Inspected underneath unit and found capacitor hanging and partially disconnected from harness. Capacitor and capacitor bracket are defective. Replaced capacitor W11395618 and secured bracket so that it would not come loose and disconnect. Reassembled and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Issues was dispenser was on crushed ice and shards of ice were left in chute , then melting and dripping down. Recommended using cubed ice or if using crushed flush with cubes. Customer will monitor. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete
