Arrived onsite for unit having poor installation and damaged panel. Notified customer that installation and cosmetic issues are only covered for first 30 days for ownership. Unit is a year and 9 months old. Warranty will not cover cosmetics. Customer will contact builder.

"Arrived onsite for unit not functioning on any cycles. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran diagnostics and found stored error codes F0e3, f3e2, f7e9, f8e1, f2e1. Cleared and tested. Ran auto test and passed. Ran normal load and was progressing through, ran quick cycle and was progressing. Ran a load of towels and asked customer to monitor. Called customer later and she reported that the cycle completed but took longer that normal, it seemed to start over. A rapid wash 38 minutes took an hour. Based off of codes and customer issues, if symptoms persist unit may have possible control issue or motor issue. Customer will report back. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit not freezing properly and food thawing. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found that customer stated they would find popsicles and ice cream soft or melted as if unit was not cooling. Ran diagnostics and found unit average temperature recording was writhing spec but highs were above normal. Highs were 75/55. Frost pattern was good on fc evaporator. Spoke with service management and unit is potentially having extended defrost cycle. Programmed unit to timed defrost rather than ADC. Customer will monitor. If symptoms persist customer will report findings. Potential electronics issues.

Arrived onsite for unit shaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found basket off center. Replaced suspension. Notified customer that unit will also need to be leveled once set in final installation location.

"Arrived onsite to replace failed compressor. Replaced compressor, dryer and access valve. Pulled vacuum and held. Charged per spec and tested. Unit is operating. Notified customer to give 24 hrs before loading unit. Job complete"
