Arrived on site for door swinging open. Adjusted door and hinges tested door operation unit working as designed.

Arrived on site for noise complaint. Ran diagnostic all test passed noise is due to ice slab breaking from evaporator and also sliding down plate onto grid cutter.

Arrived on site for cooling issue. Removed deli drawers found evaporator cover heavily in cased in ice diagmosed unitmwill need a new fan assembky that includes thermistor and drain pan. Customer will defrost unit 48hrs before return visit. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/13 THU !
