Arrived on site to apartment 7105 for washer WTW4855HW3 with issue of drain sounds like it is running continuously. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F3-E1 pressure system fault. I inspected tub and there is no standing water. I inspected pressure hose and is good. Need to replace control per service pointer W11766193. I replaced control W11607637. Calibrated unit. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site to apartment 1106 for dishwasher WDT550SAPZ00 with issue of door does not latch. Upon arrival, inspected and test unit and found latch has failed. I replaced latch W11412299. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer WTW5105HW2 to install previously ordered parts. I replaced suspension W11396716, belt W11239857, capacitor W11395618, cam W10721967, actuator W11481722, and shield W11409708. During disassembly, did find small amount of gearcase oil on shaft. Test unit and during spin I get a grinding and squeaker from gearcase. Need to replace gearcase. After several attempts of removing agitator, I cannot and agitator will need to be broken off. Ordering agitator, spanner nut and gearcase. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W11551646 (Spanner nut)

Arrived on site for washer WTW4816FW3 with issue of inner tub is detached. Upon arrival, inspected unit and all components appear good. Customer states that when tub is filled that the basket lowers itself. I explained how it is normal that the basket lowers itself and is not detaching. I ran a spin test and Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site with 2nd man MZ to install previously ordered part. Replaced lower harness W11755727. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer WTW4955HW3 with issue of has power but does not start. Upon arrival, unit is unplugged. Customer states that has to unplug due to making noise. I restored power and drain pump began running continuously. I ran diagnostics and get F3-E1 pressure system fault. I inspected tub and there is no standing water. I inspected pressure hose and is good. Need to replace sump control. I replaced control W11608056. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present present. Job complete

Arrived on site for washer MVWC565FW2 with issue of wont start just clicks. Upon arrival , ran diagnostics and get error codes F7-E5 shifter fault and F7-E6 motor fault test unit and clicking is coming from actuator. Found cam has failed causing actuator to fail. Need to replace sump actuator and cam. I replaced control actuator W10913953 and am W10721967. Calibrated unit. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present present. Job complete

Arrived on site to apartment 6202 for refrigerator WRS571CIHZ04 with issue of bottom of ice container and coupling are broken. Upon arrival inspected unit and confirmed issues. I replaced container W11347840, coupling WP2220458, and Chute W11573761. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete
