Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit WOEC3030LS01 with the microwave not working. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had the breaker turned off and we cycled the power back on. I went to test the microwave and before I could, the display showed F6E8-microwave control failure. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code then cycled power again. I went to test again and the microwave failed to start and I found the microwave interior light wasnt coming on. After a few attempts, the error code reappeared. I tested the oven and it is operating as designed. I cycled power and pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the microwave control and retested. The unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to a mounting screw head shearing off on the FC door, I removed and replaced the FC door and tested operations. Due to the fill tube failure, I removed and replaced the fill tube and placed foil tape on the end of the tube as directed in the service pointer. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher ADFS2524RB0 not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and attempted to start the testing and the start key wouldnt respond. Attempted several times and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFF577KPS03 no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit pulled out and unplugged. I plugged the unit in and when the compressor attempted to turn on, i could hear the electrical buzzing from the compressor then the start device clicked. Using my tester start device, I placed it on the compressor and retested and got the same results. I advised the customer that the compressor is locked up and will need to be replaced. When I went to evacuate the system, I found the system full telling me theres no leaks. I cleared the system with nitrogen then removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and UV dye drier. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi then installed 56g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. I checked for leaks and found none. The unit is operating as designed and beginning to cool properly. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRB322DMBM06 no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised thst the freezer (FC) wasnt cooling properly and the fresh foods (RC) was okay. I tested temps in the FC=10 degrees (just came out of defrost) and the RC=39 degrees. I found the FC drawer difficult to pull open and placed some grease on the upper basket rail and on the sides of the lower bin and tested operations. The FC drawer opens and closes with ease now. I leveled the unit and retested the FC drawer and it opens and closes better than it did. I explained some things to look for if the unit doesnt seem to be cooling properly. When I discussed ice build up on the FC door switch, the customer advised that they have opened the freezer and the light switch was stuck, which tells me that the freezer drawer was left cracked open and condensation built up turning to ice which is why the customer had the cooling issues. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS315SDHM13 ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker tray out of position and attempted to test it, but it failed. The tray is full of ice, but just not harvesting as it lost position. I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer that it will take approximately 24 hours to have good ice in the bin and approximately 72 hours to completely fill the bin. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis of a failed magnetron, capacitor, diode, and inlet cover. I removed and replaced the mentioned parts and tested. I found the unit continues to fail. I re-diagnosed the unit and tested the fuse, magnetron thermistor, cabinet thermistor and switches to find the switches are bad. Using the switch that was prescreened for todays service and a switch from my van stock (W10211972), I removed and replaced the common and secondary switches located on the door hinge side of the unit and retested. The unit is operating as designed. Once I had the unit placed back in its space, I found that it does not mount to the cabinets as the opening is too wide, but it rests in the cabinet properly and does not move.
