Arrived onsite for unit not starting a cycle. Inspected and found lid strike broken in half and not engaging latch. Ordering strike. Customer needs earliest available appointment. Office to confirm availability as customer was not home during visit. ; ordrng 1 W11457841 (Strike)

Arrived on site for washer machine not draining. Inspected unit at the drain pump and found wire harnesses snapped. Repaired wire harness and tested. Ran test cycle and a normal cycle. Unit is running normal as designed. If called back out with same issue return with new wire harness. Job completed

"Arrived on site to replace faulty gear case. Upon disassembly found that wash plate,bolt,cam and gear case needed to be replaced. Replaced all parts reassembled and tested. Unit is now working as designed and no leaks present at this time. Job completed"

Arrived on site for unit not cooling. On arrival found both compartments at room temperature. Could not hear compressor running. Inspected compressor compartment and found compressor Not running. Checked supply voltage to the start device and recorded 123 VAC. Replace start device but did not have any effect on the compressor running. Unit will need sealed system repair for compressor replacement. Ordering two hours shield system repair. Copper cap tube . Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11547313 (Compressor) and 1 W11598433 (Evaporator) and 1 R600a (R600a) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 2hr (2hr)

"Arrived on site for unit, not spinning cloths out at the end of the cycle. Customer stated on some cycles The clothes are left soaking wet and needs to run a drain and spin cycle to spin the clothes out. Inspected unit and found cycle selection has spin turned off. Notified customer to make sure that temperature and spin are correctly set before starting a load. Motorized components are all functioning. Customer will monitor"
