Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED7230HW2that is making abnormal noises during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the sound and it sounded like a cracked blower wheel rubbing. I gained access to the blower wheel and did find it cracked. I replaced the blower wheel WP697772 and checked all rollers. The rollers and idler pulley were in good condition. I reassembled and tested the machine and found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install, previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model MTW5820TW0. Inspected unit and work area. I went to replace all parts and found all parts were seized onto the basket or tub. I found the drive block was so corroded, parts of it broke off as I was removing it from the basket drive. I was able to remove and replace the gearcase 3360629, basket drive W10820043, and clutch 285785. I reassembled the unit it and found the drive block couldnt hold the basket in place properly. I found that when it went to spin, the basket would skip. Ordering the drive block and rescheduled the customer to 9/10.; ordrng 1 3360629 (Gearcase) and 1 WP389140 (Drive block) and 1 285785 (Clutch) and 1 W10820043 (Basket drive)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part on an electric wall oven model RBD305PDS15. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the outer glass and tested both ovens at 350F. I found temperatures fluctuated between 315F, and 365F, averaging a temperature of 340F. I showed the customer how to use the calibration settings i adjusted the temperature for now and the unit is working ajd operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on sote for a refrigerator model ED5FHEXVB00 that is not cool8ng properly again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine built the frost back up within a week and has noticed no difference. I found evidence of a defrost issue within the freezer section. I gained access to the ADC and checked resistance on the heater from P4 to P2-3 (showing the resistance to the heater without the bimetal) and found proper resistance (27.3 ohms). I checked resistance from P7 to P4 (heater circuit) and P7 to P2-3 (bimetal only) and found an open line. I gained access to the molex connector in the freezer and checked resistance to the bimetal at the molex connector and found resistance. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jonathan SR # 24853411. He had me run a few resistance checks and had me jump brown to pink at the molex connector. We found the pink wire showed no resistance anywhere. He advised that based on current information, the issue would have to be a wire harness issue within the cabinet. He advised me to make no further repairs at this time. The office will need to reach out the the extended warranty for further assistance. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ08 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the ice maker completely quit but they have had no tempertature issues. I took temperature of both compartments and found the freezer at 0F and the refrigerator at 36F. I tried jumping the icemaker and found the motor would not turn. I checked and verified proper voltage going to the icemaker, indicating the icemaker had failed. I replaced the icemaker W11700250 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install, previously diagnosed parts on a refrigerator model WRFF3136SZ01. Inspected unit and work area. I disassembled the freezer and found the slides were in good condition but found the bar bent. I replaced the rail bar W11758314 and tested the unit. I found the door opening and closing as designed without any issues. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW7232HW2 that is not starting cycles intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that sometimes she gets a error message at says to contact service when she starts the machine and sometimes she hears a sound when the unit is agitating. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E2 (HMI disconnected) error code. I cleared the error and ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle. I found all portions of the machinenworking and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I checked under the washer and found a wire clothes hanger under the rotor, causing the noise. I removed the obstruction and checked voltage going to the UI. I found proper voltage from the control going to the UI. I removed, verified continuiity, and reseated all wires and could not replicate the issue. Since the customer advised this issue is intermittent, the tech sheet advises to replace the user interface. Ordering the part but the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W11793907 (UI)

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRFF3536SZ01 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine just quit but that the temperatures seem to be fine. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the motor would not turn when trying to run an icemaker harvest test. I checked voltage going to tue icemaker and found proper voltage. I replaced the icemaker W11727980 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.
