Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced timer WP33002803. Test unit and having same issue of timer not advancing and unit heats for several heat cycles and then stops heating. Contacted SW for assistance. After series of test believe the electronic dry control board is failing. Contacted techline and spoke with Robert. Explained to tech what has been done including replacement of timer. Tech is also recommending replacement of electronic dry control board. Sr# 7738997755. Need to order dry control board. Arrived on site to replace scratched and dented doors. Replaced deli door W11435354 and both deli drawer door and freezer door handles W11045125. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for not operating. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Customer states that there is some knocking noise, and clothes a little wet than normal. Found unit has a defective basket. Removed for inspection. All,holes seem to be punctured but there are too many holes that are on small. Ordering basket and washplate. "Arrived on site for oven not heating and glass falling off. Upon arrival,inspected unit and found bottom of door has failed . Need to install glass brackets. Also found Ignitor energizes but not pulling correct amperage. Need to replace igniter. Ordering brackets and returning with prescreened parts. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10883496 (Bracket)"
