"Arrived on site for washer not spinning and making a loud noise. Attempted to enter diagnostics, but the screen turns blank after entering. Attempted to start and wash and unit does not recognize door is closed. Tried again and now got into diagnostics. Found f0e0, f0e5, f7e7, f7e6, f7e1,. Unit will not run a test cycle. At control board i verified no change in lid lock. Will need lock assembly. At control motor windings good at 5.7 ohms each. Will need new control. Confirmed that suspension is bad. Attempted to removed agitator but it will not seperate. May need to be broken off. Inspected underneath and found the gearcase has been leaking oil. Ordering parts needed and marking other for return. Extra time needed. Office will call to schedule. No MA on return. ; ordrng 1 W11700916 (Latch) and 1 W11543994 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for washer not finishing a cycle. Clothes are still wet. Diagnsotics shows f8e1, f0e9, f5e4. Verified cold and hot water valves are working. Blew threw pressure hose ro ensure it was clear. Drain hose properly set down drain. Checked and washer already has clip holding harness in place. Diagnostics passed 2 test. Replaced main control as it has oressure switch and both errors involve control. Recalibrated. Verified operarion. Call complete. W11742939"
