"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher WDT531HAPM0 not cleaning. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing error code F4E3-motor failure. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I found the valve dispensed water into the tub, and then the motor failed to turn on. I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump, and element are all operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and reassembled the unit, and retested. The unit is operating as designed, and no watewere observed during service. I recommended that the maintenance staff notify the tenant to clean the unit before using it again due to the mold build-up inside. Job completed W11613570"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW8127LC1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a grinding noise during the spin cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3-overload. Cleared the code and continued with testing and found the unit making the grinding noise during agitate and spin. I tilted the unit back and found the rotor bolt loose. I tightened the bolt and calibrated the unit, and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed today."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I placed my gauges on the sealed system and found the high side pressures were too high and the low side was going into a vacuum telling me I still have a restriction in the system. Service manager PR was on site to inspect, and after looking and listening to the system, it was determined that the 3 way valve is bad. I retrieved the 3way valve from my service van to find the part in the box that was missing the valve body tubing and only had the valve inside. I installed the new valve and tested it, and the unit continues to fail. I advised the customer of the issue with the part ordered and am ordering the part again. When I evacuated the system, before leaving, I found that the restriction is in the low side of the system due to the high side evacuating quickly and the low side very slowly. Unit left turned off for safety and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRQA59CNKZ temps and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=2 degrees and RC=38 degrees. I found the ice maker un-installed and sitting on the top shelf of the FC. Also found that the RC module is not working. I power cycled the ice maker, and it operated properly. I offered to quote the customer to replace the module and ice maker, and they advised that they would order the parts and replace them. Other than the RC module and ice maker, the unit is operating as designed. The customer paid the service fee of $162.36 ($149.99+tax) with CC ($162.36 CC Auth# 3PE39L). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect vdnthood WVU37UC0FS1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the vent is turned on high speed, it begins to make a loud whirling noise. I tested the unit on all three speeds and found that on medium speed, the noise begins but is faint. Once I turned the unit onto high speed, the noise got very loud. I removed the vent cover above the unit and retested, and the noise was faint, but when I covered the opening with my hands, the noise got louder. I found from the previous repair, that the gaps in the damper housing and the chassis were not sealed with foil tape and when the blower is on, the gaps are making a whistling effect causing the noise. When I removed the blower assembly from its housing, I found a manufacturer cutout in the housing that was badly gapped and sealed it with foil tape (photo). I sealed the gaps in the damper housing and chassis and reassembled the unit, and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."
