"Arrived onsite for refrigerator water on the fc door. On inspection found a little water on the gasket. I went into service mode and found the moulin was turn off, turn it on. I informed the customer that this should fix the sweating issue. If issues continues call WP. All the gasket looked good found no air gaps on the doors. No parts were used during service."

Arrived onsite for console broken. On inspection the console is broken and the front of the dryer is bent below the door. Installed the new console ant tested unit. Dryer is operating as design. Ordering a new front of dryer. W11367038; ordrng 1 W11123144 (Front panel)

"Arrived onsite for dryer making a clicking noise. On inspection I could hear the clicking noise. I gain actually to the drum and found sound damper pad had pulled away from the side of the dryer and the drum was hitting it when it was spinning. I cut 2 inches off the pad, on further inspection found that the element housing was not seated all the way against the back wall. I pulled the housing in reseated it into the back part of the dryer. The pad probably pulled away from the side due to the extra heat inside the cavity of the dryer. Ran the dryer for 10 minutes and the sound was gone. No parts installed during service."

Arrived onsite for washer not draining. On inspection found the pump wire pulled from the connector. Reconnect the wire and tested. Ran the diagnostic cycle on washer and it passed with no issues. The unit had water in it when I first got here and the basket was a on the ground. Ordering suspension for the washer. No parts installed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11396716 (Suspension)

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no power. On inspection found the unit had no power. Tested the power cable and it was 125 vac. Found that the power switch did not have power leaving the switch. Tested the switch and the N side had continuity to it, Ordering a switch. The customer complaint was there was no lights in the unit. On further inspection the left door switch arm broke. Ordering the screws and the washer to rebuild the switch arm.
