"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit failed to fill properly, but continued to test and it operated as designed other than the valves. I removed and replaced the valves and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not getting enough water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit settings on Normal wash with cool water, Medium deep fill and medium extra rinse. I placed he unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit in a Normal wash cycle with a High Deep Fill and left all other settings the same as mentioned above. The unit began to sense then went to soak/fill and the basket was empty. Once the unit filled and went to a wash cycle, I paused the unit and advised the customer that the unit fills based on the weight of the clothing and with no clothing in the basket, the water level was correct for the settings. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. Unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit completed testing, but during agitation, it began to make a loud thumping noise and operated as designed in spin mode. I tilted the unit back and removed the rotor and found gearcase oil in the rotor (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and placed the rotor back on the unit and manually tested the agitation and it continued to make the thumping noise. I am ordering the gearcase, clutch, slider, agitator assembly, rotor and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 12/07/23 (MS). No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (Gearcase) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door falling open. Upon further inspection, I tested the door functions and when I opened it at 45 degrees and let go of the door, it fell open. I pulled the unit out to find the right side door hinge spring had popped off again. I removed and replaced the hinge assembly and retested door functions and the unit is operating as designed. Tested in diagnostics showing no error codes and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave popcorn settings. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had a small countertop microwave on the counter and were comparing it to their built in microwave. Customer advised that the popcorn setting on their built in unit does not pop all of the kernels and theyre left with basically a half empty bag of popcorn, but when they use the small countertop microwave, it pops the bag of popcorn fully. I advised the customer that the bags of popcorn cook based off the wattage of the microwave and the more wattage there is, the more popcorn will be made. The built in unit only provides approximately 900 watts versus the countertop unit which is providing 1350 watts according to the label, which makes sense that the smaller countertop unit is cooking the popcorn better than the built in unit. I recommended the customer experiment with the times and leave the cooking level at 100% to find how long the built in will take to cook popcorn. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed with no error codes. I made recommendations for use and care and no repairs needed at this time. Job completed."
