Customer Service Representative

Appliance Express is one of Austin's largest residential appliance repair companies. We work closely with builders, warranty companies, and manufacturers to ensure that every customer is taken care of promptly and efficiently. We've been in business since 2007 and have been on a steady track of growth ever since. We are judged by our vendors solely on our customer satisfaction ratings. Our belief is that if customer service comes first, all else will follow. We are currently seeking customer-service oriented individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Scheduling customers
  • Emailing customers on an as needed basis
  • Supporting field staff
  • Other clerical/office duties as assigned

Starting pay is $15-18 hr (depending on experience) with great long term pay potential. We love to cross-train and promote from within! Medical insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off. Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.
