Appliance Express is one of Austin's largest residential appliance repair companies. Our belief is that if customer service comes first, all else will follow. We are currently seeking customer-service oriented individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling customers
• Emailing customers on an as needed basis
• Supporting field staff
• Other clerical/office duties as assigned

Starting pay is $15-18 hr (depending on experience) with great long term pay potential. We love to cross-train and promote from within! Medical insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off. Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.
