Arrived onsite for refrigerator WRFC3036RZ01 indicator light constantly coming on. Previous tech already replaced UI and no change. Called techline and spoke with Edwin case#24844831. Tech line just found out there was a misprint on the owners manual. The indicator if for the door open light. It is not an error for anything else. There is currently not formal service bulletin or published documents. Whirlpool is working on it. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite for washer MHW6630HC2 Giving error F3E2 and canceling cycle after 2-3 min. Another company, was out but no record of what was done. Did find the drain pan broken (took pic) and residue on the floor. Tested unit and found NTC giving reading approximately 75 degrees through the harness. With sensor reading good, replaced control W11322883. Reassembled and ran a complete quick wash cycle with no issues. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrive onsite for refrigerator WRX986SIHZ03 not cooling. On arrival found both compartments at room temperature. Found lights on but nothing running, similar to showroom mode. Power cycled unit and fans and compressor kicked on. Unit began cooling. Advised customer to monitor 24-48 hrs to be sure that unit came down to temperature. In the meantime ordering controls. Office to reschedule. Customer will reach out if unit does not cool. ; ordrng 1 W10830278 (Power supply) and 1 W11634312 (UI) and 1 WPW10503833 (Deli UI)

Inspected and found error for pressure system failure. Unit cannot detect water level and runs extended drain. Replaced control W11608059. Calibrated and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Since then the unit has been cooling and is currently fully stocked, took pic. Advised customer that this unit is not rated as a garage unit and may be struggling in the heat to keep cool. Customer will monitor while now inside and let us know if the symptoms persist

Affected door on fridge was replaced with a good door but they ordered the wrong color and nobady is willing to fix that issue. Its like whenever you see a car on the street with different color parts, like seeing a gray truck with a white tailgate. Thats how my fridge looks like. 2 different colored doors like I picked it up from the dumpster. Horrible service. I dont recomend at all.
