Arrived on site for oven not reaching temperature. Attempted to pull and check voltage/ sensor. Found unit was no even secured in wall. When attempting to removed the right side slide out with wooden panels. Took pictures underneath and found wood panels place but no secured and not all the way to the back for full support. Advised customer oven must be installed according to MFG guidelines. Unit cannot be removed and reinstalled safely at this time. Customer will wait for email and the contact builder.

Arrived to vacant apt 3024. Removed top panel replaced control panel ordered due to missing digits. Verified operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site with new leveling feet. Replaced all 4 legs. Customer says unit has been grabbing clothes and knotting the, up. Pic taken. Per service manager I advised customer that this will happen if unlike fabrics are washed together. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dishwasher not drying and not draining. Found water at bottom of tub. Found water at bottom of tub as if it didnt drain. Customer says that how cycle ends. Ran diagnostics and water drained. Found drain line tight against disposal. Cut tie and gave drain line more slack. More water drain as soon as I did that. Diagnostics completed. No leaks. Heater pulled 6 amps advised customer to get rinse aid to help with heating. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a fire happening under the oven during a inspection. They took care of fire but I found burner are completely covered in soot. Pics taken. All over burner and igniter. Cleaned side walls. Will need to order oven bottom and burner pieces. Office will call to schedule.
