Joe was very professional and personable. He explained to me what had caused our ice maker problem and how to fix it myself.

He was professional and quickly got to work. The problem has not recurred.

The lady who helped book me on the phone was SO wonderful, kind, and helpful! It was an emergency situation as my stove was turned off by Texas Gas -- and I depend on it! Unfortunately the gentleman that was sent was unknowledgeable about the problems I was experiencing, and not only was he unable to answer my questions, he was dismissive of them and even condescending. He did not even finish apparently doing everything he needed, and asked me to take pictures of him afterwards--specifically indicating for me to not include the two windows two feet from the appliance. Lastly, I very carefully reviewed what was written before I signed the document he presented to me -- I read it out-loud, making sure we were on the same page -- it was only a few sentences which he confirmed. Later on I receive an email with my signature -- the document had totally changed! I never signed all of it. Over all very, very bad experience, despite the original lady's wonderful kindness. I hope that it can be addressed, so that in the future it doesn't happen again -- hopefully it was just a fluke. Thanks so much!
