"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the air fryer is not working. Tested the unit in air fryer mode and found the rear heater is not illuminating. Stopped testing and inspected the rear heater and found it was burnt/shorted. I tested the microwave function and it is operating as designed. I am ordering the air fryer heater and scheduled return service for 03/18/25. ; ordrng 1 WPW10510203 (Heater)"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit failed to test and went straight to done. I attempted to perform a Normal cycle and the sensing light flashed, the lid locked and unlocked and went straight to done. I tilted the unit back and found the motor harness was not plugged in. I reconnected the harness to the motor and placed it in diagnostics and it began to test. When the valve came on, I noticed that it didn't switch to another valve testing and continued to fill. I stopped testing and when I went to gain access to the main control, I found water on the floor. I immediately began to clean the water and gained access to the sensor tube on the side of the tub and found it wasn't connected. I immediately connected the tube and turned the drain pump on to the unit to drain the tub. Once I had the area cleaned and dry, I installed the sensor tube to the tub correctly and sscured it to the tub. Tilted the unit back and inspected the rest of the harness to make sure it was installed properly. Once done inspecting, I calibrated the unit and then retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No parts installed and no water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water from the vent. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they ran a cycle before I arrived and when they opened the unit door to 90 degrees, water spilled onto the floor from the vent in the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and then removed the outer door panel to test the unit. Once testing completed, I found the unit operating as designed. I found the small mesh gasket in the vent area in the outer door panel was not seated properly and corrected. Also found the vent motor very hot to touch and the vent wide open. I removed and replaced the vent assembly and then reset the vent operations to where it will remain closed for up to four hours after a cycle to prevent any water/condensation from leaking out of the vent. Retested and the unit continues to operate as designed and the vent is closed. I advised the customer of my repairs and adjustments. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part and then diagnosed the unit fully. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the console and placed the unit in diagnostics and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics showing error codes F7E0-loss of power, F0E4-spin limited due to water temps, and F6E3-ACU doesn't hear UI. I cleared the codes and continued with testing. When the unit got to spin cycle, I could hear the gearcase grinding. I stopped testing and tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump, and all four panels. Also found the rotor bolt had backed out causing the rotor to drop. I removed the rotor and found the teeth badly worn; rust on the clutch, and the slider worn as is the inside of the clutch. I attempted to remove the washplate and found it is seized to the gearcase. I advised the customer of my findings and that I wouldmhave to order parts to complete the repair. I notified the office (KC) and was advised that the customer could be scheduled for 03/17/25. I recommended the customer contact the office to schedule the time frame. I am ordering the rotor, washplate, valve and CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Unit was left unplugged for safety and customer advised to not use the unit to prevent further damage to the unit. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE GEARCASE, SLIDER, CLUTCH, VALVE, AND POSSIBLY THE WASHPLATE-LS W11112656; ordrng 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11165546 (Valve)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I turned the drum by hand and it rotated. I plugged the unit in and attempted to test on a normal timed dry cycle and when I pressed the start button, I heard the control relay click, but nothing else happened. I tested voltage at the wall and got 249V. Tested voltage at the terminal block and got the same results. I removed the top panel and tested voltage at the control and got the same results when starting the cycle. I tested ohms to the motor at the J8-4 to J9-1 and had no continuity reading. I gained access to the motor and i removed the bare copper wire and the dark blue wire from the motor and tested resistance and found no ohms readings. I removed and replaced the motor and retested with my jumper wire at the door switch and the unit is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and retested and unit continues ues to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. W11364931"
