Arrived on site to apartment 6104 to install previously ordered part. I replaced gearcase W11454372. Calibrated unit. Test unit and is operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDT730HAMZ1 with issue of start button operating finicky. Upon arrival, test unit and found start and cancel buttons are not responding. Ran diagnostics and get F2-E1 stuck key. Need to replace control. I replaced control W11683480. Test unit by running a normal cycle. Unit is now operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer MVWP575GW1 with issue of will not fill. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. I test unit and skips filling and goes straight to agitation. Need to replace control. I Replaced old control with serial # W11447258C503718976JC with New control W11831578 that contains serial W11771704A607333165JC. Test unit and is operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator ED5FHAXSL02 with issues of intermittently stops cooling. Gets warm then starts cooling and makes ice the continues issue. Has been happening for a few weeks. I reached out to service management and spoke with PR we agree that the issue is the control. I replaced control WPW10366605. Unit is operating as designed. Customer will monitor. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer MVW7232HC2 with issue of low water level and gets off balance. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F0-E5 off balance load. Inspected suspension and is good. Ran a bulky wash cycle with no laundry and agitated and drained and spins correctly . I ran another cycle with sheets and towels and unit filled and began washing correctly. I ran a drain and spin cycle with same laundry and unit never spun besides several attempts with slow rotations then eventually Times out and reads F0-E5 off balance load. Contacted Techline and spoke to Johnnie. I explained issues. I inspected lower components and there is no sign of leaking gearcase oil. Tech said There is some resistance issue. Either harness not pulling enough voltage to motor or slider could be failing. Case # 24812838. I removed slider for inspection. Did find what appears as some wear. I replaced slider W10734521 and test unit. Unit is now drain and spinning correctly. At the 14 minute mark unit stops and code reappears. Contacted GC for assistance. Found black markings on slider is gearcase lube. Believes gearcase could be the issue. I replaced gearcase W11449841. Test unit and; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Harness) and 1 W10915700 (Stator)

Arrived on site for dishwasher F9-E1 not draining and F7-E1 single speed wash motor failure. I cleared codes and test unit running a normal cycle. I confirmed motor issue. I ran diagnostics again and F7-E1 reappears. As far as drain issue, I found a kink in drain hose. Need to replace sump and motor I replaced sump and motor W11416362 and re installed drain hose. I test unit and is operating as designed. There are no leaks present. Job complete.

Arrived on site to apartment 4111 to install previously diagnosed part. Upon arrival, found encoder assembly and harness are not part of the fascia and need to be ordered. Ordering encoder and harness. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11627521 (Encoder assembly) and 1 W11551859 (Harness)

Arrived on site to apartment 1111 for refrigerator WRTX7419SB00 with issue of not making ice. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Container is empty. Water supply is on. Ran harvest test and fill is not responding. Found fill tube is frozen. I removed ice maker and removed fill tube from rear of unit. I removed ice and reinstalled fill tube and ice maker. Ice maker is now filling correctly. There are no leaks present. Job complete
