Arrived onsite for unit freezing in RC. On arrival no product was frozen. Customer stated has frozen once in about 2 months. Inspected and recommended adjusting temperature to 39 degrees and adjusting placement of food product as to not block air flow. Customer will monitor. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

"Arrived onsite to replace elements and control. Replaced and proceed with burn off. Ran at 500 degrees, took pics. Customer will run for one hour. If breaker continues to trip, recommend replacing with a more quality breaker (ex GE breaker). Unit is running. Job complete."
