is working as designed but the customers water pressure is very low because of the RO system. I explained this to the customer and he stated the RO services would be out soon and he would let them know. No water leaks were present at the time of service. Call complete. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats constantly running. I found the UI control set at 0 and 37 degrees. I checked temps and found the RC at 36 degrees and the FC at 0 with the compressor still running. I power cycled the unit and tested. When the FC got to -3 degrees the compressor cycled off. I tested the thermistors from the UI and they were spot on with what my meter was reading. The customer does not have very much product loaded in the FC and I explained this can also cause the unit to cycle more often because more product helps maintain temp. At this time the machine is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is no dispensing water and the ice maker is not working. The customer stated the ice maker was working fine and there was ice in the bin. The issue is its not dispensing water. I found it dispensing water real slow with good pressure at the wall. The customer stated they changed the filter and it wouldnt dispense anything so they put the old filter back in. I removed the filter and had great pressure. I changed the filter housing and installed the new filter. The dispenser is working as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED W11162042 FILTER HOUSING.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly and the icemaker is freezing up. There was no water connection to the refrigerator but the customer must have poured ice in the bin that melted and clumped together. I removed the bin and removed the ice. I found ice build up at the bottom of the evaporator cover. I found the RC Evap thermistor reading .987 kohms at the control and the UI control was showing the evaporator at 105 degrees with the thermistor incased in ice. I removed all the ice and replaced the evaporator cover. I tested the new thermistor and it was reading 69 degrees and was correct. I tested the fan and it works correctly now. I found the right side RC gasket ripped and it will need to be replaced. Ordering W10917313 gasket. RS for Wed 9/4/2024. INSTALLED W11395558 COVER EVAP.; ordrng 1 W10917313 (Gasket)

Arrived onsite for a range with the door not opening. The tenant stated that the door open but it makes a weird pop. I found the left side passive hinge bad causing the door to drop and make the noise. I replaced the hinge and tested the door. The door is working as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED WPW10299227.
