"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the Molien between her refrigerator and freezer is condensating and continuing to leave water on top of the freezer gasket. She advised that it has been this way, since she bought this unit. I confirmed the customers complaint and found moisture buildup on the actual bow in itself in two different spots. I checked temperature on the Moen and found it at 65? on the end but at 51? on the two coldest spots. I disconnected the condenser fan and ran the unit for 10 minutes. I found the temperature on the middle part of the Molean reach 52?F but the sides went up to 71?F. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Aaron SR# 7739162551. He advised that based on my checks, there would be an issue with the yodeler loop, not being pressed up against the cabinet. He advised that he would send this to review and that the customer or I would be contacted, depending on the next steps. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is starting cycles by itself. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes not start and then start on its own. She advised that it seems to have a brain of its own. Around then it through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (door stuck closed), F5 E1 (door stuck open), and F2 E2 (no response from the UI) error codes. 03 error code seem to be pointing to the control starting a cycle on its own and doing all the things that the customer is stating. I went ahead and replace the control assembly and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11637583"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry I did confirm. The freezer was cooling slightly but was not cooling near enough for the freezer. The customer advised they are just moved in and that the refrigerator has never gotten to proper temperature. I gained access to the compressor area and took a nap. Draw up the compressor. Found it pulling .343 A indicating a bad compressor or a leak. I gained access to the evaporator and found very minimal frost pattern and the cap tube completely frozen up. Ordering sealed system components and rescheduled the customer to 6/3 per their request. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 W11578004 (Evaporator) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will take three days to dry a load of clothes. She advised that she was not getting any heat whatsoever coming from the unit. I checked and verified proper voltage and polarity. I noticed the customer is venting into the floor and removed the vent hose. I found the vent hose completely clogged with me to the floor due to a mesh cover that she has in the floor. I found that it was causing buildup of lint at the end of the vent hose. See photos. I found the thermal cut off was open. I did advise the customer that the reason why they lost. It was because of their venting, and that they will need to either cut out that screen or find an alternative way of venting. I replaced the thermal cut off and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer is going to figure out their venting situation and will leave the vet I was off for the time being. Call complete. W10900067."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is flashing an F6 E2 (ACU and HMI communication issue) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they had an electrical strike at their home and after that happened, the dryer has not worked. They advise that the unit doesnt respond to touch and that the error code will just pop up after five minutes of being plugged in. I did confirm the customers complaints and check voltage to the dryer. Found proper voltage and polarity. I checked voltage from the control and found the control not sending proper voltage to the user interface. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11565020"
